    @virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

    @virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

    @virginmedia tv service was down on Friday & again today, so I assume the issue was not correctly fixed on Friday. Feeling rather frustrated. Hope this is not going to be an on going issue.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

    @virginmedia Lots of issues the last few days with intermittent service drops, particularly bad whilst online gaming. Seems a common issue in the UK as well, last night loads affected. Your website says all fine for my area. Tried router reboot, wired etc, no better. Any ideas?

Argumentative staff on the phone, accusing me of lying. Disgusting, cannot wait for our contract to end. Moving on

    @virginmedia I need it via email so I can see the break down and keep a record of it as I’m being told various lies by your customer service teams. Apparently VAT has gone up recently that’s why the cancelation figure changes? VAT hasn’t changed since 2011? I was told I could have it emailed

    @virginmedia I spent a total of 1 hour on. The phone after being cut off after 35 minutes. Don’t worry I’ve cancelled know as I can’t wait any longer for you to fix the issue as the earliest is Sunday for a new appointment. Absolutely disgusting.

    @virginmedia Yes but when you get through on the phones you’re told ‘oh I can’t get into the system’ I cant help now I’ll have to call you back!’ Like that’ll ever happen. Poor service doesn’t even cover it. I’ll cancel my DD and I’m sure you’ll be in touch quick enough then
