    @GuseensLV @virginmedia Ah man, I’m with ya. 350MB here was fab until 16 days ago. Been “OK” today, had a relatively stable connection but it never crept over 10MB and that was if I was lucky *sigh*

    ‘ere, @VirginMedia, it’s been a full month now of totally unreliable service at my house; 5 engineers later, with the last call to 0345 454 111 on Friday saying you KNOW there’s a problem and it WILL be fixed in 24 hours. I called bullshit. I was right. Sort this out!!!

    Dear @VirginMedia, are there problems in the GU14 area? Because the reliability of broadband here has been appalling since at least Thursday/Friday. You really need to sort it out, I have to WFH and my daughter needs to connect with her school.

    @virginmedia I’m trying to solve a billing issue it’s been a month but It’s very difficult since your costumer service is terrible. I’ve paid all my bills but you are insisting that I didn’t. I’ve been at Bank I could confirm that I’ve paid. This is driving me crazy!

    @virginmedia The account holder is my husband. The account number is 104507406 area 26. I made a complaint 2 days ago, where I put all payments receipts numbers but I’ve not received a response until now.

    @virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    @virginmedia I signed up to your service & order a sim only deal. I’ve been trying to order another one but can’t log in to my account. Keeps saying there has been a problem and try later. This is my first ever experience with Virgin. I can’t log in nor can I place my order #firstimpressions

    @virginmedia Hi AR, I was given no time at all, only that there were ongoing issues the last two weeks then he said 7-10 days. He said you were working on it, it would be fixed but no timescale. 15 days of unreliable BB is awful. Have had 100% outages of up to 36 hours.

    If you’re with Virgin Media and have had issues, I would leave them if you have the option. A company that treats its customers like this, doesn’t deserve customers. This starts from the top of Virgin media. Will @richardbranson allow his brand to be trashed like this? Or does he not care anymore?

    @virginmedia please help. I’m trying to reduce my mums package. She has Alzheimer’s disease. All she needs is a basic internet and phone . No tv. No Netflix. No TNT. For some reason every time I am offered a deal including all the things I do not need. Her bill is due to double
