    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    @virginmedia I've done all the checks. I had an engineer out last year and the problem was sorted for a few months then it goes back to losing signal

    @virginmedia The contract I took out was approximately 17th of April, the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone when taking the contract out he asked me if I wanted it I confirmed. I haven’t missed a payment and when ringing customer service they say there is insurance on my account? Help needed.

    @virginmedia Incorrect #virginmedia. I entered my security code while waiting on the phone. You then asked me for it when I finally got through, but you asked me for the 11th character; which it doesn't have that many. Sort out your customer service and your crappy, unreliable company.
