    @TracyWoodley4 @virginmedia @Virgin Their service has certainly gone down hill and this issue with the call centre is a complete farce. If they can't even get their own internal systems sorted as a telecomms company what hope do we have? My contract is up in March and I will defo be leaving Virgin.

    @virginmedia I've been having problems with my phoneline and it is currently dead, can't make or receive calls. An engineer came on Friday but its still not working. Charges have been appearing on my phone bill for calls I have not made. This has happened twice since November.

    @virginmedia @VMSolutions_ hay I just want to transfer the account ownership to my roommate. But I tried to call u three times, each time I hv to wait 2hrs, but no one could help me to solve it, only transfer to other departments, and wait !!!!!!

    @cameraoncaught @virginmedia Have you forwarded this to Virgin media internal complaints? In my opinion Virgin have one of the worst customer service teams around but it may reach someone who can act upon internally.

    @O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

    @virginmedia What happens is when I connect to the @TicketmasterUK app from the priority app, it offers no option to actually purchase. @TheO2 suggested clearing all cookies and cache. The issue with that is passwords have to be re-entered for almost every app. There must be a better way

    @virginmedia That's who I've been talking to. Spoke to Sabine who has fixed it I think for 4th March. 2 others who couldn't help me, of which was rude and uncaring. All told me different things. It appears its an area fault, which the first one didn't confirm

    @AnnG50707311 @virginmedia I always haggled with them and got them to come in at new customer prices. Surprising what they will give you when you let them think you are leaving. Also let them know what other companies will offer you to become a customer as they may match the offer

    @virginmedia I gave my cancellation notice for a month and then I got disconnected the next day. I’ve been told it can take 72 hrs to reconnect. I would like to make a complaint as this is not acceptable to have internet/phone/tv disconnected like this. #badcustomerservice plus
