@virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

@Virgin_Victoria @virginmedia Thank you. Virgin Boffin says no issues in area. I have carried out 3 x fully resets and all I am getting is flashing areos and horizontal lines.

Slightest hint of bad weather and here we go again. it's only slightly damp here but already working from home has failed before it's even started. Think its time to switch ISP as this is becoming all to frequent from @virginmedia.. 2 lost days of work/pay this mth already.

@virginmedia once again, internet is dropping in and out. Been going on for weeks now. I was told it started 4th Dec and would be fixed 15th Dec by 9am. It’s not fixed. You’ve given me unlimited data, but that keeps dropping out too. Unacceptable service.
