@virginmedia Here is an idea ; proactively acknowledge that WiFi connections down for over 12 hours and suggest that the next bill we all receive reflects the loss of ‘service’. Look forward to seeing that!

@virginmedia The TV took 3 hours to sort out but fixed now. The broadband was more annoying as I work from home, was off from 1030pm last night until about an hour ago today. Also the service status on your website doesn't work either! Not a good service for the price we pay each month 😩

@virginmedia internet's been down for an hour. It's saying it's fine on one part of the test and another it's not connected properly (the hub). The hub is connected properly and nothing was touched prior to it being fine.
