    1/2 Absolutely disgraceful service from @virginmedia - we’ve been trying to cancel your service since the middle of October and have been repeatedly cut off when being transferred to the cancellation team. In the end we had no choice but to cancel our DD.

    @virginmedia TOTAL LIE. Spent majority of lockdown complaining about my intermittent service, dropping out during meetings etc. Eventually moved to a different provider and paid @virginmedia TWICE. Told to return equipment BEFORE a chq will be sent. No Chq received YET.

    @virginmedia And how am I to do that with no service? It took 3 technicians to figure out my modem had to be “pin reset” and another to rename it properly. Thats 1 hr of my life gone. So glad @CommunityFibre has arrived near me.

    @virginmedia what time does your call centre open? Been without broadband all day through a fault now it’s showing as fixed but we are still without service. Have done all online tests. Please respond as this is unacceptable. Spending a fortune running 2 laptops from hotspots!

    @virginmedia Has your livechat on the app gone? Having issues with my router (factory reset etc) moved it yet the WiFi is intermittent. Has been fine but had to install an extender recently. Nothing has changed in the house. We get connection but lack throughput.

    @virginmedia Yes I have. Unfortunately that knocks my router out for about half an hour so I don’t do it often and it always comes back telling me it’s just fine. You and I both know that just about everyone on Virgin Media is experiencing this exact same problem.

    @virginmedia Only about 7 times over the past 3 weeks! I get told the same thing over and over again. That there’s nothing that can be done, and that my complaint and request for a managers call have been escalated so that I’ll get a call back within 24-48 hours
