Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia We don’t have Wi-Fi without the pods - that is why we have them. Only Wi-Fi is next to the router in husband’s office - no Wi-Fi in my office or anywhere else and we both work from home. It’s been that way since Friday. The service has always been patchy but this is disastrous

@virginmedia Upgraded brdbnd twice due to poor performance of WiFi, no improvement. Got a sales call and the agent was deeply unpleasant when I asked about the WiFi issue. Have to switch to mobile data in the kitchen or upstairs. Just awful.
