  @_Lewis_A @virginmedia I had this problem and was advised to buy new cables, did that and it gets minimum 200mb now, also make sure all cables are really tight and fitted properly.

  @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

  Virgin Media are the worst. They strong armed me into a ****** deal to take out an O2 sim for £5 a month just to get affordable broadband. Now when my broadband's down, which happens weekly, I check their online service checker and it bounces me to a virgin02 sign in page.

  I'm so unbelievably ****** off that @virginmedia have **** the bed with streaming Sky Sports + and not even taking responsibility for it. Trying to say there isn't an issue. We pay for a service and spend all day looking forward to watching the game and nope...doesn't work
