    just spent 3 hours on the phone with @virginmedia trying to get an early termination fee waived (for an account which they cancelled) only to be passed to about 8 departments, and then be told it’s not possible and I’d have to make a complaint.. make it make sense pls

    @virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

    @virginmedia I moved house. I supposed to get virgin media services on 6th of February. I completed self-intallation on 6th but until now services are not activated by Virgin media. I call them they said they are sorry and will activate the service within 1 hour but again it's not

    @actionfrauduk @virginmedia my family has just been duped by scammers calling, pretending to be VM, directing to a VM like website, downloading TeamViewer accessing the machine and hacked router. Was credible given number of support calls to VM in last weeks. Anyway to trace?
