    I just listened to your fuzzy hold music for 18 minutes @virginmedia, went through the same security Q’s multiple times, only for the phone to cut off as I explained my issue. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND!!!!! Can someone call me back to do this please

    To be fair, this is probably a PR person tweeting this, but really bad PR for @VirginMedia if they think that this is secure. Plus they missed the whole point, which was that the password was stored in plaintext.

    @virginmedia I could indeed try ringing that number - if I wanted to spend over an hour listening to the same songs on a loop then speaking to someone who doesn’t know anything. You have a real problem with customer service and it will lose you business.

    7 days time to no more bad service, disrupted TV and broadband service of Virgin Media. I'm saving myself £600 plus increased prices annually. So downsizing technology and reducing carbon footprint = 1 fone, mobile data and 1 computer. Will only have what I use! TV is next. Yay

    @virginmedia on hold now 30min to cancel virgin account. No wonder I wan to leave you make customers pay almost £100 for service which not good. Then u keep customer on hold for over 30min. Amazing service 😂 not recommending to anyone virgin save the money and stress!

    @virginmedia Can someone answer the phone. Last week when I got rid of sky and got virgin installed you had someone on the phone to me in record time the last two days I’ve had issues no one available. I’m within my 14 days so I’m gonna cancel if u don’t respond properly

    @virginmedia The phone of course is still not working. Outrageous. This is despite assurances that an engineer would be sent & that it would be resolved in several hours! Utter nonsense. I would like to escalate my complaint now please. I will dm my number & please arrange for me to be called

    @virginmedia Called back, held for another 15mins, was finally put through to the correct dept & have cancelled. I just want to say how rude the agent turned when I declined the offer to stay, & once it was all done he just cut the call off. Glad I made the right decision #virginmedia

    The last year with @virginmedia has been horrible, the broadband service is unacceptable. They have sent engineers and they always say they are going to change the installation or the router but it never happens. Either it is solved or I will talk to CAC.

    It's now 113 days since installation. 92 days to get full TV service. Still no phone number transfer. No response to my second complaint. No reduction in ANY of the bills despite not having full services. Any customer service in your company? @virginmedia
