    @virginmedia No it has not been fixed. The WiFi returned temporarily and it has gone again....leaving my children with no access to essential online learning resources. They have not been able to do their homework all weekend. This is extremely poor service. You need to fix ASAP.

    @virginmedia has to have the worst hold music for a service line on the planet. And, as a #VirginMedia customer you get to listen to it every couple of weeks. One of the pluses of being a Virgin customer!

    @virginmedia You made it as hard as possible to make a complaint. I would like someone from your customer services to call me, so I don't have to waste yet more time on hold and then explaining the problem to a poorly trained member of staff with a script

    So, @virginmedia recently cut off my mothers services and listed her as “DECEASED” As far as I’m aware, she’s very much alive but I am livid. They promised a letter of apology, they have yet to do it. For a communications company, they’re pretty ******* poor at communication.

    @virginmedia No, still no service. I called and they told me it would be back at around 12h, but then got an SMS telling that it would be around 14h. They move that target every few hours.

    @virginmedia This isn't currently affecting me, although I am a customer. I saw a friend caught by your clause. I think if you cannot supply a service when a customer moves home, you should not be charging the customer. By so doing it's highly unlikely the customer will return should 1/2

    @virginmedia 4 1/2 hours I have been chasing this up and no further. Whilst waiting for your response I was on call with ure customer service again. Guess what, whilst on hold I was lassed to another dept. What a joke. I have all the names of the people I have spoke to!!

    @CF_Comps9 @virginmedia Same problem here! Service status shows no problems, I run the test, it says there is interference on the cables coming into my home, but I have to wait 24hrs before you’ll look into it. What kind of service is that?!

    @virginmedia I want this issue escalated tbh. Wasted soo much time to get resolved. And will go to ombudsman with this. Shocking experience, abismal customer service. No out the box support. No empathy whatsoever.

    @virginmedia As I said in my message, the website says there are no problems. After having no internet or TV for three hours I have now had to stay elsewhere as I need access for work
