    @virginmedia My approach is simply to contact my service provider who I pay a lot of money to and ask them to sort it. That hasn’t worked.

    @virginmedia London EC1 is out. Seems a mast has been damaged in the brief heavy storm that hit London moments before. An act of god however don’t believe in him! At least I get usually get 99% great service from virgin :)

    @virginmedia As I said, I’ve done the pin reset thing as Ben suggested. I’m fed up trying to fix something that wasn’t my fault. And I won’t get any recompense. I feel trapped by @virginmedia Can’t wait to escape

    @RosellaDegori @virginmedia Is still out in N16 from 4pm yesterday. When you check status it says OK but I think they are lying. Help is possible to contact in Tuesday 08am, i am getting fed up.

    @virginmedia customer service is shocking, no Broadband or TV and when you call to find out an update you get a recorded messsge “Sorry lines are busy please try later” or try another service provider.

    @virginmedia the customer service is rubbish. I was on phone for 1/2 hour and cutoff. Now on phone again for 45 minutes waiting. You don’t allow existing customers to leave virgin or even to reduce their package online I’m forced to ask if you do this deliberately. Appalling.
