There was an issue in the area that was ‘fixed’ a few days ago but nothing has changed. 4 people have come to the house and ‘fixed’ the issue. No change. I have work to do.

Haven’t used them since (2010 was last time) because they dragged feet for so long.

Had to spend ages online trying to find a solution to jobs that could not be done offline. Managed to finally speak to someone at Virginmedia and shown how to get update some progress. Terrible company
