Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia You’re missing my point. You’re happy to loose me as a customer and not offer me anything. I can’t sign an 18 month contract, as explained. So an out of contract price is £70, that’s disgusting. That’s more than double what I’m paying now.

@virginmedia My 5th call seemed to do the trick and I’m expecting an engineer with clear instructions to relocate an existing 360 box in another part of my house and supply 2 new mini boxes. The one off fee has gone back down to £35 from £95 after being told £25 on 14/03/22. Yesterday wasted
