    @virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

    @virginmedia incredibly poor service. My parents - customers of yours - who are suffering ill health have moved house and are left with no broadband and no phones. They are vulnerable and need to be contactable. They followed all of your processes correctly to no avail.
