    @virginmedia Well you said u only get compensation 4 certain things however for almost 3 weeks now the internet I rely on for nearly everything is slow &cuts out my neighbours the same . I have missed on line interviews , zoom meetings , unable to do some coursework & u guys say oh well ...

    @virginmedia what time does your call centre open? Been without broadband all day through a fault now it’s showing as fixed but we are still without service. Have done all online tests. Please respond as this is unacceptable. Spending a fortune running 2 laptops from hotspots!

    @virginmedia TOTAL LIE. Spent majority of lockdown complaining about my intermittent service, dropping out during meetings etc. Eventually moved to a different provider and paid @virginmedia TWICE. Told to return equipment BEFORE a chq will be sent. No Chq received YET.

    @virginmedia Hi looking to chase up a call I made last week about my landline being down due to the cables being damaged outside. They said they were gonna do tests for 72 hours and get back to me, even though I mentioned the cables outside are damaged due to being exposed.

    @virginmedia can someone lookup the definition of "intermittent" and realise your terminology choice is fundamentally incorrect. A full outage of 16 hours is not intermittent by anyone's standards. Any idea when you might decide to grace me with the services I pay for?
