-
Dean Woods 💙 (@deanwoods) reported from Horley, England@virginmedia @Coley__76 This is what really annoys your customers. There's no ownership of issues. Your different teams are acting in silos. Why should it be up to the customer who is paying for a service to constantly have to chase and follow up. #VirginMedia
-

-
Tanya Ho (@tho78450) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia Let's face it, VM we're found out, but EE must be close behind. Service non-existent and they extort money from the consumer to get a decent broadband speed. Times up, methinks
-
RednalNut (@RednalNut) reported@Stsantek @virginmedia Ofcom fine Virgin Media £28 million. But fail to regulate. Where does the money go? There are regulatory bodies for everything in the uk, Water, Energy, Communications, Banking, Health Care. Do they actually do anything?

-
Kerrin McIntosh 💙 (@kerbear_t) reported@virginmedia I’ve had no WiFi since yesterday and it tells me a fix likely by Monday. How do I run a business like this? Plus it costs me more using mobile data to try send emails. Poor service! And with the news this week one would think you’d be trying to keep customers happy!!
-
Minute Market (@Minutemarketio) reportedVirgin Media Gets Fined 🫰 Virgin Media was hit with a £28 million, or roughly $37 million, fine by UK regulator Ofcom for repeatedly making it harder for customers to cancel contracts between 2022 and 2024. That is not just a consumer-rights story. It is a warning for telecom and subscription businesses that “retention tricks” can become regulatory liabilities. In a market obsessed with recurring revenue, cancellation friction is now a legal risk.
