@virginmedia i have been loyal customer and i asked if i change my package to phone and broadband as its far more affordable for me seeing the prices. You refused offering me what is on offer i find at absolute ridiculous and unvalued therefore requested cancellation.

@virginmedia Yes, have checked service status - no issues. Done factory resets on our router to no avail. Our broadband has been dropping out every 10-15 minutes for the past week making it impossible to work from home.

@virginmedia Like I said earlier,I have called more than 10-12 times in last 1.5 months.Waited for nearly 45-50mins each time only to get a response - EDF is applied as per T&C.For concerns, raise a complaint to be investigated and someone will contact as they can’t redirect to complaint team
