    .@virginmedia have given up trying to retain dissatisfied customers. Their staff can no longer fulfil their offer to waive the price increase for 6 months because "the system won't let me" #rogueAI Madness when customer retention is defeated by the programmers. Please fix this.

    Apparently @virginmedia is making improvements to the network in my area. So, they say everything will be back to normal by 4pm today. On a MONDAY. You know, when people need WIFI to wfh. During a pandemic.

    @virginmedia I've had connection issue's since day 1. Terrible packet loss until 10pm every night then no issues after that time. I've managed to getbin touch with another agent and now have my 4th engineer visit booked.

    @PMurphy1978 Don't have any advice sorry, but I do have sympathy. Our Virgin Media hub is absolute garbage. Goes down at least 2-3 times a week, constantly have to restart it, and we lose internet on a regular basis.

    @virginmedia customer service is something else. Phoned me to try and cancel our engineer visit because they have done some checks and all is fine apparently. When I asked them what they have fixed to stop video calls cutting off or games lagging, he just hung up

    @virginmedia Testing connection says no faults, yet last 2 weeks my area has had the Ethernet down 90% of the time, roughly 50% the WiFi is down. Over the years countless promises, signal boosters, engineers, new hub. All of it useless and it's worse than ever. Still no internet today btw 🤪

    @virginmedia I did not screen shot anything. But you record calls and it would have backed up my argument that I gave notice of 30 days for cancellation. Was told to call on the expiration date to cancel and now have to pay another month because it’s not in the notes
