    @virginmedia It’s up and running now though I favour it a temporary fix as it’s a repetitive issue in Wandsworth and needs addressing. I pay a premium as opposed to going with a cheaper provider to avoid precisely this scenario. It’s far from a satisfactory service.

    Here we go yet again. Quelle surprise @virginmedia down in SW11 for the past few hours. Warning to anyone in South London, avoid them as your broadband provider. It truly is an awful service.

    @virginmedia Thanks for clarifying. Anyway I’ve now been without broadband and landline since 8.30am, back from unplanned trip to office for their wifi to find that service is not going to be fixed until 9am tomorrow! This is the second time in a month I’ve been without service all Friday. 😫

    @virginmedia After going through webchat sales team and customer care. Could not reach deal to upgrade so I said Would talk to other providers. Customer care wanted me to wait to speak to relationship manager and I waited on line for a further 45 minutes for the person to come on line.

    @virginmedia I honestly don’t understand how you can do this to people. I’ve called 5 times since January, everytime I’ve been told it’s £0 it should have been removed our fault. It’s never been removed. Poor customer service, every time “I can see on the notes this should have been closed”.

    @virginmedia Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. To fix the mast, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. In the meantime, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data. We’ll update you by Thursday 1st September

    @virginmedia This is unhelpful. Unable to register lack of service due to not having any internet access from last Thursday until this afternoon. Unable to ring the number ( same reason) . Annoyed as I've used an entire month's worth of mobile data for work over the last 6 days.
