@virginmedia I have a hub 3. I’ve used the app and it acknowledges black spots in the bedrooms, within 20 ft of router. I got a link for a free booster, but the link was dead. I need help to get these issues sorted. CS. are uncontactable. There are no more trouble shooting steps left!

@ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Business or Residential service? We switched to VM Business two years ago and it is night & day better. Wi-Fi switched off at router and BT Home Hub used to distribute Wi-Fi throughout the house. I get 550 to the house and over 200 in other rooms

@virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

@OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

@virginmedia what a poor service you provide. 89 yr old mother in law, had whole virgin package with yourselves only to have mobile number discontinued without warning. New sim with temp number, recovery of number still not done after 2 weeks ..shocking service. Should be ashamed

@virginmedia @jrfrank Is there also issues with hub 2? I should be receiving 120 mbps download but for the past 2 weeks it's barley been hitting 20 mbps download, in fact been having more upload than download with severe lag spikes and high ping rates.
