    @virginmedia Now 24 hours without broadband, you have the entire country being told to work from home and you can’t provide any details as to why. I understand you’re probably using fewer techs but I’d have thought you’d be able to triage a problem in less than a day, or know the actual issue

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    @virginmedia we upgraded to a better fiber contract and are paying more money however our internet is still terrible at times. It was 140mb a second at first and for weeks now it's just been at 4mb a sec and lower. Pretty much unusable

    @virginmedia My hub is a very old one. Checked all connections are plugged in. Saying no broadband issues locally... ☹. There was this morning then received a text saying it was sorted.
