@virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

@virginmedia The misery continues. I finally got @netflix to remove the incorrect charge from my parent’s VM Jan bill. But now it’s mysteriously reappeared on the Feb bill. Plus you’ve hiked the regular monthly bill up £4. We still await a reply to our complaint and your 28 days are up.

@mouthwaite @virginmedia This was the same as me and drove me mad and my bill kept increasing and no wifi, eventually went to BT and they are great and quarentee wifi in each room. No trouble so fars.
