Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia And as for the pods, I understand we are in a pandemic but I wasn't advised they were out of stock when I ordered the package, the pandemic doesn't excuse poor or false communication, such as the mobile which is still being charged at £27 a month when it should be included now

@PollyJames @rossbuet @virginmedia I found that their sales team is very active, so call that number and have them transfer you. It's how I got around the automated machine. The live web chat never seems to be actually live either (more robots)

@virginmedia Yep, as advertised on the adverts, whole series are supposed to be available. However they are not when using virgin. When I visit itv hub on my phone, they are available. I’ve been told by ITV that this is an issue with VM
