    @virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia But why do we have to keep looking for information. Is there no way of updating the customer directly, it is appalling customer communication. What is the problem? Why just keep putting estimates? If it isn't going to be fixed for 48 hours tell us.

    @virginmedia connection is down, your diagnostics state there's a problem and helped me book an engineer but earliest appointment isn't until Tuesday? Seriously? No home phone line for 4/5 days isn't good.

    Almost 1&1/2 hours holding onto the phone trying to get my internet sorted only to be cut off by them #virginmedia are robbing me not providing the service & I can’t get hold of them, I’m sick of being ripped off

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @virginmedia online to@one of your agents for an hour now, it’s a joke. 6+ minutes to answer any question. I bet if I wanted to upgrade the conversation would be quicker. Shocking service.

    @virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

    @virginmedia The stress this is putting me under because I simply moved house is disgusting. I was put on to a new contract when I moved. I’ve just had a bill through for over £70, because of a ‘package change’ that I never requested. AWFUL service.

    @virginmedia ok VM mobile more than a little hacked off. Went to Dubai couldn’t get my sim working. Now in france the same. Your website is next to useless if you don’t have the top 10 problems. Please DM or give me some who help me. To add context this sim has problems @ start
