    @virginmedia Unfortunately no end in sight. I had to make another call to Virgin today. It took 40 minutes before I was talking to someone. It seems Virgin are not capable to get this over the line without me pushing them onto the next step and following up to make sure things are done. Poor

    @virginmedia Well you said that on webchat you can’t do anything but raise a complaint for me. I called the pre-installs team again who have once again left a note for the area install manager to call. This note has been left several times, and of course - he doesn’t call. This is stuck.

    @virginmedia The call back was organised by your virgin customer services because nobody seems to know what’s going on with my install. I think the hope was that the area manager might know. I’m not even exaggerating.

    My internet is painfully slow tonight. Checked my router and it's not that, it's the internet itself. What is going on @virginmedia ? Your status says no faults but I can assure you there is. I am paying for 1GB bb and so far only reaching speeds of about 2.25 mb- explain??

    @virginmedia Yes. A third party has just arrived to pull cables and they can’t do their work because Virgin haven’t actioned the construction. 9 weeks down the line and it hasn’t even been actioned from your end. So poor.

    @virginmedia I rang pre installs 3 times last week, spending an average of 1hr on the phone, getting no where nobody in preinstalls can tel me what’s going on, they just promise to get someone to call me. That call never happens

    @virginmedia Further to this, my install date has now been pushed back to 13/12. A quarter of a year later than quoted. This is unacceptable and the joke is, it won’t even happen then! It’ll get pushed back again. My partner is pregnant and Virgin are seriously letting us down. Shameful

    @virginmedia the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. 6 cancelled installs, no broadband, no Tv, no heating. Unable to work thanks to virgin media. No resolution in sight, just empty promises and apologies.

    @virginmedia It's both. I have been doing some digging and it's the upload speeds. They are not getting anywhere over 2MB /sec which is not good enough. It has been very slow over the last couple of days

    @virginmedia This is the second time the complaint has been raised as the first one was ignored. It’s literally a joke and very ironic that I need to complain about the complaints department.

    @virginmedia 2/2... your engineer turned up in the afternoon on the 8th and couldnt not fix it. An engineer was supposed to come again today by 6pm. No one has come. My grandmother has been unable to contact anyone and cannot receive calls. Truly disgusting service

    @virginmedia The website says issues in my area (Bournemouth) I've given up calling the many numbers provided over the last month as I can never get through. Does webchat even exist? I can't find it. I'm giving it until the end of the month and then cancelling.

    @virginmedia Today is Monday 10th May and still no word from virgin media re my fault reported 6th May, there’s not even a job open for it yet and it could be 30 days before it is resolved. Is this excellent customer service?

    @virginmedia unfortunately it seems to be a recurring theme where a problem in my area will destroy the upload speed intermittently for a month each year, we’ve been through having engineers here and in our area to fix it but the problem always comes back and it’s always the same issue
