    @virginmedia No fault in the area according to the link. Same as yesterday. There is an issue either with the line from the green box to the house or the hub or the configuartion of the hub not being able to receive any internet connection since it was first plugged in yesterday afternoon.

    @AyoCaesar Problem is that Sky have no control over it, because its actually owned by Openreach. They own the lines for all providers, apart from obviously Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia Yesterday it said 'fixed by 15:45 Wed' after a day of outage - then it said 'fixed by 17:45 Thur'. But now the site has airbrushed that and says 'no issues reported' - but they remain. (yes I've rebooted the router and all that sort of thing)

    @virginmedia Our internet is intermittent over that last month. I spoke to someone over a month ago and they told me to make a note of times it goes down. Today after spending 30+ mins on hold im told no you need to report the issue on the day. I dont have time to sit on the phone ever day
