    @virginmedia @virginhelp Wife has spent 5.5 hours chasing this , she's self employed trying to set her own business from home and having to deal with all this , had 18 days of having 1 box , tried to cancel and been told that we owe 40 quid when the full month is 47 quid . Horrific experience

    @virginmedia Work iver gets rebooked for just nobody turns up . Every time I call pre installations they iver put the phone down on me or just give me silly answers and don't want to pass me through to management . I'm ment to be up and running Tuesday but I put money on it not happening
