@virginmedia been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get lack of internet sorted. Myself and neighbours on two year old virgin and all have issues but you cannot detect any. You cant access you technicians diary either so #unresolved. #frustrating @richardbranson

@virginmedia it’s happened again our internet is down and it’s not your router. You are working in the area of RH68GD please send engineer as before to sort out exchange box. Yes I have rang customer services and they are still useless.

@virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

Is your Virgin TV Go app ever going to work again @virginmedia been down for a wk now. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it, constantly told my p/word is wrong (it’s not) I reset it anyway, then get an error message that the p/word reset page is broken. Mmm just as I get a price rise

@virginmedia @virginmedia there is no way to contact you to cancel services since the price increase. Contact centre cuts you off. Webchat is now sitting at 3 hours with no response. Provide some kind of online form. I will be cancelling DD soon and referring to this as cancellation notice.

@virginmedia I have phoned over 12 times in the last week, waited in a queue for nearly 5 hours and been cut off everytime. Evntually got through today and was advised to callback as system down. Requested a callback was advised no chance of that happening.

@virginmedia See above tweet, I have been trying to call to cancel my internet as the contract is up 27.02.2022. Been put through to cancellation team but just placed on hold and then cut off after 25 mins {your end} before I could speak to anyone. This has happened 8 times, not good enough.

.@virginmedia Love it when I hold on for over 25 mins only to be cut off when someone eventually answers! Yes you can cancel without penalty due to price rises but only if you can get to speak to someone. Oh and this is after someone answered and placed me back in the queue
