    @virginmedia Also, yesterday you told us that there had been service issues in our postcode since beginning of April. You forgot to mention this when selling a contract to us with allegedly faster speeds, which apparently can't exist.

    @lornajane2 @virginmedia Yeah, clearly something wrong specifically with my Virgin kit, or something hyperlocal (cabinet/wiring)... But they refused to investigate my query as there was an outstanding issue until May 5th, and since then disgracefully haven't bothered responding. So can't get a diagnosis.

    Hi @virginmedia. You were meant to phone us at 8am today. Just like your service guy was supposed to turn up 12-4 yesterday, but instead turned up at 7, hadn't been told what the issue was, got aggressive & drove off. You are appalling.

    @virginmedia But your SMS team either a) never respond or b) refuse to help me specifically because they say there are outstanding issues. So, through a combination of a) and b), you never look at my issue. Because there's either always a wider issue, OR you ignore me. Utterly unhelpful.

    @virginmedia It’s back now but was out for about 36 hours in this area. Service kept dropping (I know, I checked the router logs). Hope you keep it running!

    @virginmedia My partner did. Two hours later after the auto response still nothing. Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.

    @robertgilbert86 @virginmedia Hm, ok. Today has been a nightmare. Bf listening to hold music for an hour, lied to about when a technician was coming, then he was aggressive and both he & customer services then seemed to be gaslighting.

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @virginmedia If anyone is there, your Kafkaesque hellhole of a website is like the labyrinth in The Shining. It just sending a user back to sign in, even though we are, and that's after thirty minutes trying to change the password. You are abysmal.

No engineer available 4 outside cabling 🤪 and no supervisor available to talk to. Promises that I’ll get a phone call from supervisor tomorrow. Anybody recommend a good tv broadband service?

    @LozzaFox @virginmedia @virginmedia are just awful. Just spent 70mins on phone after they’ve put my engineers appointment tomorrow on hold (by text this evening) as there is no engineer available apparently and no supervisor fir me to talk to 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Wired is good speed just the poor WiFi signal that jumps from good to way down low, my hub 3 is years old now, since talking to you WiFi test speed went from 36mbp download to 196mbp fastest it’s been for months, totally confusing, let’s leave it and see what happens 👍

    @virginmedia Yes it was downloaded but it got to the point where I had to go to work so shut everything down, I have deleted the download, it did seem legitimate as they knew about the issue and the engineer coming.
