Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia You'll forgive me for not having much faith in your estimated dates given current experience though? Seems weird to have a system that can't be overridded in a situation such as this-engineer visits, tv box stops working. With internet issue the system was manually overridded.
