@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

@virginmedia Tv’s are on wired connections through BT whole home disc. We tried your plug in signal booster and they were no help whatsoever. I wouldn’t mind our house is a three bedroom. Without the disc’s we couldn’t get signal upstairs. You used to be awesome in this area. I have the app
