    @virginmedia been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get lack of internet sorted. Myself and neighbours on two year old virgin and all have issues but you cannot detect any. You cant access you technicians diary either so #unresolved. #frustrating @richardbranson

    @virginmedia been trying to cancel my services for 6 months now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being fobbed off month after month. Telling me I will incur costs. Please get your act together. I just want to leave. Every month you say my contract runs out the next month.

    @virginmedia Thanks but my postcode not recognised and already been there done that. Have seen some of your guys by the box outside and all sorted apparently. Your customer services are supposed to be ringing me back with and engineer appointment which I don’t need.

    @virginmedia it’s happened again our internet is down and it’s not your router. You are working in the area of RH68GD please send engineer as before to sort out exchange box. Yes I have rang customer services and they are still useless.

    @virginmedia The automated service has informed me there are issues in my area which an engineer is working on .. due to be fixed at 435pm , but been off since 10pm last night . Not much help really considering what we pay for .

    @virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

    @virginmedia I have moved the box closer, moved things away from it, tried turning it on and off. Done speed tests on it and nothing seems to work. Which ironically it what I struggle to do when at home because of how poor the connection is.

    @virginmedia Well im not happy with my service and last night 5 times i was put on hold and then the call disconnected . I was talked into taking yhe m200 fibre broadband guarenteeing me speeds between 107 ans 213. My current speed right now is 61.1 last night it dropped to 36. Not acceptable

    @virginmedia I am wanting to have my internet terminated. Due to of com standards you can not charge me for leaving as you have broken the contract not me. I have been paying for a service for months .. a service im not anywhere close to getting
