@Barclays why do I keep getting Error Code: 30915? I’ve been trying to log into my account for a LONG while now!! Coz of not having access @virginmedia have been stealing DD from my account even though I no lover have a subscription with them! Pls fix this b4 more money is taken!

@virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

@redheadlass1402 @virginmedia We’ve got the business service but it’s no better. They don’t seem to have any proactive monitoring or fault prevention and pretty much don’t care. They have a 3 hour service level that passed 12 hours ago, totally useless bunch of money-grabbers

@virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

@JohnUTFT @virginmedia There was a fault with my line but they kept putting me off cause they have to pay bt to fix it, their modem was crap too, 1st and last time I used them. Should be done for false advertising, big business get away with what ever they like.

@virginmedia With all due respect, you're a utility company. You need to have 24/7 support for this thing. And if you do cut off someone's internet due to possible billing issues, do it during working hours so they can phone customer support! Not Sunday evening!
