So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles!

I did this yesterday around 5pm, I have a confirmation email but it doesn't tell me when it becomes active? So far 24 hours later and a full TV reset they still aren't working.

I’ve been with them from day one because I always seem to get a good deal. But god help you if you need customer services. In my experience, they tie with Vodafone as the worst in the world.
