    Hanging on now for over an hour to @virginmedia after being sold a router for a new flat that I told them had a BT phone socket. Trying to #cancel as landlord wont have additional sockets. Lady put us in hold/SILENT for 55mins - they are hoping we disconnect. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

    @virginmedia This is a long story. But Virgin have changed my IMEI number making a second repair not possible. My account is down and even Virgin can't access it. I've been promised calls back several times but they've not happened. The litany of Virgin failures is impossible to put in a text

    So far it has taken me 3 days just to confirm that I do need help from @virginmedia using the message function on the app. I’ve spoken with three different people and they each take a day to reply. I just need a new remote as mine has stopped working! I pay enough each month

    Interesting ways @virginmedia try to make you stay & pay excessively. Got told in March, due to bill increases I can cancel. call up & get told I can’t. Wait till the end of my final month of my contract & they’re making me wait to pay out an extra month before cutting me off.

    @virginmedia Hello, my dad who is the account holder called them up as before we were expecting a call, but one never came. We are currently experiencing low and fluctuating speeds, on download and upload, over 5G and 2G. We have tried everything and it still isn’t working or improved.

    @Hutchy11 @virginmedia I was being charged extortionate rate and when I asked them to renew, they offered only £20 discount. Yet for a new customer they were offering a better bundle for £30. Almost 60% cheaper than my original bundle. Been with them for 24 years. They did not budge. So I left.

    @virginmedia I checked with virgin media they said everything was ok on their end they wanted me to pay extra for boosters per month with no guarantee they would work .I am currently paying for a service I am not getting and don’t want to pay any more .

    @virginmedia #fastercloser ... is this a joke? I’ve just submitted a formal complaint and it will take you up to 28 days to respond? In the meantime we are 5 days in with no broadband and counting and your service status checker still doesn’t acknowledge this!!
