    Genuinely shocked at a phone representative at @virginmedia I ask to speak to the manager and then he hung up. I have had some bad service in my time but that was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced

    I have had the most useless IT support from any company in all of the years I’ve been doing tech. @virginmedia wow. I finally got my connection back after several outages but because it’s now back for now, you won’t elevate the issue. Time to go...

    @virginmedia We tried and it didn't work. I don't think is a problem of our hub but in the zone. Last week happened as well and they sent an engineer to fix it but it looks like it wasn't fixed properly

    .@virginmedia customer service twice hang up the phone, website says broadband works perfectly in the area, and still there’s no internet and no way to find out from you what’s happening. And still paying the highest bill every month compared to every other provider!

    @virginmedia Just gone off again. Truly terrible reliability. I can’t spend so much time ringing you up, checking status, rebooting and replacing routers. Merton is going to be one of he first places in the UK for FTTP. It’s going to be great to have a reliable broadband.

    @virginmedia ridiculous disgusting service, had problems all week, had engineer booked between 4-7pm today, been waiting 3hrs and nothing. Called virgin and India told me there is an outage in area and therefore have cancelled engineer but not told anyone! No reports on web 🤬

    @virginmedia Well what a difference !! Finally some customer service - give Rohit a pay rise. Same dept as last 2 calls and in 1:06 mins ALL SORTED. He was lovely, calm, made sure all devices etc worked and explained and walked me thro oauth too. Bizarre last 2 people couldn’t do same.

    @virginmedia I have packaging. Closest drop off is 8+ miles. Highlighting the poor choice of courier, all the info needed to check suitability was available. Bad enough you can't service my new home, expecting me to go on a 2hr round trip to return the cheap quality router is just ridiculous

    @virginmedia The outcome is that nobody contacted me and they said they have closed the complaint. Absolutely pathetic, so I will be cancelling and going elsewhere, someone who has customer service skills and back up there offers unlike virgin media
