I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

@virginmedia rescanned wifi for study as wifi service is bad there. Recommended a booster but says I can't order it online. I ring 03454641111 and there is no option for this or any option to speak to someone. Please help as this is where I work from. Thanks TG

We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

rooms - which it wasn’t with @virginmedia . We can still stream UHD, FaceTime and online game simultaneously with NO PROBLEMS. Customer Service: Another very welcome change. Nothing seems too much trouble for the Sky Team.

@virginmedia when customers switch to WiFi phones what exactly are you charging for? No landline cost so why is there a fee? Why are you forcing this on people when your email admits if there's a power cut or fibre network disruption, you wont be able to make or receive calls?

@virginmedia broadband has been down since 19:20, went down yesterday morning for few hours and down all day new years day in my area. The service status check says there are problems in my area, state it won't be up and running again until 14:50 tomorrow. This is unacceptable!
