@virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

One section of their site says no issues, automated number says no issues, then another link says there are issues but you can't track the progress of it and all they tell you on phone is check your cables
