@virginmedia can you sort out the internet in Leigh Park, Havant Po9 please? It’s constantly dropping out but when I run a service check it says it’s fine. It’s not fine. I pay over £60 per month and am struggling to WFH. Not just me, it’s regularly on local FB how bad it is.

@virginmedia I am a new customer with intermittent signal. It is not good enough. 7 days ago I was told the manager would call me back within 4-6 hours. I am still waiting.

@virginmedia Been told of an installation date of the 20th July. Now have to wait until the 13th August for construction work to be done. No idea when I'll be getting any service from you guys losing all Internet and TV as from Monday from my current provider

@abhishekmah98 I wanted this sooo much. I used to be with Virgin media and used to get half of what you are getting right now, for much more money that what i’m paying now for gigabit! I live in a big house tho so it’s difficult trying to spread all the wifi signal around.

@soojahpah @virginmedia Absolutely bollox, I cancelled my whole account with VM as the service was an absolute disgrace. Never ever again will I ever go to VM even for a jar of fresh air.

@virginmedia I have had no problems and made no contact here’s the latest text Hi it's Virgin Media. A technician will be with you 14/05 8am-12pm. If your services start working, reply FIXED to cancel our visit. If not, see you then.

@virginmedia I thought it had been resolved when I last spoke to someone in the terminations dept and had to pay outstanding bill even though I had previously tried to cancel but he was insistent that it had to be paid to terminate. I have now received another bill. More anguish for us!

@virginmedia your network in SW7 has been intermittent for months now. It doesn’t work half the time. You charge customers heavily and are unable to provide a stable broadband network. Shame.

@virginmedia what has happened to your broadband this year? It drops almost daily, there's a 2 hour wait to try to speak to somebody, and you never automatically refund when it goes down for a day. It's impossible to work from home and so frustrating. My postcode is se266un
