If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

Have followed guides on both counts and all cables are connected correctly. Hub is giving out a signal but light isn’t turning white. Stream box is totally dead. So frustrating!
