@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

@virginmedia I don’t know that an engineer will attend tomorrow! And I shouldn’t have to chase, I’ve done enough of that already! I am aware of the auto comp scheme I just have 0 confidence it will be applied correctly and also doesn’t take into account the terrible service I’ve received
