    @virginmedia The advice given was call customer service on September 1st and ask for”transfer to voice over ip “ but as I’ve said can’t get through and I’ve had enough of sitting listening to terrible music for nearly 4 1/2 hours!!!

    @virginmedia The call was regarding upgrading my line and adding a second line for my partner, your staff was downright rude and unprofessional. I have never had to deal with people like that before at all. I have now had to leave virgin due to this and am unhappy with be laughed away

    @virginmedia 9 months into my contract and so far it’s been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had by a country mile. I’ve had to get in contact almost every month to resolve an issue, I’ve been repeatedly given misinformation from your customer service hotline 1/2

    @virginmedia If I then click that I am still having broadband problems it says, “Sorry, we can’t run a test on your services right now.” The text update service is substandard when it just sends me in a circle like that, with no information about the problem.
