@virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

@virginmedia No. When I left the property in 2015 it would have been transferred to the name of a remaining tenant. I’m now on my 7th property since, and have never used or heard from Virgin Media since, so I’d say it’s pretty unlikely that equipment will be tracked down!
