    @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

    @Barclays Why do I keep getting Error Code: 30915?? I’ve been trying to log into my acct for a LONG time now! Bcoz of not having access to my acct @virginmedia have been stealing DD even though I no longer have contract/subscription with them. Pls fix this b4 more money is taken!

    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    Has anyone with @virginmedia got the @SkySports red button working? I genuinely think it’s never worked for me and I’ve had Virgin for about 5 years now. I just wanna watch #Watfordfc. I’m paying enough, why do I not get the service?

    @virginmedia It is incredible, what you're doing is just pushing the date on your service page to one week to another. We don't have Internet for two months now! What are your engineers doing? I am going to cancel your contract and I will go with an better provider. @virginmedia #virginmedia

    @naterogers9 @virginmedia Retentions will 100% be able to sort you out if you give them a buzz bud, new customer deals are there to create new business same as when they cut the price on new cars etc but that doesn't mean they don't have some cracking offers 👍

    @virginmedia He recently died at the ripe old age of 96. My mum is 82. I spoke to virgin several times to request a name change. She is still having problems, and the account is still in her dead partners name. All a bit triggering for her, really..

    @virginmedia joke of customer service- over 70 mins on the phone. And the staff member just ignores anything I say due to their script reading, not to mention putting me on hold and not telling me they are doing so. Looks like your aboutCustomer of over 20 years .
