    @virginmedia I now have another broadband supplier. You make it too hard to cancel. A 30 minute phone call, just to be told to ring back in FIVE DAYS time because "the system is down".

    @virginmedia But why do we have to keep looking for information. Is there no way of updating the customer directly, it is appalling customer communication. What is the problem? Why just keep putting estimates? If it isn't going to be fixed for 48 hours tell us.

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia so a tech drills through my hot water pipe, you send a plumber that takes 4 hours to fix, he’s only just left and the pipes are still leaking. Can’t get hold of anyone & it’s ruining my flooring & personal items! What am I supposed to do at this time of the evening??

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.

    @virginmedia Thanks John. This is really poor service though, when we called your customer services yesterday they said there was no problem & nothing they could do. An estimated fix date? For your deaf and hard of hearing customers, this isn’t good enough I’m afraid @scope @RNID

    @virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

    hey @virginmedia I've tried calling to get help with our b'band, but you keep sending a text with link to the website and then end the call. I've tried everything on the website but no joy. Really poor speeds, it's normally 200mbps but now only 4.08 Mbps. What should I do?

    @O2 i was set up with a new SIM card thorugh @virginmedia. I never asked for the SIM or wanted the SIM . i phoned @02 on 28/3 to cancel the SIM ( which was approved ). i was then sent "red" letters by you demanding payment. tel customer services are unable to clear

    @virginmedia Hi there. I’ve received no option to speak to a team member at all - which is what I would like to do! The automated system just advises that I have been sent a text message with a link to online help and then automatically hangs up the call.

    @virginmedia I’ve had to change my package to get Virgin to stop paying Netflix & I will restart Netflix and pay by card, so that I can control the payment method. I’m sure I will have a further issue with Virgin soon, my Virgin DIrect Debit, due today, hasn’t been debited from my bank acc

    @virginmedia That takes me to the broadband checker. It’s not broadband I have an issue with it’s my phone line but when I try landline and then fix my landline it doesn’t give me the option it just keeps taking me back to the landing page for customer care
