@virginmedia Well you said u only get compensation 4 certain things however for almost 3 weeks now the internet I rely on for nearly everything is slow &cuts out my neighbours the same . I have missed on line interviews , zoom meetings , unable to do some coursework & u guys say oh well ...

@virginmedia Hi, after many emails/calls/messages and pleads for signal boosters as a new customer, which all fell on deaf ears, I invested in third party devices which cost me £57. I can finally use VM internet thanks to no help from VM. Feel very let down as a customer.

@virginmedia No. However, the My Virgin Media app informs me that there is a problem in the area which will not be fixed until tomorrow. I will use this app to report any further issues. Not happy that this is a regular problem.
