@virginmedia It doesn’t for me. Virgin has build a wall of impenetrable bots and automised systems that makes any communication impossible.well done of not making any attempt to help your customers. This is such an arrogant attitude

@virginmedia what brilliant technology utterly soured by almost comically bad customer service. I say “almost” as there’s nothing funny about taking 5 weeks, countless phone calls, endless hours of online chat & 2 formal complaints to just get my bill right. Not asking much.

@th4tguy92 @virginmedia Do you have the Hub 4. I think it’s a hub 4 is crap or VM engineers can’t control it. Let’s try the number they have given.

@virginmedia Hello anyone there? Could you please reply to my last message? As my landline is not working and there is no email support it seems Twitter is the only other way to get hold of Virgin Media. Please advice how to get hold of customer services not 0345 as too expensive

@virginmedia LS, just tried to send a text to your CS and the number is invalid. Is this a scam? @virginmedia charging £49.50 for a worse service than ever before and no working landline.

@virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

So our education system & business activity now utterly reliant on solid, fast, reliable internet service that market consistently fails to deliver. @virginmedia down again this am. Time for state to take control of this crucial, strategic infrastructure. Really is a joke ATM.

@virginmedia Is that the terminology? As I said I don’t wish to discuss it on Twitter. Think a complaint is now in order and a cancellation request.

@virginmedia it great to know we pay for broadband & you really struggling to provide! I’ve had speed issues since mid Jan. U acknowledge there was a fault on 8th Feb! Said it was fixed but engineer (who came today) said wasn’t & web page wrong! Won’t be fixed till 15th! Tonight

@virginmedia Just spent an hour on the phone to yourselves, not only is the service going to be referred to @Ofcom due to frequent drops in the service + no LL, but you can’t offer me a 12mth contract insisting I have 18mth. Well, I might take up @SkyTV’s offer reluctantly. #Ealing

Can’t wait till I get to cancel my @virginmedia contract and move to BT. I mean selling me 200Mb internet and not even delivering an average of 10Mb is not cool right! I mean imagine all the people that pay for the same service but don’t know how to measure it!? Right!

Hey @virginmedia how long till you’re gonna fix your wifi been a week now and for those that are wfh its kind of important and shutting your customer service lines doesn’t exactly help get your act together.

Wouldn’t it be nice if @virginmedia actually delivered the service they get paid for!? And when you called to talk to them they actually answer or when you go on the offered live chat you’d get a person and not a robot!? Yeah me too. #worstservice #virginmedia

@virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?

@virginmedia @virginmedia no they didn't-they are 85 years old. I think it should be added in to your sign up that customer should be asked if they wish to retain no. or explained they won't retain the number unless requested. Is this just to give VM less work to do on the sign up process??

@virginmedia My poor old mum paying 85 a month for a terrible pixellating tv, cust servs that can't understand anything you say, then dont call back, and then send the same out of date box as a replacement. Only Gwen and the engineer himself deserve any credit for eventually sorting it.
