    @virginmedia so a tech drills through my hot water pipe, you send a plumber that takes 4 hours to fix, he’s only just left and the pipes are still leaking. Can’t get hold of anyone & it’s ruining my flooring & personal items! What am I supposed to do at this time of the evening??

    @virginmedia Any update to when the @virginmedia channels are going to work, I was told earlier today by the Virgin media customer service that it will be guaranteed to up and running by 6 pm this evening- but still No Tv ?????????????????
