@virginmedia Are you able to advise IF this is going to be fixed, yesterday you said by 10am today. Then 2pm,6pm & now 10am tomorrow - could live with the loss of either service but it’s really impacting not having either!

@virginmedia Looked for a moment like it was back, both the TiVo and router self restarted - is this meant to happen as part of work that may be being done?, unfortunately hasn’t resulted in restoration of service. Confirmed on service page it’s still an outage in the area

@virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

@dazzleeds @virginmedia That’s because the router will auto connect without password to show you a diagnostics page to let you self test for issues (no good here as it’s on VM side) once service is back the router will resume normal security mode

There's an outage that lasts for a few hours every so often (once every 6-8 months), but speeds have been at or above the 350Mb/s I pay for, for > 99% of the time. This may vary from your area, but I've had great service with them.

@virginmedia I've had my virgin box for 4 days, today it has been not connecting + now connecting really slowly (download mbps 2.99 as opposed to 200+ before!). I was told this morning an engineer would call me within 4 hours to try and fix virtually and it's been well over now!
