@libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

@vmbusiness Internet down, Virgin said ‘engineer 8am to 12pm. But text from Virgin says our slot is now 12pm to 4pm & that we can reply to text, which I did, then get reply saying, you can't reply to a text, but it also says to reply to a text! Is there something wrong at Virgin?

@virginmedia I called up to change my payment date and the customer service guy kept raising his voice saying I wasn’t being cooperative! I asked to be passed over to someone else and the next lady dealt with my request perfectly fine. Don’t know who hurt him, but that guy needs to chill out.
