@virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

Awesome, so effectively @virginmedia raise current loyal customers prices to fund the discount new customers can get in their sale. Roll on buying my own house and not being tied to them anymore. 12 years of this crap!

Hanging on now for over an hour to @virginmedia after being sold a router for a new flat that I told them had a BT phone socket. Trying to #cancel as landlord wont have additional sockets. Lady put us in hold/SILENT for 55mins - they are hoping we disconnect. #virginmedia

Have paid £26 for HD live download and quality is terrible @virginmedia. Its pixallating and freezing @SkySport. Is this going to be sorted out? Why is there no message on screen explaining theres a technical problem ?

@virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

So far it has taken me 3 days just to confirm that I do need help from @virginmedia using the message function on the app. I’ve spoken with three different people and they each take a day to reply. I just need a new remote as mine has stopped working! I pay enough each month

@virginmedia I’m an engineer. I design targeting systems for stealth jets. If I can’t fix a dodgy broadband connection in a house then your equipment is the problem, and telling me to wait 24 hours ‘to see if it persists’ only serves to frustrate me further.

@virginmedia Yes they did. Still doesn't make up for over a month of interrupted service and no refund automatically given to your customers. Its the same old story with @virginmedia - take your money and don’t provide adequate service
