Every ten question or so is along the line of ”pick one option to continue: 1. I really love Virgin Customer Services OR 2. I have a really small ****”. Worst experience for a long time. Virgin still hasn’t fulfilled it resolution agreement mad back in Nov 2020 and have had to chase and hound you with up to 7 calls as staff which should be able to, can’t get it right!

The bank will then attempt to cancel it and if they too struggle, they do a chargeback. Enough chargebacks, and their account gets closed by Visa/MC Debit orders I avoid as far as possible
