    @virginmedia day 4 woken to no Internet. Says you've identified issue that might effect customers and it will be intermittent. You say this like this is OK How do I home school or work? I do not pay for intermittent Internet

    @libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

    @virginmedia thanks had to wait until Monday, two unhappy kids as they couldn't get online on Sunday. will think of other ways to control parental protection. really need to improve the virgin protection, limited and as I found out on Sunday requires the virgin login.

    @virginmedia Eventually yes but had to go though the sales team first I get with the COVID situation it’s more tricky than normal but the 150 line though is appalling to be cut off after waiting spending nearly two hours is really poor service guys the people I did speak to were very helpful

    @virginmedia @aghafahad Thank you coming back to me after 7 hours It was sorted at 10:40 During this most disappointing thing was that I was not able speak to customer service for help. Another fact of pushing the customers to online chat support is really not appreciated specially internet is down
