    @MartynJohnPR @virginmedia I’m half way through an 18month contract - so it would be slightly more to let in run out. So frustrating as they’re saying it’s a disconnection fee but are the ones forcing me into it as they don’t offer the service

    @virginmedia This is getting boring now. Contacted customer services to be told a Virtual Technician would ring me by 18:00. I wasn’t holding out any hope. So far been without TV or Broadband for 10 days with so called engineers never turning up to replace equipment. I give up !!!!!

    @virginmedia I am not disputing the validity. I am stating that this is dreadful customer service. You cannot offer a connection and therefore I have no alternative. This is reflective of your lack of coverage. The poor customer service certainly means I’ll never be back. A very bitter taste

    I love @virginmedia ‘s new initiative to get customers to reduce screen time and experience world. As a customer you will be connected to Virgin Media wireless whenever available and have absolutely no data at all.

    @thealisonedgar I would understand if they offered a service and I was choosing not to take it. They can’t offer a connection in London - it’s not the outer Hebrides. Leaves a bitter taste. Will never go back to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Hello, we called last night about our fault and repeatedly asked to be escalated to a manager, as this is ongoing for a month. No-one would, one member of staff even laughed and put us back in the queue. So not sure how a DM is going to help now.

    @virginmedia We just wanted to cancel her package or reduce it to bare minimum. She doesn’t even have a smart phone, only device she has is smart speaker for music, used rarely, and she doesn’t use any TiVo features as since her stroke she can’t manage it. Only ever watches ch1,2,3,4.

    @virginmedia I was on the text chat service and asked for one of the new 360 TV boxes, she said I was eligible and to call to get it. I called the the man didn’t know what it was, he said the 360 was the downgrade, and wouldn’t offer me it!

    @virginmedia No resolution. It’s sad to see so many complaining about price increases. In my case it’s within a few weeks of agreeing a figure to continue with Virgin. Frustrating to Customers.

    @virginmedia Three weeks of Broadband issues, given two dates when promised it would be fixed. All failed. At last tonight promised an engineer would come out and fix it on Friday. Then one hour later engineer cancelled not further update.

    @virginmedia I am sick and tired of constantly having connection issues with the WiFi! I constantly test the router and room connections which is obviously bull as the WiFi is consistently intermittent. I am also rather fed up that it is impossible to contact anybody at Virgin.
