    @GTCieloBlu @VodafoneUK If you live in the south your better off going to @virginmedia mobile ( @EE ) I wood check the deals they got @virginmedia I got got good deals from virgin Voderfone Signal is pretty poor quality compared to both @02& @EE for single it ok not great but not terrible

    I think @virginmedia must think that people have nothing better to do in their life than being on hold to their customer service. I surely have better things to do / work to do that requires me to use the internet. 44 minutes on hold now

    @virginmedia tried to get touch with anyone who could get me a refund for the poor service you provide, unsuccessfully. On the /ofcom page, I did not find any contact appart from 150 call.Please give me a phone number or an email address so that I can apply for a refund thank you

    @virginmedia It is not a problem with my area, everywhere is said to work perfectly. My hub has been updating for 24hours+ (green arrows flashing). I had to buy more data to use internet on my phone which I want to be refunded too (wouldn’t have bought it if WiFi worked)

    Hey @virginmedia how smart if you to name the Friday @ufc @btsportufc preview show the SAME as the event, meaning I woke up this morning to no event recording. The box thought that was it. I’m beyond pissed off. It’s the only thing I have your service for.

    @virginmedia Clearly my complaint was not linked as you had the nerve to send a complaint resolved letter. You were advised to contact me via email, which you have totally failed to do despite saying you have tried to contact us "on a number of occasions". The last letter we had was 20/08/19.

    @VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy 😃 you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I won’t be giving you my number better luck next time

    @virginmedia It’s a series link. The issue is you called the Friday preview show the exact same name as the event. That’s not a user error. That’s on you. If you do that you screw over everyone who pays to watch it. By 10pm all the results would be ruined. And I can’t watch a 3 hr event then.

    am not best pleased with @virginmedia in the uk. we told them my mum had passed and needed to pass the account as it was to my dad. they then told us this was possible but there would be a larger bill to cover the use of service from mam to dad. this isn't acceptable

    @virginmedia Yes, area outage again! Sunday - Thursday last week and now Tuesday and we're off again. Compensation kicks in after 48 hours yet I'm now in day 6 of service loss in 10 days. It's just not on.

    @virginmedia Numerous times. Last time few days ago. You are saying no issues with signal coming to router. But WiFi keeps dropping out numerous times a day. You said that you can't guarantee WiFi signal strength due to walls etc. However my router is right next to me..

    @virginmedia I've spent several days trying to tell you I'm moving. Called, tried on website, WhatsApp. I've cancelled my direct debit and you're not getting another penny out of me as I have no time to continue to try to get you to move or cancel my services. Had enough.
