    It for me and SURPRISE SURPRISE she was able do it no problem. I just kept refusing to be put on hold. Initially she muted me and probably wanted me to hang up but I stayed on the call. IM FINALLY FREE from Virgin and will happily never use their service again 💯👋🏼 #virginmedia

    @virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

    @virginmedia at my wits end now. If Trotters Independent Trading supplied broadband I’d use them rather than Virgin. Over 10 hours on the phone to VM but still not sorted out, and now getting financial penalties from VM despite paying IN ADVANCE. I will never recommend VM.
