    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    @virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

    @virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

    @dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    @_Lewis_A @virginmedia I had this problem and was advised to buy new cables, did that and it gets minimum 200mb now, also make sure all cables are really tight and fitted properly.

    @ameehan71 @virginmedia All new and reconnected. 200mb then next day nothing, comes on for a day then drops to 10mb. Talk to customer service and they don't have a clue. They also want over £400 for me to leave. Worst service I've ever known

    @virginmedia @virginmedia thankfully yes I did, somebody finally closed the chat for me. It wasn’t like being on the phone you can’t just hang up, but at the same time I like the what’s app because I have a communication disability and can’t talk on the phone 🙈

    @virginmedia This is the first I’m hearing of a 14 day wait! Not happy. Amazing how quickly you can steal £122 from an ex customer, and yet I’m having to wait a month to get refunded (you took it out on the 3rd & I have been trying to get it refunded since then) 😡

    @virginmedia Someone did eventually respond & “ promised” to personally keep an eye on the issue. But that’s what the last person said a few weeks ago -we have requested wifi pods as we only get reception in 1 room in our 1 bedroom/tiny flat. My bill is meant to be going up 50% next month 🙃
