@virginmedia not very happy with the service from Virgin Media! After looking to leave them last week they promised to improve the WiFi and install a 2nd box. Well we have never and now they want to install the 2nd box in a MONTH and a HALF! #poorservice #virginmedia

@virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

@virginmedia I have a hub 3. I’ve used the app and it acknowledges black spots in the bedrooms, within 20 ft of router. I got a link for a free booster, but the link was dead. I need help to get these issues sorted. CS. are uncontactable. There are no more trouble shooting steps left!

I’m a new customer with @virginmedia. Should be getting 200MB download. But literally move 2/3 meters away from router and it drops significantly and device is just buffering. Furthermore trying to resolve this via ur call centre is a joke. Been on hold for 50mins now.

@OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

Virgin Media are a pain in the arse. Their marketing team calls me up to three times a week. If you block the number they come through on another number. Finally threatened them with a complaint to the ICO and the man couldn’t get off the phone fast enough.

@xXTHLXx @virginmedia It’s incredibly frustrating that they don’t offer better prices for loyalty. Their reply is that they gave you the better deal when you started as a new customer. Really poor customer service. No interest in keeping existing customers at all.
