    @virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

    @virginmedia cannot wait to find a clause for cancelling my broadband in the near future after the ofgem update. My broadband is always dropping out and I get better service with moblie. Think you invested too much in physical cables when the future is over the air connection.
