    Wait all day for the 16:30 kick off. Don't watch anything and pay £70/month for this. Sat on the phone for half an hour trying to speak to someone. Shocking. If you can't deliver what you promise then cancel my subscription. 👊 @Virgin @virginmedia

    Awful customer service from @virginmedia As a long-standing customer I only called to see if there were any offers available, but of course these are only for new customers and told I have best deal already. I doubt that. Same old story. #disappointed

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    @virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

    @rabbiton @virginmedia We had such trouble with them too. 3 times we were let down. One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

    @virginmedia Your customer service is a joke! I've been on the phone over an hour and spoken to 9 different people to be lied to and told the engineer tried knocking and calling my mobile this morning (I've been home all morning but had no one at the door and no missed calls).

    @joelycett we couldn’t agree more with the virgin media issue. Ludicrous. We’re virgin media customers and are also having to end our contract early (with a £240 exit fee) due to moving home to accommodate our soon to be new born son because they can’t supply the service!

    @virginmedia not only have you completely disregarded my desire to cancel my account which I called about a month ago. You've now sent me a bill for October. I have left my former residence and I called five times to cancel and was told it was sorted. I will be contacting ofcom.

    @virginmedia Hi, all the recordings on my TV box are glitchy these days. If I rewind, the glitches happen the same way at the same point. I'm told this could be a harddrive issue. Is there anything I can do about this or will I need a new box?
