    @virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

    @virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

    @virginmedia I hope so I moved out of my address in may 2021 and cancelled the virgin account I’ve tried and tried with phone calls emails and letters of complaint but all to no avail I’m still being billed for the service and find it impossible to speak to anyone in the uk regarding this
