    @virginmedia my internet and TV are down and seems like a supply or hub problem. Just called your call centre for help and I appreciate they have a script to follow but no help whatsoever. Earliest they could offer an engineer was tomorrow evening when we are not in!

    So we’ve waited 4 weeks for @virginmedia to install our TV and WiFi, telling us it’s been in the flat before, they get here finally and say it’s never been in the flat and we can’t have it! So they’ve left and we’re back to square one....

    @virginmedia I changed my direct debit date to 30th of each month and you failed to tell me it wasn’t going to be effective until next months billing cycle. Now I have charges from my bank. Not a good experience, especially as a new customer. I want my bank charges refunding

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

    @virginmedia switched to the hub 4 a while ago & been experiencing issues with it ever since. One of my smart bulbs regularly says it's too far away & has connection issues, also my Sky Q box regularly disconnects. I never had issues with these devices with the Hub 3. Can u help?
