    @virginmedia They need to dig up to find the connection, not just me but others in the street. Appreciate that technology costs, but where's the loyalty. In the long term cheaper for me to leave you, then come back as a new customer.

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve checked. It tells me nothing. According to my laptop there’s no problem either, I’m connected. Only I’m not because nothing is working online. This happens most afternoons.

    @virginmedia Nothing, that is the point. I made a complaint, your awful offshore team just closed it. So they did f all. I want to be contacted by someone in the UK complaints team in Sunderland. Incidentally I also filled out a web form complaint .... no sign of that either. DM me please.

    @virginmedia The status page only confirms what I already know: it’s down. I’ve lost hours of connectivity, and used many GBs of mobile data, since problems began in spring. Rock-solid reliability has become worse than I had with BT.

    @virginmedia the only thing worse than having to reboot my router everyday is your god awful customer service and offshore complaints team logging and then closing complaint C-190821872 by not doing anything. No call, no action, just lies and an awful experience. You're crap!
