    @noonboots1 @virginmedia Cityfibre are down my street laying cables unless virgin media want to let me have it for price they are offering I be gone and I have been with virgin media for good 10 years. Started off 30 a month now your looking at 57 soon! Joke price for something that should be free 4 all

    @virginmedia why it it that you can call me twice a day with some new deal? Why is it that no one in customer services believes me when I say my router is awful? I explain this to your telesales and they hang up. This is exactly why Iโ€™m leaving. Very poor customer service.

    @abhishekmah98 I wanted this sooo much. I used to be with Virgin media and used to get half of what you are getting right now, for much more money that what iโ€™m paying now for gigabit! I live in a big house tho so itโ€™s difficult trying to spread all the wifi signal around.

    @virginmedia Mum has not got a mobile phone. You sent text message to her daughter. Your customer service advisor obviously lied to mum and some of your advisors need to learn to speak clearly and slowly and not talk over the customer.

    @virginmedia Yes please!! Issue still outstanding from November 23rd, and now been told nothing is being fixed until February 8th, issue is massively effecting working from home.

    @virginmedia I can't not wait until my broadband contract is up, its the worst Internet connection I have ever known it drops out 4 to 5 times a day. And when I contract your customer care team they are no help at all.

    @virginmedia Yes. But not recordings and keeps buffering. Also now having problems streaming on my phone. We have just upgraded our broadband and it is WORSE THAN EVER.

    @virginmedia We had an issue in our area & neighbours were having similar problems, they sent out a technician to sort the issue Wednesday at 6pm then it said it was fixed now it says it working but my router is sat on a yellow light.

    @virginmedia wifi cutting out continuous throughout the day. Just spent 1 hr with your support. As I was using wifi calling I checked he would call me back before he started resetting/ testing. Just been cut off as expected. No call back. Frustrated and disappointed. Pls Help

    @virginmedia Just to confirm the customer services on the phone said the issue was your end not the router. This shouldnโ€™t take 24hrs to sort for such a large provider

    @virginmedia Saturday 6th June 2026 and after being told all my recordings that I was in the middle of watching I've now lost and now my box and tv is unusable as the 360 is unworkable and shouldn't have been changed as if it's not broke don't fix it now it's broke and unfixable

    @virginmedia Trying to cancel my brother's phone and TV as he in hospital and will not be returning home. He is 85 and has no idea of his PASSWORD which is requested by every avenue I have tried. Any chance you can help?

    @virginmedia Hi, poor signal strength is wifi only, if I am streaming on my laptop it becomes unusable, with a msg not enough bandwidth, and will last for about 15mins. The signal strength notification struggles to make any bars, and eventually clears.
