Engineers even told us prob is not at our property as far back as Oct/Nov and neighbours have same issue but nothing is done, call centre staff are rude and treat you with contempt. They are measured on how many and how quickly they resolve customer complaints. Am dumping VM tomorrow after 18 months of abysmal service, cant wait to be rid of them!
