Over an hour on phone, and online chat, trying to cancel my broadband, as I'm moving house. Pushed from pillar to post. No idea of I've cancelled, as both were hung up. There should be better laws on this!

No idea when I'll be getting any service from you guys losing all Internet and TV as from Monday from my current provider

I've never experienced a worse service. Sky were polite & excellent, in comparison.

Mine doubled to nearly £80 a month literally just for 500gb fibre, no phone line or TV package. Don't take first answer. It took me 3 or 4 calls to knock it back down to £40 odd a month
