    @virginmedia How does £8.40 a day cover 2 people unable to work for a full day? Still no contact from Virgin engineer or any comment on what the issue is? The time to fix the issue just keeps getting later.

    @virginmedia What does an area outage mean? I pay Virgin about £150 a month for services. This is over the odds but I thought I was getting a reliable service and so went with it.

    @virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

    @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

    @virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for £51.15 whereas new customers get it for £45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

    @O2 @davehpayne Every time I lTRY log in to my @O2 app, I continually have to sign in through Virgin media which sends email to click link, then repeatedly sends me back to send another email to my account again and so on and on, I don't even have a virgin media account. It's a nightmare.

    @virginmedia I cannot tell you how horrendous my experience has been. 4 weeks later, no install, a broken path and I have no broadband! You didn’t show up again!!!! No communication either.

    @virginmedia @____LP____ My experience of being able to reach your customer service people is very bad. You routinely get transferred about, long holds, then the call gets dumped. It’s terrible, chat bots and complicated phone trees make it worse. Employ people to answer the phone and direct the call.

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Wish we had virgin in my area. Sky extortionate fees now, love sports, multi room and boys watch at uni so not really much choice. I believe their Sat contract runs out in a few years so will lose some of the service I currently get so will def leave then

    @virginmedia Yes. It was the bereavement team that have the most awful and length process. So I’m doing it online. But I still had to wait on the phone and have the cancellation of contract spiel even though we aren’t cancelling. Just a poor process and no consideration for the customer
