    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    @virginmedia It's NOT a speed issue - this has been confirmed by your engineers. Our issue is with intermittent disconnections from various wireless devices to the router. Anything attached via Cat-5 is unaffected. Common responses from VM have cited speed issues but that is proved incorrect.

    @virginmedia I'm trying to cut costs and drop the TV service I have never used since being sold it. This comes after receiving a letter about another price hike which puts me paying twice as much as a new customer on your current offers, for exactly the same package I have now.

    @virginmedia I did eventually get through and they were as helpful as they could be. It took a further 24hrs to resolve which was slightly disappointing after paying a fee to move and it then not working for the first 2 days.
