    @virginmedia since 2016 with virgin but really disappointed and disgusted as network is so cheap, sometimes feel like i am in the Amazon Forest. As advised i upgraded it and nlw paying more money but without proper service. Everyday it drops.

    @virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

    @virginmedia Spoken to billing. The chap had to apologise as the two previous virgin customer service people have not been telling me the truth! They made an oral agreement with me and I see this as a breech of contract. Two agreements with two of your people is a course of conduct. Not happy

    @virginmedia They ran the test and there was a problem so canx the engineer that was due Monday to try and fix it this weekend. Is the engineer still going to come if it's not working? Is there a timeline of fixing the fault?
