    @virginmedia been on hold for over 35mins as broadband not working for the second day! Continuous poor broadband connection for years. The only way going to get a decent connection is to go elsewhere! Ridiculous. Very unhappy customer.

    Currently at 31 minutes and waiting on hold for @virginmedia - would not be quite as bad if every single track of awful hold music was not something released by a talentless 12 year old backed by overpowering Synth to disguise the lack of musicianship or songwriting capability

    @virginmedia My broadband has been down since thursday 7am spoke to customer service told me would be fixed by 6pm friday evening even got a text saying its fixed now customer service is saying it will be fixed on Monday 29th thats 4days without internet 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia over the last month we have had to put up with no phone lines for over a week, due to a **** up #virginmedia made, lost 1000s in business. Now no broadband for 2 days. Can't take care payments and to sign up to smart trade and pay additional fees. Shit firm avoid!!

    Absolutely disgusted with the customer service @virginmedia have shown today and over the past few months. We have had a fault on and off with our broadband for months. Been on hold for 55 mins, to be answered, barely spoken to, and then placed back on hold for another 25 minutes

    @virginmedia M200 Fibre Broadband TV Maxit (barely used nowadays) Phone Talk Weekends (never, ever been used) I pay £82.55 a month (due to go up to £98.75 in March when my contract expires.. will also go up again on 1st May by £15 - due to an enforced upgrade to 250Mbps 🙄)

    @virginmedia Several times! You also didn’t respond to *any* emails and, without exception, every single Virgin media employee I dealt with, from the initial Sales rep; Engineer; Customer Services reps, every single one, told lie after lie! Absolutely shocking.

    @virginmedia Went months without a tv the engineer was rude & dismissive he said it was my tv spent £200 on a new tv. It was not my tv but thanks to one female worker in south African call centre worked out you had disconnect my arial. Thankyou to her shame on the rest of you

    Never understand companies like Virgin Media . They sent me a email saying my bill is going from £53 to £60 a month for my internet which infuriated me . Rang them up and straight away they dropped it down to £39 with the same service . Why not just reward loyalty 🤔
