@virginmedia There’s been no resolution whatsoever. And I’ve called 4/5 times a week since the 29th and have waited nothing less than 50 minutes to be given a run around. If I’m receiving half a service surely I could pay half my bill?

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

How can @virginmedia offer such poor customer service??? Their TV box has no power and I have to wait A WEEK for their engineer to come around and 'look' at it... either get more engineers so you can offer a decent level of service to your customers, or just send me a new box!

@virginmedia I’ve heard this since Tuesday. I’ve missed an England international, the Lord’s Test and all the Jubilee coverage yet all I hear is “sorry.” It doesn’t take a week to fix a fault. Try harder, fix my tv and then persuade me why I should stay.

@virginmedia I already have and nothing sorted other than registering a complaint to Ofgem, I am still stuck in a contract with **** BB and wifi and only option is to pay you muppets £116 to leave a service you haven't provided properly, it's not reliable and your CS is unbelievably poor 🤬
