Trevor Graham (@MrTG_Tweets) reported from Redhill, England@itsJuliaHardy Ah!! I work for Virgin Media O2, so I will pick my words carefully. I will speak to people in our customer experience team and get the right course of action so you can get some traction. Hope that's OK.

Helen Rimmer 💙 🔶️ (@melon_h) reported from Burgess Hill, EnglandHi @virginmedia any news on why our broadband and TV haven't worked since 7pm yesterday in Burgess Hill? No comms and status update just says you are aware with an expected fix moving on in time...
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia Looked for a moment like it was back, both the TiVo and router self restarted - is this meant to happen as part of work that may be being done?, unfortunately hasn’t resulted in restoration of service. Confirmed on service page it’s still an outage in the area

𝙇𝙚𝙢𝙢𝙮 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙩 🎮🕹️🚀 (@LemmyBarnett) reported from Horley, England@virginmedia I now have another broadband supplier. You make it too hard to cancel. A 30 minute phone call, just to be told to ring back in FIVE DAYS time because "the system is down".
-
Dean Woods (@deanwoods) reported from Horley, England@virginmedia Hub 3.0. No issues experienced with our wired devices, just impacting WiFi.
-
Mr.Cocktail 🍸 (@AndyCockell) reported from Dorking, England@virginmedia 1. You’ve not read my tweet but replied with a standard automated response. 2. I said in my initial tweet that you’ve already told me service is down due to improvements. 3. The link you’ve given says there’s nothing wrong. Your customer service is diabolical.
-
Mitch (@ColynMitchell) reported from Crawley, England@virginmedia I pay for 300 meg broadband and have done for a long time. Currently via ethernet cable I get 100 meg and wifi 30-40 meg tops. But as low as 10-15 meg. When trying to stream anything via firestick I get buffering. A few weeks ago we had no problems.
-
Tel (@2pintsuk) reported from Redhill, England@virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

Charles Brittain (@CharlesB2T) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia We are happy, now that we're back online, but it was thanks to the two charming and communicative engineers working away in Burgess Hill that saved the day; not just because they'd fixed the issue, but they'd also told me what was going on.

Helen Rimmer 💙 🔶️ (@melon_h) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia But why do we have to keep looking for information. Is there no way of updating the customer directly, it is appalling customer communication. What is the problem? Why just keep putting estimates? If it isn't going to be fixed for 48 hours tell us.
-
Greyman (Gary A) (@GaryAblett3) reported from Crawley, England@virginmedia I’m confused. This isn’t a general concern. This is a complaint and you are legally obliged to handle the complaint or I will simply refer to Ofcom.

-
Hatz (@DevilHatman) reported@virginmedia The hilarious part... your complaints team sends me an email saying we agreed a resolution and closed it. We have abso-*******-lutely not agreed a resolution. I haven't even been able to speak to anyone yet and nobody has replied to response. @Ofcom

Andy W (@AndrewW12290183) reported@virginmedia While 6 weeks ago I was struggling to cancel my VM contract for charging me for a TV package I never signed up for. -
Belfast Books (@BelfastBooks) reported@TrevorM63275988 Having dealt with Virgin Media on behalf of clients for more than 20 years, I can say their customer service has changed dramatically. They now appear to rely heavily on contact deflection, a practice where customers are repeatedly directed towards web chat, FAQs and automated systems instead of being able to speak to a human adviser. While contact deflection is intended to reduce support costs, my experience is that it has reached the point where accessing a person has become unnecessarily difficult. I'll I'll be raising it with Ofcom under the complaint they have against them.
-
Hatz (@DevilHatman) reported@virginmedia The formal complaint is already submitted. I'm not going back and forth on X too.
-
Groupthink Blogs (@GroupthinkBlogs) reported@simonlevans @virginmedia They even admitted they did so. I remember trying to cancel my mum's contract 10 years ago, took me 2 hours. Most people would have given up.
-

-
brooklynn dakota phillips (@LeisaPh20037124) reported@virginmedia once again issues with your tv channels and broadband dropping this is getting beyond now when your paying £102 month for unreliable services will be looking elsewhere
-
Risteárd Ó hArrachtáin (@HarrachtainO) reportedThe absolute consensus among Irish mainstream media on every single issue is remarkable. Across RTE, the Irish Times, The Journal, The (hilariously misnamed) Independent, Virgin Media etc. there’s no diversity of thought, no discord, no dissent on any matter. How is this possible
-
Andy (@andy_treadwell) reported@youfibre Your updated privacy terms catches the eye: "When we may share information with trusted service providers and partners;" If I start getting spam from youfibre 'partners' = bye bye & that is on top of virgin media buying you (many of us are refugees from virginmedia)
