    I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

    @virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

    @virginmedia Having spent from 9.30am to 2pm on the phone yesterday to virgin media and asking for my complaint to be resolved and escalated having been put through to every different department…… complaint manager not available!!…. Call again exasperation!

    @virginmedia any chance you can get your website to work? Change Package Chat does nothing! Links sent via mail do not work! Hyperlink sent by text doesn’t work! Call centre (working from home in India?) worse than useless! Ever heard of Customer Centric design? #Useless

    @virginmedia I tried again today. After faffing with phone, then faulty website, and back to phone, I eventually found a very helpful assistant who managed to convince me to stay; happily. It was close though, as much room for improvement. Please sort out your customer services & website.

I went from 36 to 66 at the end of the period, called them and said I wanted the same package cheaper or I was going to BT and they put it back down. Then up to 45 2 days later. Eventually nearly broke down in tears when one of their legal team called to say they were sueing me..😬

    @virginmedia I was told after Boxing Day that the problem will be solved on 5th of January … but it still there. Very unstable internet so I no longer be able to work at home. There was no internet again last night and this morning too.
