    @skepticmike @virginmedia Or you could argue that they were trying it on pitching a £97.50 charge and that the unwary would have just paid. Too many companies do this and then back down after a phone call. Real customer care is offering your existing curlers the best deal available by default

    @libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

    @virginmedia Your team have advised that construction work needs to be done and has kept adjusting the date when this will be completed. I called your customer service team and they made commitments with respect to my billing that, as yet, have not been confirmed in writing as promised.
