    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    @rabbiton @virginmedia We had such trouble with them too. 3 times we were let down. One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

    Wait all day for the 16:30 kick off. Don't watch anything and pay £70/month for this. Sat on the phone for half an hour trying to speak to someone. Shocking. If you can't deliver what you promise then cancel my subscription. 👊 @Virgin @virginmedia

    @virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

    @virginmedia No faults, no. Speed is low on both wired and wireless. Was getting 200mb correctly for the first week of my contract back in September, but issues since then.

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @virginmedia Your customer service is a joke! I've been on the phone over an hour and spoken to 9 different people to be lied to and told the engineer tried knocking and calling my mobile this morning (I've been home all morning but had no one at the door and no missed calls).

    @virginmedia The person I spoke with was very arrogant on the phone and was reading off a script. No help just said there was no record. We have problems with our internet daily and I try to work from home but I always end up in a local coffee shop using their internet that is #btinternet

    Awful customer service from @virginmedia As a long-standing customer I only called to see if there were any offers available, but of course these are only for new customers and told I have best deal already. I doubt that. Same old story. #disappointed

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve been trying since my first message on here to talk to an adviser and I’m still waiting. I’m waiting on text now. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could see any improvements in service but I don’t. I see new customers being treated better than loyal ones

    @virginmedia are so bad. Been waiting 5weeks for external work to be done! No one knows why it’s delayed. No one keeps me updated. 4 advised guaranteed I’d be online by now. Due to their delays we’re paying £50 per DAY to travel to the office as we can’t work from home.

    @virginmedia Nothing in spam/junk. I would’ve expected to get a contract or something when I joined as a new customer in December? But I have no info at all. I’ve asked today over the phone but they said they had to send it in the post which will take at least 7 working days.

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried that but it just redirects me to my online account. I can’t find how to actually talk to someone. Every option I choose directs me to ny account but I can’t resolve my issue there. Is there not a phone number I can call?
