Mr.Cocktail 🍸 (@AndyCockell) reported from Dorking, England@virginmedia 1. You’ve not read my tweet but replied with a standard automated response. 2. -

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Chris Tindall (@chewytheleftie) reported@alan_reddish @sibelian62 @virginmedia They are a terrible company for internet. Fortunately for us we have plenty of their direct rivals who we use instead now after they made it clear our custom was of no interest to them
-
Lifes MIS-Takes (@alan_reddish) reported@virginmedia Total **** show this. Cant get a single person to talk to me for 2 hours
-
Harry M (@HNMZY16) reported@Johnty14 @virginmedia It's not Virgin Media themselves that do this btw. Some outside leaflet drop company gets hired to do it and they don't give a **** where they put that leaflet.
-
Connor gower (@Connorgower3) reportedI have had issues with my broadband for the last 48 hours so far where it keeps being intermittent it's not the first time it's happened and pushing me closer to leaving @virginmedia
-
Expanse Consulting Ltd (@ExpanseCon) reported@MikeScheider_ Not a vodafone issue. Looks like a core switch failure, optical cross-connect fault or other fault inside one of the central carrier-neutral hubs. It has dropped interconnection across multiple fixed ISPs (Virgin Media, Eir, Siro, NBI) simultaneously.
-
Rachel (@rachrl1486) reported@virginmedia we have issue with broadband and o2 mobile data what’s going on? Has it all gone down?
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
mmhmm (@xhatne) reported@Johnty14 @virginmedia Easy solution here, someone should invent a method to get the leaflet through the door, so it ends up in the house, but passers by can't see it so it isn't obvious that nobody is home.
-
Helen Bailey (@helenbaileyuk) reported@virginmedia neither myself nor my husband have received any emails today (we have ntlworld email addresses) and even ones we've sent to ourselves from other accounts haven't come through. Is there an issue with emails?
-
Burn Notice (@BurnNotice85) reported@VirginMediaNews Note to Virgin Media : stop platforming that religious zealot and fantasist - even at the opportunity cost re: a young journalist's tv screen time & professional exposure. He's on his way back to prison when another warrant comes down from the bench, in coming days and weeks.
