@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

@virginmedia No faults are showing for my area. I tried running the test and the first 5 or so times it said the server unexpectedly dropped the connection and couldn’t load the page. Eventually it worked and said there were no network issues.

@virginmedia Its not the sppeds that are the problem, it is the loss of internet every night! I think the technician has said he will do a full cable check and if necessary arrange for a new supply.
