    @virginmedia Yeah I did - and I used the ridiculous online assistant. However the problem is my wifi signal is really bad. But because they can’t see a problem their end they won’t help. Plus the queue to try get help is really bad. Your call is in a que because we’d rather employ telesales

    @virginmedia why it it that you can call me twice a day with some new deal? Why is it that no one in customer services believes me when I say my router is awful? I explain this to your telesales and they hang up. This is exactly why I’m leaving. Very poor customer service.

    @virginmedia I can't not wait until my broadband contract is up, its the worst Internet connection I have ever known it drops out 4 to 5 times a day. And when I contract your customer care team they are no help at all.

    @abhishekmah98 I wanted this sooo much. I used to be with Virgin media and used to get half of what you are getting right now, for much more money that what i’m paying now for gigabit! I live in a big house tho so it’s difficult trying to spread all the wifi signal around.

    @virginmedia your broadband connection is disgusting, we have called to be told that we need to wait 24 hrs to see if there is an issue. Not good enough this is now affecting my business for my staff !!

    @virginmedia Yes. But not recordings and keeps buffering. Also now having problems streaming on my phone. We have just upgraded our broadband and it is WORSE THAN EVER.

    . @virginmedia genuinely have the worst customer service to ever deal with. The agents just tell you whatever you want to hear but don’t realise they’re contradicting themselves with everything that gets said

    @virginmedia I have had no problems and made no contact here’s the latest text Hi it's Virgin Media. A technician will be with you 14/05 8am-12pm. If your services start working, reply FIXED to cancel our visit. If not, see you then.

    @virginmedia what is going on with your internet. Been with you since July + never known a service with so much down time. Went down yesterday, went down again today with a known issue and an engineer out to fix. Back an hour before it drops again and now there's no known issues

    @virginmedia Already done that - this isn't my 1st rodeo with issues! This happens every few months and I get an outage for up to 3 days. Some of the time you recognise the fault and other times you say things are fine. Every time I ask to raise a complaint and never get a response.

    @virginmedia The hub just cycles through flashing green bar and then solid green bar but doesn't got back to pink (the colour it should be for modem mode) I want this issue investigated once and for all please?

    @virginmedia No wired is no better.. same again tonight slow as it comes just a fire service.. you advertise minimum of 100mbs for my service yet I’m lucky if I ever get that at all

    @virginmedia Not a problem my nan has a contract with you and her phone line has been out of service since Friday aside from some small periods it was working. She has careline in case she falls which is hooked up to the phone line as the phone is out she can't contact someone if she falls

    @virginmedia It's also worth noting that no amount if turning it off or on or resetting fixes it. It just fixes itself which leads me to believe it has to be something in the VM network in the B60 area.
