    @virginmedia I am a new customer with intermittent signal. It is not good enough. 7 days ago I was told the manager would call me back within 4-6 hours. I am still waiting.

    @virginmedia can you sort out the internet in Leigh Park, Havant Po9 please? It’s constantly dropping out but when I run a service check it says it’s fine. It’s not fine. I pay over £60 per month and am struggling to WFH. Not just me, it’s regularly on local FB how bad it is.

    @virginmedia No says there a no issues it’s extremely slow. speed tests keep changing and by the looks of it most of the UK has been experiencing slow speeds or none at all.
