    @virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

    @virginmedia It's the router signal is not strong and stable enough as have had several engineers here and they have said the same so lots of money for poor service :-(

    @virginmedia I've already done that 4 times and between being on hold and talking to your advisors i must of wasted about 8 hrs of my time and everytime I get a different answer. Surely with the technology we have these days you must have an email address for customer service/ complaints.
