    Just in case anyone is thinking of signing up to @virginmedia before Christmas. Don’t! They are an appalling service company. I know I am with them. But not for much longer.

    @virginmedia awful customer service in my experience. Been trying to cancel contract since yesterday with no success! On line chat refer to team but they don’t respond and phone lines cut you off after 55 minutes of holding on!

    @virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

    @virginmedia Absolute rubbish. Try calling to speak to someone...no answer. Try online...email address is completely different to my account. Date of last bill&account details don’t match. Complete load of crap. Won’t be paying my bill so at least someone will contact me 🤬

    @virginmedia Two other points: 1. Signing off messages with bad news with the phrase 'best wishes' will be regarded, however good the intention, by the recipient as a bit offensive. I would suggest you think about changing this.

    @shellbell1471 @SkyHelpTeam Shelley have u thought about @virginmedia I had similar issue with EE few years ago, couldn’t find the issue after a number of engineer visits, moved to Virgin never had a problem.

    I’ve had no @virginmedia broadband coverage in EH7 since Tuesday morning. Every day, I’ve had a notification saying it’ll be fixed by 10:05am the next day. That time passes, & it just gets extended by 24hours. At a time when many are home working, it’s an appalling service.

    @virginmedia - We've been trying to cancel our account since May 5th. Repeated calls (we've been hung up on), repeated complaints (unanswered), repeated texts (not responded to). We've tried everything. We're exasperated at this point. Please contact me - it's abhorrent behaviour
