The connection is unstable and is throttled at busy times. It cuts out and is unreliable plus it is impossible to get hold of support. Shameful and shambolic.

We then spent £80 on wifi extenders/repeaters/boosters. We want to change the wifi channel to see if that works, but login details are incorrect on the hub.
