@virginmedia That is a lie and your as should be reported. If your wifi works it early gets up to the speed that you charge me for. You also fail to mention that you slow down speeds when everyone is watching. So many disappointments when the wheel start spinning

It for me and SURPRISE SURPRISE she was able do it no problem. I just kept refusing to be put on hold. Initially she muted me and probably wanted me to hang up but I stayed on the call. IM FINALLY FREE from Virgin and will happily never use their service again 💯👋🏼 #virginmedia

@virginmedia Anyone thinking about using Virgin Media read all the negative feedback first. This company does not deliver the speeds it promises and worse the services are disrupted and unstable. Impossible to get through to customer services and impossible to cancel.

@virginmedia I recommend to anyone never to consider taking out a Virgin Contract. Be careful to read other customers reviews. Once you sign up there is no way to leave again. You’ll be holding in the waiting queue until the end of your life.

@Devylonely @virginmedia Try and cancel if you can. Read through the review on Twitter. People can’t get through to cancel. Get another small provider who have a real phone number to call and people who can help you.

@virginmedia So 3 technical calls failed to fix the issue, a physical engineer failed to fix the issue. I finally talk to a chap in your Glasgow help desk on 4th Jan who agrees with his supervisor to cancel the agreement meant to start on 5th Dec and quash any invoice as service failed.

@virginmedia YOU LOT ARE UNBELIEVABLE. iF THERE WAS AN AWARD FOR LIYING YOU WOULD WIN HANDS DOWN. Just recieved an email saying they have close my complaint. They said they had tried to ring, virgin and the mother in law are the only ones with the number. virgin rang twice this week.
