  @virginmedia Pre install Refused to acknowledge any wrong, wouldn't get anyone to even attempt to look till 24th, cust. Service refused to engage as pre installs problem, so am left still with no Internet and no way to sort issues, plus having been spoke to rudely

  @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

  @JaneEyreAtHeart @virginmedia They offered a way of dropping it off at an O2 store which again was a bit of a mission to get too. Eventually a friend who had come over offered to take it as he was going that way. He had his own issues with Virgin though so knew where we were coming from!

  @rpd_pacer @virginmedia @virginmedia customer service is woeful. With them since it was Telewest. Sky are much better and have got good offers on at the moment. Only time they were any good was after a death in the family when they weren't needed anymore! Good luck.
