    @virginmedia It has been quite possibly the worst experience of poor customer service I have ever experienced. I need someone to contact me, listen to what has happened and resolve this. The call I made last night was disgusting! I have never felt so devalued.

    @virginmedia You tweet that, while half the country can’t watch ther TV. Sums up @virginmedia attitude to customers. Advise them to call a shockingly bad customer service number. That can’t cope on a normal day.

    @virginmedia I cannot expand, there is 6 weeks worth of issues to discuss and last night, I was told the agents I have spoken to have not put notes on the system so that’s my fault, I am a liar and policy means you’ve done nothing wrong. I need someone to contact me.

We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

    @Tomstevensuk @virginmedia That's ok mate @skytv the broadband where I live has slowed granted down to the now heavy use but my bill has gone up by about 50%. Seriously fee like these providers take the mick out of us! Charging me £150 a month for their services, jog on! Im a working man not a rich man!

    @virginmedia rescanned wifi for study as wifi service is bad there. Recommended a booster but says I can't order it online. I ring 03454641111 and there is no option for this or any option to speak to someone. Please help as this is where I work from. Thanks TG

    Hi @virginmedia , I have used the text service , calling and online to sort out an issue . You should of disconnected the services from my old house one month ago but I’m still getting billed . Spoke last month and you said it was your error but nothing was done.

    @virginmedia A technician is coming on Tuesday, however the most disappointing thing was the attitude from the person I spoke to who when I asked if this could be earlier as my partner works from home and I’m a teacher, who needs to plan for Monday, the reply was “not my problem”.

    @virginmedia @Ofcom @CMAgovUK 8 calls to virgin media today. Each time fobbed off with a supposed call back which never came or one of the operators being “cut off” or “unable” to hear. I’ve exhausted attempts to complain and 3 times now an engineer has failed to turn up…

    @virginmedia I have just been on your chat on your website to cancel my account and it took 2 hours 49 minutes and when asked to give a score between 1-5 for the service I had received I obviously put 1 and I was questioned why by Ramil!!! Very unhappy!!!
