    @virginmedia family recently got your services and are having a sound issue which looking online is a problem that’s been around a while but I can find if you ever published a resolution - sound on V6 box cuts out intermittently for a moment in Dolby Ditial Audio programs

    @virginmedia I pay for 300 meg broadband and have done for a long time. Currently via ethernet cable I get 100 meg and wifi 30-40 meg tops. But as low as 10-15 meg. When trying to stream anything via firestick I get buffering. A few weeks ago we had no problems.

    @virginmedia I changed my direct debit date to 30th of each month and you failed to tell me it wasn’t going to be effective until next months billing cycle. Now I have charges from my bank. Not a good experience, especially as a new customer. I want my bank charges refunding

    @virginmedia @vmbusiness just phoned VM customer support & guys in the background shouted “hey it’s God’s brother calling up in Hindi” that customer was of 90 years of age; I found that remarks so appalling. They must treat their customer with respect as they would expect to be

    @virginmedia Hi - issue hasn’t resolved from reboot (didn’t appear to be an update). Also seeing very intermediate problems where programs freeze momentarily/blur (almost like on satellite when the weather gets in the way / when the hard drive was struggling to playback files)

    @theTunnelBear is there an issue using your service on @virginmedia - first time using their internet and I can’t access your website and my bear won’t activate (HTTPS error is thrown rather than a direct blocking notification) think @ThreeUK are also blocking your website

    @virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

    @virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

    @MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia If you’re an Arsenal supporter, maybe they’re just being humane? Seriously, tried most internet/phone providers (apart from Sky who I would never, ever give money to), ended up back with BT, they sort out problems quicker than anyone else, but you have to negotiate a good deal.

    @virginmedia I wasn’t . As I said I never get any calls from virgin media. Actually today I tested my theory with Virgin Media. When I have an issue in never get a call back but today I requested a call back to add more channels and I get a call 20 minutes later.

    @virginmedia how many times do I have to put in complaints/waste hours of my night on customer service numbers? This is by far the worst service of ANY company I've ever had contact with.

    @MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia I had nearly 8 weeks of almost non-stop problems with Virgin, both TV and internet. Piss poor CSU, engineers talking thru heir backsides. I just changed over to Sky in the end. P.S. I'm still waiting for compensation.

    @MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia We left them years ago. We had a problem and they said it was a BT problem and BT said it was a virgin problem. We went with BT so that something got done.

    @Evilgenius222 @MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia Viirgin Media has never worked ever since it was Telewest. In theory it is a good idea with its own network using I'm London Hydraulic Company pipes. Would love some mole to explain the fatal flaw.
