@virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

@virginmedia @raybird1981 I’m having the same issue. In SO18 area of Southampton. TV is unwatchable and can’t log onto your site either.

rooms - which it wasn’t with @virginmedia . We can still stream UHD, FaceTime and online game simultaneously with NO PROBLEMS. Customer Service: Another very welcome change. Nothing seems too much trouble for the Sky Team.

@virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

Trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband contract. Can’t get through on phone, can’t get through on text/WhatsApp. An agent contacted me back on WhatsApp to try to get me to agree a new contract but didn’t want to know about cancellation - just put me back in a queue. 🤬

@virginmedia That’s the problem, they aren’t finishing. They’re constantly ‘connecting’ which in turn isn’t showing the program information. I don’t have broadband, just the tv package so can’t even check that. It’s been like this for 3 days now and I’d really appreciate some help please.

@virginmedia I want to cancel my telephone and simply have broadband and TV but your customer service team tell me as I currently have tel/tv/broadband with Virgin (which I’m out of contract for) that this is not possible…?? Can’t tell you how frustrating your CS team are..!
