Our 8th engineer visit scheduled for today (this time rescheduled because they needed a permit for the work). Just had a text saying engineer will be here next Tuesday now. Livid does not cut it. What kind of service is this?!

I will be chasing this through @Ofcom. When Will you start providing the service you’re contracted to?

Now when my broadband's down, which happens weekly, I check their online service checker and it bounces me to a virgin02 sign in page.
