    What a shocker, seems @virginmedia are totally inept at any and all forms of customer service, response or acknowledgement, across all media channels. So as a Virgin Media customer essentially be prepared to spend the rest of your life on hold for someone to ignore there too!

    @virginmedia another horrendous customer service experience today. Extortionate fees, vastly inadequate communication, hours on the phone listening to hold music, impossible to even log a complaint..for a company that’s premise is to ‘connect’ you’re doing a pretty atrocious job.

    @virginmedia It won’t allow me to connect to my work internal VPN from home - I have spoken to IT department at work & they report this is a common issue with #virginmedia as my trust use IPV4 whereas virgin IPV6 & this results in being at times incompatible

    @virginmedia I had 25mbps up to 48mbps download speed on my xbox now even with a new console I'm on 4mbps its ridiculous. You are just empty promisers your apparently fixing it all the time but in reality you dont you tinkered with it and now we have **** all.

    @virginmedia There is no actual help like an engineer or technician to fix my wifi theres no discounts on what we are paying a month whilst getting absolutely **** for it there is a bare minimum and you cant even provide it. I'm not being funny but when we joined you we had lovely internet

    @virginmedia An approx date of 7th September which would mean 9 days of various interruptions of my service? Do you really think this is acceptable? Having to restart my hub everyday in the middle of watching programmes?
