@virginmedia 6 nights in a row, WiFi dropped off completely, 6 nights in a row no one responded on messaging service and now 1.05hrs waiting to speak to someone! Definitely cancelling our package when/if we get thru

@matthewkane @virginmedia .It’s interesting because it’s often compulsory to put a title into the software so other than Mr I’ve used Dame, Reverend and Wing Commander, even with credit card details (card says Ms) and it’s never EVER been flagged or payment prohibited so it literally goes nowhere.
