    @virginmedia Since the beginning of January (I moved house) and I am waiting for Virgin Media to connect my service! So I am without internet, TV and telephone! Booked 3 times, and 3 times you cancelled!

    @virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to November’s bill. Just been charged full amount!

    @virginmedia I pay for 300 meg broadband and have done for a long time. Currently via ethernet cable I get 100 meg and wifi 30-40 meg tops. But as low as 10-15 meg. When trying to stream anything via firestick I get buffering. A few weeks ago we had no problems.

    @virginmedia We are happy, now that we're back online, but it was thanks to the two charming and communicative engineers working away in Burgess Hill that saved the day; not just because they'd fixed the issue, but they'd also told me what was going on.

    @virginmedia @vmbusiness just phoned VM customer support & guys in the background shouted “hey it’s God’s brother calling up in Hindi” that customer was of 90 years of age; I found that remarks so appalling. They must treat their customer with respect as they would expect to be

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @Benleo @virginmedia had similar issues with a provider in the us took months to get it sorted. it's like they're more focused on upselling than customer service.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I left them for BT and never looked back. BT have call centres in the UK. They'll reply to you on here and offer to help but you'll end up getting nowhere as I also did this about 3 times, so I know. Useless company.

    @virginmedia 51 days with you and 5 internet outages on April 4th, 6th, 12th, May 15th and yesterday which still not sorted today. How can you justify this shoddy level of service? Was with my previous provider for 10 years, 0 outages.
