@virginmedia Did you read the last tweet. Every day for 6 days sometimes up to 5 times. You hang up and give false advice hence resorting to tweeting!

@virginmedia No, unfortunately not. I’m told there’s no problem with the line and to restart the router. The automated system then hangs up. I have spoken with you in the past as only get around 3 to 16mbps when my contract is for 100mbps+.

When I finally got through to @virginmedia, the voice at the end of the line was having a private conversation about how bad their day had been. I had to hang up before it got too personal.

@virginmedia Your customer service is a joke, l cancelled all my services in august last year and I’m still awaiting partial refund. If l was owe virgin money I’d have been hounded for the money. Get your act together and people be warned the service is crap 💩😡

@virginmedia Could you please help with your terrible Wi-Fi? I called with problems, I received a new router and it’s more faulty than the old one! Connection randomly cuts out, I regularly encounter buffering when streaming and I don’t get anywhere near the 200mbps I pay for!
