Is your Virgin TV Go app ever going to work again @virginmedia been down for a wk now. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it, constantly told my p/word is wrong (it’s not) I reset it anyway, then get an error message that the p/word reset page is broken. Mmm just as I get a price rise

@virginmedia it’s happened again our internet is down and it’s not your router. You are working in the area of RH68GD please send engineer as before to sort out exchange box. Yes I have rang customer services and they are still useless.

@virginmedia The automated service has informed me there are issues in my area which an engineer is working on .. due to be fixed at 435pm , but been off since 10pm last night . Not much help really considering what we pay for .

@virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

@virginmedia been trying to cancel my services for 6 months now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being fobbed off month after month. Telling me I will incur costs. Please get your act together. I just want to leave. Every month you say my contract runs out the next month.

Proof, if ever it was needed that teens no longer watch linear TV. Harmony remote inexplicably stopped controlling Virgin media box 3 weeks ago, I fixed it this morning (had to re-pair VM box w/TV model)… kids response “oh, it was broken?”

@virginmedia Previously yes. My issue isn’t getting through, if I want to get through I just mention upgrade. As soon as I mention upgrade I get a response instantly, however when you realise that upgrade mens I’ll be paying LESS I get “transferred” and then I’m left waiting hours

@virginmedia Expand a little.... Ok.... At 52 mins past the hour on the hour since the "engineer" fixed the issue... We have lost internet connection which means we've lost TV, internet & phone. Again putting you in breach of ofcom regulations.

@virginmedia Yep, seems @virginmedia have locked it due to a perceived malware issue despite my devices being covered with Norton AV 4 scans found zero issues but @virginmedia are unable to unlock it. I have been forced into creating gmail accounts, sick of this issue
