    Hey @virginmedia - it's me again. Out internet access is still intermittent. We had an engineer last week who checked all our kit and said that the problem is due to contention and affects many people in St Albans (AL1 area) and work is planned to fix it during Feb. 1/2

    @virginmedia Okay I’ve set that up, but how will this help in resolving the issue that I have ? Either you can provide me the service that I need or you can’t? If you can’t then say so that the contract can be terminated and I look elsewhere
