    @virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

    @virginmedia This experience is now becoming surreal. After finally speaking to someone last Friday, they couldn’t fix the problem, so promised I’d get a call back within 72 hours. 144 hours later and still no call, I’m back to square 1 in the hold queue! Aaaarrrrggghhh!!!!!!
