Citizen Of A Fascist State (@CitizenKeef) reported
@virginmedia Reason I tweeted was because help when calling the support team is awful. They're not interested. Lost count of how many times I'm told an engineer will be sent. The last engineer was sent after I asked for help on the Virgin Forum. See my original tweet, "not fit for purpose "
-
#KendallsArmy (@st_domingos) reported
@virginmedia I've checked that and it said there is no issue. I was considering changing my router, but that is also not showing any issues on the line my side. A few of us have the same.issue locally, but only those of us on VirginMedia. Its been a few weeks now of pretty regular drop offs.
