    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    @virginmedia Can I ask why? Isn’t the cost to get a new customer higher than retaining an existing one? I can’t work out the logic of pointing out a cheaper price for the same package that you won’t give me as I’m an existing customer. It’s a bit of a kick in the teeth.

    @virginmedia Let this be a warning to anyone looking at using virgin media. So I called today as still no call back, to be told the resolution time is 14 days. Apparently I can’t be put through to the complaints department, despite being put through to them on Friday last week.

    @virginmedia A resolution is not a one sided thing- I am concerned for your use of the word. It is not purely down to Virgin to decide what the resolution is- particualry on the back of a catalogue of unresolved failures @ofcom
