    @virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

    @virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia But why do we have to keep looking for information. Is there no way of updating the customer directly, it is appalling customer communication. What is the problem? Why just keep putting estimates? If it isn't going to be fixed for 48 hours tell us.

    @virginmedia so a tech drills through my hot water pipe, you send a plumber that takes 4 hours to fix, he’s only just left and the pipes are still leaking. Can’t get hold of anyone & it’s ruining my flooring & personal items! What am I supposed to do at this time of the evening??

    @virginmedia connection is down, your diagnostics state there's a problem and helped me book an engineer but earliest appointment isn't until Tuesday? Seriously? No home phone line for 4/5 days isn't good.

    @virginmedia to now say we never logged a complaint is an absolute joke. I have wasted so much time calling the worst company possible, I want my phone calls listened too and these charges wipped off! the calls were made on the 21st feb at 12.01, 14.55, 15.30, and 15.44.

    @virginmedia I have logged a complaint since last week and still nobody has rung me to resolve this. I work from home and my internet keeps cutting off I have then been asked to pay extra to resolve this while I already am paying extra virgin broadband is the worst company ever

    @virginmedia Finally found out today after been passed on several times that it's been rearranged. Yet still online account appointments view is "Oops something is broken" and your app doesn't show the appointment either. Though I have been told there is one on your system. Shambolic support.

    @virginmedia Your awful automatic phone service just sent me a web link and hung up. There is no ‘book a technician’ visible. There are obviously no human beings to speak to. This is my biggest bug bear with Virgin your customer service is non existent unless you are up selling.
