@virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

@virginmedia Well after been with Virgin used to be NTL From year dot. I have cancelled my contract. Its such a shame it feels like a divorce (guess that's why you charged me £240) I did not want to leave but the Internet became unusable and I felt like customer services did not care at all.
