    Now going to look at changing to Sky. Absolutely unacceptable delay by @virginmedia for a week. Trying to work from home. Definitely time to go. We pay a lot of money for a service that we’re not receiving. Don’t use them

    @virginmedia An intermittent problem in the area (we appear to be the only one). It’s not intermittent as it’s not working. It’s beyond a joke now. Costing a fortune in data usage

    @virginmedia @libertyglobal why don’t all your roadsidecabinets identify them as Virgin media with a cabinet ID and location postcode written on them and a QR code link /website to report problems with them hardly rocket science mr fries ceo liberty global is it

    @virginmedia There are no issues in my area supposedly. So why I’m I told that there are issues when I call. Nobody else around has a problem. My account says everything is working. Who’s telling the truth? Feeling very vulnerable here

    @virginmedia We can’t go for a week without this. Disabled person heavily reliant. Home security compromised. Not acceptable. Nobody else has the problem. This complaint is going to escalate

    @virginmedia Just called. Message says there are intermittent problems in the area. Then back to main menu on the phone says “ there are no problems in the area goodbye “. Not impressed

    @virginmedia One of your agents said they would send across a WiFi pod (which never happened) and then we were informed that he didn’t have the ability to send them after a further call 1 month later. We were also advised they would send us a hub 4 to try and get rid of the existing hub 3

    @virginmedia And then told that they couldn’t do that either, all whilst being very rude on the phone for an issue with the equipment which frankly I believe is not an acceptable level of service ( I don’t expect 100% reliability - but something better than no service would be nice!)

    @virginmedia I think it was the Wi-Fi connect app that was the problem. Managed to connect devices without the app. According to the app reviews it needs serious work. I was told on the phone it can take up to 48hrs to connect.🤔🤔

    @virginmedia Engineer was booked last week and the call back was supposed to explain why there was a no show. I’ve been advised now that I have to wait until the 19th for an engineer now. I’ve officially logged a complaint now

    @virginmedia Not really 1st agent advised me to contact VM thru the VM app! And that the complaint was showing open at her end. 2nd agent told me to wait for the 30 days and that the complaints was showing closed, as it does on my account & in yesterday's email. Great help they were

    Oh my god, the @virginmedia hub 5 is a pile of ****. 7 years with a hub 3 and not one single problem. Two weeks with a hub 5 and it's broken 27 times, been replaced once, second one has now died. I've had to do 6 factor resets this morning.

    @SChristyJones @virginmedia It isn't. My dad was at mine to watch the football on Saturday. Full 5g signal. I couldn't even get 5g in my area with virgin when I COULD get mobile internet
