    @virginmedia Checking with other customers in KT6, we see that no one has any compensation for the outage last month. This is outrageous!

    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    @virginmedia I have done all of that even with proper resets by sticking a pin in the reset switch and nothing OT is truly awful :-(

    @virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

    @virginmedia oomph package installed last week and since it has been installed i have had nothing but nightmare! The tv doesnt work correctly the wifi not working properly i only get 20.5 downloads i asked for engineer to visit you refused tried to cancel package u refuse

    @virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

    @virginmedia Recent installation in parents (70+) poorly done wires everywhere. No service on the day so wasn't shown how to operate the equipment and left no instructions or HDMI cable for badly installed 2nd box. Want to cancel but unable to get through 'security' even with account # etc.

    @virginmedia Hi, we've been trying to get our router updated for months. It's very slow and frequently cuts out. You've sent multiple engineers over, none of whom have managed to fix it. Our current router is quite old so we hope a new one would solve the issue. Thanks for your reply. Teresa

    @virginmedia 10 Agents, of the 4 managers I was advised would ring me only 1 manager Harry did call me back yesterday! 1 engineer didn’t turn up, other engineer Mike didn’t know how to fix it and Tony engineer today tried fixing over phone and didn’t turn up with New V6 Boxes Harry promised.
