@virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.

@virginmedia we're getting really slow WiFi speeds on all Apple devices using the new Hub 3.0. Android devices are okay. It's just iPhones and iPads that are on a go slow. Any advice/tips to solve this?

@virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

@virginmedia so a tech drills through my hot water pipe, you send a plumber that takes 4 hours to fix, he’s only just left and the pipes are still leaking. Can’t get hold of anyone & it’s ruining my flooring & personal items! What am I supposed to do at this time of the evening??

@virginmedia I now have another broadband supplier. You make it too hard to cancel. A 30 minute phone call, just to be told to ring back in FIVE DAYS time because "the system is down".

@virginmedia The engineer ran the virgin line from my neighbours house and said that it was a temporary fix and that he will arrange for another engineer to come out and tun the line properly. This hasn't happened.

@virginmedia Turns out you actually extended my contract by 6 months and increased the bill from £42 to over £80 per month. I cancelled the SIM card in my 14 day window. Your incompetent staff have avoided helping me. Ofcom were very interested and told me VM are renowned for contract issues
