I've never experienced a worse service. Sky were polite & excellent, in comparison.

Over an hour on phone, and online chat, trying to cancel my broadband, as I'm moving house. Pushed from pillar to post. No idea of I've cancelled, as both were hung up. There should be better laws on this!
