@virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

@virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

@virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

@Football101blog @virginmedia And it’s not just one customer. Is there some magic number of customers that make a complaint valid? When you have a business to run, a job to do- and are in lockdown already- days without internet are a major problem.

@DarrenMarshall4 @virginmedia I’m not a big TV viewer but it may be time to change suppliers. Not sure if it’s pandemic related but the service has deteriorated markedly over the last year or so. Intermittent problems & virtually impossible to speak to anyone.
