    @virginmedia My service in the last week has been dreadful, constantly dropping away. I must have reset it at least three times each day. Can’t test from here as that part of your website is not working. I can’t currently connect at all. I’m E11 2LX. Can you look into it please

    Virgin Media is trending and as such it’s a good time to remind people that the only viable speeds should not be provided by the worst broadband company in customer service. Nothing will change if we stay quiet. UK-wide gigabit internet is ESSENTIAL to the growth of the economy.

    @virginmedia I might have a resolution after webchat- however agent has now sent emails to the wrong address. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It’s also against GDPR legislation. Not happy

    @virginmedia I have spoken to 8 people so far and struggling to find a conclusion hoping the engineer will have your sub-contract team back tomorrow to do a cable pull after they confirmed the issue had been sorted last Thursday when it clearly hadnt

    @Glovidge1 @virginmedia Twitter have no power to do anything. It’s deliberately organised that way. Same applies to virgin customer service generally. Designed to wear people down and hang onto money at all costs
