@virginmedia what time does your call centre open? Been without broadband all day through a fault now it’s showing as fixed but we are still without service. Have done all online tests. Please respond as this is unacceptable. Spending a fortune running 2 laptops from hotspots!

@virginmedia I reported my loss of WiFi on 16/10. Engineer on 21/10 was not able to fix as virgin had put a noise blocker on. Engineer on 27/10 did fix WiFi. So no WiFi for at least 10 days so no bills for a couple of months at least if £8 a day for no WiFi?

@virginmedia Well you said u only get compensation 4 certain things however for almost 3 weeks now the internet I rely on for nearly everything is slow &cuts out my neighbours the same . I have missed on line interviews , zoom meetings , unable to do some coursework & u guys say oh well ...

@virginmedia I just spent 4 minutes going through your call menu to speak to someone to cancel. I had an automated offer of a measly £3.50 a month discount, I continued through the menu to speak to a human, until I was eventually told that you were too busy to take my call!

@virginmedia I rang Virgin, I run regular speedtests (though that's rarely the problem) and when it cuts out I tweet you about it. What else can I check? The cutouts only last a minute or so, but totally disconnect Zoom calls and the Tivo box takes 5 mins to reset.
