@virginmedia get enough money from me and all the others get enough, from the rest of the paying public. So stop being greedy, stop paying the Premier clubs so much and wages will have to come down. There, sorted!

  • TMFeeG
THE FEE MG! 👩🏻 (@TMFeeG) reported from Maidstone, England

@virginmedia This is not what happened. It was taken away by the engineer who came to uninstall it 6 months ago! He also cut through the phone line and we have had 6 months of issues trying to get phone line installed. Open Reach have been amazing! I am disgusted with the attitude of VM rep

  • onearmedjohn
Onearmedjohn (@onearmedjohn) reported from Gillingham, England

@virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

@virginmedia hello I’m at my grandparents who have virgin as their landline supplier and the line seems to be very temperamental and can go down for a whole day with no dial tone and if you ring them it just hangs up. They don’t use mobile phones and I live far (1/2

@virginmedia @LeePartridge16 A particularly poor explanation. What you really mea n is that you only offer attractive prices to grab new customers but have little regard for customer loyalty. That's why I left @virginmedia too

@Dratcliffe1986 @virginmedia @ExeterBub You need to first register the outage through Virgin media itself. I do this everytime there is an outage. Virgin will usually then give you any compensation, if they don't, then report to Ofcom.

@virginmedia my services will be suspended because of an outstanding bill , however , this is not the first time , that the bill was paid , screenshots taken and now it’s up to Virgin media . Why should I be paying for a shoddy service , at best , anyway ?

Quick update following my post - I did have a DM discussion with VirginMedia. Apparently all refunds are process via cheque payments and posted to you - and I’ve got to wait up to 45 days - yes 45 days for the cheque. If I’ve not received it by then I’ve got to contact them again and they will investigate why - probably waiting another 45 days. This is disgusting behaviour @virginmedia, despite it being so called company policy. You took £1,070 from our account despite assurance the equipment return date had been extended, causing us to be overdrawn, yet you now hang on to our money for up to 45 days! It doesn’t take 45 days for a computer to print a cheque!
