@virginmedia first day as a new customer and hub 3 isn’t working and stream box isn’t turning on. Have followed guides on both counts and all cables are connected correctly. Hub is giving out a signal but light isn’t turning white. Stream box is totally dead. So frustrating!

@virginmedia The issue has been logged but no fix time given just that they couldnt see any issues/errors flagging up & would monitor it. If VM were able to see the issue it would already be in the data, we get about 40% of the speed I pay for, for a couple of seconds then back down to 1mbps

@virginmedia Yes I did! I do not expect anything to be done about this as we have two days left with Virgin! I'm just hugely disappointed in the service! Especially within the last 4 weeks. Having to pay such a big final bill leaves a bitter taste when WiFi drops out constantly.

@Ronsta091 @Ne3Steve I've got Sky fibre and get 160mb. *much* more reliable than Virgin which I switched from and was far more expensive. It depends on area though, as Virgin media is overlaid on to a lot of legacy crap from different predecessor networks Telewest and NTL.
