@richie_errol @virginmedia I have had the same for years and have now gone to sky. I also called sky to cancel and start again so could get 100 cash back via quidco and they have me 100 credit on my first bill. More customer service in 3 mins from sky than 15 years from @virginmedia

@virginmedia Yes I have been in touch, several times! I would like the OLD email closed down - it only receives dangerous spam. I just can't seem to get you to fix the issue - bill notifications come to the OLD account no matter how many times I ask! Doesn't seem a BIG ask?
