@virginmedia I tried all that, the bloke on the phone told me an engineer would be the only one who could fix it, surprisingly it started working after a few hours, don’t have much confidence in your tool or your help desk! Neither seems to know what they are doing!

@virginmedia Not now that we have invested in a £300 mesh WiFi system so we can get WiFi across the house as the router is pointless. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄

@virginmedia And the customer service people are saying that my notification has not been received (I've kept a copy, and received an automated reply). Cancellation-by-text is one of three options stated on the Virgin Media website, I have given that notification, and will hold VM to that.
