    @virginmedia Advised to pay extra for a booster. Router is in the centre of a two-up-two-down and the signal doesn’t fill the house either.

    @virginmedia It was slightly better, but not much. I WFH, like most ppl and during meeting calls the internet connection is atrocious. It's not professional and frustrating. I end up hotspotting my phone. Thinking of cancelling contract if issue persists #internetIssues

    @virginmedia just spent 20 mins (15 on hold) to be told nothing can be done about my intermittent wi-fi signal. Upon asking to be transferred to Cancellations department, was put on hold and then hung-up upon. HELP @MartinSLewis

    @virginmedia It’s intermittent and when working has no range. It goes from working at short range, to not working at all. Can someone from cancellations phone me please?

    @virginmedia Distortion/pixelated screen, ongoing for almost 1 yr. engineer came to ‘fix’ (not fixed), sent new TiVo box to fix (not fixed), on hold for hours on end to report then told basically nothing else they can do! Trying to watch football atm and it’s impossible.

    @luiszamorapueyo @virginmedia My wife is on VirginMobile and her’s works. So I think it’s more a phone / account issue. It says the setting can be sent (but I can’t receive messages) Although I’ve used this abroad previously.
