    @virginmedia Came back on Sunday morning, obvs pleased it was fixed but a 14 hour outage this weekend following a 46 hour outage last weekend, service used to be so good but seems to be very unreliable at the moment

    @virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

    @ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I'm never surprised. There call centre is disgusting. So unprofessional. Cutting people off. Not carrying out simple requests, eg calling people back as promised. Lying to get you off the phone.

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

    @virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @virginmedia is down again for our entire block and the CS line is still closed. 3 weeks in a row. No status update and same issue. Not looking good here

    @virginmedia 4.5 hrs trying to resolve issues. Wait on hold for 55mins to have the phone put down on us. 1hr on the line to another agent to be put on hold again for 45 mins then then dead line please can you contact me as my nerves can take no more of your hold music

    @virginmedia It’s definitely a fault within the area as my neighbours are also experiencing lack of service. I pay you guys over £100 a month and for what? I’m still awaiting a callback from one of your ‘supervisors’ and I refuse to wait another 1hr on the phone once more.

    Massive shout out to @bt_uk customer service today for sorting out our router and connection issues. I had been with @virginmedia for the past few years and its safe to say BT helped me more in the last hour than Virgin Media ever did whilst I was with them #CustomerService

    @virginmedia - issues still in Hadley, Telford (TF1 region). We're having to restart the router multiple times a day and the upload/download speeds are incredibly poor. :-(

    @rickbingham @virginmedia Thing is BT and others are also bad. Depending on your area virgin media can be the fastest broadband as it's cable - but if there's a problem or something goes wrong they're rubbish at sorting anything out.
