    @virginmedia We’ve already called and you’ve said you haven’t had the request so I don’t see how calling again will help. Sky have told us they have requested it. Have seen numerous accounts of you blocking number ports to Sky so I’m not surprised. Pretty outrageous.

    @virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

    @virginmedia your service is awful! I've had NO TV, Wi-Fi or phone line for two days! You have an automated message that says the engineer is on site in the DA16 region resolving the issue for the last 2 days! I'm disappointed, you are not reliable enough and charge me a fortune!

    @virginmedia my internet and TV are down and seems like a supply or hub problem. Just called your call centre for help and I appreciate they have a script to follow but no help whatsoever. Earliest they could offer an engineer was tomorrow evening when we are not in!

    @GoffeyUK @virginmedia I *think* Warzone just actually tells you about it, I'm guessing it's more widespread. But for me it's not platform or hardware specific, and not to do with router settings. Some people seem to have had luck by forwarding ports, but I don't think that's the same issue

    @virginmedia It does say there’s prob with catchup (target of Feb 1 to fix; why so long?) but no issue with broadband. So let’s park the loss of catchup service; TV working OK. My prob now is contradictory messages on box internet connection; as well as white light I have red lights
