@virginmedia Hi. Nope, no advise and your service status only says tvs are affected which isn’t true. Just look at various down detector sites to see. Lots of building work around PE27. Reset my box 10 times in 24 hours. No joy and running a business (not a business customer)

@virginmedia Yes arrange a call back, that you can’t do. This is as pointless as the rest of the supposed customer service contact points you have. It’s unhelpful and seems designed by someone who has never been a customer of a company that can’t deliver on promises

@virginmedia Tried calling that number this morning went through the options to add a TV service and got put in a queue for over 45 mins. Then I got cut off. Tried again and waited 30 mins then I had to end call because of an incoming call.

@virginmedia Yes i did have access before and quite frankly i'm fed up with the service i've had, when contacting you to be told my email address is incorrect, yet i get my bill sent to it every month, is appalling, my password was changed by your call centre and it still does not work.

@virginmedia By the way, I'm also on the phone to your customer services department. So far, 1 hour, 4 different representatives, 3 transfers, 0 answers. This is not a good look and doesn't augur well for the future. And I haven't even been connected yet.
