@virginmedia Of course: since Wednesday night, service is down due to outage and estimated time keeps being pushed forward! First it said 6:35 yesterday, then it was 10pm, then today 9am, then 5pm, then 9pm. Still down! Service completely down SE18 and looks like there’s nothing concrete.

@virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@virginmedia first told there was no problem with the internet and that it could be my devices now there is a problem in HD5 area and we are going to be without internet for 7 hours. Such poor customer service and will be switching to another provider. Some of us work from home
