    I just listened to your fuzzy hold music for 18 minutes @virginmedia, went through the same security Q’s multiple times, only for the phone to cut off as I explained my issue. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND!!!!! Can someone call me back to do this please

    @virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

    7 days time to no more bad service, disrupted TV and broadband service of Virgin Media. I'm saving myself £600 plus increased prices annually. So downsizing technology and reducing carbon footprint = 1 fone, mobile data and 1 computer. Will only have what I use! TV is next. Yay

    @virginmedia Called back, held for another 15mins, was finally put through to the correct dept & have cancelled. I just want to say how rude the agent turned when I declined the offer to stay, & once it was all done he just cut the call off. Glad I made the right decision #virginmedia

    @virginmedia We have engineer visit today so hopefully they can resolve. However it is vertically impossible to get to speak to one of your agents. That is really not good customer service. I tried to have the online chat on a weekday btw sonshould have been available after 6

    @CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Absolutely no service since 1.45pm yesterday. No tv no broadband no phone. You surely know about this problem? I believe Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath are both out. Virgin media engineers and vans have been seen around here. Your status page says all is well which frustrates!

    @virginmedia I think there are 3 fault references - it appears that most of the town are without service. Latest now is 4pm but the rumour mill is suggesting that someone at VM advised the 30th December.

    @virginmedia We've done all that, all the diagnostics say the hub is fine, there's no internet coming into the hub. No clue as to when this external issue will be fixed. I'm not the only person affected in Burgess Hill. Not acceptable!

    @virginmedia Yes it was for engineer to come down and relocate the router. No why would i pay for something thats not my fault, when i moved in, the router came as self install kit.
