    When you spend 2 hours on the phone to @virginmedia about a complaint that’s taken them over a month to respond to and they pretend not to hear you and hang up the phone coincidentally when they close at 9pm. I’m going to lose my **** soon.

    @virginmedia The SAR apparently should take up to 30 days by which point it will have been 8 weeks since original complaint with no response from VM meaning I can go to CISAS with all evidence needed.

    So @virginmedia have just told me that a complaint I made over a month ago was actually never going to go anywhere and was only with the person I made the complaint to. I’ve just wasted a month on a complaint that was never going to get resolved. They wonder why ppl hate them

    @virginmedia Worst CS ever, staff rude and unhelpful. No broadband approx 23 days and restricted TV only a couple of random stations working. Couldn’t use prime/Netflix/now and DP. Offered £25 compensation, not happy raised complaint 2 wks ago and not heard anything since.

    @virginmedia As you can see from the screenshots I am not being provided a complaint reference, it is just a bunch of asterisks. I have not received an email to acknowledge the complaint either, therefore I am not able to track. Please DM or provide an email address I can raise this through.

    @virginmedia do you actually have any accessible customer support? Trying to find a way to tell you that I have a potentially dangerous hub (steady red light) and there is no way to readily report this to you and get a replacement
