    @virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening itโ€™s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

    @virginmedia it has said โ€˜no problems detectedโ€™ despite the fact that multiple people on local facebook groups are having the same issue. Other down detector websites have also noted issues so there must have been some outage this morning in the area?

    So as some may know I work at a computer repair shop and there have been a rise in online scams this last few weeks. Especially people claiming to be from @virginmedia regarding slow internet speed If it sounds suspicious hang up. @SurreyPolice #ScamAlert

    @virginmedia That's who I've been talking to. Spoke to Sabine who has fixed it I think for 4th March. 2 others who couldn't help me, of which was rude and uncaring. All told me different things. It appears its an area fault, which the first one didn't confirm

    @YodelOnline OK have sent DM with details of the *Three* shipments @virginmedia have now sent due to their faulty software or equipment none of which shipments have been provided with a two hour delivery window by the carrier @YodelOnline as promised. Truly awful customer service.

    @virginmedia Callback should have happened days ago. Now the person on 150 says that you failed to complete a process. They then tried to miss-sell me an upgrade to my package. Still not fixed but "should be" in a few hours! I doubt it. Abysmal deceptive service.

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    .@virginmedia - well done. Definitely the worst and most customer hostile new login system to my unwanted "Virgin Media O2 ID". So badly designed your email points to an invalid URL of to manage this insanity. Who approved or tested this? Total fail.

    @virginmedia first day as a new customer and hub 3 isnโ€™t working and stream box isnโ€™t turning on. Have followed guides on both counts and all cables are connected correctly. Hub is giving out a signal but light isnโ€™t turning white. Stream box is totally dead. So frustrating!

    @virginmedia Apparently a local fault but my signal test says no issue -still not resolved and still no TV -follow up call that was promised within 3 days hasnโ€™t materialised (Day 6 and counting)

    @Cryptic_Giraffe @BladeoftheS Hence my comment about a cheaper Starlink, which Iโ€™m sure I read is now on offer? And why is it cheaper in some of Europe? Subsidised service? Monopoly? Iโ€™ve CityFibre and Open Reach in my street and my provider is VirginMedia (I thought they had their own fibre?)

    @Benleo @virginmedia They are truly terrible. If you simply want an internet connection and you don't have any problems, you might be okay, but as soon as anything goes wrong you hit their awful customer service. I had intermittent problems and it took months to get resolved, I then went to Sky asap.

    @jomickane @Benleo @virginmedia I've always found them to be really good, been with them years, never a problem, broadband connection is great - we're high usage, and this year they even emailed me to let me know they were keeping my existing discount when my contract was up, I usually renegotiate each time

    @Benleo @virginmedia You should try EE TV mate, 7 months get fibre installed then it failed time and time again! I'm now with Virgin and have not had any issues....so far ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
