    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @virginmedia No reported issues in my area. Weirdly hive hub appears online but every other device, phones laptops etc are reporting "IP configuration" and nothing connecting. Your website keeps falling over on 4g too which doesn't help

    @virginmedia I contact with your customer support all they do is charging additional for wifi booster without making sure it works properly. We need a sufficient solution on that

    @virginmedia Yes I also hope it gets sorted soon. But every single time there’s a problem the fix estimate is midnight of same day. And then the next day it’s the same again! So no amount of council permits, 3rd party access etc is the cause, it’s just rubbish communication from you guys

    Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

    @virginmedia It seems clear that in some locations you just offer terrible and inconsistent service. Given how much You charge it’s unacceptable that your response is in effect ‘sometimes it takes a while’. I have never known such appalling and unreliable service

    @virginmedia funny how once I've cleared my outstanding bill and ask to be transferred to leave, agent hangs up, and now been waiting 45mins for anyone to answer! That's ridiculous and just reinforces the desire to leave! You would not bethe service your collections team give!
