    @virginmedia She was in one location but is now on a coach heading home(UK) but has about 20hrs to go and would like the use of her phone! Her friend (on a different network!!) has worked fine since they set off. It worked on the wayout finding local networks as they travelled...

    @virginmedia I have tried to get through to someone on your live chat, when I select exsisting customer I get told everyone is busy. If I select new customer I get through straight away. What a way to treat existing loyal customers!

    The problem wasn’t resolved, informed that many customers were phoning with a similar issues with BT sport. Can’t log onto the app as my WiFi is currently not working either! That’s being looked at on Friday @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I had an engineer appointment for broadband issues. I got a message that this had been put on hold while you fix an issue. Now a message saying it is apparently fixed but I still have no internet and have now lost my appointment! Unacceptable, please respond

    @virginmedia That everything was down Broadband, TV & Phone until 12pm but was all sorted in a way at 1pm broadband still trying to settle its self down but getting better as time goes on but just don’t like the complete lack of communication when there is an issue
