    @virginmedia I changed my direct debit date to 30th of each month and you failed to tell me it wasn’t going to be effective until next months billing cycle. Now I have charges from my bank. Not a good experience, especially as a new customer. I want my bank charges refunding

    @virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

    @virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!

    @virginmedia family recently got your services and are having a sound issue which looking online is a problem that’s been around a while but I can find if you ever published a resolution - sound on V6 box cuts out intermittently for a moment in Dolby Ditial Audio programs

    @virginmedia Hi - issue hasn’t resolved from reboot (didn’t appear to be an update). Also seeing very intermediate problems where programs freeze momentarily/blur (almost like on satellite when the weather gets in the way / when the hard drive was struggling to playback files)

    @virginmedia Since the beginning of January (I moved house) and I am waiting for Virgin Media to connect my service! So I am without internet, TV and telephone! Booked 3 times, and 3 times you cancelled!

    @virginmedia I pay for 300 meg broadband and have done for a long time. Currently via ethernet cable I get 100 meg and wifi 30-40 meg tops. But as low as 10-15 meg. When trying to stream anything via firestick I get buffering. A few weeks ago we had no problems.

    @virginmedia Reboot temporarily increased the speed but nothing near the service I was getting in the past. I work from home a need fast connection. So need this sorted out please.

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia Many thanks for your reply. I have officially complained to VM and this has been filed, but no resolution. Thank you for the link, it is good to know that there is an ADR scheme my complaint can be reported to if VM do not resolve the issue.

    @virginmedia Just got email that I'll be downgraded from 1Gbps to 50Mbps because "I don't qualify for OOmph package". Might have something to do with the issue on my billing which VM hasn't been able to resolve for last 5 months. Impossible to reach anyone.

    @virginmedia now 3 days with constant loss of connection on my broadband sat/sun and now today...I’m paying for a service that I am not receiving so what happens here, I have online schooling for my daughter to do aswell as some work related things

    @virginmedia V annoying to receive a price hike letter from you today, when I’ve been trying to speak to you for weeks re: my faulty TiVo box, but can only get through to an automated system. Pls can you advise the best way to speak to someone in your customer services team. Thks
