    @virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

    @virginmedia I am bitterly disappointed that you have only been able to provide a broadband service for a week and now there's nothing. My work relies on fast reliable broadband. If this doesn't get fixed this Monday, I'll be seeking another provider.

    @virginmedia been trying to cancel my services for 6 months now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being fobbed off month after month. Telling me I will incur costs. Please get your act together. I just want to leave. Every month you say my contract runs out the next month.

    @virginmedia I only found this out by talking to the engineers working at getting us all attached again, down our road, but if we don't know this, it looks as though it is your equipment which is at fault. To be fully kept up to speed with real info, will stop nightmare thoughts from growing.

    @virginmedia Reboot temporarily increased the speed but nothing near the service I was getting in the past. I work from home a need fast connection. So need this sorted out please.

    @virginmedia as holding time is up to one hour why don’t you have a call back service like many others companies. On hold for up to one hour from my mobile to deal with an issue we had for months

    @virginmedia My virgin broadband has been down since Sunday 24/05….had engineers booked yesterday and today, but no one turned up ! Apparently this is a wider issue but tbh I have no idea what’s going on.shambolic customer service. Looking to leave them asap

    @virginmedia @PeteUK7 HOW LONG does it take it to update your accounts? Asking on behalf of all auditors, everywhere. Also, template posts like this do not assuage and make you look uncaring to an even wider audience. How HUMANS work :- 1) This sort of post should trigger a HUMAN with AUTHORITY to handle. It's not "a few days", it's a few months. I'm pissed because in my case I'm still dealing with an idiot org (not Virgin) after THREE YEARS. 2) They apologise. In Public, without reservation or excuse. 3) Privately, they apologise and make a concrete gesture. In this perhaps, "let us know if they supported any charity, we'll send you a cheque for £1000 made out to it". Privately because otherwise grandstanding. £1000 because you want to show you're sorry, and that this sort of thing is so rare that you can be generous. £100 just looks a cost of doing incompetent business. CHEQUES : still the only way to send money via a third party where you need the third party to know it got paid. And yes, they still exist. Even if Branson has to get it from his branch in person.
