    @virginmedia Media services. I do, but we are going through a divorce, so tension is an issue, and we have already ‘dealt with it’ but no one your end has actioned the transfer or is prepared to help. You had my £20 and ID and proof of address and transfer form on 21/3/19 so well over 30 days

    @RosellaDegori @virginmedia Is still out in N16 from 4pm yesterday. When you check status it says OK but I think they are lying. Help is possible to contact in Tuesday 08am, i am getting fed up.

    @virginmedia London EC1 is out. Seems a mast has been damaged in the brief heavy storm that hit London moments before. An act of god however don’t believe in him! At least I get usually get 99% great service from virgin :)

    @virginmedia customer service is shocking, no Broadband or TV and when you call to find out an update you get a recorded messsge “Sorry lines are busy please try later” or try another service provider.

    @virginmedia day four and still no phone line, not had one call returned, not received an email as promised, this is on a business line costing me a fortune in business.2nd time I've had an issue this year. Terrible company to deal with.

    @virginmedia no one will help me because my name ‘isn’t on the account’ but it should be if the transfer had been actioned properly. You have the form and my ID etc. Yesterday someone would help, today no one will. I can’t even speak to disconnections, because of this problem!

    Had an Internet issue for 4 months with @virginmedia called done all the tests resets on numerous of times nothing worked. Finally get through to an advisor today and had to argue to get the issue fixed. 1hr half later finally sends a hub #shameonyouvirgin

    @virginmedia so called up today as wanted remove my t.v & phone and just have broadband only. Seen online new customers get 350meg for £38.99. A friend of mine just got it off you today for £42, I was told £52 which is disgusting you can charge a loyal customer such a difference
