    @harryhpalmer @virginmedia @IggyPop We’re watching through iPlayer and casting onto TV. Pain when it buffers though. @virginmedia better get their act together tomorrow as it says on the website we’ve had service since 5pm today and nothing is working.

    @MillwallDolbs2 @virginmedia @SkyFootball Agreed. It was absokutely awful. I ended up turning the sound off but the stuttering picture made me feel queezy. Not happy

    After 4 days without broadband, TV and phone what is particularly vexing is the ‘no known problems’ message on the @virginmedia website. The communications about what has been going on has been shocking

    Season’s greetings to @virginmedia Broadband unusable for over a week now. The ETA to fix is 2nd Jan, when whoever’s job it is to fix my issue comes back from their break. I especially enjoyed the staff who refused to put me through to a manager even though I asked 4 times

    We have internet, thank you to the engineers who fixes it but @virginmedia need to take a long hard look at how they managed this, poor poor communication , o-one monitoring SM over the weekend, a classic lesson in failing in crisis management and customer care

    @virginmedia shocking customer service and shocking logistics - internet down over Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day . Time to leave this poorly driven ‘tech’ company. The level of communication for a communications provider is appalling for this day and age.

    @M1dnight_madman Haven't had an internet cut since 2 months ago as it was a time when it was needed to be off as someone was working inside the house at something. And except for that one time when Virgin Media went down throughout the whole UK.

    @virginmedia We have had spoke with many different people and we still have the un agreed contract costing nearly £25 more than a new customer would get! lots of promised call backs from managers unfulfilled and our faith in your Service is at a very low point - Please call me to sort

    @virginmedia Today 13/01, I call up on behalf of my sister to cancel our broadband contract. Then proceed to recreate another in my name as she is moving. I was assured broadband would remain until 12/02. Tonight at midnight the broadband has shut-off.
