    @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

    @virginmedia Might I add that the last handler in pre install stated he was a 'senior' and he was incredibly rude, talking over me and trying to tell me what my problem was!

    @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

    @virginmedia What does an area outage mean? I pay Virgin about £150 a month for services. This is over the odds but I thought I was getting a reliable service and so went with it.

    @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

    Hey @virginmedia I already am paying more with this new package I was forced to take to renew my contract recently and now you want to force me to pay £7 MORE a month?! Also why can I not get a human on the phone?! I refuse to pay a penny more. Fix this nonsense.

    @_Lewis_A @virginmedia I had this problem and was advised to buy new cables, did that and it gets minimum 200mb now, also make sure all cables are really tight and fitted properly.

    @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

    @redheadlass1402 @virginmedia We’ve got the business service but it’s no better. They don’t seem to have any proactive monitoring or fault prevention and pretty much don’t care. They have a 3 hour service level that passed 12 hours ago, totally useless bunch of money-grabbers

    @virginmedia Can you please explain.. when you set up a new c9ntract with VM you end up having a contract with 02 as well, never asked for or agreed to. And now im struggling to get them to cancel the 02 contract as 02 have incorrect email address and never received a sim card?

    Received letter from @virginmedia saying my bill was going to DOUBLE from June. My services have not changed. An increase of over 100% is just ridiculous! Tried to call VM but after 30 mins of waiting in the call queue I gave up. guessing that lots of people are calling to cancel

    @virginmedia @docrussjackson Make a formal complaint and say you will report to @Ofcom. Ask for compensation, there are plenty of precedents. They are measured on how many and how quickly they resolve customer complaints. Am dumping VM tomorrow after 18 months of abysmal service, cant wait to be rid of them!

    @MartinSLewis Hi Martin. Are you aware of the scam between Virgin Media and 02? They hound you with calls, set you up as an existing VM customer, and then unknown to you, you have an 02 threatning letter asking for £30 a month. This was not agreed to or even known...help 🙏
