@virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

Now that I finally have a @virginmedia engineer here they are finding physical issues, like damaged cables in the pit under the pavement. If only customer service had listened to me why I said 3 repeated factory resets of the router wouldn't solve anything. 1/x
