@virginmedia Each month I've had to make subsequent phone calls to have you rectify the bill. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

@virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

@virginmedia See above tweet, I have been trying to call to cancel my internet as the contract is up 27.02.2022. Been put through to cancellation team but just placed on hold and then cut off after 25 mins {your end} before I could speak to anyone. This has happened 8 times, not good enough.

@virginmedia I’ve a NetGear booster upstairs as WiFi service is poor, which is interfering with Wifi signals as it’s not virgin booster. Virgin booster is charged at £5 per month, indefinitely. Why do I have to pay extra for a poor broadband service & when boosters cost <£40?
