    @virginmedia I had confirmation that my mother's cancellation was noted, but never actioned. She was transfered to the cancellation team on the text, but has had no response after that, this was 4pm yesterday. This is a lot of stress for my 78 year old mother

    @virginmedia just had a handler hang up on me when trying to sort out a complaint about a debt that's not even mine! I get there's a pandemic but WTF. And I really cannot be assed waiting on hold to get through to someone. Can you look into it!

    @virginmedia internet is out yet again! As usual you lr online system check says there is nothing wrong but half the country says otherwise! Everything was fine at 1100 this morning now it’s costing me mobile data again SORT IT OUT your service is sooooo poor!

    @colin_c1986 @virginmedia Wow. I had some broadband issues a few weeks back, seems settled now. Whenever I went on account to report fault, the auto check said found nothing - yet strange 15 mins later was all working, in both occasions!

    its all well looking around for broadband, and I'm a @VodafoneUK customer, however, when @virginmedia are the only broadband provider you can get because @OpenreachHelp didnt bother covering your street, it makes it rather difficult #MartinLewis

    @GarganEstelle @virginmedia My elderly mother is having the same problem, Virgin billed her again for the second month after cancelling. So now it'll be another day spent on hold and lied to. They are a nightmare and they do not care about the vulnerable. I hope your issue gets resolved!

    @virginmedia Good afternoon. I texted the number you provided on 27 May 2020 but have not received a reply. In the meantime I received a standard email which simply tells me what will happen when the first 12 months is up. I replied to the email but no response to that either. Help!

    @virginmedia thanks for responding. Agree it is very disappointing! I will try that - it's currently plugged into the back of the TV - but if me and my kids are online we can't all used a wired connection, and we shouldn't really have to be plugging in, so that doesn't really solve the issue.

    @virginmedia No letter. Resolutions in email, all standard stuff. Removing devices adds nothing as often bandwidth so low any device has an issue. Turned 4 into modem with a router and got close to hub 3 reliability/performance. Revert to 3 or decent 3rd party router.

    @virginmedia Been through this so many times - text/letter/phone. Received a letter acknowledging my complaint in May 2020. Then nothing - except email from Rachel Barras telling me my tariff (which I think is wrong anyway) is going up 10%! Have had several TW threads already... @Ofcom

Staff work from home so surely nothing has changed from a C/S point. If i cannot get hold of them to give my notice, ill cancel my DD. That will wake them up

    @virginmedia I'm not keen on spending another 2+ hours on hold to your team - I've done it several times and they've done nothing about the problem. Why can't they call me for a change? I pay a lot of money for a shockingly poor service that you don't want to fix. #virginmediadown
