    @JohnKingscott @virginmedia As an IT manager for Her Majesty’s Treasury I find it annoyingly ironic that my role now involves governing their hybrid video calls but I can’t actually join any because my broadband is down. Ridiculous. I’ll be discussing compensation for loss of service with the area manager

    @virginmedia do you think you could actually repair the broadband and TV fault in the BR2 area? It’s been off for nearly 24 hours now and the fix estimate keeps getting put back. I might hold off the my next direct debit….sound fair?

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    Working from home is super fun when Virgin Media’s internet in south east London goes down completely for the entire morning and you have to use the hotspot on your phone to try and get any work done 😬

    @virginmedia Nothing other than to telephone again. We do now have an appointment so we will see if it gets fixed. Two of us working from home in zoom-heavy roles has been very difficult. And the only action we have got has been via ombudsman not your customer services.

    @virginmedia This is a renegotiated contract after the end of my last one I’m not a new customer. The agreement was £68 +£5.42 for a change in package. What I was charging was £87.42 £14 more ! I had a two conversations on WhatsApp where I was told that it was sorted clearly not disgusting!!

    @virginmedia It doesn't run the test as the WiFi keeps cutting out as its doing it! I can't get to book a technician again as the WiFi doesn't stay on long enough and the service status number just says no issues in your area

    @virginmedia I have no idea. Apparently I need to wait for a call from your 'Credit Investigation Team' which will take 72 hours. Even though its the *exact same problem I complained about last month* when you did the *exact same thing* nd I spent another 2 hours on the phone to you
