    @virginmedia No it is straight from the smart TV but we ruled out that the problem is lnly when on Virgin broadband not on G4 or any other broadband when at friends for instance. Please help

    Virgin media clearly has monopoly / dominant position in hi speed cable provision of bdband. It's unhealthy & deleterious to consumers & UK productivity given consistently poor service. UK needs "world beating" broadband NOT 2nd rate + anti competitive @ofcomCH @UKLabour @RupaHuq

    Extremely disappointed with Virgin Media. Made a contract with them for internet for my business on the 09/09/21 and still NO INTERNET installed. Called customer service and they can’t help, call the order manger and they can’t help too. Who can Virgin? @virginmedia @Virgin

    So now my @virginmedia bill has gone up another £30 a month, a year after it went up £20 a month. Ridiculous! You can never get through either. When you do you can't understand anyone. Nice outsourcing. Great return for the investors and ceos, nothing for us little ppl

    @NOW Your service is awful. Even the guy in customer service told me it’s awful and recommended Virgin Media🥲. So Because you only provide the weakest service in my area I have to cancel my contract BUT you want to charge me even though you CANNOT provide the service!? #poor
