  @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

  @virginmedia you’ve put the price of my broadband up yet the connectivity is worse - I cannot get connection upstairs in my house and my devices hive/ring etc are no longer working and you have no contact email on your website - poor service
