    after 6 mths @virginmedia have found the fault causing my router going offline. i have suffered countless calls, 4 engineers, often 5 times a day outage and customer service suggest i just end the contract. my request for 1 month discount is unreasonable apparently. #valued

    @randomranger @virginmedia The last six months it’s been on off on off on off. A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.

    @virginmedia Been promised somebody would call me back about a complaint for three weeks now. Nobody has, and it's a 1hr 30min wait on hold to talk to anyone at your end. Internet is terrible, engineers were a joke and you're still charging us full price...

    @virginmedia Yes, but I would really like one sooner. Ever since I upgraded from 200mbps to 350, all I've experienced is issues. Devices constantly disconnecting from the router, I've never seen 350mbps download speeds either. It was always at 200mbps when I had that. Something isn't right.

    @virginmedia On one test it said no issues then further in testing broadband it gave me the error messages I’ve been having for a week saying engineers are working on the problem

    @virginmedia Not according to the coverage checker. That has disappeared. Sorry, the Vodafone thing was something I found on the community chat. Looks like o2 is good in the area. The signal loss doesn't make sense as it's a number of people in our area as it's only since 1st wk of Dec.

    @virginmedia Yes it’s fine on wired in the living room where there’s no problem at all it’s the rest of the house that’s the problem. To be fair we would rather have the package cancelled so we can go back to @skytv where we didn’t have any problems
