@virginmedia service is appealing in area 22 bo internet connection for 4 days out of 5 now: can't work from home. Been a customer for over a decade USING THE SAME ROUTER as the only thing you "upgrade" is your bills not your services ... very disappointing !

@virginmedia I've tried calling to complain but your automated service won't connect me and just cuts me off. Your app says intermittent service but it's a complete outage and current update is it should be up and running on the 19th. Not great when you're working from home.

@virginmedia any reason when you try and phone to ask about a bill (option 1, 4 and then 4 again), the option just says sorry we don't know the option and cuts you off. Not even a 1hr wait on hold just cuts you off. Terrible customer service!
