    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @virginmedia the internet went down around 12am last night and hasnt come back on, tried all the resets and factory reset like suggested and still nothing, connected without internet is what keeps showing up, looked on outage and many cases of this around currently but no fix yet

    @virginmedia Took you four days to respond? The box crashed and then wouldn't allow me back in. Your phone help kept advising me to go to the website and then cut me off to make me do it. Your website couldn't fix the fault and suggested I ring. It was a merry go round that left me abandoned
