@virginmedia third time in four days no broadband - helpline and service status say ‘no problems’ but it’s not working. I hope it comes back in time for a full week of online learning we’ve secured for my 16 year old - first structured teaching in 4 months and this happens! HELP

Appalling customer service from @virginmedia I’ve been with them since they started. I was with NTL when Virgin took it over. My router is over ten years old. Apparently I can only get a replacement if I upgrade my service. I will definitely be leaving when my contract is up. 😡
