@virginmedia when you spend half hour on the phone trying to find out why my broadband has been terrible since removing the tv package, only to be told your phone is either to close or to far away from your router baffles me. Is there a perfect distance I have to stand 😡🤯😡😡

@virginmedia Media service. It was an automated call reportedly from BT saying about dubious usage of our up address so we would lose internet in 24 hours press 1. I did not do that just hung up and messaged you.

@virginmedia Rebooting the hub does work for about a week but then the pixelation does come back Have had new cables inside home & split cable repaired outside but same issue Have requested new box but told nothing wrong with box But if cables are renewed 🤔🤔🤔 To me must be box

I moaned when their bad so I should praise them when they are good. Thanks to @virginmedia for the excellent service in fixing my TV service the day after I reported a problem. Engineer (Chris) was a credit to you, knew the product inside out and sorted everything in no time.

@virginmedia No estimated time for this to he rectified. And this does not explain why my home WiFi has been problematic for months. Given that for £21 p/m I have unlimited 5G data I am considering just cancelling the DD to Virgin as they have failed to provide me with the service I pay for.

@virginmedia So in summary, I had no luck on the chat, I'm using my phone for data, I've got no response on the phone and I've lost three working hours. And the best Virgin can do is tell me to 'wait on hold'. I just did this and got cut off once connected. This is best customer support?

Today I found out that if you contact Virgin Media about anything sales related, they call you twice a day for 21 days to follow up and try to sell you ****. Even if you ignore them. What ********?! I blocked the number so they started emailing me and texting me too. It's vile.
