    @virginmedia Netflix freezes, loses signal and then just hangs. Only way round it is to turn box off. This is a very common problem that VM seem to choose to ignore

    @SkyUK sort your help line out! ‘Calls are taking longer to answer, you may be waiting up to 10 minutes. Currently it’s 18 minutes 7 seconds on hold. Pay over £119 a month for a service I ain’t getting. @BT @virginmedia might be getting a new customer soon!

    @virginmedia I have just rung up again and finally got through. they can see nothing in my area. At least 6 households are down in my road and all they could advise is get everyone to ring multiple times. They booked an engineer for Wednesday which is un acceptable.

    @virginmedia Whenever I try to watch BT Sport HD the image constantly flickers like there is some sort of signal issue. However, all other channels seem to work perfectly fine. I’ve checked HDMIs & restarted the box numerous times but still having the same problem.
