    @virginmedia The virgin media Connect app cannot see my Hub 3, we can’t see the virgin network on any device to connect, cannot connect to the virgin website it just tells me there is no issue. Clearly there is if we cannot even see our network to connect

    So Sandwell council have cut through our internet wires when resurfacing the pavement last week. Virgin Media telling us they can’t come and fix it until the 18th when I work from home but its £112 charge if we want to leave the contract. Are they ***************? What a joke.

    @virginmedia Internet is generally slow with intermittent disconnections But the bigger problem is that I am unable to access/login on secure (HTTPS) connection e.g. Loiyds Bank TSB and VirginMedia login it self is very very slow This is going on for last couple of weeks

    @virginmedia Thanks for prompt response There has been no service for several hours today but some service restored now Some TV channels intermittently off air and pixelated Wifi also cutting out intermittently and then good speed Any idea how long the issue will last as no updates yet
