    @virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

    @JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

    @virginmedia All of our WiFi appliances stopped working at the exact same time. The WiFi keeps trying to connect but just whirls and whirls. No issues with our appliances

    @djdymond @virginmedialife @virginmedia And you can only claim compensation for no service not a ****** service that cuts out about once an hour. I can not wait to get out of this contract. I have set a timer. Years and years of broadband with other providers and I have never experienced this.

    @virginmedia worst experience with a utility provider in the UK. Back in June I let them know I am moving address. The agent I spoke with told me I don’t need to book an appointment and I can just take my equipment with me and connect it in the new place. I was surprised by 1

    This is so ridiculous it's laughable - today @virginmedia phoned to offer me £50 because of the atrocious service I've had since Jan. I asked if they'd considered just fixing the issue... Nope, clearly hadn't even crossed their minds despite that being my only request ever week.

    @virginmedia Long story short, losing Data when making a call. No access to internet at all while on a call. Been thru same process 2 or 3 times with call centre, told the same things, and had the same outcomes. Never happened with any previous device or network
