@virginmedia They need to dig up to find the connection, not just me but others in the street. Appreciate that technology costs, but where's the loyalty. In the long term cheaper for me to leave you, then come back as a new customer.

@virginmedia Lol deals been a virgin customer for 5 years my contract run out last week so they hiked the prices up £12 and said theres no deals on at the moment... but we can give you a £4 discount. Customer service is shit at virgin, when I said ok I'm thinking about leaving he said ok lol

@virginmedia The advice given was call customer service on September 1st and ask for”transfer to voice over ip “ but as I’ve said can’t get through and I’ve had enough of sitting listening to terrible music for nearly 4 1/2 hours!!!

@virginmedia It is not a problem with my area, everywhere is said to work perfectly. My hub has been updating for 24hours+ (green arrows flashing). I had to buy more data to use internet on my phone which I want to be refunded too (wouldn’t have bought it if WiFi worked)

@virginmedia complaint's system is anti-human. At no point have I felt like anyone has even vaguely tried to understand my complaint or answer it. The process seems to exist to divert problems, rather than resolve them. Presumably they hope you'll just give up.

@virginmedia Service status didn't work yesterday kept saying it wasn't avalible. Having issues today still with ping and packet loss constantly. But you have no issues flagged. Had a new hub < 2 months ago. Done the basic tests including a master reset as I know they will be suggested.
