Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Crayford, England@virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.
-
DragonFish 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇮🇹 (@discobabe76) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@virginmedia 4/ I work from home so asked what can I do in the meantime? No help given. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Waited 15 mins to speak to Supervisor ( 45 mins total already spent on phone)..

-
Mark Connolly (@macon1375) reported from Crayford, England@virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didn’t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

Simon Groutage (@myball123) reported from Bexleyheath, England@virginmedia hi there, all of our services have dropped out in the last ten minutes, the router changed to a flashing red light without anybody touching it. I have rebooted the router and it comes back on but is still flashing red. No TV, no WiFi, no landline help please
-
Gingerbread Man (@bigben9696) reported from Rainham, England@virginmedia no Internet and the website down....have you tried turning yourself off and on again?
-
Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Crayford, England@virginmedia Phoned, and as expected; they can't just "put this right". The equipment and service are working fine. That the dish is broken and there is little slack to enable me to bury the cable deeper is due to local engineers. Will just have to dig trench, break cable and wait again!
-
Paul Anderson or Neo (@PaulAnderson38) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England@virginmedia Sorry but still can't offer to give a fix date? Maybe you should ask @6SGlobal for assistance. Helped with city wide network design and now looking at Country wide Loyal customer since bell cable media days .....
-
Elise 💉💉💉💉 (@elise_john85) reported from Maidstone, England@virginmedia How do I find out what the service address is that you are using as you seem you be saying that the billing address means nothing
-
Davidp (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England@virginmedia @LeePartridge16 A particularly poor explanation. What you really mea n is that you only offer attractive prices to grab new customers but have little regard for customer loyalty. That's why I left @virginmedia too
-
Paul Wingfield BSc CEng MIET (@pwingers) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@virginmedia Yes I have but the download speed is fine. The problem is that you peg the upload speeds down to 10mbs. We used to get that over copper cables. It's time to step it up a notch.
-
Jay Bourley (@drummerJ83) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@virginmedia Hi. Have no wifi (green light) and despite rebooting several times have a had no luck. -
R.L. MacMurray 🇬🇧 (@DeviateDefiant) reported@DeviousPL @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Yeah their C/S is absolutely atrocious, I'm basically 'grandfathered' into VM from when their network was the only way to get more than about 8mbit down. These days the DOCSIS/coax setup is vastly inferior to any OpenReach FTTP, with fibre directly to the socket.
-
Centre Right (@RayGoose237513) reported@Szlater2 This happens with loads companies I.e AA- Virgin Media-Pet Insurance companies being a loyal customer is not worth it like youst to be they rely on people just renewing rather than shop around
-
Lucian Caracy (@Lucian_Caracy) reported@DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Im having this issue right now, although its at £77 I believe, they keep hanging up/cutting me off, dont call when they say they will and keep billing me and cutting me off, I cant get through to anyone who makes sense.
-
Mark 🇬🇧🏴 (@MrMarkW67) reported@ClientsSupTech Piss off you scamming cxnt. Hey @virginmedia this account above is pretending to be your support team.
-
Craig McArdle (@HoMcArdle) reportedAbsolutely no ***** given @virginmedia India and Malaysia are your only options as a customer. Poor people having to deal with vm ****** policies. FYI if you make more than one complaint about the same issue, they close the previous ones as resolved. They simply disappear.
