I swear my virgin media is cursed. Ever since they rang me up and convinced me to change my package to include sky sports it’s been broken every time I’ve wanted to watch a game. 😩 just hung up after waiting on the helpline for over 30 minutes with no response

Looking to reduce our Virgin Media package soon. Nearly £180 a month! Just need to find what packages they have and hope that we can cancel our landline which we never use so don’t see the point in paying for? New customers don’t require one so why should we?
