    @virginmedia Could not offer services at new address so contract cancelled-now telling me I owe £200 & will send bailiffs round-despite murmurous phone calls to get this sorted & raising an urgent complaint 6 wks ago. Have taken advice from @Ofcom and @CISASUK Utter disgrace.

    @virginmedia Yes. I’ve been through all of that and have an email confirming that I would get a credit to my account to cover the early cancellation fee as I had met the criteria for a non serviceable address. I never received a credit and instead today you’ve taken money from my account

    @virginmedia She is calling me back tomorrow to see if its sorted if not she will start another new contract.I might get another remote. Tbh your call centers have been very unhelpful in general since 2020 I downgraded last year because I couldn't get help with WiFi and a second v6 box

    @virginmedia There are no options to speak to anyone. I have just tried. 1 for broadband/TV 1 to confirm account. Recorded message. 1 for more about this issue. Then Click on the text we sent you (already done) Register for updates (already done) Click 0 to return to main menu Or ring off.

    @virginmedia No - that was in relation to the ongoing 360 issue which I had a call on today. The password issue is separate.
