    @virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

    @virginmedia right I’ve just about had enough of virgin customer services. Cancelled service on 10 December. Today find out account is live after logging in. On hold four times for over 45 minutes. Latest on hold for 1hr 19 minutes. Call gets answered then cut off! What the hell

    @virginmedia No he is NOT! I have called and logged the complaint. Your rep who came to the door around an hour ago was extremely rude. I am utterly disgusted that he could treat an elderly partially deaf gentleman this way. Had I not witnessed it for myself I may not have believed it.

    @virginmedia You just turned up at my fathers door 6 months after you uninstalled your service following my mother’s death to collect your equipment which you took with you when it was uninstalled. Your rep (David Khan) was very rude to him.

    Hanging on now for over an hour to @virginmedia after being sold a router for a new flat that I told them had a BT phone socket. Trying to #cancel as landlord wont have additional sockets. Lady put us in hold/SILENT for 55mins - they are hoping we disconnect. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia This is not what happened. It was taken away by the engineer who came to uninstall it 6 months ago! He also cut through the phone line and we have had 6 months of issues trying to get phone line installed. Open Reach have been amazing! I am disgusted with the attitude of VM rep

    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia 5 days with no landline despite your customer services saying 24 hours everytime I ring so yes I have been in touch and no they have still not sorted it total joke!

    @virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I have been able to cancel my contract but when I questioned the fee and asked to discuss this further I was told no one was available and I had to ring another team who then locked me out of the account and said to call back in 5 days.

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp your service is down with multiple homes in NW10. Total blackout for over 24hrs. Working from home with no Broadband and @virginmedia unable to send an emergency technician. This is unacceptable.

    @virginmedia Absolutely shocking service! Never had a phone call back! So had to spend another 40 mins listening to your hold music! Have now been told that we need ANOTHER visit from a technician but that won't be until next Wednesday

    @virginmedia I also found out the box he has is very very old and due an upgrade. The letter he received in May 22 was about a price increase not a free upgrade. Very disappointed in how you treat loyal, elderly customers :( #customercare #customerexperience #virginmedia
