    @virginmedia Anyone thinking about using Virgin Media read all the negative feedback first. This company does not deliver the speeds it promises and worse the services are disrupted and unstable. Impossible to get through to customer services and impossible to cancel.

    @virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?

    Can’t wait till I get to cancel my @virginmedia contract and move to BT. I mean selling me 200Mb internet and not even delivering an average of 10Mb is not cool right! I mean imagine all the people that pay for the same service but don’t know how to measure it!? Right!

    @virginmedia That is a lie and your as should be reported. If your wifi works it early gets up to the speed that you charge me for. You also fail to mention that you slow down speeds when everyone is watching. So many disappointments when the wheel start spinning

    @virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

    @KevinAtp @virginmedia @virginmedia service is abismal, continues to be good & then bad. Had an unusable service for nearly a year whilst they supposedly did upgrades was no better when they finished. They know they have the monopoly so you have no choice if you want fast broadband & feel lucky

    You would think @virginmedia would have a process to cancel a home landline where someone is moving to a premise they don't supply. Different people saying different things, either no charge because out of contract, or over £100 due even though out of contract.

    @virginmedia We've been waiting since Fri 10th & have absolutely NO idea if or when the @virginmedia parcel will ever arrive via @YodelOnline There can be no resolution without the succesful installation of broadband!!
