Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to November’s bill. Just been charged full amount!

@virginmedia More than one service? We use your broadband. That is it. That is all we've ever used for many many years. Our package consists of Phone, TV and Broadband though because it doesn't make any sense to remove them and would cost us more (yeah upwards of £50 p/m)!
