@virginmedia This is a long story. But Virgin have changed my IMEI number making a second repair not possible. My account is down and even Virgin can't access it. I've been promised calls back several times but they've not happened. The litany of Virgin failures is impossible to put in a text

@virginmedia I’m feeling so frustrated and fed up! I’ve had issues since Wed, when everything went down for 24 hours, now no wireless gadget will work correctly, very weak signal. Spend over an hour waiting fir CS to answer, he told me only option, PIN reset and put phone down!😡

@virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

@virginmedia I had virgin delivered on Tuesday to my new property however the tv remote was not pairing so you agreed to send a new remote which again isn’t pairing and I’m not happy to be paying for a service I can not currently use.
