Engineer came round on Monday and informed me there was a local issue with broadband that @virginmedia were aware of and was surprised I had not been informed. The last engineer who came round seemed unaware of this!!! How do I get compensated? Anyone know?

Only way not to pay for the TV service would be to downgrade my bundle, but that means I'm not eligible for 'new client discount', thus I don't save anything. 🙄

He has actually gone above and beyond to provide some customer service. I hope Virgin notice this, but they probably won't.
