    @virginmedia You do know we get tons of messages before engineer comes to property so why don’t we send one of cancellation and after if outage is fixed to ask them is your home broadband is working or not ?

    @virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

    @virginmedia I have better things to do with my time than phoning @virginmedia The system should pick up on this. Virgin’s system is quick to chase me regarding the return of a bloody hub. Absolutely atrocious service.

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    @virginmedia It’s working now but because the broadband was down for hours my Amazon blink wireless camera now refuses to reconnect 😡 it detects every virgin, sky router & even hp printer in the area just not my hub that it’s sat right next to 😡, 5G is showing up on my iPad but not 2G

    @virginmedia It would even help to get information sent to there house. To be honest they are paying a fortune for one box with not many channels and they have the telephone and they wanted to see their opinions. Also finding we are getting no help

    @virginmedia Whenever I try to use your service it comes as error. So I can’t tell if it’s down in my area. But a Download speed of 0.4 and I pay for a ping of 30 is unacceptable

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin. Internet currently down in area 26. Neighbour called and was told it was due to virgin "making service improvements". I'm presuming if this was the case we'd be notified in advance? Working from home becomes pretty difficult without internet.
