    @virginmedia Your telephone service claimed it was a general outage in my postcode between 2am and 2pm. I was up at 5am to take a call. I couldn’t take that call bcos I didn’t have a working tv/phone/broadband connection. No warning. No explanation.

    @virginmedia The base light is a very light green, that’s on all the time. The Wi-fi light is green and keeps flashing. I’ve been running diagnostics checks for some months now, and it always says there’s a connection problem with the wi-fi.

    @virginmedia enough is enough. Broadband in the Nunhead/ Peckham are has been useless for nigh on@a year. We were promised big improvements in Sept that never came. We now re-boot 2 to 3 times a day. Had enough of your suggestions that never work. Please arrange an engineer ASAP

    @virginmedia I have called in yesterday to cancel my order for a VM broadband, the rep that attended to me claimed I'll get an email confirmation to that effect. Till now, there is no email and your reps keep dropping the call once they hear am cancelling and requesting my refund.

    @virginmedia We cancelled their subscription in March due to the high costs. They explained about 30 days and that they would packaging to send kit back however they have been charged again. When I rang on their behalf 2 days ago we were told we never cancelled it.

    PSA to all my UK followers Never use @virginmedia they’ve scammed me out of £400 and after spending hours on the phone with them they’ve been absolutely ridiculous each time. I keep being charged £156.17 and their customer support is an actual joke. What a garbage company

    @virginmedia @LutzSchueler I asked if this is 3rd party work and you pre install team said that you don’t use 3rd party for any works, was told permit approved, site survey done yes filed complaint but at this point it should not take 5 months

    @virginmedia No, all works were completed at 9am according to a text you sent me. Service has been ok until about an hour ago. Now no TV or Internet. I'm staff and I know all the test procedures, there is no signal coming into my property.
