    @virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    @virginmedia We were informed that there would be works in our area on the 4th August to improve the network. I wonder if those works have had an adverse affect on our speed. I only did a speed test today for unrelated reasons.

    @virginmedia Yes I spoke to them earlier, that is why I'm having to look at Sky and BT for my services, as iv been with virgin media for 11years and I basically got told I have to pay almost £31 more for the same services as a new customer, so I best become I new customer with Sky or BT
