@virginmedia I am trying to access live chat as I have blackspots in house and would like WiFi boosters from Virgin. I have 200 Mbps but am getting only 20mbps in bedroom. Cannot find live chat on sites other than loads of help pages. Really frustrating

@virginmedia Hi VM, I ordered a replacement remote control for my TIVO box. Just realised that was a couple of months ago but it never came. When trying online again it says as I’ve had one within six months I can’t order another. Please check that the first was ever sent, thanks

@coxy1976 @virginmedia Crazy you got to speak with a human! Took me days to get through via various methods going round in circles just trying to either cancel or renew my broadband. Eventually it was sorted in minutes after hours of my time wasted.

@virginmedia My request to support was about the hub5 and some Wi-Fi extenders/boosters which I’m entitled to, they said that it was sorted and would be in the post and now only the hub5 has turned up!!! Does this mean I have to contact support again…….

@virginmedia I've been having issues with internet dropping out continuosly for a couple of months, you sent another WiFi pod still the problem is there! The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles!

@virginmedia Terrible service from you these last two weeks! I have spent more than 4hrs on the phone to Asian based O2, and Virgin call centres who never help or process things. Also Capita in South Africa… Why do you use foreign call centres if they cannot do the job!!

@virginmedia offers social tariff of £12.50 for 15mb which is slow. Better option almost anyone with BT £12.50 for 36mb and Vodafone £12.50 for 38mb. Virgin also has £20 for 54mb but is higher price than most others offering same.

The hoops you have to jump through to change the password on your @virginmedia account is ridiculous. I googled the problem and it was reported on their forum in April 2020! It's still not fixed after almost 2 years. Shocking.

@virginmedia cust rep called - my bill was due to go up. When queried hung up. Rude Cust serv - nothing to do with them transferred to sales who wanted to transfer me back to cust ser. tv keeps cutting to black screen and pod stopped working had Services for 16 days come take it out please.
