@virginmedia just spent 20 mins (15 on hold) to be told nothing can be done about my intermittent wi-fi signal. Upon asking to be transferred to Cancellations department, was put on hold and then hung-up upon. HELP @MartinSLewis

@virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

@virginmedia I’ve been speaking to the team for a month I’d like my service to work now #ee were very helpful giving me £20 per month unlimited data add on so I can use a hotspot at home I will be expecting Virgin to reduce all my £60 per month bills by however much much I spend on extra data

Not very good @virginmedia complaint C-2901212518 emailed to say they tried to call. No they haven’t. No incoming calls registered and nothing on my mobile! Didn’t even remotely address the complaint in the email. Please call me!

@virginmedia Distortion/pixelated screen, ongoing for almost 1 yr. engineer came to ‘fix’ (not fixed), sent new TiVo box to fix (not fixed), on hold for hours on end to report then told basically nothing else they can do! Trying to watch football atm and it’s impossible.

@virginmedia Wired, speed from router, hub in modem mode, I'm an IT tech, tried everything, the issue is millions of errors in the hub, gets slower in busy times, its because it was oversold in my area and I went down the complaints route but you closed the case because I hate phonecalls.

@virginmedia A manual search says network unavailable. I've changed from 5g, to 4g and to 3g and still the same. I have found since 5g has been turned on my signal at home b45 has improved massively but the holiday park has gone. Could be faulty devices, both new s21+, but I doubt it.

@virginmedia Intermittent, keeps disconnecting, it's the equipment, the hub3 router and you will give me a hub 4 and it will be the same garbage, a cheap router that's not fit for purpose, I would pay more for a decent router.
