@virginmedia as holding time is up to one hour why don’t you have a call back service like many others companies. On hold for up to one hour from my mobile to deal with an issue we had for months

Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia Yes, everything connected via ethernet. The issue occurs after 2 hours each time I've tested and affects all computers on the network. Only upload rate is affected and once the stream is stopped the upload returns to full speed after an hour. Really looks like throttling to me.
