    @virginmedia over the last month we have had to put up with no phone lines for over a week, due to a **** up #virginmedia made, lost 1000s in business. Now no broadband for 2 days. Can't take care payments and to sign up to smart trade and pay additional fees. Shit firm avoid!!

    I do not recommend Virgin media internet providers. They worst providers and don't care about their customers. Only care about making money.

    @virginmedia Phones up to be told we are a ‘low priority‘ case, nice to hear, still not working and told it won’t be fixed until next week. But asking me for £20 a month more now for the same service. Might have to give Sky a ring....

    @virginmedia We had the tech come in today and looks like he was able to work out the issue. Appears that the old NTL junction boxes we had were at the ends of their life’s and he replaced them for us. Will keep an eye to make sure it stays stable now.

    @virginmedia following the passing of my late father just over a year ago I took over the Virgin Media account for our TV, phone and broadband service. The service provided has been terrible and in 2025 especially. We have switched to Sky today and with not long left on our contract we have been advised that Virgin will be charging £585 as an early disconnection charge. I would like this removed so we can go to Sky and move forward. The issues we have faced this year should show that the charge is unreasonable and should be removed.

    So now @TalkTalk are expecting him to pay his contract in full @virginmedia have him pay for time he didn’t use. So because of terrible service from someone in the Walsall branch my dad retired dad is getting financial hurt by 2 large companies that refuse to help fix their fault

    Just helping the grandparents set up their new @O2 account but now everything is packed in to the joint ID with @virginmedia and the whole thing is a shambles. Multiple verifications not working. They never would've figured it out on their own. Bin the lot and switch provider.

    @virginmedia Contract wasn’t right when renewed, hours spent on calls & online as everything is so slow (FB Messenger - 1.5 hrs + on both occasions to create security!), nothing clear &?your emailed bills tell me I owe you money your staff then tell me I don’t but the system can’t be changed
