    @virginmedia I’ve had two lengthy phone calls with your ‘technical support’ people; it briefly got quicker then stopped working completely. On their instructions I’ve changed some settings on my router which apparently may take 48 hours to fully take effect…

    The fact that the @virginmedia service outage page is not working is slightly comical. And completely on brand as our service has gone down YET again. In an average month I think we get 4 days worth of uninterrupted service
