@virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

@virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

@virginmedia Customers aren't being notified in a clear and timely way at all. That's the whole point of the tweet... The complaint isn't that you're cutting the service. It's that you haven't told the account holders or considered the impact on vulnerable people who don't have family help.

@virginmedia I have a quick-installation package that was due on Sat 09/10 that hasn't arrived. Yodel hasn't provided me with a tracking number or two hour time slot,despite a text saying it was on its way. I rely on the internet for my income and have been without it. Please fix
