    @virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

    @virginmedia I did. This is where this conversation started. The first time I tested using, it claimed all was well. Substantially it simply advised me to restart the router. It was not of any help, hence I moved the router, which resolved the issue & uninstalled the app.

    No internet this morning @virginmedia , who kindly say I only get a refund on this service if it’s down for TWO DAYS! How on earth do they get away with such shabby service. Please tell me if I’m running my business that shabbily #unhappybusinessperformancoachtoday!

    @virginmedia Again, hoops to go through to log a complaint. Why can’t YOU log it on my behalf. It’s called customer service. Sorry, @virginmedia is generally not fit for purpose when it comes to customer care. I’m sure your hands are tied by a ridiculous, uncaring system

    @virginmedia No. Ever since I've had broadband, the router (of which yours is my third), has been pretty much in the same place. I've had your service for maybe 3 years. The issue is relatively recent. The nearest items are 1) my PC 2) loudspeaker. 1/2

    @virginmedia The automated service has informed me there are issues in my area which an engineer is working on .. due to be fixed at 435pm , but been off since 10pm last night . Not much help really considering what we pay for .

    @virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

    @virginmedia Before I moved the router, I kept on losing Internet connectivity in other rooms in my one floor flat on my phone. No issue in my living room where the router is located. I would have to disconnect Wi-Fi on my phone, then reconnect. I moved the router by a about 1 foot. Now fine

    @virginmedia working from home once in 2 months and the same day your internet is not working in my area. Whats the point of paying such a huge monthly bill. Complaint number: COM103378725. Get it resolved or pay back the money i have paid for this month.

    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia As I said, I’ve done the pin reset thing as Ben suggested. I’m fed up trying to fix something that wasn’t my fault. And I won’t get any recompense. I feel trapped by @virginmedia Can’t wait to escape

    Not sure about Virgin Media's new "Intelligent Wi-Fi" update. Devices now regularly lose connection which wasn't a problem before 🤔

    @virginmedia I understand, however I already informed your retentions team about this, they agreed there wouldn't be any further contact. Theres also no point in requesting that, as 30 days later I wont be a customer. It also *SHOULDNT* take 30 days to update your CRM system to not send spam.

    @virginmedia I’ve been a customer for years ….. the ISP was done by contractors weeks ago and I was advised yourselves would contact me, the old ISP is what I’m running off at the moment and signal is shocking?

    @virginmedia what is happening to your broadband services. Over the past 3 days, incl this morning we have had intermittent services. I renegotiated my contract to a higher broadband level in the hope this would reduce problems. 'Is the service' down website its not just me!

    @virginmedia You have cancelled the technician visit saying it’s an area problem and it will be fixed Monday 2 days ago!!! Nothing has been fixed I’m using my 5G to be able to work from home. This is not acceptable

    @virginmedia As mentioned no point calling CS so decided to find out myself the issue. Looks like its a local cable break in the area effecting alot of households which needs digging and repairing, MTR tomorrow/Friday
