Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.

Just like your service guy was supposed to turn up 12-4 yesterday, but instead turned up at 7, hadn't been told what the issue was, got aggressive & drove off. You are appalling.

I tried speaking to someone earlier but they asked for my secure password when ringing virgin yet I was never asked to set up a secure code when creating my account so may need to fix that too.
