@virginmedia why is your customer services so crap. Been sat waiting for someone to pick up for over an hour. I want to cancel my membership as I refuse to pay the £105 you've charged me instead of the £65 I normally pay for Internet that doesn't work half the time.

@virginmedia While I’ve been trying to get help from you, my husband has been on the phone. Most of it holding, for 55 minutes. On top of at least two hours yesterday and two earlier today. He thinks customer services are deliberately trying to get him to hang up. WE WANT A CALL BACK.

@virginmedia I trying to do is raise some flags here. I will also deal with complaints team. I want other people to see what they might go through if they go for virgin. I chose virgin because of the reputation it has on its actual services but very disappointing costumer service I see now.
