    @virginmedia I have not looked on my account but I will. Your service is a complete joke. Meanwhile I’m paying the top level price for internet speed! It’s unbelievable really. My monthly bill is £139. At least **** Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people. @richardbranson

    @virginmedia Yes, I’ve checked everyday and despite signing up for text updates about this issue, I’ve heard nothing despite being 48 hours after the date it was supposed to be fixed. Not even a further text so confirm a delay. Could you provide any update to the SO15 postcode issue?

    @virginmedia wifi issues for over a week. Run test every day for it to just say there’s some issue in your area. When will this be fixed? Costing me money to commute somewhere where I can get wifi and disrupting my work.

    @virginmedia We have tried adding a new service and thinking of leaving as none of the others apply and there is no option to call for upgrading. Your automatic service is not helpful and it would be easier to just go through to speak to someone.

    @virginmedia connection down again. No internet. Connecting to router etc, rebooted, reset, reinstalled drivers, reset ipconfig. But service status still saying everythings fine...clearly not 😔

On matey question I flack through channels via virgin media no problem on any channel including the awful gb news however on Freeview all channels good Quality except the awful gb news which the worst of the lot a bit like the content I dot know about sky fst

    @virginmedia The issue is some of the ports in the back don't work, we get occasional dips in the internet's which some days don't reach the amount we pay for and the webpage says we can upgrade our hub but can only be done on the phone to see we can't get hold of anyone.

    @virginmedia I am a new customer with intermittent signal. It is not good enough. 7 days ago I was told the manager would call me back within 4-6 hours. I am still waiting.

    @abhishekmah98 I wanted this sooo much. I used to be with Virgin media and used to get half of what you are getting right now, for much more money that what i’m paying now for gigabit! I live in a big house tho so it’s difficult trying to spread all the wifi signal around.

    @KaiJValentine @virginmedia Aah Virgin suck at customer support. I remember having to deal with them when trying to cancel my Internet and TV bc I was moving and their service wasn't accessible for me. They only helped when I made noise on the community help page on their website and people got mad at them.

    .@virginmedia Just received appalling customer service. I signed a contract with you on 8th July - called today in the 14 day cooling off period and customer service operative said I would have to pay the full contract as it's 'an early disconnection'. Can someone please sort?

    @virginmedia THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHOWER OF IDIOTS I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE CONE ACTOSS. 5 DAYS LATER NO INTERNET OR TV, SITTING INSIDE WAITING AND WAITING FIR A DELIVERY AND NOTHING. You could organise a piss up in a brewery!
