@virginmedia Customer service is still the poorest of all the media companies I see. Can't use live chat without it dropping out, can't phone because the menu system doesn't cover what you want to talk about. Do you even have an e mail address to contact. I have had enough!!!

@virginmedia Hi - so the fault that is still ongoing, 24 hours+ now, and the fault line said would fixed by 11pm last night. Now the fault line says it’s being worked on - and no update for residents….please advise what is going on and an ETA for the fix? Thanks

Apologies if you can’t get hold of me - @virginmedia have ‘blacklisted’ my phone even though I am not a Virgin customer. After many hours/phone calls they are still unable to explain why & have said I need to write a letter (!) to escalate further 🤯 - any better ideas out there?

@virginmedia Thanks - but that phone line isn’t recognising when I enter digits on the key pad - so is useless.your website still says ‘no issues’ after more than 4 hours of no internet connection.

2/2 @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp @VMSolutions_ We have waited patiently for 48 hours for Virgin to fix. If you do not resolve today, we will get an electrician to repair and send Virgin the invoice. There is no customer service or H&S for your customers.

@virginmedia Mum has not got a mobile phone. You sent text message to her daughter. Your customer service advisor obviously lied to mum and some of your advisors need to learn to speak clearly and slowly and not talk over the customer.

@virginmedia Honestly, I tried contacting customer support & they didn't care, so I don't think there's anything further you can do, the functionality of 360 is hopeless, doesn't come anywhere near as good as the old TiVo box. I just need to dump the overpriced VM service as soon as possible.

@virginmedia is there an issue in the #Petersfield area? Moved to yourselves a month or so ago after issues with @NOWTV #broadband. Yours is even worse. Drops everyday and for two days I've hardly been able to get on. Work from home. No chance!!!

@philwoodford @virginmedia I’m pleased for you. It didn’t work for me unfortunately. I’m certain the server is down as I spent 55 mins with tech support yesterday. Everything worked their end but not mine! Still no joy today. I’m getting beyond frustrated.

@virginmedia I will but I feel Virgin needs to not take a late payment from me. All I did was move and @virginmedia complicated the issue by giving me wrong advice to start with and then create a new account that I didn’t want. Maybe they should sort themselves out.
