Well it didnβt make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

Simon (@cleggy1966) reported@virginmedia Yes. Because there was still an outage in the area, you cancelled the appointments. My issue was separate to the outage, but apparently you just cancel any appointments when there is an outage, irrespective of whether the issue relates to it or not. Madness.

The ombudsman would clearly side with you and you probably would have already been with a new provider by now
