@libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

@virginmedia I was told no issue with keeping my existing number. If I were charging VM by the hour for my time wasted I’d be sending an invoice for £1,200. Unbelievable that VM wants customers to use online channels but doesn’t respond to any of them.

@virginmedia Not sure exactly what you mean. Cable into the house connects to the router, then wi-fi internally. I've also had an incomprehensible reply to my complaint and I've given up hanging on and on and on when I call. How can it be so hard?
