    @virginmedia Not now that we have invested in a £300 mesh WiFi system so we can get WiFi across the house as the router is pointless. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄

    @virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

    got a phone call from a representative of @vmbusiness told them that I won’t talk to them unless they provide an email so I can track who I am talking with. the response: goodbye and hang down. Virgin Media Business customer care is the worst I ever experienced.

    @virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

    @virginmedia Yes, I've tried all, rebooted, factory reset...only lasts for 20 mins if that. Was losing connection to my work server every 10-15 seconds due to the unstable connection, its very frustrating! We can't even stream videos without it buffering.

    @virginmedia Like I said I was on the phone speaking to someone who told me they could not assist. They told me they could not log a complaint as their system was ‘broken’ abs to log on the app or website (this is impossible)!

    @virginmedia It didn’t, I phoned and held for 20 mins. I gave up! Things happened this week tho, guys arrived and fixed the issue in the street. Great stuff. I then got a text yesterday telling me someone would be here today to complete the installation and I believed it!

    @virginmedia Your agents promised respectively on feb 13 and mar 6 to get back via writing; sadly I’ve heard nothing from them. You are unreliable and time wasting and now would cut off the service again due to another ‘outstanding’ bill

    @virginmedia Aha.... you DO exist! I've been trying to change my plan for the last few months, but every time I try and get in touch, (as I have for the last 15 years of being a customer), It seems practically impossible. Probably easier to cancel the contract, than negotiate!
