  • hungoverdrawn
Robert Shaw (@hungoverdrawn) reported from Wainscott, England

@virginmedia It's started working this morning after 24 hours down, bit strange that your website said there were no service issues anywhere 😒 I guess I'll cancel that engineer visit now.

  • AbiMuddiman
Abi (@AbiMuddiman) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

@virginmedia I keep filling out the form with my address to return my old router and the returns bag never turns up, I’ve now been charged £40? How can I get this removed please?

  • Scott_Wic
Scott Wickham (@Scott_Wic) reported from Rochester, England

@virginmedia My request to support was about the hub5 and some Wi-Fi extenders/boosters which I’m entitled to, they said that it was sorted and would be in the post and now only the hub5 has turned up!!! Does this mean I have to contact support again…….

  • onearmedjohn
Onearmedjohn (@onearmedjohn) reported from Gillingham, England

@virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

  • StevenPHartley
StevenHartleyonline (@StevenPHartley) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

  • 1CreativeRay
Dr Stower and the Stock Market of Madness 🦍 (@1CreativeRay) reported from Wainscott, England

@virginmedia Terrible service from you these last two weeks! I have spent more than 4hrs on the phone to Asian based O2, and Virgin call centres who never help or process things. Also Capita in South Africa… Why do you use foreign call centres if they cannot do the job!!

  • ExonJane
Jane Exon (@ExonJane) reported from Maidstone, England

@virginmedia I have been trying to cancel my subscription (first year ended in Sept) for weeks. In the end I gave up and cancelled my direct debit... suddenly I’m contacted! Could we please talk please

  • MarcusNovius
MNovius (@MarcusNovius) reported from Tonbridge, England

@omaromalleykhan @virginmedia I'm either writing a letter and rejoining 60 days later on a cheap "new customer deal" or just quiting. Such a weird service! Ie non existent

  • davemole85
Dave Jones (@davemole85) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

  • O2
    O2 (@O2) reported

@kimerthywoo Hi it's us from Virgin Media O2. Sorry to hear your having this issue. If possible could you send us a screenshot of the error you are getting over a private chat, so we can look into this for you.

  • daddytoatribe
    Kyle (@daddytoatribe) reported

@virginmedia If you can offer a deal to a new customer you should be able to offer the same deal for existing customers. This is why your retention rate is diabolical because the introductory offers expire and the new offer is 300% more than what they was paying. Should be illegal

  • freeITstafford
    Free I.T. Stafford (@freeITstafford) reported

@irons1de1 @JamieGBarry @virginmedia The crunch came for me when I was almost a week without service, ultimately transpiring that an engineer error had caused an attenuator to be fitted to my cable instead of my neighbour's. That spelled the end of co-ax in my life.

  • _littleimpulse
    🦉 (@_littleimpulse) reported

@virginmedia Yes: no WiFi. It went off in the middle on the thunderstorm Wednesday night/early Thursday morning & has not reconnected. Online it’s saying a hub connection issue, but I know it went off with the storm…

  • benev91
    Ben Evans (@benev91) reported

@virginmedia we have been without internet for a week now. Rinsed through mobile data. Fix date apparently (4th date given) now on 3rd June. We have received compensation but an easy fix would’ve been to give us unlimited data on our mobiles (both with o2) for the month.

  • CarryOnGemma
    CarryOnGemma (@CarryOnGemma) reported

@virginmedia this has gone beyond the pale now. You already know all the issues my dad and I have had for, well, weeks now. Dad had all his recordings deleted and now his new recordings are recording and now, when he’s watched part of something he can’t go back and watch it because it says the recording has failed. This has happened on every recording. It seems to record fine then changes to failed. Get this sorted and get the broadband sorted. How @Ofcom isn’t all over this I don’t know. Pushing people to take the V6 and then a year later this happens. Shocking.

  • EmmaSpurdle
    Emma Spurdle (@EmmaSpurdle) reported

@virginmedia Yes but the issue has been going on since Thursday at 10pm. It’s now Saturday!

  • updick1
    updick (@updick1) reported

@BelfastBooks @virginmedia @MartinSLewis EE charged my mother in law for 2 years for wifi. She never got a box and was unaware of what she was paying.

  • DavMichael
    mike davies (@DavMichael) reported

@virginmedia Not good enough really though is it 2 days without any service at all now saying 5 pm today which will undoubtedly change

  • milesc2003
    Miles (@milesc2003) reported

@virginmedia “Intermittent signal in your area” check back in, in X amount of hours. Been that way since 7am this morning. I get that something has gone wrong beyond your control. But to know what has gone wrong would be nice to know. Thanks
