@Tomstevensuk @virginmedia That's ok mate @skytv the broadband where I live has slowed granted down to the now heavy use but my bill has gone up by about 50%. Seriously fee like these providers take the mick out of us! Charging me £150 a month for their services, jog on! Im a working man not a rich man!

@virginmedia It has been quite possibly the worst experience of poor customer service I have ever experienced. I need someone to contact me, listen to what has happened and resolve this. The call I made last night was disgusting! I have never felt so devalued.

Dreadful service from @virginmedia this morning. Engineer was supposed to visit for Gig1 install. Didn’t turn up. Spent around 2hrs on phone trying to work out why. Now have to wait 3 weeks for revisit whilst stuck with a 4G SIM card. Cheers, guys.
