They must treat their customer with respect as they would expect to be

Peter Gearing (@TheGearing) reported from Edenbridge, England@VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

Alison Braganza 🌟💙 (@alibeeson) reported from Crawley, England@virginmedia Thanks John. -
Un (@unknown74user) reported@virginmedia Do you have any English people working for you who can hold an actual conversation and help with my request? Or should I just cancel my direct debit and wait for you to try contact me instead? Everything about your system sucks
-
Steven Usher (@servesthesun) reported@virginmedia it’s quite literally impossible to sign into either your website or the app! Literally stuck in an endless loop of being asked to sign in but when I do it refreshes the page asking me to sign in
-
Diplo (@loldiplo) reported@UKDan86 @virginmedia Defending a multi billion pound company who can’t even offer a service you pay for is a new low for you Dan.

Pete Bradbury (@PeteBradders) reported@virginmedia I have been a customer of yours for 25 years and upon the most recent contract renewal, you denied the package I opted for because it was for 'new customers only' and then went on to charge me with a bill for £124! A colossal 34% increase! Loyalty means nothing!
-
Amy Heppingstall (@AmyHeppi) reported@virginmedia That’s all you ever do look into it never any action it improves for a few days then terrible it used to be such great service where has that service gone??
-
billy (@bingpoten) reported@virginmedia be nice if my internet didnt keep going down ever since you put my price up to £70 a month
-
George W (@Fraudly_) reported@virginmedia your online service is an absolute joke. You notify me of new monthly fee starting in May and I need to look at other packages if I want to change before new price takes effect. Only for your site to be riddled with errors and your bot to give me a broken link! With that link switching between error message and taking me right back to that same chat! And I shouldn't need to go round in circles chatting about an upgrade, much easier just doing it myself on your site. If it actually worked.
