@virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

@virginmedia It was just the generic "broadband/tv issues" message that doesn't explain anything. Good job that I have a strong back up system from @ThreeUK to keep connected. I just don't know why you can't send out an email in advance if it is routine/scheduled work.

@virginmedia Yes nothing but problems with mobile signal doesn't work never get more than 8mbps of Internet as I speed test everyday that's awful for a company who boasts about really good speeds on their network this company really is awful and your customer service is terrible
