    @virginmedia Hi! Our WiFi is constantly dropping out and not working even when the lights on the box look fine. And it can’t even reach around the whole house and it’s definitely not a big house! Is there any way you could sort it out as it has been a problem for a while. Thanks.

    @dowenb @highlight If you’re using Virgin Media cable then this isn’t the same technology as the rate adaptive technology used in ADSL and VDSL, so you don’t have a sync speed to monitor. One issue you can have with Cable can be an increase in latency especially under load.

    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia Hi for 2 weeks..it's intermittent. Strange, a neighbour was in touch and was told issues would be sorted by 2.30pm today. Can you not check weak signal in our postcode please. There have been several calls n online interactions n many promises. It's worrying you can't see 1

    @virginmedia My husband ordered a phone last week with upgraded tariff. Phone was lost by Yodel. Virgin are refusing to send another phone out 2 him so he cancelled it all & today they've gone ahead & changed the contract 2 the upgrade which he has asked them twice now 2 cancel

    @virginmedia @O2 They are pensioners my mother is nearly 78 years old who doesn't know anything about tech etc. It's your service why should they be charged for help ? They want it sorted I've tried everything for them when I visited looked up solutions etc but none worked.

    @virginmedia I've contacted them via online chat, they are aware of the issue and apparently it should be resolved by 2.20pm tomorrow. You can also apply for credit via the online chat too, just need to ask for it when finally speaking to someone.THIS IS WHAT NEIGHBOUR WAS TOLD LAST NIGHT.

    @virginmedia 2 that so many people have complained. I'm a teacher, part online n internet crashes at least 4 times a day n in eve tv freezes and pixelates- last night ever 4 minutes. Shocking.Very poor and several in our rd.
