@virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

@virginmedia Construction issues apparently but we had an engineer out 3 weeks ago who said it was an easy fit so not sure why further delays. Very frustrating trying to speak to staff, spent almost 10hours on the phone trying to get answers. Wish we could just cancel and get a refund!

If you are about to switch or upgrade to @bt_uk for your own sanity don’t. My upgrade has disconnected me from 6/4/21 to 4/5/21 and been replaced with a useless 4g connection (13up/2down) @virginmedia how do you treat customers offering you more money???
