    @virginmedia as holding time is up to one hour why don’t you have a call back service like many others companies. On hold for up to one hour from my mobile to deal with an issue we had for months

    Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

    @adityasaivp12 As long as Virgin Media decide not to do upgrades during the game we should be. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks we'll move onto the business line so never have that issue again.

    @timbooth66 @virginmedia Our internet with them has always been shocking despite claims of upto 100mb download speeds. Every time they increase we say we will leave and never sort it so this time are actually sorting it. I often have to turn my WiFi off for my phone to actually work!

    @virginmedia The WiFi has started crashing again in Roundhay today!! It took three weeks to get it ‘sorted’ and less than a week for it to go wrong again! Terrible for online lessons and working from home!!

    @laurenjadebarx @virginmedia Wow! That's terrible. Im with BT, not the cheapest but our Internet has always been good but when I did have some problems with broadband about 12 years ago the hoops I had to jump thru and the circles I went in were absolutely ridiculous.
