    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @virginmedia Looked for a moment like it was back, both the TiVo and router self restarted - is this meant to happen as part of work that may be being done?, unfortunately hasn’t resulted in restoration of service. Confirmed on service page it’s still an outage in the area

    @virginmedia fix has been pushed back to tomorrow now. Can't get through to a human on your phone number. Utter joke especially when so many have to work from home at the moment like my partner. 🤬

    @virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

    @virginmedia are you able to check on a fault by location for me. I don’t have access to the VM account but the last I heard was it should of been resolved by 10am today and it’s still down, account holder won’t be available for hours to check

    @dazzleeds @virginmedia That’s because the router will auto connect without password to show you a diagnostics page to let you self test for issues (no good here as it’s on VM side) once service is back the router will resume normal security mode

    @virginmedia connection is down, your diagnostics state there's a problem and helped me book an engineer but earliest appointment isn't until Tuesday? Seriously? No home phone line for 4/5 days isn't good.

    @virginmedia Are you able to advise IF this is going to be fixed, yesterday you said by 10am today. Then 2pm,6pm & now 10am tomorrow - could live with the loss of either service but it’s really impacting not having either!

    @virginmedia Wired. You had a massive dip in connection last night in the Glasgow area. I pay for a 100MB connection and after it came back up I had 24 MB. The last time I had these issues was because your data centres were using equipment that was 15 years old.
