    @virginmedia yet more non working channels. Few itv and sky channels not working. Just why do I continue using you when there's always some sort of issue. Wait time on phone is over an hour! Such bad service

    @virginmedia Resolved now, thanks. Not easy to cancel a V Mobile contract, & not at all clear on the site (I get it, you don’t want to make it too easy for customers to leave, but it was all going a bit Kafka!) The Virgin Media customer experience, on the other hand, was vastly more pleasant!

    One month of constant disconnections, poor upload / download speeds from Virgin Media. Not that it’s particularly important to have working broadband when you’re all working from home and can’t physically spend Christmas with your family. What an absolute joke.

    @virginmedia please can you share an email address for complaints. I have not had my issues resolved and there is only a postal address. (Which I assume isn’t monitored due to Covid) I am also sending the same complaint to Ofcom and CISAS.

    @virginmedia why is it when I do FaceTime or WhatsApp messenger to someone also on Virgin network it doesn’t allow me to? And I have to go to my 4G. That seems ridiculous!

    @virginmedia So, despite me spending an hour on the phone persuading you that I am not moving house just yet.. I wake up this-morning to find I’ve been disconnected anyway. And I’ve been hung up on once already while being transferred to the movers dept. Shocking service.

    @virginmedia I want to leave. I really want to leave. Your first customer agent was good, your second agent (cancellations) was rude, and the third (technical) was plain useless. I can’t afford your service, I suffer severe depression, and I can’t keep spending 45mins doing this

    @virginmedia Ok so says issue now fixed could tell they were working on it as lost tv and then internet came back for 5 mins, but now no internet again? So issue not fixed can you contact the engineer working on it to say not fixed ASAP please

    @virginmedia Are you able to remove all registered devices from my Virgin TV Go account? Searching online it looks like there is a bug on the system, which requires Virgin Support to remove the devices.

    @virginmedia it has said ‘no problems detected’ despite the fact that multiple people on local facebook groups are having the same issue. Other down detector websites have also noted issues so there must have been some outage this morning in the area?

    @virginmedia Yep. I asked to start a complaint, to which I was told I problem.. and guess what.. no-one’s been in touch. Been constantly with you since ‘96 through Nynex, C&W, NTL, Virgin Media. Think I deserve more loyalty than I’m getting.

    @virginmedia @NetflixUK @YouNetflix Whenever I have call virgin media to make a complaint about my bad internet service, mis-sold virgin TV for 10yrs, £5 charge for not setting up DD and no one discussing a new contract. All i get is complaint logged and they finally compensated me with £5 for 22yrs of loyalty 🤢

    @virginmedia @missyseventy9 I was informed by Virgin Customer Service that I will need to pay £5 extra a month because I will have to start using O2 sim card as Virgin sim cards will not exist after March 2023? Can @virginmedia shed some light on this please.

    @virginmedia I didn't know I was been charged for virgin TV, I never ordered virgin TV nor did I get a box to set up virgin TV. Check your end and you will see, this has never been used. I have been paying for this for the last 10yrs, believing this high premium was for fast internet.

    @virginmedia but i could get my access back with the flick of a switch… just reenable the neighbouring houses internet access, and mine will come back too. you’re seriously putting a paying customers service in jeopardy over not wanting to authorise access for an empty house?

    @virginmedia I managed to renew my contract after over 3 hours on the phone... I was advised via the original WhatsApp chat that my 2 tivo boxes would be upgrade but that couldn't be done yestarday All things considered I'm extremely disappointed and would love a call from your complaint dept
