    @virginmedia As I said, I’ve done the pin reset thing as Ben suggested. I’m fed up trying to fix something that wasn’t my fault. And I won’t get any recompense. I feel trapped by @virginmedia Can’t wait to escape

    @GavinWilkie @beeshi @virginmedia Same. @virginmedia I’m switching because of your crazy high pricing and a year of promises to fix but only if I pay more. 200mb promise, never ever got higher than 50mb, peak times are dismal at 0.5mb. Bye.

    @GBridgeford @virginmedia Yeah mate. There only sales technique is we will have buffering with any other service provider so they basically don’t need to look after you because they give the best 😐. Can’t say I have ever had any issues with other providers

    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @SatonmyButt @virginmedia Not yet but already tried that as I was being told "it looks like your hub is unplugged". Went through the help stuff and nothing! A recorded message on Virgin media cust serv line says they are doing upgrades but this has been going on 3days now.

    @virginmedia @NetflixUK hi, why is it that any tv episode I watch on Netflix via the virgin360 box cut out 40 seconds before the end? When watching the likes of Brooklyn-99 you miss the ending. Not an issue on any other device. Thanks
