  @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

  @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

  @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

  @virginmedia , how sad you can’t get a long standing customer close to new customer prices when it’s so easy to switch these days. Maybe @skytv will provide me a longer term service. £200 a month when a new customer pays £70 for the same. Your best is double the price!
