Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!

@virginmedia is by far the worst company for customer service or even providing their core function... the internet. The whole area had no internet all of last week, told it was fixed at the weekend and now it's down for another week at least... avoid VirginMedia like the plague!
