@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

@virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

@virginmedia Wireless via ookla... its never made a difference before... I also spoke to someone in customer service who said my speeds should be much higher and isn't sure why they arent. She did some kind of report. One of yiur technicians was working on the box on Thursday by my house
