    Hanging on now for over an hour to @virginmedia after being sold a router for a new flat that I told them had a BT phone socket. Trying to #cancel as landlord wont have additional sockets. Lady put us in hold/SILENT for 55mins - they are hoping we disconnect. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia This is a long story. But Virgin have changed my IMEI number making a second repair not possible. My account is down and even Virgin can't access it. I've been promised calls back several times but they've not happened. The litany of Virgin failures is impossible to put in a text

    @virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

    @virginmedia So an hour later still no response as to what VM will do to restore my service. Pretty disgusted and looking at other comments this poor service is the norm. Not asking for much just restoration of the service I pay for and proper help when it fails

    @virginmedia Hi - we lost power earlier however, we still haven’t regained WiFi connection. Can someone look into this for me please? The WiFi symbol is flashing green with a permanent green power light. We have checked our connection and can’t seem to fix the issue.

    @virginmedia Got off the phone about 12:30 this afternoon. Fairly certain it is the Hub that is the issue but obviously need an engineer to verify this. TV is working fine, on demand, catch up etc. Just the broadband issue.

    @virginmedia It’s been nearly 3 months now and you are still not providing the full service of what I’m paying for. I received a text message nearly a month ago and then nothing since. Am I supposed to just wait? Or do I call and chase again and get another Engineer out?

    @virginmedia We need the password. You've been fully explained to as to why no one knows the password but has all other details........but ended up doing jack **** as you find it easier to send threatening letters to an empty property. #jobsworths. Does this help answer the question?
