    @virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to November’s bill. Just been charged full amount!

    @virginmedia It was back on again later in the day but very difficult in this current situation where we're told it's safer to work from home but then find we're unable to as our broadband provide can't support this.

    Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

    @virginmedia It isn't my WIFI pod, the one I ordered in 2019 never turned up and VM ignored me, the current WIFI pod apparently heading to my home was ordered by VM in an attempt to appease my official complaint with regards to breaching the equality act 2010. It is that I want to address.

    .@virginmedia we have made two requests now to cancel broadband service, having transferred to @SkyUK. After long phonecall have been promised confirmation of Virgin cancellation twice, still connected. Exactly the kind of poor service that made us not renew in first place 🙃

    @virginmedia If you are referring to COM 104177529 but I do not wish to go down this road again. I have 130 text messages from VM and a plethora of letters dating back to 2019! This matter has been finalised via @cedrsays and it's just a refund NOT compensation!
