    @virginmedia I need an engineer to come back to my house, possibly to rewire everything as my tv service doesn’t work properly. The previous one got everything working again recently but said it might break again and if it does we would need to replace the cables coming from outside

    Hey @virginmedia - I was charged £15 on July 19 for Virgin Media WiFi on the London Underground. But the pass isn't showing on my account. I'm not a Virgin customer, so go in circles on the menu when I call customer service. Please help!

    @virginmedia I wasn't complaining at all, just commenting on how Virgin is on top of its game. My broadband was only down for half an hour, no dramas. And your field tech was very friendly and helpful in explaining what was going on. All good here.

    @virginmedia No change after rebooting both boxes (v6/hub). Nothing on the service status page. I’ve been through all of this before and was explicitly told if it happened again the cables would have to be re fitted
