    @virginmedia @vmbusiness just phoned VM customer support & guys in the background shouted “hey it’s God’s brother calling up in Hindi” that customer was of 90 years of age; I found that remarks so appalling. They must treat their customer with respect as they would expect to be

    Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

    @virginmedia You'll forgive me for not having much faith in your estimated dates given current experience though? Seems weird to have a system that can't be overridded in a situation such as this-engineer visits, tv box stops working. With internet issue the system was manually overridded.

    @virginmedia It's dangerous and we want it to be fixed. We raised a complaint over 6 weeks ago, as you advised, due to @virginmedia not doing anything to fix it. Silence! On the last call with your colleague they advised I must now complain about the lack of a response to my complaint. Huh?!

    @BTBusiness Not sure if I’m the right place but bought BT Whole Home WiFi to support my @virginmedia poor router! Struggled a bit to set it up but rang the free technical support. Spoke to Neil who had me up and running in no time and now my WiFi is awesome! Thanks Neil and BT!
