This is rubbish because we have network setup there with much better hardware than your box. Now none of it works and I am hundreds of miles from his house. Why?

BB/TV failed in November, after many calls they say it will be fixed in March 2023 😬 Compensation is only calculated when service is restored 😪 Fair?

However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.
