    @virginmedia That would imply that I had faith in your services & belief that you cared about your customers. I know from the past that this is not the case. I have already checked and this problem is supposed to be fixed by 3pm, it has been ongoing since 8am. It really is tedious and boring

    @virginmedia been trying to cancel my services for 6 months now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being fobbed off month after month. Telling me I will incur costs. Please get your act together. I just want to leave. Every month you say my contract runs out the next month.

    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

    @virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

    @virginmedia Everything, go on the website to be told known issue and it'll be fixed by 3pm. You get engineers to do works during the week knowing ppl are at home it's actually stupid you're customer service skills are **** aswell this whole company just does not care for ppls livelihood

    @virginmedia good morning VM team. Are you observing any issues in DY3 area? I've run all the tests and rebooted hub but still internet is very intermittent. Pings from a wired device constantly dropping!
