    @virginmedia so a tech drills through my hot water pipe, you send a plumber that takes 4 hours to fix, he’s only just left and the pipes are still leaking. Can’t get hold of anyone & it’s ruining my flooring & personal items! What am I supposed to do at this time of the evening??

    @virginmedia Thanks for clarifying. Anyway I’ve now been without broadband and landline since 8.30am, back from unplanned trip to office for their wifi to find that service is not going to be fixed until 9am tomorrow! This is the second time in a month I’ve been without service all Friday. 😫

    @virginmedia After going through webchat sales team and customer care. Could not reach deal to upgrade so I said Would talk to other providers. Customer care wanted me to wait to speak to relationship manager and I waited on line for a further 45 minutes for the person to come on line.

    @virginmedia Not expecting a fault free service but an entire day with no Wifi when working from home is not acceptable in the slightest! The texts said some disruption not no service at all? Compensation is required!

    @virginmedia hi I reported an issue on sunday & an engineer booked for today who has not shown up. I have hardly any programmes & rebooted box numerous times.I am now unable to get through on the phone as message is saying there is an issue but my service update says no issues

    @virginmedia Service status is all green, which is wrong because there is known maintenance work happening. My point is that planned work should happen over night to reduce impact.

    @mitchec1 @SkyUK @virginmedia Don’t get too excited - speeds advertised only ever reached at down times during the day and drops in and out periodically - all as bad as each other unfortunately! Virgin not to bad on customer service to be fair!

    @virginmedia In this specific instance (and there have been several other issues previously) virgin will not give me written confirmation of my disconnection date - simply an email confirming I will not receive any charges beyond my disconnection date of 28th March will suffice

    @virginmedia Getting constant disconnects, ping spikes and download speeds all over the place. Network log has lots of errors, think we need a new hub, is there a way to get this without ringing up as it takes ages?

    @virginmedia Of course I used the correct details!! I even tried to change the pw just in case that was the problem! But it still didn’t even allow me to do that. Kept asking for memorable code or whatever. I never created one because it was all done in the stores before lockdown.

    Anyone want to guess how long I'll be on hold trying to actually deal with a person at Virgin media? 2 hours and counting on the online chat... Maybe I shouldn't have told the bot I want to cancel my services!
