@virginmedia All I wanted was an engineer. The problem started with the new modem but nobody listening as usual. Promised a call would be made after 3 day monitoring- didn’t happen. Promised a call from a manager- didn’t happen. Told by your assistant today that a speed of 28 was acceptable

@mouthwaite @virginmedia Tamzin if it’s a WiFi issue it’s easily fixable. Have they tried changing the channel on the router? I.e from nos 1 to any other number? Secondly you may try running it @ 2.4ghz rather than 5ghz. I used to solve many a basic problems over the phone for mum at Santi..lol
