@virginmedia so customer service just hung up on us after putting us on hold for over half an hour and failing to deal with an issue which your app said you can deal with. Only want a wifi booster and the customer service I have received was atrocious

@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@CallofDuty Did you fix your game yet? No, you made it worse. Two crashes, disconnected from server. I'm connected via Virgin Media 360Megabits using Google DNS setting. My network never goes offline. But your broken game servers can't hack the workload. Why? You don't even have 60hz server.
