@virginmedia Yes, the area has a fault. Expected to be resolved later this evening. However, that is @virginmedia fault , failing for which do not have service which we pay for. Pls. organise compensation. Have reported via phone as well. Thanks.

Given how badly BT’s share price has fared over the last few years, this might not be too unrealistic. There doesn’t seem to be much money in fixed telecoms at the moment. We@could have a Network Rail of broadband. Except there is also the Virgin Media fibre network.

I will now make a point of tweeting every time my @virginmedia broadband service is down so we can keep a live record of how often this happens. It will be a wild ride! (Down for the last 20 minutes, website also down for maintenance apparently).

@AyoCaesar Problem is that Sky have no control over it, because its actually owned by Openreach. They own the lines for all providers, apart from obviously Virgin Media.

@virginmedia I joined you mainly because I benefitted from my friend's referral discount. It hasn't been applied to neither of us. Your customer service chat is not solving my issue. I had to send an email about this too but got no reply. This is awful service, please assist ASAP
