    @virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

    @virginmedia O2 have the correct information. The bills from Virgin have the wrong flat number on them. How do I know what you have for the service address? This isn’t clear on the website

    @virginmedia You just turned up at my fathers door 6 months after you uninstalled your service following my mother’s death to collect your equipment which you took with you when it was uninstalled. Your rep (David Khan) was very rude to him.

    @virginmedia @LeePartridge16 A particularly poor explanation. What you really mea n is that you only offer attractive prices to grab new customers but have little regard for customer loyalty. That's why I left @virginmedia too

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I've been having issues with internet dropping out continuosly for a couple of months, you sent another WiFi pod still the problem is there! The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles

    @virginmedia your level of service doesn't get any better. 45 minutes on the phone, passed from pillar to post and all points in between and you still won't come and remove your illegally fitted equipment. I wouldn't recommend you if you were the only company on earth. #poor

    @virginmedia This is not what happened. It was taken away by the engineer who came to uninstall it 6 months ago! He also cut through the phone line and we have had 6 months of issues trying to get phone line installed. Open Reach have been amazing! I am disgusted with the attitude of VM rep

    @virginmedia your company has the worst customer service of any media company. I am a customer and have been trying by mail, text and phone to contact you for 10 days regarding my media. Anyone thinking of changing to these guys . DON’T

    @virginmedia The loss of service is due to a cable being drilled through. The Customer Service had been the worst I have ever encountered, incorrect information provided on every call. I'm going to be seeking substantial compensation due missing days off work etc..

    @virginmedia Yes they have checked it and I have. As others have said when using it, it keeps showing "account not recognised". Finally they have an engineer coming out tomorrow. The lack of any substantive customer updates shows no regard for customers, take the money and done.

    Just had to resign a contract with @virginmedia all because @CityFibre @toobbroadband won’t install on my street and give me access to cheaper gigabyte broadband it’s ridiculous having to pay stupid price in this day and age when there are companies out there doing for cheaper.

    @virginmedia DM Terms & Privacy Rules (2026) is a long read. your asking me to agree to -Data Sharing & Access: X may collect data to verify user age and can allow third-party apps with high-level permissions to access your Direct Messages if authorized. and other terms. this not working

    @virginmedia Thank you Vigin Media for spoiling the end of the PGA Tournament, WIFI kept cutting out near the close of the Tournament so don't know who won, shoddy service to say the least, why should we pay for a mediocre service, not fit for purpose.
