    @virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

    @dazzleeds @virginmedia That’s because the router will auto connect without password to show you a diagnostics page to let you self test for issues (no good here as it’s on VM side) once service is back the router will resume normal security mode

    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @virginmedia Looked for a moment like it was back, both the TiVo and router self restarted - is this meant to happen as part of work that may be being done?, unfortunately hasn’t resulted in restoration of service. Confirmed on service page it’s still an outage in the area

    Almost 1&1/2 hours holding onto the phone trying to get my internet sorted only to be cut off by them #virginmedia are robbing me not providing the service & I can’t get hold of them, I’m sick of being ripped off

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia Are you able to advise IF this is going to be fixed, yesterday you said by 10am today. Then 2pm,6pm & now 10am tomorrow - could live with the loss of either service but it’s really impacting not having either!

    @virginmedia connection is down, your diagnostics state there's a problem and helped me book an engineer but earliest appointment isn't until Tuesday? Seriously? No home phone line for 4/5 days isn't good.

    @ChrisRGun We had a similar issue in the UK with Virgin Media about a year ago. Moving to another DNS resolver server fixes this. A DNS probe error means that it tried connecting to the DNS server, but couldn't.

    Made a complaint over a bill that me & my partner couldn't afford. Said he WFH and we can pay in 8 DAYS in full but @virginmedia weren't interested & have instead cut us off. Been a customer for years but officially jumping ship. Clearly no regard for the #CostOfLivingCrisis

    @virginmedia You should be ashamed of yourselves fobbing off pensioners,he calls at the end of contract period to terminate giving a months notice,only you continue taking money out of his account, you tell him he can’t cancel DD as it’s the only way you can refund. Please DM me.
