    So this is what @vmbusiness does to support charities in this time of need. Nothing. #COVIDー19 is now a pandemic and they suspend phones for charities which scramble around to try to support people remotely. While other businesses donate to charities #VMBusinesss cuts us off.

    Trying to get through to @virginmedia to ‘renegotiate’ my broadband contract (which is long up). Been on hold for 90 mins over two days (understandable, given our current crisis), but the calls cut off after 30 mins & feature the same, awful hold music. HELP!

    @virginmedia I’m a new customer and originally broadband was supposed to be installed today, but has moved to 13/4 with no warning!! As 13/4 is also a bank holiday I don’t know what is going on! Have tried calling and live chat and no answers🙁🙄 please help

    @vmbusiness suspended our mobile as we sent too many texts in March. Fact that we are a charity and there is a global pandemic carries no waight with their customer support team apparently as ‘fair usage policy applies on all unlimited plans.

    @virginmedia internet going down 5/6 times a day, calls and live chat completely shut down so there is 0 customer service options. I get you have to keep people safe but ******* people can operate a live chat from their house... actually guess thet can't if they have your Wifi...

    Think its absolutely appalling that we have to wait for @virginmedia to send an engineer to INSTALL A NEW ROUTER because ours is “broken!” For the guy to come and NOT install a router because supposedly it is the signal so he has added something to the back to regulate it

    @virginmedia @BBCNews @MartinSLewis terrible terrible service. Student daughter has been on hold for nearly an hour trying to cancel a simple rolling monthly student Internet contract. “I’ll just get my colleague” and “why do you want to cancel” doesn’t cut it. Very very annoyed

    @virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

    @virginmedia to end your contract you have to call. To call you have to wait for an hour+ for someone to try and persuade you to stay and then tell you stuff you could have posted on your website. You’ve got staff apologising for stuff that is a feature not a bug of your service

    Via Virgin Media/Mobile could customers donate their monthly unused data to give to those families that need extra support. It might even be possible to get other people to donate funds to purchase data capacity. The publicity I am sure be a benefit to you. 2/2 @looknorthBBC

    @virginmedia Disgusted again got through after an hour and because I didn’t select my one time offer discount on automated part as I wanted to speak to someone no discount given. Wouldn’t log a complaint either just said dissatisfaction logged and nothing will happen. I am fuming.

    @virginmedia can I suggest that if you have to continually invest in your network and charge existing customers, that you look at your new customer packages to recover that cost, rather than existing customers, and formulate a business plan that doesn’t p!$$ off customers
