    @virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

    I’m a new customer with @virginmedia. Should be getting 200MB download. But literally move 2/3 meters away from router and it drops significantly and device is just buffering. Furthermore trying to resolve this via ur call centre is a joke. Been on hold for 50mins now.

    @mikast71 @virginmedia Thanks. I also finally got through to a human who said “everything looks fine on our side, sorry you’re having problems.” Kind of at a loss here. Just going to stop the direct debit for the month to see if that generates a response from them.

    @virginmedia Currently waiting in the Q Turns out you ring and it tests then asks you to reset. Once that dosent work you ring back. System recognises at that point your still having issues. And offers to talk with a person. Thanks again for your attention in this Paul

    As customer service standards go, @virginmedia sucks badly. They need to seriously ask themselves, is letting someone wait 45 mins and counting for someone to help with a technical fault acceptable? NO IT ISN’T. HEEEELLLLOOOOO???!! WHEN ARE YOU PICKING UP??!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

    @virginmedia I have a hub 3. I’ve used the app and it acknowledges black spots in the bedrooms, within 20 ft of router. I got a link for a free booster, but the link was dead. I need help to get these issues sorted. CS. are uncontactable. There are no more trouble shooting steps left!

    @virginmedia Just had a call from 0121 574 6553 claiming to be from Virgin Media saying there is a problem with my router. Caller hung up/call dropped when I asked him to confirm my account number so I knew he was genuine. Can you confirm if this is one of your numbers?

    @virginmedia I did as you suggested and got a very helpful advisor. Unfortunately they identified the issue was that I hadn’t accessed my account to turn international roaming on and they don’t have the authority to do it remotely. I’m unable to access the app - not sure why - still no phone

    @virginmedia I'm awaiting delivery any moment between now and 5:30pm I am just going off what you technical service department informed me after I enquired upon ordering because I wanted to know if I needed additional cabling ..... I will let you know upon receipt of the new hub
