    @virginmedia How does £8.40 a day cover 2 people unable to work for a full day? Still no contact from Virgin engineer or any comment on what the issue is? The time to fix the issue just keeps getting later.

    @virginmedia Callback should have happened days ago. Now the person on 150 says that you failed to complete a process. They then tried to miss-sell me an upgrade to my package. Still not fixed but "should be" in a few hours! I doubt it. Abysmal deceptive service.

    State of @virginmedia Red Button. Wait 40 minutes for it to even work, and then there's no audio. It's not my connection, or my internet, it's just Virgin being crap.
