I spoke to several agents yesterday to sort broadband - you hadn't activated it & then, unsuccessfully, re 360 box issue - I suspect that too hasn't been activated. What's the point if theres outages everyday? I am beginning to suspect that Virgin media is controlling/throttling our usage. Other excuses don't add up.

Most of the time it shows nothing and "Emergency Calls Only". You really need to sort it out. And update your website. Thanks.
