    @virginmedia That is not true. We are meant to have the fastest speed at 200 but it rarely goes over 50. The connection is unstable and is throttled at busy times. It cuts out and is unreliable plus it is impossible to get hold of support. Shameful and shambolic.

    @virginmedia Hi, the wifi disconnects several times throughout the day. An engineer changed our hub last year. We then spent £80 on wifi extenders/repeaters/boosters. We want to change the wifi channel to see if that works, but login details are incorrect on the hub.

    @virginmedia I have had issues with it on and off continuously since I joined. 99% of the time the checker says nothing is wrong. Is there any way that an engineer can come and check the stability of my connection? Which decides to cut out every couple of days

    @virginmedia 514 download, 53 upload. I pay for 500 download and 50 upload. I only need 10-15 up load to stream on twitch yet for some reason whenever I stream I get throttled. Had 4 technicians come to my house in the last few years and found no issues

    @virginmedia Virgin Media. I’m trying to contact you about my bill I rang up they said to use the text service used that they said they couldn’t help because of the bundle I’m on rung up again 3 times been kept on hold them cut off customer services is shocking how can I sort anything out
