@virginmedia I’m confused. This isn’t a general concern. This is a complaint and you are legally obliged to handle the complaint or I will simply refer to Ofcom.

@virginmedia No. The reference was not given to me. But the complaint was logged.

@virginmedia 1. You’ve not read my tweet but replied with a standard automated response. 2. I said in my initial tweet that you’ve already told me service is down due to improvements. 3. The link you’ve given says there’s nothing wrong. Your customer service is diabolical.

@theTunnelBear is there an issue using your service on @virginmedia - first time using their internet and I can’t access your website and my bear won’t activate (HTTPS error is thrown rather than a direct blocking notification) think @ThreeUK are also blocking your website

@virginmedia Thanks for coming back to me. It’s just my internet is going slow again probably for about the tenth time I’ve had to call in the last 12 months. So I wanted them to check to see what’s wrong with it. Many thanks, rob

Is your Virgin TV Go app ever going to work again @virginmedia been down for a wk now. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it, constantly told my p/word is wrong (it’s not) I reset it anyway, then get an error message that the p/word reset page is broken. Mmm just as I get a price rise

@virginmedia I changed my direct debit date to 30th of each month and you failed to tell me it wasn’t going to be effective until next months billing cycle. Now I have charges from my bank. Not a good experience, especially as a new customer. I want my bank charges refunding

@virginmedia family recently got your services and are having a sound issue which looking online is a problem that’s been around a while but I can find if you ever published a resolution - sound on V6 box cuts out intermittently for a moment in Dolby Ditial Audio programs

@virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

@matt_johnson_89 @virginmedia I would take BT/Sky back in an instant if I could, bloody trees blocking the signal means I can’t!

@RomperCrompton @virginmedia The thing is, the phone and broadband use the same physical cabling and network... it’s more a historic pricing model but based upon the shared system

@virginmedia No. No response to the online chat or text. Literally nothing, zero, silence. Call volume is no excuse for over 24hrs of no response from a paid for service provider. #CustomerService

@virginmedia Hi - issue hasn’t resolved from reboot (didn’t appear to be an update). Also seeing very intermediate problems where programs freeze momentarily/blur (almost like on satellite when the weather gets in the way / when the hard drive was struggling to playback files)

Get home to find no Internet/WiFi, no TV, stellar service as usual from @virginmedia. Status checker said it would be resolved by 1945, now is says 2330. Last time it was like this, it took almost a whole day to get service back. Glad I have a book to read.....

I have received a "Final Letter" from @virginmedia after four months of trying to solve my issues. Still no explanation of what caused the problem because the document is password protected so I can't read it. They are really having a laugh now.

@virginmedia all day the Internet has been terrible. Reset router. Done tests on the virgin site, checked on your site for errors.. Nothing wrong... So why can't I stay in Microsoft teams trying to work from home?! 😡

@virginmedia Problems occur, I get that. But I signed into my account and it still says No known issues. If I was aware that you already knew about the problem, I would not have spent almost an hour calling you, giving you the same details ... 1/2

Got a clean gpro superlight sat on my desk not being used because big **** off Dave and Steve from Virgin media drilled through the main power line when paving the road....about to do bad things.
-
Pat Ryan

@virginmedia ... over and over again, checking lights on the router, resetting it and running multiple speed tests. It was an utter waste of my time. If there's a problem please just tell us that you already KNOW about it. It shouldn't be this difficult. 2/2

@virginmedia Enough with the faux apologies. Are you even going to attempt to address the clearly bad training that your support staff are receiving? Even last year your staff are telling me there's no such thing as Ocfom!
-

@virginmedia No point being fast if you can't even get the thing going. Every few days, the performance drops and today completely down and now its up at less than half the speed . Sort it, or abort it
-
Kev Talbot

@virginmedia Nothing, they won’t tell me next steps as they have no idea when the work can be done, does this now mean my account is cancelled? Does being a customer for over a decade mean nothing?

@virginmedia It'd terrible in different areas I'm travelling at the minute. I work in telecoms and I've never had this problem before. But the last few weeks it hasn't been good anywhere.
