    @virginmedia The pavement access point has been there for months…. The work to get from there to the house has not been done and no installation technician appointed apparently. This tf was ordered on 2nd April with a fixed installation date confirmed for 4th May-didnt happen-now no service

    @virginmedia Have been calling daily - each time told it will be today- never happens - been told every time that engineer’s will call an hour before they arrive - never a call … I work for the NUS and also have many things I rely on on the broadband and including health reporting.

    Looking to reduce our Virgin Media package soon. Nearly £180 a month! Just need to find what packages they have and hope that we can cancel our landline which we never use so don’t see the point in paying for? New customers don’t require one so why should we?

    @virginmedia @ofcom @frometimes with all due respect I’ve done that the last 7 times it’s been down if the past few weeks. You know you have an underlying problem and you ignore it as you do your customers in the area. You engineer are always fixing it and we suffer with no service!

    @virginmedia Hi John,This is for media broadband. Its not a dispute. It just needs escalated, which Im told takes 7 weeks. But every time I call they reset the 7 weeks. Its a process issue.

    @virginmedia your WhatsApp customer services is shoddy FYI. Retention advisors when they cant stop a disconnection request just say they’re taking a break and will be 5 mins and they let the chat time out so they dont lose their conversion stats. Time after time
