@katerussell Virgin Media support once told me that 2 days of no service were because “accidents happen”. I immediately switched to another broadband provider and will never go back to Virgin.

People really don't listen man literally told so many people to get off virgin media like 18 months ago because I knew it was going down hill but nah everyone wants the funky speeds to flex to their egirls. Get your console/pc onto Sky/BT and you will not have an issue
