    @virginmedia That is the box that appears *after* clicking to register loss of service. See top line:”problem registering loss of service”. System apparently designed to avoid and flaws being found in it. Old capitalist adage:”the provider is always right”😜😎

    @virginmedia VM I’ve not had any internet for 24hrs now!!! I can’t get access to a customer service rep on here who actually do something about it and all I’ve had it a BOT on repeat on WhatsApp!! Can you sort this issue out!? It’s 24hrs now!!

    @virginmedia what’s going on??? I don’t have any internet since morning? And it’s affecting my mobile phone in the house!! I had to leave the house to use mobile network to work! Rubbish service! That’s the problem when 2 service providers - O2 & VM joins force! #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia I currently have a SIM only deal with O2 and M200 Fibre broadband with VM. I’d like to cancel both and switch to your Fibre Broadband Volt package (M350 + 10GB SIM) for £11.50 extra per month. How should I go about doing this?

    @virginmedia Pls don’t take this personally but honestly it should be in your policy that customers reps should read treads before relying!! I’ve mentioned before - I’m deaf! I CANNOT make phone calls! That’s why that stupid BOT robot is demeaning and frustrating for ppl with limitations!

    @virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

    @virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

    I've worked out a great fix for virgin media broadband issues, all you need to do is disconnect your modem in the wall and reconnect it in a few hours when I go to bed. Hope that helps!

    @virginmedia Hi again virgin tech came out told me it’s fix but still experiencing latency of 700 tried to call you again got cut off your internet is a shambles you service is a shambles how you can happily charge the price you do is beyond me your a joke
