    @virginmedia I’ve called you multiple times and you didn’t care! I’ve passed my complaint to the ombudsman to see what they think of your lack of care. I was struggling financially which I made clear! I’d hate to see how you treat people more vulnerable!

    Hi @virginmedia , I have used the text service , calling and online to sort out an issue . You should of disconnected the services from my old house one month ago but I’m still getting billed . Spoke last month and you said it was your error but nothing was done.

    @virginmedia Yes. But not recordings and keeps buffering. Also now having problems streaming on my phone. We have just upgraded our broadband and it is WORSE THAN EVER.

We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

    My fave thing about @virginmedia is nothing. No WiFi for 4 days. No WiFi = no tv. Been fobbed off for days. Each day promising it’ll fixed by the end of the day. Only to turn around today and say only an engineer coming to the house can fix it. I want out of this contract.

    @virginmedia My WiFi and overall service has been up and down for over 2 weeks now. I’ve done all of the trouble shooting. I’ve checked the service. I done the old switch off and on. I just need to get somebody to visit and do it as I am unable to wfh because of it.

    Well done @virginmedia . No internet or TV all day. Gone from saying it’s a known problem to saying it’s an issue our end. Nope. Bet the engineer who’s coming Wednesday won’t be needed as it’ll be miraculously fixed by then

    Day EIGHT of my complete broadband outage with @virginmedia 😡 However there IS hope. Today an engineer from them is supposed to be arriving-so trying to be positive What a complete nightmare of an experience this has been, so I'm REALLY hoping this will be the turning point🤞
