Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

All other channels are unaffected by AD. The films played on Sky Sci-fi are unaffected as in no audio description automatically plays. Bizarre.

There was no way to book a phone repair online,on their app and the chat function is not for phone faults.
