    Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

    @virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!

    @virginmedia Since the beginning of January (I moved house) and I am waiting for Virgin Media to connect my service! So I am without internet, TV and telephone! Booked 3 times, and 3 times you cancelled!

    @virginmedia as holding time is up to one hour why don’t you have a call back service like many others companies. On hold for up to one hour from my mobile to deal with an issue we had for months

    @virginmedia This is a very long going issue. I have reset the router, you have upgraded my connection. You have sent an engineer who changed some wires. Yet the issue remains. No matter how many times I tell you I think it's a router option, you insist it's not. So what is it?

    @virginmedia @charmilham Please stop retweeting the service checker link, it’s been giving an ‘out of service’ message for hours. You know things are bad when even the ‘Check Virgin Media Status’ page gives a 404 unavailable error. Please let us know when this is going to be fixed.

    @virginmedia I only have broadband, it is a constant issue. I am use to 100mb/s but it then drops to 2 mb/s this is horrible. I pay for 200mb/s + Netflix dosent even work at that speed. My mobile data is faster; that only has 1 bar. Please dm me thanks
