    Absolute woeful service from @virginmedia 😡 Pay out nearly £40 a month & the last 5 days has been nothing but problems! No service AGAIN today! Working from home & no internet is costing me money for not being able to work! Not happy!!!

    @virginmedia Please can you help. Yet again my download and upload speeds are terrible can’t load or download anything. I’m paying for 110mbps but you give me 7mbps and less than 1mbps upload. Your ruining my business I pay you guys so much cash and my issues never get callbacks

    @virginmedia Hello, your problem with the intermittent connection is happening again... WiFi works for 30 mins and then stop for 3/4 minutes.

    @virginmedia Not now that we have invested in a £300 mesh WiFi system so we can get WiFi across the house as the router is pointless. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄

    got a phone call from a representative of @vmbusiness told them that I won’t talk to them unless they provide an email so I can track who I am talking with. the response: goodbye and hang down. Virgin Media Business customer care is the worst I ever experienced.

    When I ordered @virginmedia broadband service last month I thought I am getting best service but this is worst service that customers can get. They don’t even know what do they commit on their website. I honestly say I can get much better service in any third world country.

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying. The short answer is I had an issue with my broadband outside of an area outage, which was acknowledged by 2 phone calls I made to get a tech out. Each time, my appointment was cancelled even though the area outage was closed as resolved.
