    @virginmedia The SAR apparently should take up to 30 days by which point it will have been 8 weeks since original complaint with no response from VM meaning I can go to CISAS with all evidence needed.

    @virginmedia Hi, I have 1GB line on Hub 4. When I start my MacBook I get 500gb, if I leave on standby for 15-20 minutes it goes to 20 mb unless I restart my laptop which is so annoying could someone please help me to stay on the same speed all the time

    So @virginmedia have just told me that a complaint I made over a month ago was actually never going to go anywhere and was only with the person I made the complaint to. I’ve just wasted a month on a complaint that was never going to get resolved. They wonder why ppl hate them

    @virginmedia There's the problem. Service status says 'no known issues'. Phone line says service interrupted back by 1000. Confusing information and inaccurate? The service has been dreadful for FOUR days now!

    @virginmedia None, sadly. Email updates promised & never arrived. A call from an engineer also promised & never happened. The social media team have been responsive. Other parts of Virgin much less so.

    @virginmedia Oh they just hung up on me after being on hold for over an hour. If virgin media genuinely think I’m going to pay this bill after the level of service I’ve received they absolutely have another thing coming.

    @virginmedia You may well do, but you also make it an absolute nightmare for existing customers to change their products to help reduce costs. You’re only focused on upgrades and new customers. Rewarding my 12 years with you with difficulty contacting you and a 2.5 hour wait isn’t good Enid

    @virginmedia I hope you understand that offering new customers the same packages at less than 50% of existing customers is one reason, coupled with a very poor customer service process for existing customers seals it. Likely we won’t be seeing you for a while until this changes.

    @virginmedia Of course you'd recommend not cancelling the direct debit, as a company you want the money. Me as a company has lost 10 days of business, so how will you compensate for that? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND @virginmedia EVER AGAIN. No-one ever calls back, ever!!! Useless team all round.

    @virginmedia your insipid automated system won't let me talk to anybody because it thinks I haven't paid a bill that WAS paid by direct debit. Your daft SMS system doesn't work either, it just keeps asking me what service I'm asking about and then if I want to switch to whatsapp.

    Have you heard about @VirginMedia ? 📺 ⚽ 🎮 two 50 plus minute phone calls to have a faulty hub replaced and the issue still exists and no new hub on the way. Fobbed off time and time again.
