@virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

@virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

@virginmedia We were with you for the last seven years and it was a disaster every time we had to change something or moved house so I know from personal experience that it’s not good service there are thousands on social media complaining , the weekend shows how bad it is
