    Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @KirstyCM @virginmedia OMG, it’s the worse. I had an issue since October still haven’t been resolved until now and they are still charging me. Spent 60mins on phone 10x trying to resolve they pass you about or cancel call after being put on hold. Disgusting service. Just cancelled the Direct Debit

    @virginmedia I was given no explanation and no courtesy call. I was told that they don’t do either when I asked why I wasn’t. I appreciate your speedy reply thank you 😊 & I would really appreciate you implement both since your customer service person I called said you don’t do either

    3rd time in 11 days my land line has broken. @virginmedia 2 engineers a week apart apparently fixed it. Today not working again. Not good enough virgin. It is essential that I have a land line!!!

    @virginmedia No reported issues in my area. Weirdly hive hub appears online but every other device, phones laptops etc are reporting "IP configuration" and nothing connecting. Your website keeps falling over on 4g too which doesn't help

    2...subscribe to £5 a month unable to cancel for 6mths. Oh and by the way there's a £20 set up fee. Unbelievable. Although my PC internet setting are not @virginMedia equipment it is within the remit of a service provider to help access the internet, a disgrace! Explain yourself.

    @pedalsingh @virginmedia They're the worst. We moved from them after years of issues. Never got the speeds we were paying for, had huge periods of no Internet. On demand service from the TV worked about half of the time and their customer service was awful.

    @virginmedia It's the Indian sales advisor informing me I need confirm my full address and postcode before continuing. I subsequently confirm partial and ask them to complete as I don't know if they are who they say they are and they hang up. Not good customer experience

    @virginmedia Hi John. Yea apparently so and they've come multiple times, even chalking the route. They haven't rearranged so I've now agreed a contract with Sky and cancelled the virgin install. Shame to do so as I've been a virgin media customer for 6years

    @virginmedia 3/3 hanging up on customers whilst still talking and trying to sell products that wont fix the issue is not a good look at all. Issue has been ongoing since the contracted started btw! Horrible customer service. Took 3 months for someone to actually help.
