    Just want to say after being a long standing @virginmobile and @virginmedia customer for many years I had it with their appalling customer service and excessive charges. Don’t use them people they don’t deserve our business

    @virginmedia Engineer on site. No signal for the “little” channels E4, Channel 5 etc. (others are OK) so he’s in the pit in the street. Presumably therefore not just us....

    @virginmedia Hello, I've tried rebooting the hub and it has made it worse. There was nothing listed on the site as a problem for my area. I can't get through anything on Netflix without 4,5 maybe 6 stops to buffer.

    @virginmedia Due to changed circumstances I need to transfer WiFi into my name. Emailed acc transfer form with I.D on 28/4 - no response. Called you on 22/5 (cost me £22. 26) told this would be chased. On 16/6 Contacted on line chat - useless so called at further cost still no help!

    @virginmedia Everything on wifi extender works ok ad that connects to router through powerline. So the router has some wifi transmitter problem. It is not possible to get support for it as support wizards just lead me back to web site for same checks again!

    @virginmedia Just been talking to customer services about our current package, loyal customer for 5 years and you cant offer me the same price as a new customer, whats really strange I was offered a deal that meant I paid more for my current package! Unbelievable customer service

    @virginmedia Yes it is a service issue I have had sporadic service for a very long time. I am constantly having to reset the router. I can’t book a visit as the router works for a short period once it’s been rebooted. There is an underlying issue that is not being resolved

    Hi @virginmedia, like many others, my housemates and I have been hurt financially by covid & unexpectedly have to leave our rented house. Your £240 disconnection fee is a ridiculous policy to uphold for anyone during the global pandemic, let alone a house of students. Please help

    @virginmedia Live chat. What a misnomer. Started at 10.52; response at 11.36. System not responding apparently. Get in Q for technical team at 12.33. This is what happened in March and the promised contact then still has not materialised. Really poor customer service.
