@virginmedia Service is available in the area, completed the engineer form 2 times in last 8 weeks. Builders confirmed that engineers were already there. Everytime I contact sales I am asked to fill out the same engineering visit form. Asked if they can talk to a engineer. They said no.

@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia Hardwired is OK Wi-Fi is always rubbish and so can't connect to watch Netflix you tube it to other boxes as V6 primarily use Wi-Fi and not cable. Poor choice. A total waste of my 130 month and thousands on #4k #oled @LGUK TV I bought

The 1st @virginmedia customer agent could do nothing, the 2nd was so utterly pleasant and helpful. Eventually, the best I could get was the Big Bundle (double Broadband to 200 Mbps, the most basic television package and telephony) at £43 for 18 months. I can live with that. /End.
