@virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

@virginmedia awful customer service in my experience. Been trying to cancel contract since yesterday with no success! On line chat refer to team but they don’t respond and phone lines cut you off after 55 minutes of holding on!

@virginmedia Thank you for the reply. The issues appear to be resolved now, but lasted three days. I'm disappointed with the inability to actually reach anyone to log the fault or get assistance at the time. Starting to lose my patience with Virgin's 'superior' offering vs standard fibre.
