We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

@virginmedia rescanned wifi for study as wifi service is bad there. Recommended a booster but says I can't order it online. I ring 03454641111 and there is no option for this or any option to speak to someone. Please help as this is where I work from. Thanks TG

@virginmedia I had an appointment on the 28th 1-6 no one turned up only to be told it was done on the 18th, they never even had the Courtesy to let me know

rooms - which it wasn’t with @virginmedia . We can still stream UHD, FaceTime and online game simultaneously with NO PROBLEMS. Customer Service: Another very welcome change. Nothing seems too much trouble for the Sky Team.

I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

@virginmedia They need to dig up to find the connection, not just me but others in the street. Appreciate that technology costs, but where's the loyalty. In the long term cheaper for me to leave you, then come back as a new customer.

@virginmedia This was resolved this morning by going through your complaints department. You shouldn't advise people their only option is to write in. Clearly there was a quicker way to resolve this but your cancellations team are far too rigid which leads to poor customer experience.

@virginmedia Slow if at all. And it's my entire town and from what I've seen on here, the whole of England. You blame lockdown and people working from home, bull. First lockdown was fine. Sort it out or we're moving supplier as this is all the Time now

@virginmedia Finally managed to speak to someone yesterday, spent an hour going through my issue and managing to get agreement I needed a new V6 box only to be told I couldn’t have one and had to go through the whole process again at the end of the month
