@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply. It’s an intermittently very slow broadband speed. I’ve gone through troubleshooting steps (ie turned it off and on again) and no status issues, however when I try and run a test via the app/website it doesn’t seem to work.
