    Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

    @virginmedia No fault in the area according to the link. Same as yesterday. There is an issue either with the line from the green box to the house or the hub or the configuartion of the hub not being able to receive any internet connection since it was first plugged in yesterday afternoon.

    @virginmedia 200mb package, as I said. No devices that are actively causing the issue - it’s been happening for some time regardless of what’s connected.

    VIRGIN MEDIA are stealing money from accounts. Last week @virginmedia stole £150 from an account, they are now avoiding paying it back EVEN after accepting the mistake. They have gona as far as to just not take a call, never phone back and bypass the customer

    @virginmedia I got a text saying I will be receiving a new sim and my current one will be deactivated in a weeks time however it is showing up as no service since the morning and also sent the SIM card to the wrong address. I need my phone for work purposes so I need this sorted.

    @virginmedia customer service is appalling.. mum spends 20mins on hold.. gets through to try and cancel, spends 10mins speaking to one person then passed on to someone else.. wants to know the ins and outs of her new sky deal (which is half the cost) and then they cut her off 😡
