@virginmedia I can't not wait until my broadband contract is up, its the worst Internet connection I have ever known it drops out 4 to 5 times a day. And when I contract your customer care team they are no help at all.

@virginmedia why it it that you can call me twice a day with some new deal? Why is it that no one in customer services believes me when I say my router is awful? I explain this to your telesales and they hang up. This is exactly why I’m leaving. Very poor customer service.

@virginmedia Honestly, I tried contacting customer support & they didn't care, so I don't think there's anything further you can do, the functionality of 360 is hopeless, doesn't come anywhere near as good as the old TiVo box. I just need to dump the overpriced VM service as soon as possible.

@VirginMediaCorp I'm getting fed up with this. Yet again at 11:30pm my Internet has stopped working. Virgin is closed so what am I supposed to do? I am paying for a service thst doesn't work and you don't have anyone to answer the phones #useless #virginmedia

@virginmedia Yeah I did - and I used the ridiculous online assistant. However the problem is my wifi signal is really bad. But because they can’t see a problem their end they won’t help. Plus the queue to try get help is really bad. Your call is in a que because we’d rather employ telesales

@virginmedia Mum has not got a mobile phone. You sent text message to her daughter. Your customer service advisor obviously lied to mum and some of your advisors need to learn to speak clearly and slowly and not talk over the customer.

@virginmedia the worst customer service ever! . An hour long wait to speak to a person each time you phone. One of the biggest tech firms but can't pick up a phone in a reasonable amount of time or be contacted through the channels you advertise!

@virginmedia I have, first there was a message stating services would be resumed by 6pm- message now gone, so I telephoned 08005610061. They stated there is a problem which is taking longer to fix, set up to receive a text message update but nothing. Just phoned again- message not on now.
