    @virginmedia John - lights are on but the external fault has already been established. It is a contractor that has to deal with the issue - one claimed to have done it but it failed to work - now you contractor is failing to respond to requests by your colleagues 4 updates on a new commission

    @virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for ยฃ51.15 whereas new customers get it for ยฃ45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

    @virginmedia They escalated my complaint,but looks like the package is not available to us.When my contact expires will definitely looking at other options as I donโ€™t trust Virgin Media anymore

    Listening to the broadband presentation on @itvMLshow with some irony. I pay @virginmedia ยฃ79/month for broadband/phone & TV. BB/TV failed in November, after many calls they say it will be fixed in March 2023 ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Compensation is only calculated when service is restored ๐Ÿ˜ช Fair?

    Checked the speed and 150mb I cant. It can be foolish of me but 150? I cant for real. 900mb minimum, my house moves are planned based on fiber connectivity. ps: 150mb from virgin media hahahhahahhahaha everyday in the phone screaming with customer service, nope im good

    @virginmedia I performed the reset, it still does not recognise the code. Very disappointed. On Wednesday I wasted 3 hours on the phone talking to 13 of your people one of whom brazenly told me to fix all issues I must buy an upgrade. I am sorry to say the whole experience is abysmal ๐Ÿ’”

    @virginmedia There is a blockage, that I know - I have had no service since November. I was told it would not be sorted before March 6th. I had been promised 3 call backs from different people in the Exec Department - none have followed up.

    @virginmedia Yes I have chased and chased and spent 4 hours today on WhatsApp, no advise just can't help because I have outstanding bill....no the line isn't active because it was ported over to Community Fibre on 8th July

    @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

    @koenjideck Only worked well for me in recent years, but it gave me a decade of packet loss and outages before then ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ I remember playing games with people on my street at uni, and half the people would disconnect in a lobby whenever Virgin Media had an outage ๐Ÿฅ€

    @virginmedia I think this has been reported now but our WiFi at W2 4TJ went down on Wednesday evening. A call out engineer the next the next morning merely confirmed that the problem is apparently on the street, not in our house as the engineer apparently thought initially. But no repair yet

    @virginmedia My point was that the date of fix changed from 1 day, to 2, then 4, 3, 10, 4, and 10 days. Broadband is an amenity nowadays and your customers should not be without it for this length of time, especially when I'm told it's an upgrade of the infrastructure.

    @virginmedia I've just wasted 55 minutes of my life trying to talk to your 'customer services' dept. Both the staff members I spoke to could barely communicate in English, and the line kept breaking up... until it died altogether. Wasted time, no resolution, and huge frustration. You're supposed to be a COMMUNICATIONS company! What am I expected to do now? Go through that same shambolic exercise again?

    @virginmedia your Webchat is awful , got an email regarding upgrading to 360 . Directed to webchat , 35 minutes later still trying to sort out what is an easy request . Your agent takes 10 minutes between each response to answer . Iโ€™m not bothering now
