@virginmedia our connection is down in London SE15. When we log into our virgin account it says we’re not customers,the phone number - 150 and the alternative - both go dead when we dial, and your chat function is directing us to the phone. How do we contact you & sort this?

@virginmedia I have been assured by your team I didn’t need an engineer at my house on the latest of my many calls. That the whole neighbourhood has a problem . So , day 8 , still crappy service #hampstead it is proposed to be fixed by the 28th your advisers tell me in the phone .

@Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

@virginmedia My previous landline telephone number was meant to be ported over and this never got done. I’ve never been able to receive incoming calls on my landline. Internet is very intermittent. My experience with your customer service hasn’t been great. All along I’ve been paying in full.

@liveliketheboy @virginmedia Have to agree I’m afraid customer service leaves a lot to be desired they only log calls and then email on to appropriate departments and of out of hours off shore depts in Philippines or South Africa do not have facility to contact uk by phone only email obviously offices closed
