    @virginmedia somehow you have reset my Dadโ€™s Virgin media box, LAN seems to be off and the wifi on it is back on. This is rubbish because we have network setup there with much better hardware than your box. Now none of it works and I am hundreds of miles from his house. Why?

    Absolute nightmare with @virginmedia arranging new package. Since agreeing package deal yesterday I've received FOUR different emails telling me I'm gonna be paying four different amounts, all higher than what was agreed. Absolutely terrible customer service and real headache

    @virginmedia Itโ€™s everything downstream of the LAN ports, so wifi on the box is on and working but all his wired network is offline. I have asked him to check all the cabling to make sure itโ€™s all connected.

    @virginmedia John - lights are on but the external fault has already been established. It is a contractor that has to deal with the issue - one claimed to have done it but it failed to work - now you contractor is failing to respond to requests by your colleagues 4 updates on a new commission

    @DiBrander We left Virgin Media because they were awful at fixing issues. We had a fault go on for over a month but no compensation because you have to have full service loss. It was over ยฃ90 a month too.

    @Kirsty_x85 @virginmedia Many company sales people do this, because they have been told that not knocking is following the cold calling rules. The posting of cards through letterboxes is what most of them do instead. I have the same problem. At least you were not disturbed by the hard sell.

    @virginmedia Are you ***************. Theres a known issue in my area AGAIN just as the england game is on AGAIN. If i miss this game like i have the past 2 games because of your awful service ill be claiming an entire months compensation. I was down 4 days last week now its happening again.
