    @thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that. A dumb text telling me to do what I've already done. I'm not thick Virgin I just want the service I pay for.

    @virginmedia No the chat ended and I couldn’t get back into it obviously finished work. I got nothing he was trying. He found the account in question but couldn’t get in with security. And again I’ll add I never set up account so I don’t know password. I’m left hanging again

    Please @virginmedia can you change your waiting music. Its the same 4 tracks adnauseum & very poor quality at that. No wonder customers who wait for over an hour hang up. Its enough to drive you mad with these earworms all day.

    I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

    @virginmedia So someone fraudulently set up an account in my name. Because I don’t know the password to something I didn’t set up I’ve now spent 5 hours on the phone to 5 different @virginmedia reps and a debt recovery letter. Never use @virginmedia #badcustomerservice #stress

    @virginmedia since thursday afternoon every 2-10 minutes connection drops out, 24hrs a day. I can't game or stream or do anything online as i get booted from the servers when your service drops out

Has taken a week to get through to cancel my Virgin Media contract. 50 mins on the phone to call centre who were awful and kept telling me to call back later to cancel. Finally managed to persuade them I was cancelling today. I will NEVER use this company again!

    @virginmedia You say you can’t activate my account, something to do with previous occupants at my property, was told may be temporary solution but then on hold for “right team” for over an hour then call dropped. Didn’t have another 3 hours spare to try again

    @virginmedia Oh they have! And we started all over again and had the same conversation about why I was getting in touch! And I’m now sitting waiting on Customer Relations again which is where I left of 18 hours ago. So not moving forward in any way.
