    @virginmedia as holding time is up to one hour why don’t you have a call back service like many others companies. On hold for up to one hour from my mobile to deal with an issue we had for months

    @virginmedia Yes and it’s been down all day and back on for all of 1 hour to be issues again - I work from home so it’s either a loss of earnings or I pay bt for a hot spot ! Terrible services
