I just listened to your fuzzy hold music for 18 minutes @virginmedia, went through the same security Q’s multiple times, only for the phone to cut off as I explained my issue. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND!!!!! Can someone call me back to do this please

@virginmedia Called back, held for another 15mins, was finally put through to the correct dept & have cancelled. I just want to say how rude the agent turned when I declined the offer to stay, & once it was all done he just cut the call off. Glad I made the right decision #virginmedia

7 days time to no more bad service, disrupted TV and broadband service of Virgin Media. I'm saving myself £600 plus increased prices annually. So downsizing technology and reducing carbon footprint = 1 fone, mobile data and 1 computer. Will only have what I use! TV is next. Yay

@virginmedia Tried to call today waited for 20mins to get through finally got through to customer service and then they had to put me through the escalations team and as soon as i got through the operator pretended he could not hear then dropped the phone.

@virginmedia Yes. They seemed as confused about the charge as me. Said this time they would give me a credit for the charge, but not to log into the Netflix app again with my own account otherwise I would be charged the same again. My issue was that there was no warning of the charge at all.

@virginmedia Earlier my WiFi box was orange and said it was an intermittent signal problem so I had to restart my hub which I did now it is flashing green and the service checker says there are no issues on the area

@virginmedia All other settings are the same it’s just the wireless that turns its self off. I did that yesterday and basically got told no issues and we are not replacing it till I threatened to leave less than a month into my contract then a appointment was booked.

@virginmedia Mum had no TV or Internet (but still paying) since the start of September. Now been told after it was supposed to fixed yesterday it'll be 18 November. Shocking service and she will be cancelling unless it is sorted this week.
