    @virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

    @virginmedia Well engineer was amazing. Proper credit to the company. Yes it was a hub issue. No extra charges, nice easy swap and back up and running. So god knows how the hub was reporting back that it was fine. The “customer service” on the phone was appalling.

    @virginmedia I was asking about the cancellation regarding the price rise. said they can waive the price rise which I thought was a bit strange. Either it’s going up or it’s not. I asked how do I cancel and they just didn’t reply. cut off and passed back into the queue. On watts app.

    @virginmedia Mate we’ve had a complaint logged for 2 months and so far all we’ve had is Ronald McDonald and his clown posse come to the house 4 times to apparently “fix the issue” or that’s what we’ve been told by your customer service team, yet all they do is take photos and leave.

    @virginmedia There has been an ongoing issue in my area since 21 Jan. I’m not getting the improved WiFi I have paid for, and it’s affecting the TV. Customer service said no point complaining as the fix date is set for 20 Feb…so I’ll ask you, who do I complain to please?

    @Bexwa @virginmedia Same issue happening with my wifi. I’ve been waiting for my contract to end to switch to another provider as when I call they say everything is running fine yet my wifi is up and down constantly. After receiving a £7 increase in my bill I no longer want to wait!!! Shite!!
