    @virginmedia Broadband gone down again in SE3 8HT area, I’ve reset the hub 3times and still no Wi-Fi or broadband. I’m using data on my phone again.

    @virginmedia @LeePartridge16 A particularly poor explanation. What you really mea n is that you only offer attractive prices to grab new customers but have little regard for customer loyalty. That's why I left @virginmedia too

    @virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

    @jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

    Just how **** are Virgin Media...my email was down for two evenings and probably the days as well earlier in the week, and now it's down again. Virgin Media i need to access my emails....this level of service is unacceptable. I'm paying for this crap service! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I opened a forum post around a month ago with the same issues, and again, it ended up being over utilization issues, and nothing has changed really since. I'm fed up of being messed about in the endless circle that seems to be virgin medias issues.
