    @virginmedia I couldn't care less about the name issue. You're taking your payment anyway so this only becomes an issue for your security checks. I need a solution to my broadband, if you fix that you can write whatever you want as my name in the contract.

    @virginmedia oomph package installed last week and since it has been installed i have had nothing but nightmare! The tv doesnt work correctly the wifi not working properly i only get 20.5 downloads i asked for engineer to visit you refused tried to cancel package u refuse

    @virginmedia It was a change made with a deed poll and communicated months ago. If you "of course" have a log of the hub he couldn't find it. 59 minutes still no solution.

    @virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

    @virginmedia Seriously, it's laughable. Operator asking for a picture of my hub because you don't have a log of the equipment you provided me. 51min in and the only 2 things we know: that you didn't update my name when I asked months ago; and the broadband is slow after the patch up from Dec.

    @virginmedia SMS service sucks. 30min of security checks, I get a "Thanks for the details. I apologize for the inconvenience as there is a speed issued in the services i will transfer you to our technical team.I am sorry for the inconvenience caused". Next operator "May I ask your full name"

    @virginmedia I have & I was cut off.I phoned back & the next person made an offer of £20 more & couldn't offer me what the previous had.I can't tell you how many times I've had to say who I am over the last 3 days!My a cancellation order submitted now.Frustrated with the service!

    @virginmedia I've put in a formal complaint now. You won't be able to do anything or look at account info due to data protection , so whats the point? The purpose of the tweet was to let people know not to let virginmedia staff put you on hold as they will keep you on hold, then hang up!

    @virginmedia I raised a complaint through the complaints process the last time my installation was cancelled and I still haven't had a response from anyone at Virgin Media. Do I just carry on paying my current provider high prices and continue to wait for Virgin Media to one day install
