    Not sure about Virgin Media's new "Intelligent Wi-Fi" update. Devices now regularly lose connection which wasn't a problem before 🤔

    @virginmedia Hi! Our WiFi is constantly dropping out and not working even when the lights on the box look fine. And it can’t even reach around the whole house and it’s definitely not a big house! Is there any way you could sort it out as it has been a problem for a while. Thanks.

    @virginmedia working from home once in 2 months and the same day your internet is not working in my area. Whats the point of paying such a huge monthly bill. Complaint number: COM103378725. Get it resolved or pay back the money i have paid for this month.

    @virginmedia Thanks but my postcode not recognised and already been there done that. Have seen some of your guys by the box outside and all sorted apparently. Your customer services are supposed to be ringing me back with and engineer appointment which I don’t need.

    @virginmedia it’s happened again our internet is down and it’s not your router. You are working in the area of RH68GD please send engineer as before to sort out exchange box. Yes I have rang customer services and they are still useless.

    @virginmedia been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get lack of internet sorted. Myself and neighbours on two year old virgin and all have issues but you cannot detect any. You cant access you technicians diary either so #unresolved. #frustrating @richardbranson

    @richardbranson @virginmedia can you get an engineer to visit the exchange box at RH68GD as myself and neighbours all gone down again. Your customer services don’t seem to understand and think it’s a router issue. Thanks.

    @virginmedia The automated service has informed me there are issues in my area which an engineer is working on .. due to be fixed at 435pm , but been off since 10pm last night . Not much help really considering what we pay for .

    @virginmedia your company is a joke. Tv and broadband down yet again - already have an ongoing complaint about the service with ofcom. Pay extra to have sky sports packages and can’t even do that today. And we can’t even speak to a human ! @SkyUK we shouldn’t have left 😭

    @virginmedia That's the lamest help ever, it doesn't allow me to block youtube usage at all. All it does is allow me to disable inappropriate content without taking into consideration what I find inappropriate for kids to watch while my back is turned!

    @virginmedia Hi, I recently extended my contract on the understanding that you sent out an updated hub. As explained current version signal very poor around house. Must be 4-5 weeks now and still nothing has arrived. Tried contacting customer services but no joy. Can you assist?

    Watching MOTD via iPlayer on @VirginMedia and the picture quality is absolutely terrible. It’s worse than standard definition, nowhere near HD. 360 box is connected via Ethernet. Anyone else seeing this?

    @virginmedia loss of service yet again within the space of a week. But I guess its OK since I'll be paying more money for a service that keeps getting worse and worse. Need to be looking elsewhere for my Internet I think!
