    @virginmedia Pls don’t take this personally but honestly it should be in your policy that customers reps should read treads before relying!! I’ve mentioned before - I’m deaf! I CANNOT make phone calls! That’s why that stupid BOT robot is demeaning and frustrating for ppl with limitations!

    @virginmedia 3 weeks after you drill through my pipe & send cowboy plumbers out I still haven’t heard anything! I filled a complaint 2 weeks ago and no response. If you think I am paying my bill this month you can jog on. Absolute terrible customer service

Patel is doing it with her Pegasus software of which she has several copies including when she works from home.

    @JamesTurner37 @virginmedia James, almost the same issues- they at least cancelled the technician by text. The real bugger is that I frequently have outages of 30 mins.... then on... then 30 mins... etc trying to get a technician booked with that is complex. I loathe this service.

    @virginmedia one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. 1. Messed up my set up date. 2. Assured me my current house connections were ok and I didn’t need an engineer - they’re not. 3. Almost impossible to speak to customer service, repeatedly passed to another person… 1/2

    @Pixelmusement Monopolies or duopolies aren't fun to deal with... Mainly because they see no need to improve their service because they're the only option(s) available! Granted, Virgin Media are the only fibre cable operator nationally at present, but fibre over the phone lines are improving!
