    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia None of the tv’s are close enough for an Ethernet.....and it will often come up on the screen and say ‘there is a problem, check you’re connected to the internet’ also like I said before, apart from the living room, we have to use 4G on our mobiles
