    @virginmedia another horrendous customer service experience today. Extortionate fees, vastly inadequate communication, hours on the phone listening to hold music, impossible to even log a complaint..for a company that’s premise is to ‘connect’ you’re doing a pretty atrocious job.

    What a shocker, seems @virginmedia are totally inept at any and all forms of customer service, response or acknowledgement, across all media channels. So as a Virgin Media customer essentially be prepared to spend the rest of your life on hold for someone to ignore there too!

    @virginmedia @Ghuraba_K A terrible portal to use. Says there is no problem in our area and when I run the "test" apparently then there is a problem. I must have received 5 messages over the weekend saying it was fixed when it wasn't.
