Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Burgess Hill, England@dazzleeds @virginmedia That’s because the router will auto connect without password to show you a diagnostics page to let you self test for issues (no good here as it’s on VM side) once service is back the router will resume normal security mode
-
Iain (@Skiddles1985) reported from Crawley, England@matt_johnson_89 @virginmedia I would take BT/Sky back in an instant if I could, bloody trees blocking the signal means I can’t!

1Down5Up (@BinaryWheels) reported from Crawley, EnglandTop tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.
-
Richard 🏁🏴🏳️🌈🇬🇧 (@djtrickster77) reported from Redhill, EnglandStill gonna complain to Virgin Media coz i shouldn't be having an intermittent poor picture upstairs. It's bloody stupid that it fades in and out considering how much we are paying. #ggrrrr

Emma Cooper (@emcooper2) reported from Tandridge, England@virginmedia I changed my direct debit date to 30th of each month and you failed to tell me it wasn’t going to be effective until next months billing cycle. -
Helen Rimmer 💙 🔶️ (@melon_h) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.

-
TheRealAngelinaDavey (@anjiMD) reported from Crawley, England@virginmedia been trying to cancel my services for 6 months now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being fobbed off month after month.
