@virginmedia That's who I've been talking to. Spoke to Sabine who has fixed it I think for 4th March. 2 others who couldn't help me, of which was rude and uncaring. All told me different things. It appears its an area fault, which the first one didn't confirm

@virginmedia I’ve had broadband for years. In the same spot. The @BT router was there for 6 years. It’s not environmental factors and that is a cop out. The wired connected is fine. The hub isn’t capable of moving wifi 15 feet upstairs? Why. Why am I a new customer with a 3 year old hub 3?
