    @virginmedia My partner did. Two hours later after the auto response still nothing. Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.

    @virginmedia Persistent network issues continue to hinder the ability to work from home. I endeavoured to check the service page but it itself would not load so I’m guessing there’s an issue somewhere. Issues include long dropouts and high response times. #networkengineer

    @virginmedia I tried all that, the bloke on the phone told me an engineer would be the only one who could fix it, surprisingly it started working after a few hours, don’t have much confidence in your tool or your help desk! Neither seems to know what they are doing!

    @virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!

    Hi @virginmedia. You were meant to phone us at 8am today. Just like your service guy was supposed to turn up 12-4 yesterday, but instead turned up at 7, hadn't been told what the issue was, got aggressive & drove off. You are appalling.

    @virginmedia If anyone is there, your Kafkaesque hellhole of a website is like the labyrinth in The Shining. It just sending a user back to sign in, even though we are, and that's after thirty minutes trying to change the password. You are abysmal.

    @virginmedia Box cycling between “starting up” & “welcome” screen. Two support staff have looked at it and raised ticket for technical support. Heard nothing. Tried everything suggested but no joy. Simple answer would be to try another box but that fell on deaf ears.

    @StarCur1 @virginmedia I normally get a text which is basically “we’re switching your internet off on X date lol soz”. Still it beats when the service goes out without warning, which is fairly often.

    @virginmedia Still awaiting the ongoing issue we have that has now been going on for a week and a half now.We have spent over four hours on the phone already with phone calls not being returned. Your service is absolutely unacceptable having been with Virgin for over ten years!!
