@virginmedia £8 per day for loss of service. £8 is an insult. I now lose £20 per hour because of loss of service, due to not being able to work. I will leave Virgin as soon as my contract finishes. Disgusting.

@virginmedia How do I get compensation? My internet has been down for an hour and after speaking with support, I have to wait until Friday afternoon for an engineer to arrive. This is unacceptable. How am I supposed to work without internet? Will you compensate my lost wages?

An hour and a half on the phone with @virginmedia to try and sort out my wifi. This is outrageous. I’ve been an avid customer since the upc days so to be treated like this is sick. Deffo don’t ever reccomend virgin media to anyone. 😡
