    @virginmedia This same letter twice. Service kept cutting out for while street through April/ May/ June but mostly less than 24 hours. When was more than 24 hours your website was down for logging claims. Was just impossible to speak to anybody so I withheld payment not getting service

    @richie_errol @virginmedia I have had the same for years and have now gone to sky. I also called sky to cancel and start again so could get 100 cash back via quidco and they have me 100 credit on my first bill. More customer service in 3 mins from sky than 15 years from @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Not exactly the same time. But I've logged the outages on my account, and they've also been listed as network faults (engineer going is on the way etc)- so nothing to do with the router or home network.

    When you wake up and realise it’s not virgin media still at fault but your son who to ‘fix’ it has put a pointy thing in the factory reset of Virgin router deactivated modem mode causing total network chaos in the house

    @repeatall @virginmedia And when you do pick up the phone, and put somebody through to customer services, and they wait for 30 minutes to speak to CS, why is it not CS on the phone?? But some poor lad who cannot help because he’s not working in CS and can’t transfer the call. Frauds and criminals

    @virginmedia The issue appears to be resolved at the moment and according to Twitter and Down Detector it was many of VMs customers with the same issues last night. So either one of those issues at Virgin Media thats been overlooked or ignored.

    @virginmedia Just to say that I want to log this as a full complaint and if I’m not happy with the response, I’ll be taking it to Ofcom or the Ombudsman or whoever regulates Virgin Media. I am 9 months pregnant and dealing with this since December has created serious unnecessary stress.

    @virginmedia Can you please help. I am trying to cancel a contract erroneously set up despite me saying i had had second thoughts and did not want a land line. I want to stay in my original contact made in dec 21 for broadband only. Ihave been passed from one to another yet cannot get help. 1

    @virginmedia Hi no they haven’t. Due to poor signal in the area I can barely get on here. The checker won’t load either due to poor connection. Really not helpful when you work from home and this is the second time it’s happened in less than a week.
