@VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy 😃 you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I won’t be giving you my number better luck next time

I think @virginmedia must think that people have nothing better to do in their life than being on hold to their customer service. I surely have better things to do / work to do that requires me to use the internet. 44 minutes on hold now

@virginmedia Estimate is 3pm, but its come back now, but being very slow so I'm using 4g instead. It's more than an inconvenience, every week the internet goes down for long periods of time and it's frustrating

@virginmedia It is not a problem with my area, everywhere is said to work perfectly. My hub has been updating for 24hours+ (green arrows flashing). I had to buy more data to use internet on my phone which I want to be refunded too (wouldn’t have bought it if WiFi worked)

@virginmedia 0345 454 1111 - our wifi doesn’t reach to the kitchen which is next to the router never mind the rest of the house, we’ve been given boosters and all sorts and for the cheek of it was charged for the boosters too! i’m working from home starting Monday & can’t connect my laptop.

@virginmedia It is wireless broadband. Last week has been completely horrific and this weekend is no better. Keep having to use 4G or my personal hotspot for work. It keeps dropping out. And drops out for hours. Then comes back. Can’t switch off Hive when I want to because of Wi-Fi issues
