@virginmedia Could not offer services at new address so contract cancelled-now telling me I owe £200 & will send bailiffs round-despite murmurous phone calls to get this sorted & raising an urgent complaint 6 wks ago. Have taken advice from @Ofcom and @CISASUK Utter disgrace.

@virginmedia I was on text chat for 6 days! When I didn’t reply to a message within 5 minutes and on one occasion 2 minutes, I was sent back to the beginning to repeat again every 24 hours. Incredibly poor. Eventually I found someone more helpful than the others and the issue is half fixed

@virginmedia I have had 2 sent that do not work. We have numerous phones and iPads (Samsung and Apple) in the house that are open to any network. They all recognise there is a SIM but state no signal. Both SIMS did not ask for activation PIN. I have been trying for months to sort this. 😭😭😭

@AaronTheobald1 @virginmedia @nick_mohan Snap! Always had virgin at mums, then I got with Sam and convinced her to scrap sky and get virgin, we kept sky TV and had virgin Internet, ha problems for the whole year in my last house. We now have BT and it's been perfect!!

@virginmedia I am so disgusted at your customer service. We have been trying unsuccessfully to get help about the Tivo box which is not working and flashing pink and white. How do I get help for that? We haven't been able to watch it for 2 weeks!
