    @simon_tabor @virginmedia My Virgin TV hasn’t been working since the 29th of July. They’ve “sent” 3 technicians, none of them have made it here. this is hands down the worst run service provider, with unethical, unhelpful customer service teams.

    @Leesasdream @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog It’s actually ridiculous how unethical they are. The amount of promises they’ve made with no delivery. Something as small as a manager reaching out. It’s actually ridiculous how piss poor their customer service is.

    @MediaLow_down @virginmedia Not yet! Hope they will. Yesterday was awful- over 2 hours on the phone. They told us they could do it so we didn't sort out a new ISP now my partner will have to miss a week of work and I won't be getting any school prep done from home before new term.

    Thanks @virginmedia for charging us a disconnection fee of £230 after being told we wouldn't need to pay a fee on the phone. Despite the fact we are being kicked out of our house and you don't provide service in our new area. Really classy move.

    @virginmedia After tech said "you need new box, we will ship, no, now we will require tech visit", I asked for cust service. Was put to retention, who said "we can lower bill in return for inconvenience". Only when I pushed twice on "does this lock in new contract" told "yes 18mo minimum".

    @virginmedia Yes, when I ping Google I get failed to reach destination I've rebooted the whole lot The lights are doing different things today tho, but still not working This was caused by a power surge in the area
