    Hey @virginmedia! 3 days no internet or TV, you cancelled 2 visits because of ‘local network problems’, even though you identified a local fault in my premises. Can’t book another visit until the network fault is cleared. Oh, and to book it I have to call you again! #Fail

    @virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

    So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

    @virginmedia Just a note if your thinking of taking out virgin deal don't. They cancel your contract through no fault of yours cancel services. Customer service is appalling no help at all. Unfortunately we went back with them, regretted ever since

    @virginmedia Yes , rebooted , reset and checked connectivity on the website. It said comeback in 22 hours and if problem still persists we'll help you book an engineer, checked earlier and it was down to an hour and then we'll help you book an engineer.. then it started at 22 hours again.

    @virginmedia Don't go there.they have messed up again and still expect to be paid or else. Customer service is a joke. But not funny. Netflix are saying virgin said we not paid our bill I have bank proof. This is 2nd time. Will not do virgin again.

    Had problems every night for a week now. No point calling you as no one to speak to. You have an absolutely useless after care service. Once DD form signed that’s the last time you will speak to someone. Be warned! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia When I phoned to raise thie issue I escalated. Another phone call I put in another complaint. I have filled out the online complaint form and nothing.
