    @virginmedia our connection is down in London SE15. When we log into our virgin account it says we’re not customers,the phone number - 150 and the alternative - both go dead when we dial, and your chat function is directing us to the phone. How do we contact you & sort this?

    @virginmedia To just say "we are busy" on the 150 number and disconnect callers is utterly unacceptable. Then on 0345 it just drops you after 45 minutes of hold music. It is as if you are deliberately making it hard for us to cancel......

    Broadband supplier #VirginMedia customer service is awful. Twice today spoke 2 people both had my account in front of them, was told hold whilst i transfer you. After waiting for over 30 mins on both occasions i hung up, Web chat tell you to call. #customerservice has to be 0

    @virginmedia ok so my contract is ending and you are increasing it by 50pct to £60... With nothing extra. And still no compensation for 3 days internet outage. BT and Sky are offering £45. So what's the story????

    @Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

    @virginmedia The issue you ‘fixed’ hasn’t resolved anything. I’m now being told earliest at-home tech appointment is 4th Feb. I am a freelancer who relies on internet to make an income wfh. If it doesn’t work, neither do I - and I lose jobs. PLEASE HELP.

    @virginmedia Having to reboot hub & WiFi every time I try to use my TV box from standby. It’s only 2months old. Online diagnostics says it needs a technician but won’t confirm appointment. Can this be resolved? There’s no issue with the WiFi or other TV box that’s further away

    @virginmedia Well that topped a day of disgraceful service. I didn’t get that call. Then when I phoned at 7pm to speak to a Manager I was told I’d have to wait 2 hours …..still waiting! Unbelievable. Now my phone will go off as new adapter not fitted 😡

    @virginmedia Besides I'm currently paying less than £ and my package ends end of May. Then will go up to £120ish. As an existing customer to be offered £116 as the cheapest deal possible is an insult. And I still can't my package cancelled!
