Cllr Sarah M Vaughan (@sarahmvaughan) reported from Southampton, England2/2 @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp @VMSolutions_ We have waited patiently for 48 hours for Virgin to fix. -
Steve (@SteveWasteney) reported from Netley, England@virginmedia Customer service is still the poorest of all the media companies I see. Can't use live chat without it dropping out, can't phone because the menu system doesn't cover what you want to talk about. Do you even have an e mail address to contact. I have had enough!!!
-
Mark Cook (@Macsaint99) reported from Southampton, England@virginmedia @TimTastic38 Ok, so if we paid part of the bill as we had a loss of service for part of the day that would be fine too?????
-

Jeff Otton (@Jeff_Otton) reported from Portsmouth, England@virginmedia why it it that you can call me twice a day with some new deal? Why is it that no one in customer services believes me when I say my router is awful? I explain this to your telesales and they hang up. This is exactly why I’m leaving. Very poor customer service.
-
