    @virginmedia right I’ve just about had enough of virgin customer services. Cancelled service on 10 December. Today find out account is live after logging in. On hold four times for over 45 minutes. Latest on hold for 1hr 19 minutes. Call gets answered then cut off! What the hell

    @virginmedia Yes after a 5 hour outage during a key work time did me it came back up. But I’m more disappointed in the delay in customer service response time.

    @virginmedia terrible terrible service. Internet cuts out every day at least 10 times a day, keep telling us it’s “due to the amount of devices” yet that has never been a problem before. DO NOT GO WITH VIRGIN

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @virginmedia To update you. I’ve now been on phone for 2 hours this morning. First to technical team who couldn’t help. Then to activation team who couldn’t help. Then to pre-install team who couldn’t help. I’m now being transferred again to technical team. WTF is going on?

    @ShamblesAndFuss @virginmedia There really should be laws about this. To make it as simple as absolutely possible to cancel. Even it it means them sending a letter for you to tick and post back for verification.

    @virginmedia Takes about an hour to watch a 20min video. So... well ****. Constantly told “it’s being worked on” but all the ETA are bollocks Now hearing it might be the 15th! The fact you expect me to pay for this month but because of you I can’t even work to earn the money is laughable!

    @virginmedia no patterns to the recent drops - could be 5 minutes or 2 hours i don't disconnect but speeds slow enough to disrupt EVERYTHING but every night for the last 9 months 12:00am -01:00am complete disconnect. takes a while to get back online
