    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @virginmedia I've tried ringing customer service and they just say they can't find payment and fob me off with excuses and hang up. No help at all. I've cancelled payments so unless someone rings me that can actually help, we are stuck in this situation. There's no way I can afford 4 mths

    @virginmedia Thank goodness for your UK call centre customer service staff. Sort issues out promptly, politely with no issue. I cannot say the same for your overseas call centre staff who are as much help as a chocolate fireguard and obnoxious with it. Helpful they are not.

    @virginmedia I think the issue is that the Virgin postcode checker recognises the building only, and not individual flats in it. The flats have existed for decades, and any other postcode checker I've seen recognises the flats. So something is up with the Virgin postcode checker. Cheers
