    @dazzleeds @virginmedia Have exactly the same experience with @virginmedia - customer service does not exist but the charges are taken and increased without fail. For three weeks have been trying to get in touch and get some support with zero result argh 😖🤯😭😭😭😭

    We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

    @virginmedia broadband customer services has to be the worst that I’ve had to deal with in a very long time. Constantly place on hold, past around. Not turning up for appointment or letting you know what’s happening. 😔 would not recommend them to anyone

    @virginmedia Already went over that… I now get to work on my day off because your service is so unreliable. At 3 pm it showed that the serviced may return for tomorrow 1. Absolutely useless. I live in London, so not really fault if “living too off grid”

    @virginmedia Since Wednesday I haven’t been able to work at home properly as internet keeps loosing service constantly i sent a what’s app and was told your couldn’t take any more messages I have tried calling which when I got through failed ran test. Came off WiFi today and ran test
