@lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

@virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

@virginmedia following a power outage in the epsom area my WiFi has been very very poor I have super fast M350 fibre Broadband package but unable to use the service. I have followed all the steps online resetting the router etc but nothing seems to work. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!!

No internet from @virginmedia in NW5 since 1.30pm. Tried to get in touch then; they asked me to book engineer. Then they cancelled engineer call - ‘network issues’. Now 7 hrs later they are uncontactable. Awful.
