    40 minutes on hold (so far)for @virginmedia’ customer service. Whilst loads of online options to “solve your problem” when you get through on the phone and told they need to transfer my call, you do hope they are on the case! Why did I ever leave Sky - a false economy

    @virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

    @virginmedia My contract was due to end in July and I informed them in June that I didn’t wish to renew. there should be no charges. No one informed me off the said charges and then today I called ur customer service and was on hold for 20 mins only for the incompetent advisor to end the call
