    @virginmedia It dropout twice again the following day. I tried to do a diagnostic but still no support for Hub 4. So @virginmedia can’t test it. I’d leave if I could. I wish I had taken the option when the price went up.

    @virginmedia Hi. After some troubleshooting a couple of weeks ago your teams have decided that my boosters are causing the slow broadband and have said they would replace them with plumes. Can you please tell me when I am likely to recieve them? Thanks
