@virginmedia great start to being a customer as second attempt to install broadband as failed as no one has turned up and the customer service on the phone is horrendous

@virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

@virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

Not sure how I get turned down for an awesome @virginmedia mobile/iPad bundle offer due to not meeting the criteria when I got approved for A- buying a house B- Virgin Media big bundle for tv, broadband & phone ... And my credit score is only 20 points off the maximum score...

@virginmedia To just say "we are busy" on the 150 number and disconnect callers is utterly unacceptable. Then on 0345 it just drops you after 45 minutes of hold music. It is as if you are deliberately making it hard for us to cancel......

@Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

@virginmedia Would you tell me when they’re available? I pay for 500G but only get 30, even in the same room as router. Your CS Team are unobtainable, one hour on hold then cut off. Done all the trouble shooting steps!!

@virginmedia I see you just copied and pasted that. I did call that number but then emailed your CEO. I managed to get a half-decent deal 100Mb for £18 but took me ages by email. It'ss annoying when a new customer I know got it for £16. I've been with you for about 6 yrs.

@virginmedia There’s a TV issue listed but nothing broadband specific. Our TV shows ‘Network Availability C133’ when we try to stream, it’s plugged directly into the Hub. When I ring 08005610061 the message there says is an issue for our postcode. It’s massively unclear as to what’s going on.
