@TrekinTech @virginmedia Looks like a Wi-fi problem ;)
-
Greyman (Gary A) (@GaryAblett3) reported from Crawley, England
@virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.
-
Emma Cooper (@emcooper2) reported from Tandridge, England
@virginmedia I changed my direct debit date to 30th of each month and you failed to tell me it wasn’t going to be effective until next months billing cycle. Now I have charges from my bank. Not a good experience, especially as a new customer. I want my bank charges refunding
-
Greyman (Gary A) (@GaryAblett3) reported from Crawley, England
@virginmedia No. The reference was not given to me. But the complaint was logged.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Burgess Hill, England
@virginmedia Hi - issue hasn’t resolved from reboot (didn’t appear to be an update). Also seeing very intermediate problems where programs freeze momentarily/blur (almost like on satellite when the weather gets in the way / when the hard drive was struggling to playback files)

Sonia Jacinto (@SMLJacinto) reported from Salfords, England
@virginmedia Since the beginning of January (I moved house) and I am waiting for Virgin Media to connect my service! So I am without internet, TV and telephone! Booked 3 times, and 3 times you cancelled!
-
Tony Woodley (@zimoza90) reported from Burgess Hill, England
@virginmedia No. No response to the online chat or text. Literally nothing, zero, silence. Call volume is no excuse for over 24hrs of no response from a paid for service provider. #CustomerService

mattieb (@mattie_b83) reported from Crawley, England
What a load a shit @viginmedia is ! Just spent 13 quid on a movie that wont even play ! So gonna look at different companies virgin media is just expensive crap
-
Mr.Cocktail 🍸 (@AndyCockell) reported from Dorking, England
@virginmedia 1. You’ve not read my tweet but replied with a standard automated response. 2. I said in my initial tweet that you’ve already told me service is down due to improvements. 3. The link you’ve given says there’s nothing wrong. Your customer service is diabolical.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Burgess Hill, England
@theTunnelBear is there an issue using your service on @virginmedia - first time using their internet and I can’t access your website and my bear won’t activate (HTTPS error is thrown rather than a direct blocking notification) think @ThreeUK are also blocking your website
-
Greyman (Gary A) (@GaryAblett3) reported from Crawley, England
@virginmedia I’m confused. This isn’t a general concern. This is a complaint and you are legally obliged to handle the complaint or I will simply refer to Ofcom.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Burgess Hill, England
@virginmedia family recently got your services and are having a sound issue which looking online is a problem that’s been around a while but I can find if you ever published a resolution - sound on V6 box cuts out intermittently for a moment in Dolby Ditial Audio programs
-
Sonia Jacinto (@SMLJacinto) reported from Salfords, England
@virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!
-
Iain (@Skiddles1985) reported from Crawley, England
@matt_johnson_89 @virginmedia I would take BT/Sky back in an instant if I could, bloody trees blocking the signal means I can’t!
-
Andy Cowen (@RealAndyCowen) reported from Redhill, England
@virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!
-
Sonia Jacinto (@SMLJacinto) reported from Salfords, England
@virginmedia I wish I could terminate the contract: you are not doing your bit that is providing me with a service!
-
Mitch (@ColynMitchell) reported from Crawley, England
@virginmedia I pay for 300 meg broadband and have done for a long time. Currently via ethernet cable I get 100 meg and wifi 30-40 meg tops. But as low as 10-15 meg. When trying to stream anything via firestick I get buffering. A few weeks ago we had no problems.
-
Iain (@Skiddles1985) reported from Crawley, England
Get home to find no Internet/WiFi, no TV, stellar service as usual from @virginmedia. Status checker said it would be resolved by 1945, now is says 2330. Last time it was like this, it took almost a whole day to get service back. Glad I have a book to read.....
-
JMRCS (@JMRChauffeurs) reported from Crawley, England

@virginmedia and that’s not to mention that the internet signal is actually really bad. So bad that one of your employees had to send us extender pods to compensate.

@mickyjayuk @virginmedia Happy with the coverage and speed of the eero? Hub 4 is useless and they don’t even have the hub 5 to send me! Awful service
-
Gogger (@Gogger16) reported
@TaylorG03 @virginmedia @skytv They're service is terrible. You don't even get a person to speak to now on phone if you've got a fault. All you get is a link via SMS. Brutal!
-
Hans Gruber (@Peeanay) reported
@virginmedia Having to sit on top of the router to tweet this. That’s with 2 boosters. I can assure you I don’t live in a castle. Pathetic service. Been a customer for years, time for a change as soon as I can.
-
Sue™️ (@Shh_DontSayIt) reported
@virginmedia Yes, both times it’s said service is normal. I called VM yesterday and they said it’s something on their side. 30 mins after calling, my internet fixed itself. It’s now no internet this morning, exact same as yesterday
-
iBleach (@iBleach3) reported
Hey @virginmedia are all your customer service agents charlatans who lie and renege on agreements? Twice your charlatans have lied and brushed me off just to get a contract renewal
-
Rob (@Robertlfc_) reported from Liverpool, England
@virginmedia thanks for the awful internet service, f*cking useless you are
-
Rationalist44 (@rationalist44) reported
@virginmedia > either direct telephone number or direct email address as contact points. YOU asked ME if you could help with the problems I have described and you have failed to provide any route to do so. A 'web chat' with an anonymous person is not help. Who shall we ask next? @TheFCA ?
-
Paul Cooper (@cryptOOsmart) reported
@virginmedia NO. Actually not accurate! “An outage in the area” Almost 5 weeks. Postcode CR4
-
Katy Jane G (@KandyJane) reported
@virginmedia why do you promise customers a call back and then never call back? I haven’t even had an email confirmation of my complaint despite being promised one. 2 different call handler and neither one has done a decent job.
