lets be agile (@martyncodes) reported from East Horsley, England@RomperCrompton @virginmedia The thing is, the phone and broadband use the same physical cabling and network... it’s more a historic pricing model but based upon the shared system
-
Dean Woods 💙 (@deanwoods) reported from Horley, England@virginmedia @Coley__76 This is what really annoys your customers. There's no ownership of issues. Your different teams are acting in silos. Why should it be up to the customer who is paying for a service to constantly have to chase and follow up. #VirginMedia
-
Rob Procter (@RobertProcter) reported from East Grinstead, England@virginmedia Thanks for coming back to me. It’s just my internet is going slow again probably for about the tenth time I’ve had to call in the last 12 months. So I wanted them to check to see what’s wrong with it. Many thanks, rob
-
Answers in Reason (@answersinreason) reported from Redhill, England@virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.
-
josie🗽 (@josie_milligan) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia fix has been pushed back to tomorrow now. Can't get through to a human on your phone number. Utter joke especially when so many have to work from home at the moment like my partner. 🤬
-
Dean Woods (@deanwoods) reported from Horley, England@virginmedia we're getting really slow WiFi speeds on all Apple devices using the new Hub 3.0. Android devices are okay. It's just iPhones and iPads that are on a go slow. Any advice/tips to solve this?
-
凱蒂 (@ItsKatieC0mpt0n) reported from Crawley, England@virginmedia so a tech drills through my hot water pipe, you send a plumber that takes 4 hours to fix, he’s only just left and the pipes are still leaking. Can’t get hold of anyone & it’s ruining my flooring & personal items! What am I supposed to do at this time of the evening??
-
Charles Brittain (@CharlesB2T) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia I am bitterly disappointed that you have only been able to provide a broadband service for a week and now there's nothing. My work relies on fast reliable broadband. If this doesn't get fixed this Monday, I'll be seeking another provider.
-
Service please (@Unhappyconsume1) reported from Crawley, England@virginmedia as holding time is up to one hour why don’t you have a call back service like many others companies. On hold for up to one hour from my mobile to deal with an issue we had for months
-
Peter Prince (@Peterprince) reported from Redhill, England@virginmedia you are definitely in a different universe as your definition of “thirty seconds or less” on your customer service line is a lot different to mine
-
Tracey Franklin (@Traceywith_an_e) reported from Redhill, England@virginmedia It was back on again later in the day but very difficult in this current situation where we're told it's safer to work from home but then find we're unable to as our broadband provide can't support this.
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia @CarolynBaghurst Still same outage in the same town but the outage page shows outage but time for fix keeps moving
-
korondi joco (@korondijoco) reported from Crawley, England@virginmedia Ok, thank you. But how is it possible that the broadband is so slow but there are no issues?
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia Are you able to advise IF this is going to be fixed, yesterday you said by 10am today. Then 2pm,6pm & now 10am tomorrow - could live with the loss of either service but it’s really impacting not having either!
-
Helen Rimmer 💙 🔶️ (@melon_h) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.
-
susan vinnicombe (@mersthamsue) reported from Redhill, England@virginmedia would you have called us regarding the upgrade to our service from 4G to 5G today? Please advise

-
Monty Kumbulla (@KumbullaMonty) reported@virginmedia What are the chances of a very-light-use customer that has been with you for THIRTY YEARS getting a deal at the same cost as a brand new customer?
-
Mountain Walker 🏔 (@percesonator) reported@caz_fizz @MelJanie @virginmedia Virgin media, awful company.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Chris4RAFC (@Chris4RAFC) reported@DGardinerSPUD Yes of course i was at Wembley but did watch it back on DAZN and was brilliant Well tonight of course you were at the game but I had to watch from home and in 2nd half it went off twice to a black screen as in the picture had to come out and go back in, Never miseed any goals tho Since sky sports + launched when you now press the red button to watch games its been crap I am direct with sky and not with virgin media who also had problems with there service for over a week with sky sports +

sergio pani (@sergiopani62) reported@virginmedia shocking service provision. internet drop off these last few days. being told to wait 22 hours for an engineer. Like this regularly. Can’t watch a film properly, watch a game or listen to music as all rely on the internet . Change is coming.
