    @virginmedia so a tech drills through my hot water pipe, you send a plumber that takes 4 hours to fix, he’s only just left and the pipes are still leaking. Can’t get hold of anyone & it’s ruining my flooring & personal items! What am I supposed to do at this time of the evening??

    @virginmedia Are you able to advise IF this is going to be fixed, yesterday you said by 10am today. Then 2pm,6pm & now 10am tomorrow - could live with the loss of either service but it’s really impacting not having either!

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia 2 days in a row now..problem resolved yesterday evening after all day with no internet, today exactly the same problem. Your check if there is a problem page is still not working either..

    @Benleo @virginmedia 1.. A few years ago i got cold called by a @virginmedia salesman. I told him i wasnt interested as i was moving. He said its okay you cant take it with you. Anyway, when i moved it became apparent that virgin never covered the area. But they held me to the contract.

    @virginmedia Thank you Vigin Media for spoiling the end of the PGA Tournament, WIFI kept cutting out near the close of the Tournament so don't know who won, shoddy service to say the least, why should we pay for a mediocre service, not fit for purpose.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately this is still an issue, comes up saying that we are fetching account details and after 15 minutes Error CS1012 appears, so so frustrating! Been going on since Thursday now!

    @Benleo @virginmedia Ben , should of gone Starlink. These all in one sell you a carpet as well, just ain't working anymore. You try to save money with an all in one, all you get is problems.
