    @virginmedia Yes I have checked the service status, it is the first thing I do & all was fine. The issues is with the cable Ethernet & the phone connection in the Hub 4. I donโ€™t use your WiFi setup as my house is fully cabled for networking. I am a Network Architect, so have done basic tests

    @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

    The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

    @virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

    Iโ€™ve had 3 hours sleep, Iโ€™m trying to catch up and within 10 mins Iโ€™ve had four calls from **** bags pretending to be from Virgin Media. The next **** to do this, Iโ€™ll be tracking your location and paying you a ******* visit! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @_Lewis_A @virginmedia I had this problem and was advised to buy new cables, did that and it gets minimum 200mb now, also make sure all cables are really tight and fitted properly.

    @virginmedia Hi, the VMGo app is telling me I need to upgrade to watch live tv but Iโ€™ve got the right package to have access and have until today watched live via the app. Is there an issue? Tried restarting it etc.

    @virginmedia What does an area outage mean? I pay Virgin about ยฃ150 a month for services. This is over the odds but I thought I was getting a reliable service and so went with it.

    Ok @virginmedia, Iโ€™ve had enough. Weโ€™ve been without our TV for 6 days following the outage last week. We have been given several promises for dates that the issue will be fixed - hasnโ€™t happened. I was promised an update by phone this morning - hasnโ€™t happened. 30 year customer!

    @virginmedia I have had no TV since Thursday morning. Every year your prices go up above the rate of inflation and the is NO improvement in service. I have no reason to stay with Virgin Media.

    @Benleo @virginmedia This "quality" service is endemic in the UK these days, there's no accountability, if you got ยฃ50 for every aborted attempt, you can bet they'd get it done 1st time every time. OFCOM should punish these firms with huge fines and bring in accountability, otherwise this will just go on.
