    Broadband supplier #VirginMedia customer service is awful. Twice today spoke 2 people both had my account in front of them, was told hold whilst i transfer you. After waiting for over 30 mins on both occasions i hung up, Web chat tell you to call. #customerservice has to be 0

    @virginmedia To just say "we are busy" on the 150 number and disconnect callers is utterly unacceptable. Then on 0345 it just drops you after 45 minutes of hold music. It is as if you are deliberately making it hard for us to cancel......

    @virginmedia The issue you ‘fixed’ hasn’t resolved anything. I’m now being told earliest at-home tech appointment is 4th Feb. I am a freelancer who relies on internet to make an income wfh. If it doesn’t work, neither do I - and I lose jobs. PLEASE HELP.

    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @K_0 @virginmedia So it IS the router? Which router did you get? Weighing up a mesh network. Honestly it’s awful! We’re resetting the router multiple times a week and tonight - twice with no improvement! I’ve bough apple HomePods and they appear to be **** buy I’m betting they’re not!!!

    Wait over a month 4 a @skytv to “fix” a tech issue.. they issue us with a faulty box-spend over an hr on the phone for them to now tell us we have to deal with no tv for a further week until the next avail engineer can come out?! Is this a joke.. @virginmedia can you do better??!

    @virginmedia Mate 27 hours I've been waiting . The helpline gets cut off the text service doesn't respond the online service doesn't respond your broken . Only thing working is the Twitter feed and that's because it's public . Face the facts @virginmedia is broken.

    Hey techy friends, are any of you on @virginmedia broadband? Are any of you at you absolute whits end with it? Half the time wireless devices in the house won’t even connect to the piece of **** router! I hate that I don’t know more about networking!!!
