    So as some may know I work at a computer repair shop and there have been a rise in online scams this last few weeks. Especially people claiming to be from @virginmedia regarding slow internet speed If it sounds suspicious hang up. @SurreyPolice #ScamAlert

    Virgin Media is ******* rubbish. Says there isn't a problem but clearly there is coz we've had no Internet all night. Need to talk to them Monday coz this has been going on for ages.

    @virginmedia I am bitterly disappointed that you have only been able to provide a broadband service for a week and now there's nothing. My work relies on fast reliable broadband. If this doesn't get fixed this Monday, I'll be seeking another provider.

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia Are you able to advise IF this is going to be fixed, yesterday you said by 10am today. Then 2pm,6pm & now 10am tomorrow - could live with the loss of either service but itโ€™s really impacting not having either!

    @virginmedia I now have another broadband supplier. You make it too hard to cancel. A 30 minute phone call, just to be told to ring back in FIVE DAYS time because "the system is down".

    @virginmedia first day as a new customer and hub 3 isnโ€™t working and stream box isnโ€™t turning on. Have followed guides on both counts and all cables are connected correctly. Hub is giving out a signal but light isnโ€™t turning white. Stream box is totally dead. So frustrating!

    @virginmedia I changed my direct debit date to 30th of each month and you failed to tell me it wasnโ€™t going to be effective until next months billing cycle. Now I have charges from my bank. Not a good experience, especially as a new customer. I want my bank charges refunding

    Get home to find no Internet/WiFi, no TV, stellar service as usual from @virginmedia. Status checker said it would be resolved by 1945, now is says 2330. Last time it was like this, it took almost a whole day to get service back. Glad I have a book to read.....

    @virginmedia But why do we have to keep looking for information. Is there no way of updating the customer directly, it is appalling customer communication. What is the problem? Why just keep putting estimates? If it isn't going to be fixed for 48 hours tell us.

    @virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and donโ€™t lie to your clients!

    @virginmedia That's who I've been talking to. Spoke to Sabine who has fixed it I think for 4th March. 2 others who couldn't help me, of which was rude and uncaring. All told me different things. It appears its an area fault, which the first one didn't confirm

    @virginmedia hi, we have a complete outage (waterford city) no TV, no Internet. We have attempted all options, so don't send us links to your website. This is going on for 3.5 hrs. Modem flashing red, can't get work done, & unable to even watch TV. What is going on?

    @virginmedia absolutely appalling customer service. Been a customer for years. I have an ongoing complaint with a complaint reference number but nobody at virgin is replying. Iโ€™m trying on here to see if there is a human who can respond. Virgin can you respond??

    Had quite a battle with Virginmedia this morning when reporting a fault . Wanted me to crawl down on the floor and reach behind the cupboard to start unplugging and then plugging things back in again. Explained in the to her that I have arthritis in my spine as an elderly person and Iโ€™m result took a real battle to get them to send a Technician out - apart from anything else tiring having to navigate all the various menus to even get to speak to a human being. Really beginning to wish I had not renewed my contract with #Virginmedia and had gone elsewhere @virginmedia .

    Iโ€™ve just been given Netflix ( I know Iโ€™m late to getting it ) by VirginMedia. The first show Iโ€™ve started watching is Breaking Bad ( I know Iโ€™m late to watching that too ) My question is should I stick with it as Iโ€™m 3 shows in and not sure what all the fuss was about yet?

    @virginmedia Really poor customer experience these last couple of days regarding renewal of services! Different conversations and quoted various increases to service in chat service. Lower offer quoted on my login page yesterday now withdrawn according to guy on phone just now?
