@JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

@vmbusiness LOST FOR WORDS I have been a business customer of yours since May 2021 my broadband has gone down 8 times and 6 engineers have come out. The broad band is down again I’ve called and now waiting for a message to confirm when someone will be coming out again!

30 minutes into my second call to @virginmedia (they dropped the first call) trying to get to speak to whoever "called" me now they are asking what the complaint is about. Maybe they called me using Virginmedia equipment which might explain why they were unable to get through!!!!
