    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    @virginmedia I've done all of this! And not had any success! I just want to leave, I knw I have 2 months left but I'm just paying for a service tht isn't effective plus we don't really watch the TV so it's pointless!

    @virginmedia I have a complaint reference number - C-300322248. I got a response saying you've given internal feedback and asked if this was okay, I emailed back and said it wasn't but haven't heard anything further.
