    So this is how @SkyUK and @virginmedia let key workers down. @SkyUK ignoring all phone calls from those who they call "key workers" and claim to support them. Two days calling them to stop the #cancelation of a contract since @virginmedia unable to make the installation.

    Think its absolutely appalling that we have to wait for @virginmedia to send an engineer to INSTALL A NEW ROUTER because ours is “broken!” For the guy to come and NOT install a router because supposedly it is the signal so he has added something to the back to regulate it

    So this is what @vmbusiness does to support charities in this time of need. Nothing. #COVIDー19 is now a pandemic and they suspend phones for charities which scramble around to try to support people remotely. While other businesses donate to charities #VMBusinesss cuts us off.

    @virginmedia your wifi service has been terrible over the weekend and is dropping every 10 mins. i’ve tried phoning but was left on hold for an hour and then hung up on, and have had no reply from chat. i’m working from home so need the connection. have tried guides online..

    2/2 and now even though I was on the phone for 50mins still no resolution and can’t get out of my contract because there isn’t such thing in mine as Wi-Fi guarantee and can’t leave unless I buy completely out of my contract but not getting what I’ve paid for @virginmedia

    @virginmedia another day, another total outage and your check-services not letting me report it because I keep getting your "please try again later" page. Just cause you refuse to hear that there is a problem, doesn't mean it's not there. Fix your service, or scrap leave penalty.
