    @virginmedia phone line been down since early afternoon, possibly longer. Recording & account message both always saying engineer is on site to fix the problem. I hope that site is Virgin phone line storage as no one has contacted me or turned up to look at this.

    @virginmedia A thousand times. On a chat all day yesterday and was promised someone would call me, no one did. To say this is the worst customer experience I have ever had would be an understatement.

    @virginmedia Yes service checker saying issues fix not due until 1500 it’s not good though two full days of work lost. Especially as 99% of my time is now working from home, and I find the service is not as good as you advertise hence my looking at using other providers at a cheaper rate

    @virginmedia Within 14 days of getting virgin I know I’m eligible to cancel with in them days. told I can’t and have to pay 288 yet I’ve an email that I’ve showed them off a complaint handler saying I can cancel with no termination fees. was promised a call yesterday and I’m still waiting 🥱

    @virginmedia @mycalltwo This is the situation I am in right now. Have spent 3 hours and counting on hold on the phone just to try and cancel. I will be cancelling my direct debit. And I expect to be refunded for these calls. Disgusting service.
