    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.

    Almost 1&1/2 hours holding onto the phone trying to get my internet sorted only to be cut off by them #virginmedia are robbing me not providing the service & I can’t get hold of them, I’m sick of being ripped off

    @virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

    @virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia connection is down, your diagnostics state there's a problem and helped me book an engineer but earliest appointment isn't until Tuesday? Seriously? No home phone line for 4/5 days isn't good.

    @virginmedia But why do we have to keep looking for information. Is there no way of updating the customer directly, it is appalling customer communication. What is the problem? Why just keep putting estimates? If it isn't going to be fixed for 48 hours tell us.

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia 2 hours of my time waisted this morning trying to get a new hub sent to me! And the unhelpful woman hung up on me, prior to which she agreed I should cancel my contact with you! Can your service get any worse??!

    @Number25CF @virginmedia It took me about an hour to cancel on Tuesday. Use the live chat function on their website. It will transfer you to Whatsapp and you can cancel that way. Much easier than trying to call them.

    @virginmedia at present I pay £78 monthly for your service, too expensive. My bank account tells me £90 will be taken tomorrow. When was I notified of the increase? I really need to change my supplier.
