-
Tony Payne (Main Account) (@Poddys_bu1) reported@CheekyVic @virginmedia It's almost impossible to get through to an English call centre, the Indians never have a clue what we actually want. Moved on now and our local provider, Toob is really good.
-
Frankie Smith (@frankiesmith74) reported@virginmedia please can someone phone me urgently to deal with the entirely unacceptable service I am receiving from your home mover team. A failed installation on Wednesday and no engineers turning up yesterday or today despite being promised! I can’t get through on the phone
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Expanse Consulting Ltd (@ExpanseCon) reported@ulickdcox @VodafoneIreland Not a vodafone issue. Looks like a core switch failure, optical cross-connect fault or other fault inside one of the central carrier-neutral hubs. It has dropped interconnection across multiple fixed ISPs (Virgin Media, Eir, Siro, NBI) simultaneously.
-
Adam (@adamebond) reported@virginmedia The Channel 4 app isn’t working on 360. It freezes before it gets to the main menu. Is that an issue on your end or theirs?
-
Frankie Smith (@frankiesmith74) reported@virginmedia you have failed to install broadband at my new property as part of home move service. I have been promised engineers will attend each day for last 3 days - no sign! I’ve asked for updates - nothing! I’ve been told I’ll be contacted by Area Manager - nothing! Terrible
-
R (@Rah333m111) reported@O2 @virginmedia spent months trying to resolve incorrect default from Jan 2026.Multiple complaints have been incorrectly closed/ignored/been passed between departments. No deadlock letter closed my complaint without addressing my response. @LutzSchueler help! Comp unacceptable!
-
ArtVandaley (@dothefunkgibbon) reported@virginmedia Instead of silly twitter replies , when you know there is a big outage why don't you publish it on the website ? Have a message on the phone line also , would solve a lot of problems . Your phone lines were overwhelmed yet that could have been prevented .
