@virginmedia we’ve had no service in EC1V London, since our Wi-Fi was installed last month. We’ve tried to call countless time and we keep being told about “area issues” that would be solved the day after but never do. This is just unacceptable behaviour!

Well done to the engineers @virginmedia for sorting out my internet in Earl’s Court (ahead of time as usual). I appreciate that people have genuine problems, but we need to keep a sense of proportion. Especially compared with brave Ukrainians who face far worse troubles than us.

@virginmedia Might I add that the last handler in pre install stated he was a 'senior' and he was incredibly rude, talking over me and trying to tell me what my problem was!

Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

@premierinn no Free WiFi or Ultimate WiFi at Premier Inn Euston. Twitter has lots of other complaints of the same issue nationally… why I am asked to speak to Virgin Media, how hard can it be? Forget Network does not force the page to reload, what else can I do?

@virginmedia Yes consistently. I use the log in to status check and it's always showing an error hence the reason for calling in the first place. Every single day this has been and issue. I am leaving virgin now and will discourage anyone to use your service. Awful provider.

@virginmedia Yes I’ve been in contact every week, always given a different answer or met with no solution at all. Talked to someone today who said they have directly contacted the grounds team, and was told I’d get a call back today but received nothing. This needs to be sorted this week.
