    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    @virginmedia I was Mis-sold a volt package, which has now increased my monthly payment from £65 to £106 a month. No one on customer service is able to put me back to my original package of £65 (as apparently they don’t have authority) even though they all agree that Virgin is at fault

    @virginmedia Hi. Issue with broadband persist in the whole SW17 area. It's not my house only. Unable to connect and have a stable broadband with @virginmedia. Only concern cting with my data from three mobile. Will call today for compensation as lack and disruption of service is unacceptable.
