BB/TV failed in November, after many calls they say it will be fixed in March 2023 ๐ฌ Compensation is only calculated when service is restored ๐ช Fair?

I was told it would not be sorted before March 6th. I had been promised 3 call backs from different people in the Exec Department - none have followed up.
