@virginmedia I made a complaint when this happened weeks ago, which resulted in me forking out for my own router. You didnt acknowledge my complaint and sent a letter saying I should call you back and I did and still have had no response! Apalling service! Will have to go to Ofcom.

@virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

@ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

@virginmedia The only problem is that the service has been out for 3 days now but after the 1st day you pulled a fast one and said it was fixed so you don’t have to compensate as per your 48 hrs policy. Only the phone line was fixed.
