@virginmedia There has been an outage in burgess hill since Saturday but it’s still not fixed. There are texts being sent everyday saying when the next update is but nothing has been fixed. I am totally dumbfounded.

@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@virginmedia I did this, but that doesn't have an SLA. This is an *area outage* affecting multiple customers that you have told is fixed but isn't. Go fix it, that's what we pay Virgin Media for.

@virginmedia At 13.5p pm on Talktalk, so £s for me. Seems this was scheduled maintenance by your engineers and may last some days. No one informed me of this work and no service issues were highlighted using the search on your website. So, without warning, I have no phone for several days!!!
