    @virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

    @virginmedia oomph package installed last week and since it has been installed i have had nothing but nightmare! The tv doesnt work correctly the wifi not working properly i only get 20.5 downloads i asked for engineer to visit you refused tried to cancel package u refuse

    @virginmedia Not only do I have TV issues also my internet keeps dropping out! And yes re booting it does sort it out but rather annoying clambering behind the TV all the time 🤬

    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    Hi @virginmedia - your team turned up on Monday, couldn’t do the job so said they would be back today; 2pm and still no sign having been promised “we’ll be done by 3”. Really unacceptable & no help.

    @virginmedia I have done all of that even with proper resets by sticking a pin in the reset switch and nothing OT is truly awful :-(

    @virginmedia I need to book an engineer to come out but every time I go through your automated system it cuts me off telling me to go online or that my hub is offline. I know it is. That's why I'm calling. There's a wire broken. It's not switched off. Pls help. Thanks 💛

    Ah well. So it will be good riddence to @EE at the end of my contract and hello to @virginmedia and @Virgin as they have been excellent dealing with my wife's issues unlike you lot. Dreadful service from @EE where the customer is taken for granted. #poorservice #poorcustomercare

    @virginmedia hi, any chance you can help exain why when I set up a new account this weekend, you linked our account with our next door neighbour, and then sent her an email with my bank account details in it? We just tried to sign up for broadband (ex customers returning btw)

    @virginmedia Repeated total loss of service over a number of weeks. Was I think a self-inflicted issue for VM following what seems to be a botched new cabinet install up the road.

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but I don’t believe you. I’m just being fobbed off each time with lies. I’ve recorded all contacts I’ve made and phone calls as well as this thread and will be contacting the ombudsman. It’s unacceptable. I’m being held hostage to a service by ignorance.
