@virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

When you have been waiting on an email from @virginmedia for 2 weeks (will be with you in 5 days they said) and then call them up to see what the issue is and they have you on hold and then hang up on you... Twice... So glad I changed to you guys, seriously, wow.
