    @virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

    @virginmedia Due to changed circumstances I need to transfer WiFi into my name. Emailed acc transfer form with I.D on 28/4 - no response. Called you on 22/5 (cost me £22. 26) told this would be chased. On 16/6 Contacted on line chat - useless so called at further cost still no help!

    @virginmedia Yes the complaint is open. Cancellation of service (twice) & failure to port my no. To go via ADR you need to exhaust the internal process.Waiting another 20 days to advise you can’t/won’t port my tel no.? I bet you will phone me when the final payment bounces!
