@virginmedia Yes seen that excuse numerous times on @virginmedia Tfeed in reply to most customers but it really doesn’t help when we pay for an expensive service which is in a constant state of degradation! If I wasn’t so lazy I’d move elsewhere, except the broadband is good when it works!

@virginmedia The coverage is fine. A Vodafone phone works but yours does not when next to each other. There is a problem with your network setup which impacts every 5G user in Wolverhampton. Did you look at forum link ?

@virginmedia No because I checked the services today and it was a known isssue with a fix estimate of 20th Dec. Even though yesterday the fix estimate was 17th Dec ie today!! It’s really difficult to trust the fix estimates as from my experience they are always exceeded, and changed!!
