    @virginmedia @Tyson_Fury Very please with my Sevice I have moved from Vodafone. To virgin mobile as well get my tv 📺 broodband home phone 📞 I moved from sky. But my Complaint is the boxing 🥊 is pay per view overnight again is it possible to Persuade Bt sport to there’s fights in the evening like 1/2

    rooms - which it wasn’t with @virginmedia . We can still stream UHD, FaceTime and online game simultaneously with NO PROBLEMS. Customer Service: Another very welcome change. Nothing seems too much trouble for the Sky Team.

    @virginmedia @Tyson_Fury 2/2 like sky sport box office per per view is to much from both Broadcasters so for me it’s down the pub with my mate but Stupid o clock ⏰ is not possible for me get bt spots like sky sports I do like bt sport is doing good but this fight to much money and stupid o clock ⏰

    Missed a call from @virginmedia told to call back on 150, when I did was told I could not be put through to complaints team and would have to wait until they called me and they would attempt two more times before giving up. What kind of customer service is this @richardbranson

    I hope that @virginmedia will refund monies to my account for the poor broadband service I’ve had for last 2months. Only helpful people were the online help chat.

    @virginmedia That’s the problem, your team really are not! Last night for example, the headset was on the desk when I came through, then they cut me off whilst just doing a postcode search! I won’t carry on as this is pointless. I will be leaving you.

    Moving house and would have stayed with @virginmedia but they're not in our new area. Still charged us a £220 cancellation fee when we're not cancelling, they can't provide the service. Shame. .

    If you're thinking of changing internet provider I would NOT recommend @virginmedia - I've had nothing but issues. Awful customer service.... I've been hung up on 3 times now. Passed from department to department. Internet speed also not what they promised.

    @mediaczar @virginmedia Drink a shot every time they try & say that you need a WiFi range booster to fix it, ignoring when you say it's Wired &Wireless. Tho this time they tried telling me I need to replace the Ethernet cable to my PC. They can't seem to understand the concept of it ALL not working.
