    @virginmedia so so upset with your service. We’ve had horrible wifi since day once which has been documented by 20 or so upset phone calls. You say you’re fixing the issue - nothing changes. Now you’re saying if we want to leave you’re going to charge is £300? No accountability.

    @virginmedia So after 10 days and loads of phone calls I’m still without any virgin services . For a communications business you are very poor at communicating to your customer and as for the complaints link 28 days to respond is a joke. I bet my bill arrives on time though !!! #whatajoke

    Any particular reason @virginmedia why our broadband has been down all day? It's half term and we're chewing through our mobile data! Be terrific if you could make it right. Pretty sure it's nothing we've done at our end. Big valentine's love.

    @virginmedia That's who I've been talking to. Spoke to Sabine who has fixed it I think for 4th March. 2 others who couldn't help me, of which was rude and uncaring. All told me different things. It appears its an area fault, which the first one didn't confirm

    @virginmedia Sadly, your team has never made any thing clear at all. About connection, contracts or about how you dupe people into staying with you while you ‘fix issues’ then issues are fixed and because we trusted you were now in a contract we can’t get out of??!??

    @virginmedia terrible service, no internet since Wednesday in South Croydon. Been told there are problems in the area, but your site says everything is working. Why would I be able to book an engineer if there are problems in the area.

    @AnnG50707311 @virginmedia I always haggled with them and got them to come in at new customer prices. Surprising what they will give you when you let them think you are leaving. Also let them know what other companies will offer you to become a customer as they may match the offer

    @cameraoncaught @virginmedia Have you forwarded this to Virgin media internal complaints? In my opinion Virgin have one of the worst customer service teams around but it may reach someone who can act upon internally.

    @virginmedia we've had atrocious broadband on SE26 4HN for weeks now, it just keeps dropping out and then coming back. I have just had my bill and I'm not really feeling we should have to pay for the service we've had this month.

    @virginmedia @NetflixUK Lutz Schuler & Patricia Coblan, CEO and CFO for, Virgin Media have scammed Broadband Consumers by charging them for a service when people have disconnected with them. Thus Profit & Loss is manipulation of data or what is known as Fraud by the CEO/CFO. Don't trust Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia Also today alone I spoke to 4 people in pre installation 3 of them read the notes put me on hold and then back in the queue for another advisor to deal with customer service at its finest! The notes on my account must make a great read! Complete shambles
