    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia No he is NOT! I have called and logged the complaint. Your rep who came to the door around an hour ago was extremely rude. I am utterly disgusted that he could treat an elderly partially deaf gentleman this way. Had I not witnessed it for myself I may not have believed it.

    @virginmedia My tariff is going up from £72ish to £108ish so I want to leave... Simple but trying to get them to do this is madness. Internet is slow and not reliable, I have been promised the earth and it has just got worst! @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia Harry can’t send out new boxes so sending Engineer with 2 new boxes, Today Tony engineer rang to say they reset boxes and should now work but he hasn’t visited property or got the New V6 boxes, kept Tony on phone 11 mins and yep you guessed it boxes still not working!

    Hello @virginmedia a while ago you solved this issue for us by giving us to different wifi channels (2.4. and 5.0) but since this morning the 5.0 has disappeared and we are back to square one with wifi issues like we had before. What has happened?! Can you please reverse this?

    Habitually mendacious email from @virginmedia saying they've upgraded broadband speed, which I don't need, "at no extra cost". Not counting, I assume, their regular as clockwork annual price hikes to "invest" in their network...

    Boxes not connecting AGAIN @virginmedia :( waited three weeks for a call back as it couldn’t be rectified. It’s worked for a week and now off again! 136.50 per month from March, no chance! Phone call to cancel tomorrow

    @virginmedia @ajwilsher What date was that installed? And if it’s installed when will an engineer come to to put in the 40m cable round the flat and fix up the tv box & correct WiFi? Is that the cable that they installed in Nov we have already been advised by an engineer it is the wrong 1
