    @virginmedia Oh they just hung up on me after being on hold for over an hour. If virgin media genuinely think I’m going to pay this bill after the level of service I’ve received they absolutely have another thing coming.

    @virginmedia The SAR apparently should take up to 30 days by which point it will have been 8 weeks since original complaint with no response from VM meaning I can go to CISAS with all evidence needed.

    So @virginmedia have just told me that a complaint I made over a month ago was actually never going to go anywhere and was only with the person I made the complaint to. I’ve just wasted a month on a complaint that was never going to get resolved. They wonder why ppl hate them

    @virginmedia Hi, I have 1GB line on Hub 4. When I start my MacBook I get 500gb, if I leave on standby for 15-20 minutes it goes to 20 mb unless I restart my laptop which is so annoying could someone please help me to stay on the same speed all the time

    @virginmedia We've reset the hub twice, changed settings to ensure there's no channel issues etc. We've used ethernet connections to no avail. Unfortunately the service isn't fit for purpose.

    @virginmedia I have no idea. Who your agents may or may not of spoken to. The crux of the issue is my service provider costing myself and wife a weeks holiday. And the detrimental effect on my kids schooling. All with 2 days notice.
