Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, EnglandAargh. @VirginMedia broadband is down again, 20 mins here in GU14. That’s 13 days of poor service. I’m trying to WFH and daughter’s trying to do her homework online. This is infuriating.

MissB (@M_Coneley) reported from Fernhurst, England@virginmedia No it’s not an end of contract discount being removed, worrying if it was since the increase is just £4., it’s for investing in service improvement. Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reportedIf it took me over a week to fix a network problem (it will actually be 10 days when @virginmedia get around to fixing our problem) I would have been fired. And you can't seem to register for compensation, even if you follow @virginmedia's own help system

-
Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported@virginmedia My point was that the date of fix changed from 1 day, to 2, then 4, 3, 10, 4, and 10 days. Broadband is an amenity nowadays and your customers should not be without it for this length of time, especially when I'm told it's an upgrade of the infrastructure.
-
DarkFlash (@DarkFlash81) reported@MrROKinROK @dom_lucre You could be right but there are still people who think Richard Branson owns Virgin Media still or that Bill Gates will solve all of their Microsoft issues.
-
Gareth Lloyd (@El_Lloydie) reportedWell, the customer service from @virginmedia these days is really quite remarkable. And that's not a compliment. Here's a thread... Informed them that I'm moving house, and they get it booked for Friday 3rd April. All good...
