@AyoCaesar Problem is that Sky have no control over it, because its actually owned by Openreach. They own the lines for all providers, apart from obviously Virgin Media.

@virginmedia my internet and TV are down and seems like a supply or hub problem. Just called your call centre for help and I appreciate they have a script to follow but no help whatsoever. Earliest they could offer an engineer was tomorrow evening when we are not in!

So @virginmedia have refused to get an engineer to me today to fix their problem outside my house, which has cut out my internet and TV services. I have not got many followers but if anyone can retweet this example of disgraceful service I would be grateful.

@virginmedia Harry can’t send out new boxes so sending Engineer with 2 new boxes, Today Tony engineer rang to say they reset boxes and should now work but he hasn’t visited property or got the New V6 boxes, kept Tony on phone 11 mins and yep you guessed it boxes still not working!

Hello @virginmedia a while ago you solved this issue for us by giving us to different wifi channels (2.4. and 5.0) but since this morning the 5.0 has disappeared and we are back to square one with wifi issues like we had before. What has happened?! Can you please reverse this?
