    Is your Virgin TV Go app ever going to work again @virginmedia been down for a wk now. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it, constantly told my p/word is wrong (it’s not) I reset it anyway, then get an error message that the p/word reset page is broken. Mmm just as I get a price rise

    Get home to find no Internet/WiFi, no TV, stellar service as usual from @virginmedia. Status checker said it would be resolved by 1945, now is says 2330. Last time it was like this, it took almost a whole day to get service back. Glad I have a book to read.....

    @virginmedia Hi, the support is the basics, which of course I have done already before tweeting. It’s been happening for a while, I haven’t got time to chat now, like most people I just watch it on the normal HD channel. And want to watch Tv rather than sort a problem out.

    @virginmedia The dongle doesn't work and hasn't been replaced despite multiple requests. We are owed £40 as a reimbursement for a WiFi extender we were advised to buy that made no difference.

    @virginmedia Bc the dongle doesn't work, every time the service cuts out (frequently and for hours) we end up tethering off our mobile phones. We can't download or stream on the TV.

    @virginmedia Still on it. 3 hours and 1 minute. Asked to cancel at 7:55, still not done. Refusing to let me speak to a manager. I’ve set up a new Brian’s and with sky whilst being on hold and cancelled my direct debit…..
