    @virginmedia day four and still no phone line, not had one call returned, not received an email as promised, this is on a business line costing me a fortune in business.2nd time I've had an issue this year. Terrible company to deal with.

    @virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

    The problem wasn’t resolved, informed that many customers were phoning with a similar issues with BT sport. Can’t log onto the app as my WiFi is currently not working either! That’s being looked at on Friday @virginmedia

    @virginmedia no one will help me because my name ‘isn’t on the account’ but it should be if the transfer had been actioned properly. You have the form and my ID etc. Yesterday someone would help, today no one will. I can’t even speak to disconnections, because of this problem!

    @virginmedia Media services. I do, but we are going through a divorce, so tension is an issue, and we have already ‘dealt with it’ but no one your end has actioned the transfer or is prepared to help. You had my £20 and ID and proof of address and transfer form on 21/3/19 so well over 30 days

    @virginmedia We left sky for you on 14th Jan. We have had no proper TV service since that day. No catch up, no recordings, no apps playing, constantly having to reset box 10+ times daily!! We have paid £163 for this!!!! I am sick of phoning up! We want an engineer out now!!

    @virginmedia Thats an insane test modern laptops dont have ethernet ports, nor do smartphones or tablets. I dont care if its wifi or wired thats the problem. I have a problem with the service provided and i want a resolution. You closed my complaint without any investigation

    @virginmedia Your DMs aren’t open for me to explain in full. In short, it’s clear people are not doing their job and it’s leaving me without wifi service during the middle of a work week. After 5+ hours on the phone this week still no one can seem to figure out what the issue is.
