  @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

  @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

  @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

  @virginmedia It’s been 66 days, 4 lengthy phone calls and a few hours of repeatedly trying to explain to your poorly trained call centre team that my ‘myvirginmedia’ account has been locked and still no solution despite repeated promises it would be. It is absolutely pathetic.

  @virginmedia customer service has to be one of the worst! You ask to remove packages and they instead put you on a different contract without your consent! Monthly bill goes from £70 to £181 and they can’t explain how after 3 calls! Horrible just horrible
