    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    @virginmedia It’s a smart TV through Ethernet. I’ve had this TV (and previous smart TVs) for several months and in the last 3/4 days the speed connections have gone down. The PC isn’t the problem either.
