    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    @virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

    Ok .. my @virginmedia on going saga .. they came out today YaY .. I'm not even joking .. the problem is the fibre cable from the pavement to my box outside is fubard .. I've told @VirginMediaCorp this information 3 times .. Guy comes out today (in the dark)

    @virginmedia Ok that's fine I'll let you know if my speeds and all of the street are fixed I'll do this once I am sure however this won't be tomorrow it will be when I have had more usage over the coming week if that's okay it's just to ensure that no other problems develop.

    Why on earth did I waste a whole morning on Friday for a @virginmedia engineer to come and sort out my an issue with landline (not ringing but I could make calls) to be told it would be fixed by Monday, it is now Weds and now I don't even have a dial tone!?
