    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @JohnKingscott @virginmedia As an IT manager for Her Majesty’s Treasury I find it annoyingly ironic that my role now involves governing their hybrid video calls but I can’t actually join any because my broadband is down. Ridiculous. I’ll be discussing compensation for loss of service with the area manager

    @virginmedia No. I was having a very intermixed connectivity until yesterday when completely stopped. Followed the steps to reset router and now iI am not able to see the signal to connect in any device and the router shows a white solid light, never intermittent while I try to reset etc.

    @virginmedia It's been a week now that our internet has constantly been dropping out, we used the service checker and it's saying we have no issues but we clearly do, was supposed to be "fixed" on the 28th at 4 o clock and nothing has been fixed at all..
