    @virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business

    @virginmedia someone on your 0800 number told us to ring back at 9pm, said she would be there till 10pm. Tried to call at 9 pm no one there. Disgusting customer service.

    Absolute nightmare with @virginmedia arranging new package. Since agreeing package deal yesterday I've received FOUR different emails telling me I'm gonna be paying four different amounts, all higher than what was agreed. Absolutely terrible customer service and real headache

    @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia We told British Gas 4 times my grandad died, I couldn't deal with them in the end as I was broken, and had to get my mother to deal with it. The whole bereavement services need looking at.

    Could someone please recommend a reliable broadband provider. I want to cancel my @virginmedia services. Will view TV with our Freesat box, won't need the landline therefore only require broadband. I'm aiming to cut our expenses drastically. Thank you.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia High time Ofcom simply banned new-customer prices. Letโ€™s have the same prices for everyone, and the out-of-contract prices should get equal prominence. Even the biggest @MartinSLewis worshipper is fatigued by constant switching

    @Grahamthecabbie @virginmedia We had these issues for years and have now ditched them. Awful company, even worse customer service. Hidden rises constantly. Now with BT Openreach. Very happy, like chalk and cheese.
