    @virginmedia The test is no help. I ran it on 4g on my phone but the point of calling out to you is internet is down so why would I run a test! Anyway test couldn’t find anything but it’s fallen over at least once every day. Best just just get an engineer to take a look

    How is it @virginmedia that I put in a complaint, was told a manager would be in touch within 7 days, I rang back after 7 days was told that info was incorrect & it would be up to 28 days.guess what been 28 days and still nothing! Glad to see you take your complaints seriously
