@virginmedia Hi - I am trying to get into contact with you but the phone line is dead and you are not answering the message service. How can I speak to someone ?

  • ssb316 Ssb316 (@ssb316) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Are you able to remove all registered devices from my Virgin TV Go account? Searching online it looks like there is a bug on the system, which requires Virgin Support to remove the devices.

  • MrGarySmith Gary Brian Smith (@MrGarySmith) reported from Dartford, England

@virginmedia All seems slow for a 500mb services you did a 30 day test and sent me a letter and you agreed it was not up to speed. All WiFi is slow even with the new router. I read online a lot of people saying your router are not good compared to others I have a apple time machine I can use?

  • matthewcarter7 Matthew Carter (@matthewcarter7) reported from London, England

@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

  • jimmymc James Mc (@jimmymc) reported from Bromley, England

@virginmedia Yep. I asked to start a complaint, to which I was told I problem.. and guess what.. no-one’s been in touch. Been constantly with you since ‘96 through Nynex, C&W, NTL, Virgin Media. Think I deserve more loyalty than I’m getting.

  • citigirly lisa sibley (@citigirly) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Ok so says issue now fixed could tell they were working on it as lost tv and then internet came back for 5 mins, but now no internet again? So issue not fixed can you contact the engineer working on it to say not fixed ASAP please

  • andypurbrick Huey Morgan Gluten Freeman (@andypurbrick) reported from Walthamstow, England

Glad I'm not working from home today, @virginmedia broadband down again 😒

  • MrGarySmith Gary Brian Smith (@MrGarySmith) reported from Dartford, England

@virginmedia No, no, no. Just got an official letter saying I can leave without notice, so for a long standing customer (about 10yrs?) to be told that without any kind of solution, alternatives no offer of a refund, then to see an advert saying you can offer double I’m getting in my area? WTF

  • lourdesmarenco Lourdes Marenco (@lourdesmarenco) reported from Camberwell, England

@benchappers83 @virginmedia Unacceptable! Fight them, this can’t be right. They can’t do whatever they please. Change provider if your rights as customer are not respected.

  • alewis2106 Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England

Does anyone know of a service worse than @virginmedia? Our home phone went down 5 weeks ago and we were promised an engineer in 10 days, yet still no one has come. I have tried ringing the customer help number a number of times but after about 1 hour 15 mins it rings off. Help!

  • StaceyRebekka Stacey Karlsson (@StaceyRebekka) reported from London, England

@virginmedia please can you share an email address for complaints. I have not had my issues resolved and there is only a postal address. (Which I assume isn’t monitored due to Covid) I am also sending the same complaint to Ofcom and CISAS.

  • alewis2106 Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Thank you for your reply. We had a technician out over 5 weeks ago to check the landline. He told us the cable in the road was damaged and it would take 10 days to fix. That was nearly 6 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since and can’t get through to your customer services.

  • pussinpjs1 linda holmes (@pussinpjs1) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Thanks couldn't help and I have stopped waiting. All I wanted to was change my password as I had forgotten it 🙄😕😔

  • stephendball Stephen Ball (@stephendball) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia @nikkijcar Answer me for god sake! Do you think maybe when your existing customers are using your “moving home” service they might be busy oh I don’t know... moving home? So don’t have time to wait around for your engineer 90 minutes after their appointment?

  • MrGarySmith Gary Brian Smith (@MrGarySmith) reported from Dartford, England

@virginmedia Yes I can leave without notice no mention of a refund for the service I paid for I didn’t receive...

  • citigirly lisa sibley (@citigirly) reported from London, England

@virginmedia hi have had no internet since this afternoon, a fault ref did come up but just received text to say fixed but still no internet ref Fault Ref: F008694497 can you help? I have tried re booting

  • alewis2106 Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Engineer booked for Tuesday. I spoke to Ezra on your team who was brilliant in fairness. Very apologetic about the level of service and now looks like we need planning permission to dig up the road to fix the cable.🥴 Thanks for your responses and happy new year!

  • Shims_g Glyn Shimell (@Shims_g) reported from Bromley, England

@virginmedia your customer process to report a deceased account holder to cancel services is an absolute shambles, been on hold for 2 hours, no links on your website to do it. Thank god I’m with @SkyUK

  • craigglenday Craig Glenday (@craigglenday) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia Resolved now, thanks. Not easy to cancel a V Mobile contract, & not at all clear on the site (I get it, you don’t want to make it too easy for customers to leave, but it was all going a bit Kafka!) The Virgin Media customer experience, on the other hand, was vastly more pleasant!

  • OllieToogood Ollie Toogood (@OllieToogood) reported from Islington, England

@virginmedia still waiting for my call back re my complaint C-291120591. It is ridiculous one has to wait so long for a phone call, it’s not I require an engineer to attend!!! Is this your example of customer service? Joke
