@virginmedia Not now that we have invested in a £300 mesh WiFi system so we can get WiFi across the house as the router is pointless. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄

got a phone call from a representative of @vmbusiness told them that I won’t talk to them unless they provide an email so I can track who I am talking with. the response: goodbye and hang down. Virgin Media Business customer care is the worst I ever experienced.

Do love it when @virginmedia has been at snails pace all day, the issue they *claim* should be fixed in just over 10 minutes... but the same status also claims the engineer hasnt even started working on the problem but is on the way and has been for 9 hours !
