    @virginmedia service just gets worse and worse. 3 days with no TV service whatsoever, and now no Internet either in SE7. It's simply not good enough anymore. Your service has been declining rapidly for over a year. Sort it out please.

    @virginmedia do you have an ETA for when the broadband problem in the da15 area will be fixed please. The incident has been ongoing for days now and really is unacceptable (especially given I have just received an email about more price increases!)

    Dear @virginmedia how many incompetent people (now on my 10th call in 2 weeks) before one of your staff get it right..No sooner had my tv, bb etc working then someone in your movers dept disconnects my service.

    @virginmedia There has just been a payment made as I am on sim-only now. I pay every month by direct debit and have done for years. I have tried to sign in and it doesn't recognise me. I have downloaded the app and it doesn't have an account under my number. I need to speak to a human!

    @virginmedia It's not our connection, I have checked and it's in the area (RG2). However, it's the first time that the website actually acknowledges an issue which has gone for at least 6 days. So far, we were just forced to "check back tomorrow", which is ridiculous !

    @Virgin @virginmedia why I can not make conference call or put ongoing call on hold in your network ? Your network is not good as you advertising I'm not getting VoLTE, no call conference, can not put call on hold. Most of time I get only 3g network not even 4g is available.

    @virginmedia if it wasn't bad enough that my phone is as good as useless, your website apparently doesn't know I exist. Why don't you put some of those profits into site maintenance instead of pockets! Getting really close to taking this to an ombudsman!
