    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    @virginmedia oomph package installed last week and since it has been installed i have had nothing but nightmare! The tv doesnt work correctly the wifi not working properly i only get 20.5 downloads i asked for engineer to visit you refused tried to cancel package u refuse

    @virginmedia It’s like talking to a wall - just a text message service that just don’t even listen - well virginmedia apply your charge and we will see you in court . I can’t see how I am wrong when doing as requested then you want to charge me because your man didn’t write the info down

    @virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

    @virginmedia I have tried to speak to someone for 5 days and managed to get someone today and I have now been waiting 3 hours for an answer on my complaint. And I don’t believe that you cannot escalate this issue to someone who can help. I will give this 5 working days and then issue action

    @virginmedia But during the week in the daytime the upload was so slow, couldn’t get video calls or screen sharing to work. As I say, it’s ok right now, so seems like a ‘capacity’ thing on your network. But still not great for me trying to work at home (which I always do!)

    @virginmedia I made an appointment for an engineer to rectify no TV service for 25 Jan. In light of lockdown is this still happening? I never got a confirmation email from customer service as they said I would? I’ve been on hold for 3 hours via phone, hence this tweet.
