    Is your Virgin TV Go app ever going to work again @virginmedia been down for a wk now. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it, constantly told my p/word is wrong (it’s not) I reset it anyway, then get an error message that the p/word reset page is broken. Mmm just as I get a price rise

    Not sure about Virgin Media's new "Intelligent Wi-Fi" update. Devices now regularly lose connection which wasn't a problem before 🤔

    @virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

    @virginmedia been trying to cancel my services for 6 months now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being fobbed off month after month. Telling me I will incur costs. Please get your act together. I just want to leave. Every month you say my contract runs out the next month.

    @virginmedia The automated service has informed me there are issues in my area which an engineer is working on .. due to be fixed at 435pm , but been off since 10pm last night . Not much help really considering what we pay for .

    Get home to find no Internet/WiFi, no TV, stellar service as usual from @virginmedia. Status checker said it would be resolved by 1945, now is says 2330. Last time it was like this, it took almost a whole day to get service back. Glad I have a book to read.....

    @virginmedia No there hasn't been either for quite a while. Tivo box just crashes , phones WiFi cuts out. Virgin I've no issues so are all our phones and tivo box broke? Doubt it. I'm adamant its WiFi related. Perhaps the router. Or the tivo box is knackered. Its the told type.

    @virginmedia We had someone out last week blowing new cable to the cabinet (following an engineer visit), but we don't know if it's been connected yet. As well as an ETA, we'd like to know how much you'll be crediting our bill per day if you don't fix this soon.
