    @virginmedia thank you for sending out an engineer after the previous two couldn't fix our ongoing issue, but it would've been nice to have gotten a text or more than one call from an unknown number to confirm whether or not they are actually coming x

    @JohnKingscott @virginmedia As an IT manager for Her Majesty’s Treasury I find it annoyingly ironic that my role now involves governing their hybrid video calls but I can’t actually join any because my broadband is down.     @virginmedia We haven't had a stable connection since January and our internet drops out at least 20 times a day. Your customer service line is anything but useful, as no one seems to be able to figure out the issue that is causing this consistently inconsistent internet service.

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive an invoice but had a DD taken from my account. I am not sure why I need an engineer either as there is a virgin media box from the previous renters. My ISSUE is the delay and that 41 days is not acceptable! Please actually help! I need to be able to work!!!
