    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp appalling service again from your customer services team. 84 year old disabled lady. Has a call system, which is now connected through broadband. Delayed installation! When installed constant problems! 1/2

    @virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia so a tech drills through my hot water pipe, you send a plumber that takes 4 hours to fix, he’s only just left and the pipes are still leaking. Can’t get hold of anyone & it’s ruining my flooring & personal items! What am I supposed to do at this time of the evening??

    @virginmedia Thanks John. This is really poor service though, when we called your customer services yesterday they said there was no problem & nothing they could do. An estimated fix date? For your deaf and hard of hearing customers, this isn’t good enough I’m afraid @scope @RNID

    @virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

    @virginmedia But why do we have to keep looking for information. Is there no way of updating the customer directly, it is appalling customer communication. What is the problem? Why just keep putting estimates? If it isn't going to be fixed for 48 hours tell us.

    @virginmedia That's who I've been talking to. Spoke to Sabine who has fixed it I think for 4th March. 2 others who couldn't help me, of which was rude and uncaring. All told me different things. It appears its an area fault, which the first one didn't confirm

    @virginmedia I now have another broadband supplier. You make it too hard to cancel. A 30 minute phone call, just to be told to ring back in FIVE DAYS time because "the system is down".

    @virginmedia Thanks, but I have all this and it makes no difference. Basically the Hub3 is woeful, all the forums state the same. A lot are using it in modem mode and have their own routers to distribute the WiFi signal. But I’m not spending money to improve the WiFi for a house with 6 rooms.

    @virginmedia Yes, I went through those before I contacted VM. I have also gone through them again each time I've called. No solution. It's been three weeks + already, I'm sick of waiting. Another call back promised today hasn't happened. Shockingly bad customer service.

    @virginmedia You have no pods in stock and I’m not on the Oomph package. I rely on my wifi covering the whole house and I already pay a lot of money for your services and have done for nearly 4 years. The fact you cannot provide me the service and want to charge me extra is not really fair.

    @vmbusiness @Greppellini Atrocious Service from Virgin Media! Issue STILL Not Resolved. What is an IT BUSINESS. supposed to do when the internet provider falls short. We are in the customer service business as well, but never have we passed a client through 13 agents.

    @virginmedia No it's being installed for a customer, the reason I ask is we are paying for this just now and I was told not so much as a hanging basket was to be put on it any damage to the insulation would render the warranty void that's why I am asking thanks

    @virginmedia So many times this has affected myself and others in my organisation in the last three to four months. I’ve been in contact with Ofcom. I will again too. Appalling service and always met with anodyne excuses.
