    @virginmedia Yes but it just tells me to check my hub. TV has gone down as well so it looks like a cable issue and not internet. It’s not telling me anything else. Please can you check. Post code is KT12 3. And I’m not the only one !

    @virginmedia On wired connection I’m getting the same results 431mb download and 30mb upload. I’ve tried to diagnose the issue via your website and it suggested again to send out a technician, so I’ve requested one to come again next Monday 11th.

    @virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

    @virginmedia Broadband down again, 2nd week in a row. Had one day of service and stupidly canx Engineer due next day and hey presto back down we go again. 1 week wait for engineer, 1 day of BB, and now earliest slot for Engineer +1 week. Buyer beware. Typing whilst 50 mins holding with VM!

    @virginmedia Checked the service status and it says that all services are fine but now been without any internet access since last night, rebooting the router does not help either, when attempting to connect to WiFi it can locate the router then it says it has no internet access
