@virginmedia Folks, amuse me, why on earth would I or anyone complete a survey after leaving you when you couldn’t deal with the issue within 2 months and dare I say the plus 20 years we had an undiagnosed fault!?

  • davemole85
Dave Jones (@davemole85) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

Poor service from @virginmedia couldn't offer the deal on your website to an existing customer. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere

THE FEE MG! 👩🏻 (@TMFeeG) reported from Maidstone, England

@virginmedia No he is NOT! I have called and logged the complaint. Your rep who came to the door around an hour ago was extremely rude. I am utterly disgusted that he could treat an elderly partially deaf gentleman this way. Had I not witnessed it for myself I may not have believed it.

  • mikej2504
Michael Jones (@mikej2504) reported from Walderslade, England

@virginmedia offers social tariff of £12.50 for 15mb which is slow. Better option almost anyone with BT £12.50 for 36mb and Vodafone £12.50 for 38mb. Virgin also has £20 for 54mb but is higher price than most others offering same.

@Benleo I've been with @virginmedia for many years. Whole reason, is that in my road/area, their broadband in miles quicker than the 'Openreach' slow version. To be fair, it works well most of the time - but when it doesn't and you have to ring the Indian Tech Support; Oh dear it's grim!

  • anubisgate1977
    anubisgate (@anubisgate1977) reported

@Benleo @Iwontcalmdown @virginmedia They really are the worst company got rid of them finally but they still kept taking money.

  • Liver4breakfast
Martin Moore (@Liver4breakfast) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia the irony. The repair date for the TV and intermittent internet problems has been moved, after 2 days of the same problem. Try to send Virginmedia a DM "There is a problem connecting with the server".. That's because of an intermittent internet problem that I have.

  • Richard75129359
    Richard Ryan (@Richard75129359) reported

@Benleo @virginmedia I left them years ago as we have fibre now that does 2gb up and download. Had sales people knocking on the door ring doorbell showed one of them spitting at my front door. Called them to report it wasn't interested and told them to never come again still put flyers in the door.

  • louderry
    Lou D🌹 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@louderry) reported

@Benleo @SenseiBear44 @virginmedia They are awful !! I ditched them years ago for the most awful customer service !

  • AxiomLunc
    AxiomLunc (@AxiomLunc) reported

@Benleo @virginmedia @Benleo Put a complaint into the Ombudsman, O2 and Virginmedia do this all the time, i had a friend who cancelled his O2 contract after working for the company, never had issues with fraud etc, then magically after leaving, he had over £1000 fraud on his account.

  • JezDons
    Jeremy Burrows (@JezDons) reported

@virginmedia my tv & broadband services are down in the DN6 7 area of Doncaster. Is there an outage?

  • frantruth
    Frantruth 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇬🇧 (@frantruth) reported

@Benleo Trouble is, Virgin Media isn't British owned. Regardless, it should be written into law that if you provide telecommunications to British customers, the call centre serving sales and customer service must be based in Britain.
