Is your Virgin TV Go app ever going to work again @virginmedia been down for a wk now. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it, constantly told my p/word is wrong (it’s not) I reset it anyway, then get an error message that the p/word reset page is broken. Mmm just as I get a price rise

@virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

Get home to find no Internet/WiFi, no TV, stellar service as usual from @virginmedia. Status checker said it would be resolved by 1945, now is says 2330. Last time it was like this, it took almost a whole day to get service back. Glad I have a book to read.....

@virginmedia I’ve done that 3 times over the last 6 days. I’ve wasted hours for the issue to be resolved. You’re happy to take £105 out of my bank every month. Your customer service is beyond poor. Nothing personal mate, but it’s extremely frustrating.

@virginmedia It doesn't work. It just repeats the same question again and again. Once the connection closes it will start whole process again. Been trying since 17th November to resolve issue. I can't spend hours sitting on WhatsApp. At point now where I'm demanding a face to face meeting.
