    @virginmedia hiya, another night of constant router/connection restarts and problems. Multiple engineer visits, senior engineer visits, call centre calls, new router and £160+ a month down the drain. I don’t want to switch provider but you’re not leaving me much option

    @campusprjo @virginmedia Hi Jo, i am sorry but unfortunately this is seen as an internal move and as we are using the same network services we are unable to port from VMB to VM and would require to move the number to a alternative provider and then back to VM I am afraid.

    @virginmedia Your service is worse than appauling and your customer service is not fit for purpose. Your CS reps are no in sync and you cant believe a thing any of them say as they all say something different. You simply dont care about your customers, especially this one.
