    I swear my virgin media is cursed. Ever since they rang me up and convinced me to change my package to include sky sports it’s been broken every time I’ve wanted to watch a game. 😩 just hung up after waiting on the helpline for over 30 minutes with no response

    @virginmedia so customer service just hung up on us after putting us on hold for over half an hour and failing to deal with an issue which your app said you can deal with. Only want a wifi booster and the customer service I have received was atrocious

    @virginmedia Yes tried everything but the hub signal is just not strong enough I asked if I could try the Hub 4 but got told no and then I asked to try the new boosters but can’t get any as there not in stock
