@Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

@nickholl @virginmedia we have been having IP clash issues on our Virgin router, try turning wifi off on all other devices connected to your wifi, then turn your iPhone wifi off and on again, then see if it helps.
