@virginmedia your service is awful! I've had NO TV, Wi-Fi or phone line for two days! You have an automated message that says the engineer is on site in the DA16 region resolving the issue for the last 2 days! I'm disappointed, you are not reliable enough and charge me a fortune!

@virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

@virginmedia We’ve already called and you’ve said you haven’t had the request so I don’t see how calling again will help. Sky have told us they have requested it. Have seen numerous accounts of you blocking number ports to Sky so I’m not surprised. Pretty outrageous.

on june 10 I asked @viginmedia for service. on june 11 the technician never showed up. on 13 june I cancelled the request entirely and now @virginmedia has sent my "account" to collections.

Thanks @virginmedia for appalling customer service by disconnecting my internet a day earlier than agreed, before new service commences, and making it really difficult to work from home. Reconnection can take up to 3 days and paltry compensation kicks after 2 days. F'ing useless!
