    @virginmedia awful customer service in my experience. Been trying to cancel contract since yesterday with no success! On line chat refer to team but they don’t respond and phone lines cut you off after 55 minutes of holding on!

    @virginmedia No in desperation I have cancelled my direct debit. My Mum has Virgin broadband and wants to go elsewhere. Before Christmas she spoke to someone who said they would post her password so she can cancel. She still hasn't received it. She's a 75 year old widow, it's appalling

    @virginmedia My 87 yr old mother been with you since NTL days. Asked for a better deal now out of contract. Bill cut by £2:50 a month yet online same deal new customer is over £25 a mth cheaper. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
