  • Rob_Mcgimpsey
Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia The call back was organised by your virgin customer services because nobody seems to know what’s going on with my install. I think the hope was that the area manager might know. I’m not even exaggerating.

  • GiganetUK
Giganet (@GiganetUK) reported from Portsmouth, England

@MikeBiscoe1 @virginmedia Please give our Customer Service team a call on 0330 333 3006 and they'll be very happy to help.

  • unhippyman
Pete (@unhippyman) reported from Portsmouth, England

Consider this as me reporting loss of service @virginmedia - because there’s no other way of doing it right now!

  • Brooke_Smedley
Brooke Smedley (@Brooke_Smedley) reported from Portsmouth, England

. @virginmedia genuinely have the worst customer service to ever deal with. The agents just tell you whatever you want to hear but don’t realise they’re contradicting themselves with everything that gets said

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey
Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Ampfield, England

@virginmedia Well you said that on webchat you can’t do anything but raise a complaint for me. I called the pre-installs team again who have once again left a note for the area install manager to call. This note has been left several times, and of course - he doesn’t call. This is stuck.

  • leeradcliffe73
lee Radcliffe (@leeradcliffe73) reported from Southampton, England

@virginmedia Yes I have used the connect app and it only works when I’m a meter from the router. I’m paying you for a service you can’t provide but you call me to say why don’t you upgrade to 300mb speeds when you can’t even give 10. Appalling

  • BA5H3R27
BASH (@BA5H3R27) reported from Gosport, England

Jesus your internet is **** @virginmedia on off on off on off reset it …. Takes 5 mins to boot on…. On off on off. We certainly won’t be renewing with you.

  • PandaKingPinder
Panda 🐼 (@PandaKingPinder) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia The issue is some of the ports in the back don't work, we get occasional dips in the internet's which some days don't reach the amount we pay for and the webpage says we can upgrade our hub but can only be done on the phone to see we can't get hold of anyone.

  • dolb21
Ronnie Pickering (@dolb21) reported from Portsmouth, England

@abhishekmah98 I wanted this sooo much. I used to be with Virgin media and used to get half of what you are getting right now, for much more money that what i’m paying now for gigabit! I live in a big house tho so it’s difficult trying to spread all the wifi signal around.

  • masonicus
Ashley Mason (@masonicus) reported from Portsmouth, England

@SkySports I’m a virgin media customer (with sky sports) and I cannot sign in with my virgin id on the sky sports app? Any suggestions?

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey
Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia Come on! This is as lazy as your customer service. Of course I have service.

  • Tafflar84
Leigh Lewis (Taffy) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🎥🍿🍺🏉🎱🍔 (@Tafflar84) reported from Netley, England

@virginmedia second time today Virgin has gone down in netley Southampton I work from home and this is very disruptive what the hell is going on

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey
Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia Still no call. Still no service. Still no customer support whatsoever from virgin media.

  • PandaKingPinder
Panda 🐼 (@PandaKingPinder) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia We have tried adding a new service and thinking of leaving as none of the others apply and there is no option to call for upgrading. Your automatic service is not helpful and it would be easier to just go through to speak to someone.

  • NamuGriff
Namu Griff (@NamuGriff) reported from Fareham, England

Seems @virginmedia is having issues again and my father can’t get into emails at the moment. So told him to leave it. He even complained about not getting any spam emails.

  • formula1girl
Sarah-Jane Finch (@formula1girl) reported from Southampton, England

@virginmedia more of your appalling customer service!!!! Spend over 90 minutes on your chat help “service” trying to resolve an issue and your agent takes a break. When he returns and I don’t reply as I’m getting lunch I get cut off. And guess what?

  • Vdweller
Vivienne 💙🧡🌻 (@Vdweller) reported from Southampton, England

@GeorgeMonbiot @timolarch @VodafoneUK My husband had the same problem with Virgin Media after the death of his father. He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

  • Rob_Mcgimpsey
Rob Mcgimpsey (@Rob_Mcgimpsey) reported from Romsey, England

@virginmedia Several complaints have been raised. I’ve been calling most days since October 2nd. Come someone please help?

  • formula1girl
Sarah-Jane Finch (@formula1girl) reported from Eastleigh, England

@virginmedia So another 90 minute chat with no resolution? That’s fine I’m going to raise an official complaint as this is NOT good customer service at all.

  • DarkFlash81
    DarkFlash (@DarkFlash81) reported

@MrROKinROK @dom_lucre You could be right but there are still people who think Richard Branson owns Virgin Media still or that Bill Gates will solve all of their Microsoft issues.

  • wecipedia
    Alex (@wecipedia) reported

TNT Sports quality on Virgin Media has been absolutely pathetic of late. Leeds vs West Ham game had audio issues and the picture on Real vs Bayern keeps cutting out. Great stuff 👍

  • Gertrudemo81
    Andrea (@Gertrudemo81) reported

@virginmedia Hi. We are having broadband issues in our area. It says fixed date 17th April. Surely that can’t be right? A week away to fix it??

  • AlloquiStrix
    Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported

@virginmedia an outage in my area since Tuesday. There is supposed to be a means to register for compensation for loss of service, but the website doesn't contain any buttons to do so - are you making it difficult on purpose noting "if you do not register you don't qualify"?
