    @virginmedia We had the tech come in today and looks like he was able to work out the issue. Appears that the old NTL junction boxes we had were at the ends of their life’s and he replaced them for us. Will keep an eye to make sure it stays stable now.

    Virgin media says you can only do test 3 times a day for faults lol. Say come back tommorow lol. A absolute joke their services is. They have the worst possible staff to clueless chickens.

    And I know others are having the same issue and yet according to the @virginmedia tech staff there are no issues and even on the websites service checker, claims there is no issues either.

    @virginmedia I have called every day for the past five days. Your CS promised to call back – they didn't! I still don't have an incoming service & you can't provide me with a PAC. You are holding my number to ransom. I want compensation for the HOURS spent trying to resolve this. #OFCOM

    @virginmedia a rival company to yours has just severed the Virgin cable in the road when installing their own cable. There's a hole outside where you can access it to fix it. Except when I called, the soonest anyone can reach this area to fix it is about 72 hours.

    @virginmedia I can only check the signal in the rooms where I have signal. If I try and run anything from the room with hardly any, I -understandably- lose signal and it can’t. Like the app won’t even rec WifiMax to me because it will lose signal halfway through checking issues.

    @virginmedia Broadband down since midnight, website says there are 2 issues - 1 is meant to be fixed at 4pm today and the other by 10:10 tomorrow...? How do I know which one will fix the broadband? I'm WFH and I need to know how to plan my workload around this issue.
