    @virginmedia quite a bit of a laughing stock from how bad their service has been today. I’ve had no internet for a week now and I know it’s a minor problem but it’s becomes a pretty major one when you work at home a fair amount.

    @virginmedia It’s a solid white light with no other lights but my phone, iPad, alexa, or my missus phone won’t connect to the WiFi says no internet... and yes I checked via your website I signed in to check the service status

    Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

    @virginmedia I contact with your customer support all they do is charging additional for wifi booster without making sure it works properly. We need a sufficient solution on that

    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

    @virginmedia No reported issues in my area. Weirdly hive hub appears online but every other device, phones laptops etc are reporting "IP configuration" and nothing connecting. Your website keeps falling over on 4g too which doesn't help

    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @Sharichantel @virginmedia I was with Virgin nearly 11 years. Only ever few problems.The rest just use Openreach fibre line. Bell over here have far better box, 500mbs speed but I adapted box to connect to 15tb server.

    @virginmedia They aren’t options if you don’t let me do it. I’ve followed your processes but you are making it impossible to leave. At least you have now publicly acknowledged my communication that I have attempted multiple ways to cancel. You now have an opportunity to escalate and resolve.
