    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia Service restored during the night so outage time was over 8 hrs min. I telephoned 3x and then got cut off; operative said they would call back and didn't. I really despair over your the quality of your customer service especially when I have just had a huge bill increase.
