    @virginmedia there is a fault. it is getting repaired by 1.55 pm every day for the last week. apparently. were kafka born a few decades later, he would be structuring stories around the baroque architecture of your customer services provision.

    @virginmedia Moving house. Used the chat stream give all my details then no one answers when moved on. Get on the phone to he told ring back . Ring later then get cut off twice after long wait. I hope you will not charge me more for the service I am trying to sort 😡😡

    @virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

    @virginmedia Got someone to call me back. Explained everything very slow and crashes when two people zoom. Will take a week to get someone out only because they think it’s fully broken! I wait with bated breath! 🤔

    @virginmedia All this have been discussed and no there are no known issues in the area. Since the date the tv box was installed. We were told it will take 48hrs for the landline to start working but it never did. I tried calling so many times but only customer service for sales picks.

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @virginmedia The problem is that your connector is now left exposed. The local council would do nothing with your connector. It may be as simple as you fitting a new cap.

    @virginmedia thanks looks like you are just getting away by just saying dont have access to look in to my issue. thanks lessons learnt and i believe other providers are getting up to the mark to give better service than virgin media. I feel its simply waste of time expressing my issue here.

    @virginmedia Hi. 150 did that with us on Tuesday and it made no difference. We got through again today to 150 and have raised a ticket. Apparently we are not the only ones affected and seems to an issue at your end.

    @virginmedia The phone is fine, it works elsewhere no issues but the signal is extremely bad at home and the immediate area. A mile down the road it’s better. Think I need to change network.
