    @virginmedia Despite your status tracker saying the issue has been resolved in my area (HX3) I still have no connection. This has now been a week and I have had to arrange for the technician to visit the property on Friday (the earliest available) with a chance of paying £25 for the privilege

    After being on the phone and they transferred me 3 times. On the 3rd time I was waiting for 20mins and they just disconnected me - I didn’t even get through to the 3rd person. Is this how you treat your customers @virginmedia ?
