    @virginmedia Just spoke on the phone with an agent called Denande; I explained to her that days ago other Virgin agents reassured us that we would get compensation towards our next bill due to this outage and she said they lied to us and we won’t get any. This whole mess is becoming a circus

    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia The problem is the unreliable estimates handed out. Same thing happened last time we had an outage. Continually putting back the estimated time for 2 days. I really hope that doesn’t happen again, but I’m not holding my breath. I was hoping you might be able to provide more info.
