@Tomstevensuk @virginmedia That's ok mate @skytv the broadband where I live has slowed granted down to the now heavy use but my bill has gone up by about 50%. Seriously fee like these providers take the mick out of us! Charging me £150 a month for their services, jog on! Im a working man not a rich man!

@virginmedia The TV took 3 hours to sort out but fixed now. The broadband was more annoying as I work from home, was off from 1030pm last night until about an hour ago today. Also the service status on your website doesn't work either! Not a good service for the price we pay each month 😩

@virginmedia Yes but it’s the same every week. I log the loss of service but conveniently it’s resolved within 24hrs, so no compensation but the outage is long enough to disrupt entire job.
