Your netwrk is great when working, but you really need to sort out Cust Srvc because it causes very damaging press on closed group social media. You need to "Think Customer's Perspective"!

The network's been flakey since Christmas, (couldn't watch your UHD channels) & worse this last week until today when it all completely fell over.
