@virginmedia as holding time is up to one hour why don’t you have a call back service like many others companies. On hold for up to one hour from my mobile to deal with an issue we had for months

Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia No was restricted due to someone ordering an iPhone on my account. it was ment to be looked into and no-one called back. Christmas eve my services were restricted, since then I've been on phone to customer care who have continued to tell me false info on when it will be back on!

@virginmedia Apparently the Resolution team tried to phone me on the landlines to tell me that there isn't a loss of service but say I didn't answer. Well of course of course I didn't answer because there is a total loss of service! Oh the irony!

@virginmedia Landline down in HA5, no dial-tone, attempts to call the no. give an "invalid number" message. I logged a fault and engineer booked Just had a msg saying the engineer's cancelled, it's an area fault Status check on VM website says no problems. Is there an area fault?
