@virginmedia @pgee91 No, the team on the phone have not told us anything except an engineer is on site to fix issue. Meanwhile the ‘Fix estimation’ time continues to go up, and ‘An engineer is on his way’ - is he coming from the call centre in India too as has taken hours...

@virginmedia This is not account specific data. There’s a Service outage in a large area. Updates on service areas such as mine e8 service area 15. Are not sensitive. Other utilities say there seems to be an outage in your area. Call or chat for detailed information.

Predictably depressing experience calling @virginmedia to cancel contract this afternoon. *On hold for several mins. * Offered £2 off contract monthly by automated answer phone message when I navigate through phone menus saying I want to leave. Say no on touchpad.

@virginmedia I’ve logged in and run the test several times in the past couple of weeks. Always no known issues. WiFi drops for hours on end literally everyday, it’s infuriating. My phone/laptop can’t even find the router name and I’m sat right next to it

@virginmedia Is shows no problem however I have had to switch the box on and off repeatedly today to make it work. If the problem can’t be resolved soon I will simply move to a different company because I am fed up with spending money on a less than adequate service.

So @virginmedia have said a broadband outage since last night will be fixed by 12:25, 17:00 now by 20:10! Very disappointed. Going to be paying extra for my mobile data to try to get some work done! #N4
