@virginmedia Signal as a whole; router drops to less than 1kbps and remote IP changes like it's trying to reconnect. A power cycle seems to correct it but think I'll need some watchdog program and remote switch to do that if the signal drops and I'm away from the house.

@virginmedia This is getting boring now. Contacted customer services to be told a Virtual Technician would ring me by 18:00. I wasn’t holding out any hope. So far been without TV or Broadband for 10 days with so called engineers never turning up to replace equipment. I give up !!!!!

@virginmedia we moved home and stayed on with virgin broadband. Our app shows that we're no longer with virgin media anymore and the account nr on the invoices is not the same as the account nr on the app. There is no account support on the app so have to resort to twitter. Help
