    @virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didnโ€™t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

    @virginmedia Broadband gone down again in SE3 8HT area, Iโ€™ve reset the hub 3times and still no Wi-Fi or broadband. Iโ€™m using data on my phone again.

    @virginmedia An explanation of the problem and what is being done would be a good start for customer service. Right now thatโ€™s sadly lacking. I hope there will be a ยฃ reduction in the bill for the lack of service??

    After a mammoth session on the phone to 6 of your departments to arrange interim broadband given your service failed in Nov. & won't be fixed to March I spoke to a helpful chap called David in the Customer Care Dept before I was cut off. Can you help reconnect me @virginmedia ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

    @virginmedia Yes I have checked the service status, it is the first thing I do & all was fine. The issues is with the cable Ethernet & the phone connection in the Hub 4. I donโ€™t use your WiFi setup as my house is fully cabled for networking. I am a Network Architect, so have done basic tests

    @virginmedia I think you will have to agree this is an unacceptably long time for the repair as itโ€™s already been going on for days?? โ€œThere's a TV issue in xxx. Thanks for your patience while we work to fix things as quick as we can. We hope to fix this by 14 March at 16:00โ€

    @virginmedia My phone is now over two weeks late, which isnโ€™t an issue, I understand waiting for one to become available to send but to suggest I send this phone back and go without a phone until one eventually gets sent to me is just ridiculous. Iโ€™m not gonna pay my bills with no phoneโ€ฆ

    @virginmedia It has just come back on. The annoying thing is your website said no problems, so I went through the usual, unplugging, checking cables etc. only for the website to be updated later. I should have learned by now.

    @Benleo @virginmedia They are without a doubt the worst. I'm in a cable area and they jack the price up every 6/12 months and send a letter out confirming. Had an issue they never, ever sorted despite promises and engineers saying it would be. Never again.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I left them for BT and never looked back. BT have call centres in the UK. They'll reply to you on here and offer to help but you'll end up getting nowhere as I also did this about 3 times, so I know. Useless company.

    @virginmedia Well that was not what I was informed when I have tried before, even when you have my husband down as vulnerable, I've had loss since last Friday while I was abroad, my home security is not working and im back and forth on here.

    @Benleo Some years back I was having awful issues with VirginMedia. On one visit my then 3yr old son looked at the engineer and said in a super clear voice - Sky is even better - the tag line at the time. The chap and I stopped arguing and just started laughing our asses off!

    @virginmedia @Benleo Generic replies and absolutely unforgivable call centres off shores just to make that bit more money out of millions- all the while providing an awful service!!!!! Leave them like so many of us all have. Loyalty means nothing to them.

    @virginmedia hello Virgin Media had a dodgy phone call from +442045148789 saying it's Virgin/O2 trying to end contracts early for upgrading & wanted details while the lady spoke poor English & kept saying eh 24/7.
