  • Mikey_Robs_91 Mikey (@Mikey_Robs_91) reported from Wallington, England

Kind of ironic, everything down nationwide for #virginmedia the only thing up is the prices #VirginMediaoutage

  • rahim94 Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

@evans81uk @virginmedia Get on the phone. Or live chat. Bring that price back down. Normally everyone Virgin bring in a price increase im very quick to bring it back down

  • rahim94 Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

@virginmedia Well... @VodafoneUK also invest around about the same amount of money in their network, and they haven't increased the prices anywhere near as much as you have. And I'm always connected whenever I'm outside the house. No issues with connectivity whatsoever.

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia Virgin are compensating me £5.25 a day. That’s £787. Two years of free service because they couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia After waiting 24hrs for a response on WhatsApp I’ve once again been told I need to talk to another department. I waste more time waiting to speak with the “correct” department, only to be told they can’t help because of a third party completing the work. Absolute joke

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia Several complaints have been raised. I’ve been calling most days since October 2nd. Come someone please help?

  • enkeli85 Clare Old (@enkeli85) reported from Southampton, England

Disconnect from @virginmedia on 28 Feb. Still get charged a month bill on 1 Mar & been told I'll both need to wait 45 days for my refund & that it will be credited the same day. Great help for budgeting & doesn't help that customer service chat couldn't understand the issue 🙄

  • rahim94 Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

Oh it's broadband price hike time again!! You can almost guarantee @virginmedia will try and increase the broadband prices by more than the CPI figures, then drop it back down as soon as you phone up and mention the word "Sky" EVERY. BLOODY. TIME. #MartinLewis

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia You’re not helping. You’re asking the same questions you ask every day. Yes, complaint raised. No, Virgin have given no reason why they keep cancelling. Next you’ll tell me you can’t do anything to help, which is exactly what your customer services say

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia So you’re not going to do anything about it, despite knowing it’s destined to let me down. Exactly the same attitude as the rest of virgin. The problem is, it’s taken almost 4 months. This is the issue; deep rooted - Virgin reps don’t care

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia The same live date of the 21st still stands. Virgin have repeatedly guaranteed they’ll get it ready for then. Perhaps you can give them a nudge to let them know they have 3 days to get the outside work done. I’m sensing another let down, and I bet you won’t do anything about it!

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Ampfield, England

@virginmedia I raised a complaint previously, and then found out a week later that the complaint hadn’t been processed. I had to raise it again. It seems something deep-rooted is wrong with virgins customer service systems.

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Ampfield, England

@virginmedia @NetflixUK You may as well not have a customer services team. I’ve spoken to one helpful person in the 53 days I’ve been chasing Virgin for my install.

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Ampfield, England

@virginmedia It seems like nobody @ Virgin is willing to intervene and sort this out. As a result Virgin just keep setting install dates and cancelling. The cycle repeats over and over. Customer service don’t help, despite me calling everyday.

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Ampfield, England

@virginmedia The installation is still not complete! That’s the problem. Virgin was ordered on 2nd oct. First install was planned on 17/10 and then cancelled by Virgin. Virgin have cancelled 8-10 times since. It’s now 08/12! 52 days and counting

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia This has already been dealt with yea, we’re continuing just because it feels as if we’ve waited too long to cancel now. Plus, Virgin are crediting me £5.35 for every day of delay that they’ve caused (55 days and counting).

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia I guarantee you they cannot help. I call every day, usually spending over an hour on the phone. The pre-installs team only promise me a call back from someone who can help, within 24-48hrs. The call back never comes, despite further requests for this to happen. Explain that?

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia Your pre-installs team cannot assist either. It seems nobody can actually help.

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia Come on! This is as lazy as your customer service. Of course I have service.

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Ampfield, England

@virginmedia Look back through my previous tweets. After 3 months of cancellations from Virgin, lies and let downs - I’ve had to cancel the agreement completely

  • K2SOenjoyer jennie 𖤐 (@K2SOenjoyer) reported

@virginmedia FIX YO DAMN INTERNET BRO

  • adxmp_21 Singh (@adxmp_21) reported

Honestly there isn’t a worse broadband provider for customer service than @virginmedia , WiFi down since Thursday and the earliest they can send an engineer is Monday. So paying for 5 days of no service?
