    @virginmedia Yes, it says I have a good internet speed which is incorrect. As I said before, Iv contacted your customer service and one of your agents said that the internet will be down until 23rd March & that there is an outage in the area. Surely it cant take that long to correct a fault

    Die to have @virginmedia installed 13/3 they turned up today for outside works and found a blockage so another permit needed before the work can go ahead! Customer service useless!!!

    @virginmedia I ordered virgin on 17/2 no permit was applied for until the week my install was due (13/3) I got a text at 9pm the night before saying it couldn’t happen and now workmen have today told me they need another permit to dig up further down the road!!!

    @virginmedia Has been updated to 12:55 23rd September. Online site won't allow me to register a service outage to qualify for compensation. Not just broadband but a complete loss of service tv/broadband and phone 😭

    @virginmedia spending hours on the phone to different departments, the light at the end of the tunnel is this. i was told by retention if its not fixed by the 27th i can leave virgin without a cancellation fee ! you can't provide 1gb connections where other company's can parallel up and down

    @virginmedia It says there is no outage or that it can't connect to the hub, as you can see, it did that today so it's evident it can't connect. But it will resolve itself after a number of hours or days.

    @virginmedia That also doesn't address the time when I did this, was told there wasn't an issue but received a text the next day saying the non existent issue was fixed and I'm due compensation. Services are in denial or lying @Ofcom
