    @virginmedia Due to changed circumstances I need to transfer WiFi into my name. Emailed acc transfer form with I.D on 28/4 - no response. Called you on 22/5 (cost me £22. 26) told this would be chased. On 16/6 Contacted on line chat - useless so called at further cost still no help!

    @virginmedia You seem 2 4get I have full house Serv costs over a £100 which means betw. hours of 5.30am and 8pm I haven’t got the time to **** around for a week worth of questions taking 24hrs to get a response only to find it’s been ended by them as I didn’t answer in two hours! FFS

    @JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

    @virginmedia Really? I had 4Mbps download speed most of this week. The Virgin automated system could@detect no issue, and impossible to get to talk to anyone. Yes I did reboot the hub, several times. I find Virgin Media adverts annoying as rarely deliver on the promise

    @virginmedia it’s been a week and still the issue with the TV service (On Demand, anything online) in the area hasn’t been fixed. You don’t charge an insubstantial amount and this isn’t what we pay for.
