    @virginmedia It’s fibre only. How do I cancel when customer service is so bad! I have had 2 calls ended tonight as they don’t want to cancel my contract. So bad. Your front of house is appalling and can tell by the number of complaints on here in such a short space of time. :(

    @virginmedia Oh dear. My installation was due today- 1pm & 6pm. I rang at 5pm to check if they were still coming. I was told “there’s a construction issue, so the installation has been put on hold” Sadly, no one told me so 5 hours wasted. #CustomerServices don’t know what the problem is.

    @virginmedia Absolute catalogue of disaster is the best way to describe this customer service. One department cannot transfer a customer to another. Departments don't have access to direct numbers. Reps don't phone on the requested numbers or read the case notes.
