@virginmedia I made a complaint when this happened weeks ago, which resulted in me forking out for my own router. You didnt acknowledge my complaint and sent a letter saying I should call you back and I did and still have had no response! Apalling service! Will have to go to Ofcom.

@libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

@virginmedia #scamcallcentre. Outrageous. This is what Virgin Media’s call centre in South Africa does if they don’t like the complaint being made: they transfer you to the Bereavement Department. Corporate Customer Service is all about avoiding dealing with the complaint.

We’ve had a couple of months of intermittent internet and since 17th December we’ve had daily outages. We’ve had 4 estimates for the fix, but they’ve all been and gone with 0 explanation. The communication from @virginmedia has also been abysmal! 1/2…
