    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    @virginmedia The landline never worked for even a minute for almost a year. After several complaints, an engineer was sent out but he couldn't resolve the issue after 30mins and he promised to be back. It's been almost 4months if not more.

    @TIMO317 @virginmedia I was fully prepared to terminate my BB with VM there and then. £40 for 69mb/s BB is horrendous. They sorted out an 18 month contract for 100mb/s at £27 month. I should've done it sooner. 🙂
