Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

They only give you highlights not the full programme. Actually just found out you can get SkyQ if you call them. But point is their customer care is no better than Virgin now.
