@virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

@virginmedia I tried all that, the bloke on the phone told me an engineer would be the only one who could fix it, surprisingly it started working after a few hours, don’t have much confidence in your tool or your help desk! Neither seems to know what they are doing!

@virginmedia Not now that we have invested in a £300 mesh WiFi system so we can get WiFi across the house as the router is pointless. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄

@virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

Shocking customer service experience from @virginmedia need to find the legality of coming out of contract which was started last month. Scott/Chris you guys need some serious training on customer service over the phone.

@virginmedia No, Instead Virgin, having acknowledged that I had tried to cancel, and being cut off after hours of waiting, have now charged a non payment fee and are trying to charge me for another month. Complained yet again and asked to go to CISAS. Have raised with BBC, MP etc. Shysters

@virginmedia since my tv box has been upgraded it’s very very slow. I can’t go into any apps and my recordings haven’t recorded and when I’ve clicked onto iPlayer it’s frozen. But apparently my app says everything is fine!!!

@virginmedia raise my bill to 51£ a month from £25 and then follow with an immediate outage all day! SW11 area London has been without internet all day. When will this be fixed @virginmedia? Totally useless service.
