    @virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

    @virginmedia Have raised a complaint but this is being dealt with by someone only capable of copying and pasting a series of platitudes into a superficial and thoughtless email. No intelligence or attempt to understand and address the issues. Pathetic. Still not fixed.

    @YodelOnline OK have sent DM with details of the *Three* shipments @virginmedia have now sent due to their faulty software or equipment none of which shipments have been provided with a two hour delivery window by the carrier @YodelOnline as promised. Truly awful customer service.

    There’s a new Hitron Chita paperweight from @vmbusiness @vmbusinesshelp - it’s expensive but the only thing it can do without going out of service every few minutes

    @virginmedia Callback should have happened days ago. Now the person on 150 says that you failed to complete a process. They then tried to miss-sell me an upgrade to my package. Still not fixed but "should be" in a few hours! I doubt it. Abysmal deceptive service.

    @LeePartridge16 @virginmedia Told @virginmedia to cancel yesterday at 11am after a 27% increase. On the message while waiting it offered me 1/2 back. Still cancelled and at 11am today VM calls to offer better deal. Why do companies do this? They don’t deserve customer loyalty.

    @virginmedia Everything is good now. I'm all set for final engineer install on 11th April. The issue was with the cable run up my driveway, which is now sorted to my satisfaction. I don't need groundwork crew to do anything else.

    @virginmedia Hi DB, thanks what I’m concerned about is the price rise letter says if we don’t cancel by 25th April we’ll be subject to fees. I’m worried if a month before tend of contract it’s not possible to reduce the price, we’ll have to cancel then instead? It’s going up over £40/month

    @virginmedia This downtime has been absolutely terrible for a service sold as being "one of the best". I will be looking to see if there are any alternative services in my area and ending my dealings with you since this keeps happening far too often for such a high-priced service.
