@virginmedia We are paying £40 a month for WiFi that’s supposed to give speeds of 200mbps and our devices are hardly getting speeds of even 1mbps this is incredibly frustrating considering this is not the product we are paying for and it is so difficult to get in touch with any support 1/2

@virginmedia Not ideal. I spent all weekend changing the router around back to original and installing a new phone line myself to upstairs office. Still struggling getting WiFi signal there though to support VPN for Mrs’s work. The boosters are terrible. Still not had a call back from VMedia
