    @dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

    @virginmedia Sorry no help at all , service in my area tells me broadband is good ! But hub is flashing green with green arrows as well I have tried everything from the help contact .

    @virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

    @virginmedia no internet in the TN49HZ. Area , hub will not reconnect , still awaiting advise from customer services , been on hold 40 minutes . Any updates

    @virginmedia Each month I've had to make subsequent phone calls to have you rectify the bill. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

    @virginmedia I think it's tomorrow, however I received an email from them today advising VM responded to the complaint, just waiting for the decision from CISAS, like I said I didn't want to go this way, in fact, I gutted, I just want my mobile to work

    @virginmedia Virgin cannot continue to bill people who are no longer their customers nor claim contractual obligations when no contract is in place. In our case the property does not have a Virgin Service but is connected to BT/Sky network. Neither do we have a Virgin mobile phone

    Not to mention, separately, my @virginmedia broadband service in NW10 has not been working properly for nearly three weeks, but because the service is intermittent there is no hope of compensation because the compensation scheme is not set up properly /5

    @virginmedia @DrScientist_01 Why isn't this an option? Is it because so many people give up & you lot keep on billing, of course it is. This is a policy, a tactic. I got so annoyed I spent 2 days on the phone to cancel Virgin Media. I had given up before. So you got more years of cash, but now never again.
