  @virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

  @virginmedia after asking to change my payment date 4 times and extra on the chat and app. Also being told it’s been changed. Now I’m told it cannot be done due to a system issue and maximum amount of changes have been taken. It hasn’t been changed. Terrible customer service.

  @virginmedia My broadband hasn't been working since around 11am today. All week, Virgin has said that work was due to be completed in my area around 11:15am today. It's now saying that the hub is the problem. I've restarted and reset it, but it's still not working 🤬

  @LordDunners @ryantegan @skytv When I wanted to cancel Virgin Media they would not let me. I had to force a cancellation by withholding payment. Yes I got rid of Virgin Media..but it left a nasty “non payment” black mark on my credit rating. So beware!
