    rooms - which it wasn’t with @virginmedia . We can still stream UHD, FaceTime and online game simultaneously with NO PROBLEMS. Customer Service: Another very welcome change. Nothing seems too much trouble for the Sky Team.

    @virginmedia I cannot expand, there is 6 weeks worth of issues to discuss and last night, I was told the agents I have spoken to have not put notes on the system so that’s my fault, I am a liar and policy means you’ve done nothing wrong. I need someone to contact me.

    @virginmedia It has been quite possibly the worst experience of poor customer service I have ever experienced. I need someone to contact me, listen to what has happened and resolve this. The call I made last night was disgusting! I have never felt so devalued.

    @virginmedia You tweet that, while half the country can’t watch ther TV. Sums up @virginmedia attitude to customers. Advise them to call a shockingly bad customer service number. That can’t cope on a normal day.

We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

    @virginmedia We have had broadband going on and off all day. Reset the hub, no better. Is there a problem in north Belfast.

    @jhallwood @virginmedia If it’s internet you are getting then their fibre package is excellent. Most complaints are due to their really inferior WiFi router. Buy a good router or mesh system instead and it’s a really good service. Tv is fine IMO. Customer service average at best.

    @virginmedia Pointless as everytime I call customer service I get to speak to somebody in India that can not understand me with my accent and I can't understand them, so it just ends up me being angry, no English Accent speaking customer service people available at Virgin Media anymore
