Status checker said it would be resolved by 1945, now is says 2330. Last time it was like this, it took almost a whole day to get service back. Glad I have a book to read.....

Contract cancelled. I might return if they ever decide to put customer services back in the UK - preferably with someone who understands plain English. #hopeless
