    @virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

    @virginmedia - absolutely hopeless !!!! Trying to cancel as moving house ... telephone line for moving off due to Covid, web chat not working, no “button” on site to press even though instructions say to press it .... impossible to contact!!!!

    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    @virginmedia what’s happened to our internet?? I’m in GU14 trying to work from home. The last 2 weeks we’ve either had no internet or very very slow. Ran speed checks, used to be over 100, now it’s mostly around 6-15 and we are paying for 100

    @virginmedia LOL...it's now saying there's an issue in my area! Broadband, TV & Phone...All off! It says that the likely date it will be fixed will be tomorrow lunchtime! So that's my relaxing Friday night blown to bits! I pay over £150 a month this monstrosity! Can't even phone to tell you!
