    @josh_hardie @virginmedia We had exactly the same problems for over a year - regular wifi drop out, system down for a few days with no explanation or assistance. After one too many challenges like yours and a similar response moved to Plusnet and no problems since then

    30 mins on the phone with @virginmedia just to get told they have a problem on there end that’s why it’s taking so long. I just need a technician sent out I’m now 3 weeks without broadband that they will still be expecting me to pay. It’s a joke. Con men.
