Pretty certain #virginmedia is the worst ISP there is around! Absolutely awful and disgraceful server. Shocking speeds wireless and wired. Never used to be as bad as this. Will be asking for an early termination to my contract as I am not even getting the promised minimum speed.

@virginmedia Sporadic outages and having to factory reset the hub3 when it throws a wobbler the intel chipset inside is **** your network is **** and to make it worse your customer service is **** yet you’ll never admit it you need to get a new hub4 sharpish 😡😡

@virginmedia I'm never surprised. There call centre is disgusting. So unprofessional. Cutting people off. Not carrying out simple requests, eg calling people back as promised. Lying to get you off the phone.

@virginmedia Internet has been patchy for the last few weeks to say the least but recently almost non existent. Called help desk and followed automated advice, reset router etc a number of times but no joy. This makes it almost impossible to home school my kids. Please advise!

@virginmedia hey I've tried calling to cancel my 12 month contract as it's finished soon but I have to wait on hold for ages (I understand there are less call centres open), is there any other way I can close my contract without being stuck on hold for ages

@virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

@virginmedia It’s kinda Improved. But when paying for M350 fibre broadband plus 2 boosters...I don’t expect this to happen. I just came from BT & not once in 3 years with them did I have any system issues nor need boosters

@virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

@virginmedia spoke to someone yesterday about my poor service and box keep freezing. 45 painful minutes, got told for some reason someone would call me back in 2-4 hours. Not received a call, that was 28 hours ago.

@virginmedia We have a new install date confirmed but unfortunately it is almost 4 weeks away. Only after a couple calls did I get it out of them that there was a construction issue. However, you guys sent the engineer anyway despite the external works not being done. Waste of time!
