@virginmedia my broadband is running at 10mbps (supposed to be 200). The app has done a "scan" and it says there is a network error and check back in 24 hours. Problem is, it's still slow three days later and there appears to be no more help on offer. Now what?

@virginmedia We just purchased a film from the media store and it won’t play - just is stuck at 0 minutes 😡 we’ve restarted our box but always have problems like this with catch up especially… not ideal when we’ve paid money to rent a film! Can you help at all?

@virginmedia Nope. There’s “nothing wrong” with the broadband according to the status page. Never is. It’s always the hub supposedly downloading updates. 10 weeks of this now, getting a bit bored of the lack of service TBH. This needs to be escalated.

@virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

‘ere, @VirginMedia, it’s been a full month now of totally unreliable service at my house; 5 engineers later, with the last call to 0345 454 111 on Friday saying you KNOW there’s a problem and it WILL be fixed in 24 hours. I called bullshit. I was right. Sort this out!!!

@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

@virginmedia The problem Is when you try to fast forward through the adverts it does not show you what is happening so you are being forced to watch. This is a far inferior system to sky. Surely you should at least be on par?? Or take the adverts out of the on demand service.

@virginmedia Thanks for that!!! Didn’t think of asking that on my previous 6 calls to that team!!Why didn’t I think of that!!! Seriously!!! I was on the call 4 hours on Thursday and over an hour yesterday!!!! Apparently they needed to investigate and get back to me. Thanks alot for no help!
