    @libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

    So @virginmedia upgraded my Broadband today from M350 to M500. Intrigued to get home and see if there is a notable difference. They did hang up when I was trying to change my direct debit date though so will have to call back tomorrow. 🙃

    @Synsta_ @virginmedia apparently I can't take advantage of the deals as I'm an existing customer, so I have to leave, giving 30 days termination and wait another 30 days to be considered a new customer. So asking for a better deal on what I've got due to mid contract price rise
