You should of disconnected the services from my old house one month ago but I’m still getting billed . Spoke last month and you said it was your error but nothing was done.

We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

It worked first time. Copper lines being phased out in favour of VoIP.
