    @virginmedia Well I would speak to a member of the team but always get the call cut short and I ask for a call back if the line goes dead. Twice yesterday ot happend Nd never got a phone call back

    @virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

    @virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

    @virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

    @virginmedia I upgraded to the Ultimate Oomph package in Jan but still waiting for the order to be completed. I’ve contacted customer services on numerous times but no success, I’ve also raised a complaint. How do I actually get some help to complete the order?

    @virginmedia Thanks. Done that. Multiple times. And over the last 6 months. And when I was an ntl: customer. And CableTel before that. 27 years of 56k > 350Mb and now it’s totally doing my head in. Unable to work from home properly. Boss won’t be happy!

    @virginmedia truly awful company stuck in the dark ages why would you trust them with broadband when after 3 months notice to quit they take full payment and then you have to apply for a refund !!! Company run by dinosaurs looking for opportunities to rip you off when leaving !

    @virginmedia Yep. Wired isn’t working either. I have no broadband, no WiFi, no service. Been like this since Saturday and intermittent since Jan/Feb.

    @lisapoulton10 @virginmedia The sky TV guide on their website is updated you probably need to refresh the network settings so it recollects all the new info etc as sometimes the box doesn’t update everyday like it’s supposed to same with the virgin box’s at times

    @virginmedia Just shows a fix time , status01, then when it gets to the fix time , it’s delayed. Been 13 days . Surely you’re losing thousands of pounds having to compensate the whole area for 2 weeks? Every day there’s a fix time and it’s delayed . Every single day…

    @virginmedia Specific issues: 1st technician did not log call for cable repair, customer support staff did not have latitude to break out of scripted process which (wrongly) assumed everything had been done correctly, cable repair was not notified to me, notes on my account were inadequate
