@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

@virginmedia I spent over an hour on hold today trying to speak with someone about cancelling. I ended up having to put the phone down. How an earth can I cancel my contract if the only way to do it is by calling and you don’t answer the phone?!

Looks like I have to switch from @virginmedia to another provider. Signal drops every 30 mins. Customer service awful based in India. Unhelpful and told me to terminate my contract if I'm not happy. Pay for UK services and support India. Awful.

@ossieace @virginmedia Been offline for a week, keep going in circles. Phone number drops constantly after a minute (37 calls in), and no other point of access. Make sure you have them register a note on your account WHEN you started having no service, as you can get £8 a day if recorded properly.

@virginmedia Hi still having problems with the Internet going down multiple times a day and when I try and run a test of broadband on the service status it just takes me in loops of run test, check everything's plugged in, re-run test, check everything's plugged in ect

@virginmedia I've explained this all to second line technician, should need to explain over twitter aswell... I had 1 guy try to sell me wireless extender even tho I'm wired another guy say my 500 meg down and 36 up was not enough for my needs which I only have 2 things connected to my hub..
