I'm gonna summarise 2 things I've developed a verdict on since my tv broke down. the @virginmedia app for windows = perfect. works great. the @SkySports app for windows = ******* horrendus! i dont understand why sky sports needs a separate app to watch them

@virginmedia I just showed you my email. It is not clear and then your agents are saying it doesn’t apply. Does it, or doesn’t it? If it does, I only want to cancel...the agent wouldn’t let me like I am allowed (in the email!).

Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

@virginmedia can you tell me f it’s acceptable to be on hold for 48 minutes. After which to finally speak to someone who is unable to resolve your issue and who puts you over to another dept for you to be on on hold for another 30 minutes?

@virginmedia Sale!!!! You have to be kidding me! Just got price rise of £4.50. When I complain I’m told I should be grateful you didn’t put prices up last year. I pay £135 a month. Sky can do same package plus more for £93. And your broadband is awful.
