  @virginmedia I am trying to access live chat as I have blackspots in house and would like WiFi boosters from Virgin. I have 200 Mbps but am getting only 20mbps in bedroom. Cannot find live chat on sites other than loads of help pages. Really frustrating

  @virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

  @virginmedia My understanding is that it is affecting a lot of people. I have now worked out how to access my email another way but do strongly feel that virgin media should be looking to resolve this issue ASAP.

  @virginmedia @gblondon1 The new virgin box has a mind of it's own, some days it decides not to record, other times it it decides to delete all your recordings. I will give it a couple more months if it continues as it has done in the past I will cancel it. I have been with virgin for over 20 years.

  @virginmedia I have an engineer booked but no one can come out until tomorrow! I have sent you a dM to no response. I have called Virgin TWICE but they say there is nothing they can do. All was FINE until you had an engineer out on our road doing something yesterday. Everything went down
