@virginmedia the customer service at virgin media is below 0 star they treat there customers like crap and lie. I have a recording of the agent I spoke to and she put a bunch of lies on her notes and transferred me to there cancellation team. Terrible service!! Rubbish connection

@virginmedia Constant connection issues, I have had issues with it for 2-3 months and have still been paying for something that does not work properly. on top of that you guys write lies on my notes that was read out to me by the cancellation department team member.. 👎 scamming customers

@virginmedia I am suspecting this may be down to a firewall or antivirus software possibly blocking access thinking its a security attack perhaps. I've done 1 video call today so far and haven't experienced any issues. Have also uninstalled my AV too.
