@virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

@EvilAbsolute @shazwalter @virginmedia I would argue that the service doesn't work. It's only as good as the weakest link in the chain, which is the hub. I don't really want another box in my house to fix an issue that is fixable by the service provider. We have BT fibre in the street which is what I'll investigate.

@virginmedia Nope was assured I would be contacted within half an hour I was contacted about contract coming to an end and explained still having issues despite 2 engineer visits and a replacement hub so would not be staying and how annoyed I was and was assured it would be sorted today!
