    @virginmedia You tweet that, while half the country can’t watch ther TV. Sums up @virginmedia attitude to customers. Advise them to call a shockingly bad customer service number. That can’t cope on a normal day.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

    @virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

    @virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

    @JimMFelton And every 18-24 months I'd get someone to ring @virginmedia and pretend I'm cancelling my package, then ring @skytv to pretend I'm signing up with them but keeping my phone number, then field the call from virgin to agree the magic new deal, then ring sky to cancel the install

    @virginmedia, hi, it has been a month of issues on the internet connection and even acknowledging the issues and 2 scheduled teams to come and pull a new fibre, none has showed up. Internet still dropping every few min. Your quality of customer service is just inadequate.
