.@virginmedia 9.30pm and our WiFi installation appointment for tomoz AM has been delayed another 4 weeks! this is third time. we’ve been waiting since July, 4 x professionals trying to work from home, awful customer service from chat bot - can we please have support and answers?!

@virginmedia Absoutley disgusting customer service today, was sent round the same bot telling me to do the same things for half an hour before getting to a chat where the helper decided to take their lunch break in the middle of it and expected me to wait!!

And on top of this I’ve been on a chat to complain about what happened and I’ve been made to wait over an hour for a wait time of “fifteen minutes”. This is a paid service! Never use virgin media for broadband, I’m fuming 😤

@thursdaysangelx Virgin Media and Freeview also have it but it would depend on what content they buy into. From what I have seen it tends to be older shows. You never know, it’s not a channel I watch that much.

@virginmedia so frustrating when both your app and customer portal stick you in a loop of ‘Run a test’ when broadband disconnects and then ‘we need to run the test again’ and back round the same loop, every day for the last month I have down time of about an hour!

@charbar11 @virginmedia Not really. Netflix said call Virgin and vice versa. Netflix then said their engineers will look at it and virgin were investigating but it went back to normal a few nights ago. No clue what the problem was or who fixed it. Do you have any error code come up?
