@virginmedia My phone is now over two weeks late, which isn’t an issue, I understand waiting for one to become available to send but to suggest I send this phone back and go without a phone until one eventually gets sent to me is just ridiculous. I’m not gonna pay my bills with no phone…

@virginmedia Do you, or could you make a TV box remote for the elderly? Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!

@virginmedia It’s everything downstream of the LAN ports, so wifi on the box is on and working but all his wired network is offline. I have asked him to check all the cabling to make sure it’s all connected.

@virginmedia somehow you have reset my Dad’s Virgin media box, LAN seems to be off and the wifi on it is back on. This is rubbish because we have network setup there with much better hardware than your box. Now none of it works and I am hundreds of miles from his house. Why?

@virginmedia I contacted customer services for an update on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was informed by your Twitter account I wouldn’t need to send my current phone back until I receive my new one. I was then informed by the gentleman on the phone my new phone won’t be sent until I send this

Hi @bhatti_saqib, is there anything you can do to help your constituents get fibre broadband installed? Living in suburban areas like Solihull & get internet speeds of 3mbps. @virginmedia & @BTGroup have no interest in installing; making work or anything using internet impossible
