@blondyd @virginmedia Unplugged atm, gonna make a coffee and go out to the shed for a smoke etc kill 10/15 mins then plug in and see what occurs. Going to keep taking pictures of the error through the night so I can prove I never watched it if they charge me later on.

@virginmedia It's pointless going into on here because nothing is ever done hence me wanting to complain. And it's all very well calling but when you're given differing information over the space of 3 calls it highlights a huge training issue...

@GolfGeek6 same with @virginmedia its on my list for weekend to try and contact them , I suspect in middle of night to stand any chance of getting through to either cancel or get £ help from them , only company not contacted me to date with a gesture .........says alot.

@virginmedia I keep getting calls offering me the world if only I pay 10 more each month. I keep explaining I need to reduce my bill not increase it!! Now I get a call at least once a month. Always the same " we want to review your current service..."

@virginmedia Well it's November, my install was due in August. There is a big hole at the side of my house. The fence panels you put round it have blown all over the place. Come and fix the hole, make good my garden, & let's move on. I give up, will stick with #sky #Disgraceful

@virginmedia I don’t appreciate being put on hold for 40 minutes being charged for my call, then just cut off with no explanation! Your service over the past few months has been terrible, having to reboot WiFi every day to get internet & my bill has yet again gone up! 😡

@virginmedia I've spoken to people on numerous occasions when I've had problems with my service and when my direct debits change on a monthly basis. I've had enough of apologies with no action and no resolution.. paying £80 for a service I can get better and cheaper elsewhere is a no brainer.

@virginmedia awful customer service in my experience. Been trying to cancel contract since yesterday with no success! On line chat refer to team but they don’t respond and phone lines cut you off after 55 minutes of holding on!

@virginmedia Not being rude but I have explained it more than once to various people at Virgin media, who really can't come up with a solution and I feel that they're not really interested in doing so either, I feel as if I'm just another customer who is just not getting what I'm paying for😩

Absolutely sh*t service at an increased cost from @virginmedia. Guaranteed 300mbs barely reaching 70 with a wired connection. 3 Emails now all answered by a bot that tells me to reset the hub to improve the wireless. I’m using wired!!! #BetterConnected ? Don’t make me laugh.

@virginmedia you lot are a joke. Just spent 10 mins explaining my complaint to someone called Trevor. Mentioned that my complaint needed to involve the ombudsman. As soon as I mentioned that, I was put on hold. Then transferred to someone from India, starting from scratch again.
