    @virginmedia This is not what happened. It was taken away by the engineer who came to uninstall it 6 months ago! He also cut through the phone line and we have had 6 months of issues trying to get phone line installed. Open Reach have been amazing! I am disgusted with the attitude of VM rep

    @virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia My tariff is going up from £72ish to £108ish so I want to leave... Simple but trying to get them to do this is madness. Internet is slow and not reliable, I have been promised the earth and it has just got worst! @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia 5 days with no landline despite your customer services saying 24 hours everytime I ring so yes I have been in touch and no they have still not sorted it total joke!

    @virginmedia Great ring the number that has been absolutely shocking from day 1 or wait 28 days for Virgin to answer a complaint I have been trying to resolve for 10 days currently on phone with customer service but wont let me speak to a manger absolutely s*** from @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia No he is NOT! I have called and logged the complaint. Your rep who came to the door around an hour ago was extremely rude. I am utterly disgusted that he could treat an elderly partially deaf gentleman this way. Had I not witnessed it for myself I may not have believed it.

    @virginmedia You just turned up at my fathers door 6 months after you uninstalled your service following my mother’s death to collect your equipment which you took with you when it was uninstalled. Your rep (David Khan) was very rude to him.

    @virginmedia No as normal Virgin customer service go quiet until I am forced to ring them again and as for the bill no additional charges you just seem to have doubled the bill

    @virginmedia intermittent wifi. Daughter was trying to submit uni exam yesterday and it went off. Now has to pursue a case with uni to not have to do a resit with capped result. Just waited on hold 18ins and been cut off! Been an issue all week. Daughter has another exam tomorrow

    @virginmedia Yes there is an outage. But this is not the first time this has happened. This is probably the most expensive broadband on the market - and we opted for it based on the allegedly fast and brilliant service as advertised! We have experienced the exact opposite!

    @virginmedia Of course we are but only solution in sight is another day and a half without internet to wait for another engineer to fit a new hub 5. If that doesn't work they have no other options. Customer service unable/unwilling to create new account to solve the problem

    @virginmedia No, I joined the live chat on Tuesday and the agent said a REPLACEMENT box would be sent within 48 hours. And yet I only receive a remote today? Just how stupid can Virgin Media be? It should not be this complicated to get the equipment I bloody pay for.

    @virginmedia I held on phone call trying to resolve your mistake and after an hour, your agent put me on hold simply left me hanging. I can’t get this issue resolved sadly and it’s your mistake I’m having to fix. How do I get a manager to pick this up?
