    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

    Has anyone with @virginmedia got the @SkySports red button working? I genuinely think it’s never worked for me and I’ve had Virgin for about 5 years now. I just wanna watch #Watfordfc. I’m paying enough, why do I not get the service?

    @virginmedia I don't know who Sharon is, but I haven't tried as the network team & 4 engineers have been unable to find the problem. I've had new ONU and I've had 4 hubs. Nothing. The last engineer was joking about the 10Gb trial around here which has apparently 'ruined the network'.

    @philzlow_key @virginmedia Customer service is shocking, I had intermittent broadband for 3 months and they still took my money each month and eventually offered me £20 but said it was a goodwill gesture as tey eouldnt accept liability, steer well clear

    Another week goes by and @virginmedia have still failed to send the promised engineer to fix my landline, have still failed to contact me as promised, and there appears to be nothing on the app - contrary to claims. Can I be bothered to spend another hour on the phone to them? 😞

    @virginmedia why do existing customers get rubbish deals compared to new customers?! Everytime it comes to end of contract I can never get a deal anywhere near what new customers get!!!

    @virginmedia I am sick to death of the poor Wi-Fi in my house! I've upgraded thinking that will stop the drop outs. We've had an engineer out and the Wi-Fi was up to standard for a week now back to black spots and loss of signal. Get me back to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia Yeah i did that, i dont mind being in a queue- i know you're busy, but i do mind being directed to a handler and then hear them in the background putting me on hold so they can finish what they are doing or skive off for 20 minutes or until i get tired of waiting and hang up
