    @ontvnow @virginmedia I had webchat w customer service adviser this morning @ontvnow who confirmed my email account was locked - but said the forms he normally uses to unlock accounts were not working so has passed the issue on to next line support....😐

    @virginmedia Wired, I use the hub in modem mode to pass the signal to a Nightgear xr500, I’m using cat5e cables but I don’t think that’s the problem as that’s rated as 1000mb
