Dear followers, a challenge if you choose to accept it. Find how to speak to a @virginmedia rep via online chat. Screenshots will get you 17 internet points. Double if you're a customer. Triple if you can do it without being sent round in internet hell circles more than 3 times.

@virginmedia I found the problem. The button was being blocked from loading by @Bitdefender anti-tracker chrome extension. It probably shouldn't do that. I'll let you guys figure it out.

@virginmedia Something to do with the network and that the network engineer will do nothing on a Saturday as they are on call for broadband that's gone down completely and not intermittent. He was here literally 2 minutes and then left.

@virginmedia strange that I get two calls a day for a week from the sales team; each time telling them to stop calling me and I will call them when I can…..now all of a sudden my WiFi has gone to ****! But I’m sure this is just a coincidence and not a ***** sales tactic…..
