@JamesJWalsh @virginmedia I used to be a customer before moving to Lewisham and left them because I was getting about 10% of the contracted speed and they were taking months to resolve it. They ended up admitting it was oversubscription.

@virginmedia suffering total loss of service since Monday because a fibre cable was cut. Until it's fixed, any reason why you can't offer a short term data connection? Fibre was cut by another cable companies contractors.

@virginmedia That page today again moved fix date to 15 Feb, for the Nth time. It's been like this every day. Fault team been saying SNR issue (obvious from my Hub 3 logs & BQM graphs). At the same time, automated phone line says different date/time. Shambles.
