    Just in case anyone is thinking of signing up to @virginmedia before Christmas. Don’t! They are an appalling service company. I know I am with them. But not for much longer.

    @virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

    @virginmedia your company has the worst customer service of any media company. I am a customer and have been trying by mail, text and phone to contact you for 10 days regarding my media. Anyone thinking of changing to these guys . DON’T

    @virginmedia This is a long story. But Virgin have changed my IMEI number making a second repair not possible. My account is down and even Virgin can't access it. I've been promised calls back several times but they've not happened. The litany of Virgin failures is impossible to put in a text

    @virginmedia Absolute rubbish. Try calling to speak to someone...no answer. Try online...email address is completely different to my account. Date of last bill&account details don’t match. Complete load of crap. Won’t be paying my bill so at least someone will contact me 🤬

    @fasurveyors @virginmedia I have to say; I’m normally pretty pleased with @virginmedia internet. It’s normally fast and reliable. But last couple of days has been awful. It’s getting too expensive as well

    @virginmedia 6 nights in a row, WiFi dropped off completely, 6 nights in a row no one responded on messaging service and now 1.05hrs waiting to speak to someone! Definitely cancelling our package when/if we get thru

    @leonagraham @virginmedia Are you sure it's the Internet and not the WiFi? I'm a @virginmedia customer but WiFi in the house is not provided by their hub as uts useless . Get a tri/quad-band netgear router or two

    @virginmedia Ran the tests… still no internet! Engineer visit booked for Wednesday, which was the earliest available… still doesn’t help when you’re supposed to work from home though 😡
