  @virginmedia It’s been terrible since early June. Yes I have tried wired and wireless. There was an issue in the area that was ‘fixed’ a few days ago but nothing has changed. 4 people have come to the house and ‘fixed’ the issue. No change. I have work to do.

  The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

  @virginmedia What does an area outage mean? I pay Virgin about £150 a month for services. This is over the odds but I thought I was getting a reliable service and so went with it.

  @virginmedia Not TV we have problems with You installed our fibre on the 29th still isn't working. Every time I call the operator goes through the same script then sends out an engineer. 3 visits so far they all say it's IT. Left my disabled wife and family without internet.

  @biggle1908 I've been with Virgin Media since they were called NTL. I did switch to BT for a spell, but the speed was **** in comparison; I soon went back to Virgin Media. This is just for the internet, though.
