Alison Braganza 🌟💙 (@alibeeson) reported from Crawley, England@virginmedia Thanks John. This is really poor service though, when we called your customer services yesterday they said there was no problem & nothing they could do. An estimated fix date? For your deaf and hard of hearing customers, this isn’t good enough I’m afraid @scope @RNID
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Burgess Hill, England@dazzleeds @virginmedia That’s because the router will auto connect without password to show you a diagnostics page to let you self test for issues (no good here as it’s on VM side) once service is back the router will resume normal security mode
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Burgess Hill, England@Ben76593214 @virginmedia Where are you getting these “rumours” or are you making it up? Granted Virgin are unhelpful in communicating & keep moving the resolution time (but not until it’s almost reached)
-

Iain (@Skiddles1985) reported from Crawley, EnglandGet home to find no Internet/WiFi, no TV, stellar service as usual from @virginmedia. Status checker said it would be resolved by 1945, now is says 2330. Last time it was like this, it took almost a whole day to get service back. Glad I have a book to read.....
-
Daniel Burns (@DanielBurns91) reported from Dorking, England@virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! Charles Brittain (@CharlesB2T) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia I only found this out by talking to the engineers working at getting us all attached again, down our road, but if we don't know this, it looks as though it is your equipment which is at fault. -
Nick Morris (@nickjmorris_3) reported@virginmedia no tv or broadband all day in WD5 area. Called customer services who told us it would be fixed at 2:30am. That’s not good enough. Please can someone contact us to let us know how to get online sooner?
-
Our Electric World (@O_E_W) reported@TheEvEngineer @gigaclear @MartinSLewis I used to get the same with Virgin Media when it was our only option. Simple solution is to swap and change to the cheaper deals. I got an Orbi mesh router a while back. It should help simplify our next swap as it keeps the same network name whatever company we’re with.
-
BirchillsBoy (@BirchillsBoy) reportedIt's later this month I can put my notice in with Virgin Media. £40 a month for just broadband is too much. Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at £11 a month rising to £22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.
-
Vocal and Proud (@Vocalandproudx) reported@virginmedia Shameful service. I’ve contacted you DAILY and STILL no resolution for my inconsistent internet connection. It’s been 6months now. DSAR request promised, still waiting. Enough is enough. Escalating to @Ofcom
-
Alex Davies (@daviesa02) reported@virginmedia an engineer visited over the weekend to install my broadband, but the external work wasn’t finished. CS booked another engineer for today, but they don’t need them anymore because the roadworks are is being completed today. £25 to cancel myself, can this be sorted?
-
Helen Bedford (@helenxbedford) reported@virginmedia Hello! I have an engineer visit booked but it’s not on the app. I’ve raised a complaint about that but my complaint isn’t on the app. I started a live chat and was asked to move it to WhatsApp’s, but didn’t receive any comms. How can I get any response from Virgin?

Paddy Sweeney (@PaddySw99745534) reported@virginmedia @_JIMBO55 You still have not got it ! A customer has problems with your service who has messaged, emailed and called VM but you still have not dealt with their issues. Take your out of date equipment out of my home and I will move on to a better provider. For an 82 year old unacceptable.
-
Graeson Laitt (@Laitty) reported@virginmedia @virginmedia Can you please confirm whether the Sky Sports+ TV fault I reported on 15th August has now been fully resolved?
