    Hey @virginmedia how smart if you to name the Friday @ufc @btsportufc preview show the SAME as the event, meaning I woke up this morning to no event recording. The box thought that was it. I’m beyond pissed off. It’s the only thing I have your service for.

    @virginmedia It’s a series link. The issue is you called the Friday preview show the exact same name as the event. That’s not a user error. That’s on you. If you do that you screw over everyone who pays to watch it. By 10pm all the results would be ruined. And I can’t watch a 3 hr event then.

    @virginmedia Media service. It was an automated call reportedly from BT saying about dubious usage of our up address so we would lose internet in 24 hours press 1. I did not do that just hung up and messaged you.

    I moaned when their bad so I should praise them when they are good. Thanks to @virginmedia for the excellent service in fixing my TV service the day after I reported a problem. Engineer (Chris) was a credit to you, knew the product inside out and sorted everything in no time.

    @virginmedia Rebooting the hub does work for about a week but then the pixelation does come back Have had new cables inside home & split cable repaired outside but same issue Have requested new box but told nothing wrong with box But if cables are renewed 🤔🤔🤔 To me must be box

    Never EVER use @virginmedia ....when you eventually connect, they purposely put you on hold in the hopes you hang up. Over an hour in already. Also the broadband isn’t good at all

    @gbennett2379 @TrooliFibre We joined Trooli last August time or so and the reliability has been shockingly bad, this time over 24 hours of no or poor service. At our old address when we got Virgin Media, they rarely had a fault and when they did would heavily discount that month's bill.
