    @virginmedia 1/ I've been without internet access since last night. I called this morning at 830 and did reset as told, didn't work so was told it'd be passed on to network engineers and they'd get back to me if it didn't come back on within the hour.

    @virginmedia 4/ I work from home so asked what can I do in the meantime? No help given. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Waited 15 mins to speak to Supervisor ( 45 mins total already spent on phone)..

    @virginmedia I would not have used these terms as I didn’t know them however I presumed that all the necessary work would be done in the background. Why would I keep the landline with Virgin when I was VERY UNHAPPY with the service provided

    @virginmedia I cancelled my broadband subscription in October and Virgin have kept charging me for landline although other provider inform me that they are providing service I just want to close the Virgin account

    Wow @virginmedia is having a complete meltdown in my area and their automated service is telling me that this "short" interruption to my internet services should be resolved at 10 am tomorrow. That's 14 hours from now! What if my work depended on it?

    @virginmedia I presume so. I was quite clear I wanted to leave Virgin as I was not happy with the services provided even though they tried to keep me as a customer. I feel Virgin are making it as difficult as possible and I am paying for it

    @virginmedia awful disgusting customer service. 3 different agents 3 conflicting replies and told other were lies! What has happened to virgin? Supervisor was so rude. Didn't listen and kept interrupting me with robot replies. #terriblecustomerservice #badcustomerservice

    @virginmedia I performed the reset, it still does not recognise the code. Very disappointed. On Wednesday I wasted 3 hours on the phone talking to 13 of your people one of whom brazenly told me to fix all issues I must buy an upgrade. I am sorry to say the whole experience is abysmal 💔

    I called @virginmedia back and they are now saying they won’t be able to install my internet until February 15th, a month after they sent me the modem. They’ve already activated my account and are charging me, but are telling me that shouldn’t have happened and they can’t fix it.

    @virginmedia Occasionally I hard wire when I’m doing live online events. It involves using a 10-meter cable that runs up the stairs and across the hall so it’s a massive safety issue but it does make the connection more stable.

    @virginmedia Yeah, it doesn't show anything. It didn't show anything at the start of December when the problems started happening, I called you up and got told that there was indeed works in the area. Ever since, I go from 350mbps to 20 randomly.

    After phone them again last night as was able to get an engineer to come today, he found the fault, it was a cut cable outside the horse and fix it now. He was great and quickly. The first phone call to support last night was horrible and needed fixing. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Can you just send me another SIM? It's clearly the SIM that's not working. I've already tried reporting my phone stolen a second time but haven't received any emails, so I guess that hasn't worked. How can I contact you without a phone? The nearest payphone's over a mile away!

    @virginmedia I have called the customer service line on two occasions and your staff has put down the phone on me. I called again and I was told I would get a call back as my situation was very sensitive but that person has not called me back. Can someone please call me!!
