@virginmedia Let’s be honest it always says there’s no issue, but yes we checked it and it says nothing. It went off this morning at about 11 and in the past 15 mins it’s gone off 3 times

@virginmedia The thing that confuses me is like now it is working fine, but I don’t have the gaurentee or reassurance that it will stay up so I put of completing big tsk at work. Then in the evening it totally dies. I am on hold as we speak. Hold music isn’t to bad to be fair.

@virginmedia a letter would be sent with a password to phone up & reset it. That letter does not seem to have arrived, i have account number details etc. She does not have access to email or a smart phone to do any resetting, can you help in anyway? (2/2)

@virginmedia wifi cutting out continuous throughout the day. Just spent 1 hr with your support. As I was using wifi calling I checked he would call me back before he started resetting/ testing. Just been cut off as expected. No call back. Frustrated and disappointed. Pls Help

Joy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

@virginmedia can you tell me f it’s acceptable to be on hold for 48 minutes. After which to finally speak to someone who is unable to resolve your issue and who puts you over to another dept for you to be on on hold for another 30 minutes?

@virginmedia I’m afraid not. I wanted the new price for my package. I was told it’s only available for new customers. Naturally, I suggested closing my account since I’m out of contract, then resigning on for the much cheaper price… as a new customer. I’m back in the waiting queue…
