Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

Was told you were fixing the issue but today is day 15 and no BB since ~15:30 yesterday. I have to go to the office, no choice. Poor/no BB = risk my health 🙁
