After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@virginmedia To be fair, the TV is better via Virgin and download speeds are good too (most of the time) but you fall down on broadband reliability, upload speeds and landlines costs.

@virginmedia FYI - the service status on your website/app says there is no broadband issues, but when I go onto troubleshooting with intermittent WiFi, it says there’s a big problem in my area. Not overly helpful, have been trying for a couple of hrs to fix ourselves 🙄

@virginmedia Yes I have but the download speed is fine. The problem is that you peg the upload speeds down to 10mbs. We used to get that over copper cables. It's time to step it up a notch.

@virginmedia Hi Virgin, I have explained numerous times now that I have given up trying to get a resolution through phoning. Virgin Media customer services ethos appears to be just passing the customer around their system. Day4 still not received a phone call.
