@virginmedia Here is an idea ; proactively acknowledge that WiFi connections down for over 12 hours and suggest that the next bill we all receive reflects the loss of ‘service’. Look forward to seeing that!

@virginmedia The TV took 3 hours to sort out but fixed now. The broadband was more annoying as I work from home, was off from 1030pm last night until about an hour ago today. Also the service status on your website doesn't work either! Not a good service for the price we pay each month 😩

@virginmedia It has been quite possibly the worst experience of poor customer service I have ever experienced. I need someone to contact me, listen to what has happened and resolve this. The call I made last night was disgusting! I have never felt so devalued.

@virginmedia I cannot expand, there is 6 weeks worth of issues to discuss and last night, I was told the agents I have spoken to have not put notes on the system so that’s my fault, I am a liar and policy means you’ve done nothing wrong. I need someone to contact me.

@virginmedia - worst customer service I’ve ever had. Our box stopped working in June. Two promised replacements - neither was ever sent. Now it seems we need to go through all the checks, again. That’ll be another half hour wasted. Then we’ll just go round again I expect…

@virginmedia No outage all green ticks all connected can go through the guide and settings abs everything but as soon as i press ok for the channel the channel failed code pops up. Reset everything to. Also a black square bottom right of screen on the guide page. Not really a fast setup.
