@GraemeKelly1 @virginmedia I moved house and wanted to take my 500mb virgin package with me (£110 pm) they don’t service my new area so they charged me £240 to leave them even though it’s their fault! Disgusting!

@leemallon @virginmedia Have you got a hub2 or hub3? We had the former and service was dreadful, did lots of reading 🤪 and found that we could request a hub3 and now the service is so much better

@virginmedia @nancycooper This is an absolute lie, we’ve been told on two occasions that a manager would reach out and we’ve had nothing. We haven’t had our virgin tv working for almost a month. Their service is an absolute joke, if you can get out then get another service provider. Virgin is unethical.

@virginmedia Have you read my entire thread? I got a letter saying my complaint was invalid due to lack of evidence - despite the internet outage on 25 June making BBC, Guardian and Sky News. Can you please direct me to how I can escalate this?

@Leesasdream @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog It’s actually ridiculous how unethical they are. The amount of promises they’ve made with no delivery. Something as small as a manager reaching out. It’s actually ridiculous how piss poor their customer service is.

When you wake up and realise it’s not virgin media still at fault but your son who to ‘fix’ it has put a pointy thing in the factory reset of Virgin router deactivated modem mode causing total network chaos in the house

@virginmedia can you tell your resolution team that complaint reference C-2112201227 isn't resolved, cos apparently me emailing them 3 seperate times to tell them it wasn't and asking for a deadlock letter to send to the independent adjudicator gave the impression it was.
