@VMSolutions_ I emailed you 3 weeks ago to get a broadband upgrade (as you would not take phone calls). I now have a letter from Customer Resolutions asking me to call, and the phone number provided “is not supporting voice calls”. @virginmedia is SO USELESS. PM me!!!!

@virginmedia Hi, we're still having issues and we've checked with neighbours who are also. Your status checker says the service is up and running and is obviously not at all.Your helpline is not helpful & says the service will be intermittent until mid June which is obviously unacceptable.

@virginmedia No wifi for 2 days. The issue was logged, an engineer supposedly sent, the issue not resolved, told an engineer on the way again, then told no engineer coming as issue solved - it is not! Round in circles. Who can solve this problem? Need to work from home.
