  @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

  @Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia TBH, I'm not sure what POM wants. Would he rather the ref penalized the Irish for these "minor" breakdown infringements? His "coaching" actually helped Ireland slow the ball down without being penalized. Not to mention at least 3 yellows that were not given to them...

  @CompoundingISA @MartinSLewis @ao Such short sighted customer service experience. I's like dealing with Virgin Media 10 years ago. I had to tell them 2-3 times that yes, I really did want to cancel. Thankfully, I was only on hold for a few minutes.

  @Lewis_BGA @BBCBreakfast Virgin media did the same. The call centre was in Wythenshawe Manchester. Now it’s in the Indian subcontinent. OH had a mare as our e mails crashed. Lovely young woman but SO hard to understand. Also AGES trying to get through to speak to a human. Customer service is dead
