    @virginmedia phone line been down since early afternoon, possibly longer. Recording & account message both always saying engineer is on site to fix the problem. I hope that site is Virgin phone line storage as no one has contacted me or turned up to look at this.

    @virginmedia A thousand times. On a chat all day yesterday and was promised someone would call me, no one did. To say this is the worst customer experience I have ever had would be an understatement.

    @virginmedia The price increase itself is not so much what I am complaining about. What is excruciating frustrating is that as a longer term customer I get billed more than a new customer who can purchase the same product in a "sale" for less. @CMAgovUK just seems unfair on your existing
