    @virginmedia As a virgin customer, Uswitch says I have the right to quit if I inform you before the 15th Feb (after price hike). I have now just phoned and you have now said it was the tenth!? What is it please?

    @virginmedia My understanding is that it is affecting a lot of people. I have now worked out how to access my email another way but do strongly feel that virgin media should be looking to resolve this issue ASAP.

    @virginmedia I am trying to access live chat as I have blackspots in house and would like WiFi boosters from Virgin. I have 200 Mbps but am getting only 20mbps in bedroom. Cannot find live chat on sites other than loads of help pages. Really frustrating

    @coxy1976 @virginmedia Crazy you got to speak with a human! Took me days to get through via various methods going round in circles just trying to either cancel or renew my broadband. Eventually it was sorted in minutes after hours of my time wasted.

    @virginmedia I've tried various browsers and devices. I've just tried incognito mode as suggested, and that worked. Why do I suddenly need to use that when I never did before? And it doesn't solve the issue of emails not coming through to my Gmail via POP3.

    Absolutely disgraceful customer service today from @virginmedia I have experienced broadband issues for OVER 12 MONTHS. I have spoken to 3 people just today alone; got cut off twice and have been on hold collectively for well over an hour. I have phoned several times over months!

    @virginmedia There is no area outage. This has been going on for weeks maybe months. It takes on average 30 minutes to get through to speak to somebody who basically fob you off. My introductory offer has also now finished so my bill has doubled which i can not afford!

    @virginmedia Complaints team were meant to call me to discuss however they never and closed my complain. I was told they will discuss the matter and address my issue however after waiting for 3 months no response from them. Not happy

    @virginmedia I'm in to my 5th day of waiting for a call back!! Sorry but Virgin Media are a shambles. I asked if, as you weren't able to transfer my account to the new address, if I could cancel my contact and switch to Sky. You then wanted to charge me £280 ish for cancelling the contract
