    @virginmedia I’ve had two lengthy phone calls with your ‘technical support’ people; it briefly got quicker then stopped working completely. On their instructions I’ve changed some settings on my router which apparently may take 48 hours to fully take effect…

    @virginmedia I've been experiencing problems for the past few months now. Ring you guys up and you say you sorted the problems but how comes I'm still getting the problems? You said engineer will ring me within 4hr no calls from the engineer and no message updates.

    /3 @virginmedia and when I finally got to a real person they had to arrange a call back by someone more qualified. That person concluded someone would need to attend my house, since which from Virgin Media there has been a deafening silence. This is terrible service from Virgin.

    @YNWA__1965 @Yazzy_321 @virginmedia Of course, if your actual internet connection is broken there's nothing you can do. Virgin have a lot of problems. I'm no business analyst but I would guess they chuck as many people on their network as it can possibly stand and spend the bare minimum on maintenance.
