    @virginmedia been trying to cancel my services for 6 months now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being fobbed off month after month. Telling me I will incur costs. Please get your act together. I just want to leave. Every month you say my contract runs out the next month.

    Not sure about Virgin Media's new "Intelligent Wi-Fi" update. Devices now regularly lose connection which wasn't a problem before 🤔

    Is your Virgin TV Go app ever going to work again @virginmedia been down for a wk now. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it, constantly told my p/word is wrong (it’s not) I reset it anyway, then get an error message that the p/word reset page is broken. Mmm just as I get a price rise

    @virginmedia it’s happened again our internet is down and it’s not your router. You are working in the area of RH68GD please send engineer as before to sort out exchange box. Yes I have rang customer services and they are still useless.

    @virginmedia been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get lack of internet sorted. Myself and neighbours on two year old virgin and all have issues but you cannot detect any. You cant access you technicians diary either so #unresolved. #frustrating @richardbranson

    @virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

    @virginmedia The automated service has informed me there are issues in my area which an engineer is working on .. due to be fixed at 435pm , but been off since 10pm last night . Not much help really considering what we pay for .

    @virginmedia have a look at my previous tweets to you. I have now removed my router and switched my Virgin hub to router from being a modem. I still get poor speeds for a year now in the evening and all night. Like 12mbps. Can you now run some diagnostics and find the problem?

    @virginmedia you were very quick to seek permission to ‘lay’ a cable across my m i laws garden, quickly turned up and did a bad job, but not so quick to make arrangements to return to make good - been waiting for a call from the ‘area field manager’ since 26th Sept !!
