    @neilpr85 @virginmedia Yes, this! Oh and now O2 have told me I might lose signal over 24hrs as they’re doing some works. So no mobile data for me either! I feel like I’ve jumped in a time machine and have gone back to 1990!! 😫

    @virginmedia 9/ speak but he kept interrupting me. He had no help for me for having no internet for 6 days. He kept sighing and refused to put me through to anyone who could offer anymore help.

    @virginmedia Intermittent or no signal in my area for weeks. It's not acceptable to be paying the amount we do and be limited to 10 MBPS. If we didn't have to dig up the driveway to change service, we'd of already done so.

    @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Why did you not just log a formal complaint then go to the ombudsman when they say they won't let you leave without paying the fees? The ombudsman would clearly side with you and you probably would have already been with a new provider by now
