    @hummzak We at Virgin Media have a brand new IPTV service for 35 pounds flat fee, no monthly subscription + you get installations and service support, so it if breaks well fix replace it at no cost. Let me know if your interested

    virgin media was asking for my customer’s card details over the phone which i found suspicious but he goes to me “i ain’t got anything in the bank for them to nick anyway hahaha” 😭😭😭

    @MayorofLondon Shame they provide the most terrible customer service and treat you like they've got you by the short and curlies! Pay £400 a year for a service, custome service agents are like robots and stuff you for days when it doesn't work with no alternative offered! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I did and it said the service was ok. It’s now working after several times of going onto Amazon. I just don’t know why the service has become so poor recently

    My day off and I still cannot watch Amazon prime due to virgin media delivering a ****** service. I really think we need to switch providers now. Enough is enough.

    @virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

    @virginmedia putting their tariffs up by 17.3% from 1st April - that’s 3.9% over the Retail Price Index Inflation of 13.4%…people getting nowhere near this sort of increase in their pay packets…hang your heads in shame especially in a cost of living crisis.

    @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

    @virginmedia Yes I have checked the service status, it is the first thing I do & all was fine. The issues is with the cable Ethernet & the phone connection in the Hub 4. I don’t use your WiFi setup as my house is fully cabled for networking. I am a Network Architect, so have done basic tests

    On phone to @virginmedia for 55 mins to cancel, speak to 4 different people about a mis-sold service and then when I ask them to produce my contract they hang up. Not happy.

    @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

    @AceTrainerLiam @virginmedia Their 1Gb service when we had it was shocking, zero ability to speak to anyone and no-one knew what they were doing with the technology. If you're looking for consistency at 1Gb I hope you find it if you get the upgrade. We left them thanks to their 1Gb service.

    @virginmedia I specifically spoke to 2 teams yesterday to ensure we wouldn’t be pushed again- both assured me it would be happening next week. For someone to have changed their mind today! Really very very poor. We are home workers, working on data, (that we were having to pay virgin for)

    Akin to "watching paint dry" or "moving at the pace of treacle", I would like to add "waiting in the queue to speak to a member of the Virgin Media Customer Relations messaging team" to things that very slow and very boring. Granted, it's not as catchy, but you get my point.

    @virginmedia Besides the fault last night , I am having poor service every day for the past 5 months or more and can not work as the internet is dropping and also the coverage is poor Called numerous times and still no solution

    @virginmedia Done, but not. ChatBot questions with no bearing on the issue. Finally got agent choice, but wait is hour, so not hanging on. Have delivery tracking number, so customer using my number can be identified, but @virginmedia - a comms business, has so many barriers to communication

    @virginmedia No I’d much rather you just come out and fix it or give me this not happen money back and I’m going to sky it’s ridiculous I shouldn’t be paying this much money for it to not connect to the TVs most the time or the phones and always be laggy and and disconnect me on the Xbox

    @virginmedia Hello twitter virgin. Please help me - yesterday I got a letter saying we are sorry you have made a complaint please give us 28 days to look into it. And today I have an email saying your charge is £40 Direct debit will be taken .... I was expecting a refund!!!
