    @virginmedia I think you will have to agree this is an unacceptably long time for the repair as it’s already been going on for days?? “There's a TV issue in xxx. Thanks for your patience while we work to fix things as quick as we can. We hope to fix this by 14 March at 16:00”

    Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

    The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

    @virginmedia It’s been terrible since early June. Yes I have tried wired and wireless. There was an issue in the area that was ‘fixed’ a few days ago but nothing has changed. 4 people have come to the house and ‘fixed’ the issue. No change. I have work to do.

    @virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

    @virginmedia It has just come back on. The annoying thing is your website said no problems, so I went through the usual, unplugging, checking cables etc. only for the website to be updated later. I should have learned by now.

    @virginmedia yet again I've been let down by you. But I am not surprised. My fault is finally fixed after 43 days without service. Yesterday, I was told I couldn't be put through to the correct team but they would call me back within 24hours. That was 25 hours ago now. 🙄

    @VirginMedia you're wifi isn't working again. Your say you'll fix it by the 19th of May but that isn't good enough. I pay you for reliable wifi connection every day. I'm not receiving that. This is a formal complaint and I expect to be reimbursed for my stress and inconvenience.

    @virginmedia your V360 upgrade system is broken. It took me 3 days of chat to arrange my upgrade and I’ve ordered it for my dad and he’s not received the remotes despite ordering on 2 May. I can’t face the pain of going through a chat and details authorisation again.
