-
Manavmeet Singh (@Manavvv31) reported@Benleo @virginmedia Nothing unites Britain quite like a shared telecom customer service horror story. The combination of endless transfers contradictory information and problems somehow getting worse after every call genuinely feels like a national experience at this point 😭 @Benleo
-
Richard Ryan (@Richard75129359) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I left them years ago as we have fibre now that does 2gb up and download. Had sales people knocking on the door ring doorbell showed one of them spitting at my front door. Called them to report it wasn't interested and told them to never come again still put flyers in the door.
-
Swivel Eyed (@swiveleyed24) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I moved to community fibre a couple of years ago. Quarter the cost, faster Internet and better customer service.
-
Ollyp3 (@ollyp3) reported@Benleo @virginmedia Wait - you have to stay on a contract or cancel. Why can't they just cancel what you were sold, give you the compensation (which they are legally required to on Ofcom auto compensation anyway for lost connectivity) and fix your service urgently. I cannot believe you are being held to a missed contract without the perks of said contract! Apalling
-
Adrienne Ayres (@adrienne_ayres) reported@virginmedia No consistent WiFi at 8pm today at CT3 2BA I thought full fibre meant a consistent service???
-
Ivan Elmanov (@GregoryRasputin) reported@virginmedia I don’t have a problem returning it, I have a problem with your company threatening to charge me because I didn’t send the router back straight away, maybe give people more than two weeks to send it back before harassing them.
-
Chris Hobbs (@obbsie) reported@virginmedia I just tried to contact you remotely re my TIVO box & the changeover. Your Terri bot clearly couldn't deal with it. My whole computer then froze completely followed by a page of Chinese writing before the computer telling me there is a problem & rebooted itself. Will I have to wait four hours on the 150 landline as I did the other day before giving up.
