Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia The reason the demands are being sent is unfathomable, they even state that we are not using @VirginMedia. This is largely because we are not with VM and the house has no connection to your network. It is absurd and unacceptable to demand money and threaten non-customers

@virginmedia's broadband is awful. Since they merged with 02, created their newest broadband its been cutting out, or a spinny circle or goes from UHQ down to standard picture. I think I might leave them and try someone else. Piss poor they are now, £100 a month for crap service
