    @virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

    @virginmedia The automated service has informed me there are issues in my area which an engineer is working on .. due to be fixed at 435pm , but been off since 10pm last night . Not much help really considering what we pay for .

    @virginmedia been trying to cancel my services for 6 months now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being fobbed off month after month. Telling me I will incur costs. Please get your act together. I just want to leave. Every month you say my contract runs out the next month.

    Is your Virgin TV Go app ever going to work again @virginmedia been down for a wk now. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it, constantly told my p/word is wrong (it’s not) I reset it anyway, then get an error message that the p/word reset page is broken. Mmm just as I get a price rise

    Get home to find no Internet/WiFi, no TV, stellar service as usual from @virginmedia. Status checker said it would be resolved by 1945, now is says 2330. Last time it was like this, it took almost a whole day to get service back. Glad I have a book to read.....

    @virginmedia I’ve spent 1hour trying to arrange an ungrade before I got reverted back to the chat bot. Then spent 90mins on hold trying to report a broken phone line, only to be hung up on after 2minutes of getting through. My WIFI and landline are broken. I’ll expect a refund.

    @virginmedia Hi yes I do have a complaint open but I have never been given a reference number. I have now waited since Friday for a member of your complaints team to contact me I am now referring the company to ofcom.
