I just listened to your fuzzy hold music for 18 minutes @virginmedia, went through the same security Q’s multiple times, only for the phone to cut off as I explained my issue. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND!!!!! Can someone call me back to do this please

@virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

Unbelievable! My mums internet service is having problems. The call centre seem unable to deal with this. This has been going on for months. I'm still on hold. If it's not sorted today you're losing a customer @virginmedia

@virginmedia Hi ALG, thanks for the reply, it’s greatly appreciated😊 After a long call with Yodel we’ve found out there was a system error resulting in them having to return to the depot & they will attempt to deliver today. Nevertheless, the problem has been the lack of communication to us.

I have just received the most atrocious customer service from @virginmedia ! WiFi was supposed to be here two days ago because it was signed for at the wrong address & I’ve just been told by a supervisor that there’s nothing they could do, thanked me for my time. Then hung up!😡

@virginmedia Called back, held for another 15mins, was finally put through to the correct dept & have cancelled. I just want to say how rude the agent turned when I declined the offer to stay, & once it was all done he just cut the call off. Glad I made the right decision #virginmedia

@virginmedia on hold now 30min to cancel virgin account. No wonder I wan to leave you make customers pay almost £100 for service which not good. Then u keep customer on hold for over 30min. Amazing service 😂 not recommending to anyone virgin save the money and stress!

@virginmedia I need to upgrade my router. I was on hold for 2 hours on Friday before getting cut off I then tried the online help where someone tried to sell me a new package before transfer me to technical where I was on hold for another 3 hours. All I want is a router upgrade.

@virginmedia The issue remains. I have to turn my router off at least twice a day to reconnect as my devices are connecting intermittently. Simple browsing on mobile device always halts and keep having to switch off WiFi on mobile then switch back on. It’s been like this for the past year

Telling him that I have no internet means nothing. He responded by saying he is glad I'm satisfied with the service.

@virginmedia @DanniBaker2 I spent over a week on that service. When the rep can't deal with your issue they drop the chat and back to square one. I wrote 2 letters of complaint and no reply as well. Awful company. Never even gave me the measly £10 compensation either. I spent hours on the phone too

@virginmedia has gone down again 24 hours after it started working again. The first time I was a bit annoyed with it happening, now I'm seriously angry with it. Definitely moving back to @skytv now. Don't think I'm paying my bill until this gets sorted properly.
