"this government has protected jobs" TM Lewin closing all stores, 600 jobs gone. Upper crust cutting 5,000 jobs. 18,000 jobs cut at British Airways. 3 easyjet hubs closing down, 2000 jobs gone. Virgin Media closing all their stores, 110+ jobs gone. Nice one Boris 👍 #PMQs

@virginmedia I had confirmation that my mother's cancellation was noted, but never actioned. She was transfered to the cancellation team on the text, but has had no response after that, this was 4pm yesterday. This is a lot of stress for my 78 year old mother

its all well looking around for broadband, and I'm a @VodafoneUK customer, however, when @virginmedia are the only broadband provider you can get because @OpenreachHelp didnt bother covering your street, it makes it rather difficult #MartinLewis

@GarganEstelle @virginmedia My elderly mother is having the same problem, Virgin billed her again for the second month after cancelling. So now it'll be another day spent on hold and lied to. They are a nightmare and they do not care about the vulnerable. I hope your issue gets resolved!

@virginmedia internet is out yet again! As usual you lr online system check says there is nothing wrong but half the country says otherwise! Everything was fine at 1100 this morning now it’s costing me mobile data again SORT IT OUT your service is sooooo poor!

@colin_c1986 @virginmedia Wow. I had some broadband issues a few weeks back, seems settled now. Whenever I went on account to report fault, the auto check said found nothing - yet strange 15 mins later was all working, in both occasions!

@virginmedia why oh why am I receiving speeds of 20 when I pay for 200? I reset my router and it gets better but within 24 hours it’s 40 and drops to 20 again! Is my router needing renewed? Are you turning my feed down? Why can’t I get what you promised when I renewed?

@virginmedia I've been using it in modem mode only since I got virgin, so there is no way of knowing this.. The insinuation is that our ubiquiti network hardware would somehow perform worse than your hub 5 and in some way stop receiving any Internet connection without anything in its logs?

@virginmedia wifi continually stops for a few days now. Reset hub, website says "there's still an issue with your connection". Says to check back here after 23 hours and you'll help book a technician?! Why should I pay for a service you're not providing?!!

@virginmedia I have cancelled my contract after almost 25 years, 4 engineer visits all confirmed issue is with the signal at the cabinet. All stated "Network team" need to resolve, issue not resolved since reporting back on the 1st July.

@virginmedia My name isn't Paris, and surely as a communications company you should be able to manage a simple call! As for the complaint 28 days is ridiculous. How backed up is your complaints department. What if my complaint involves billing? Am I supposed to just pay it? 🤔
