@virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

@virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

Does anyone know how to leave @virginmedia? You can’t do it online and they just put you on hold in the hope you’ll hang up which I did after 1 hour 40 minutes. Maybe a complaint to @Ofcom might help. I’m open to any ideas.
