Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia I'm so annoyed I've now contacted Martin Lewis. Virgin offered me, as a customer of 20 years, an 18 month contract (in writing) for Broadband & Land line for £23 a month. Now they're saying I can't have it, it's now £30 & £7 credit. How can one trust them?
