    @virginmedia putting their tariffs up by 17.3% from 1st April - that’s 3.9% over the Retail Price Index Inflation of 13.4%…people getting nowhere near this sort of increase in their pay packets…hang your heads in shame especially in a cost of living crisis.

    @virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

    @virginmedia 1/ I've been without internet access since last night. I called this morning at 830 and did reset as told, didn't work so was told it'd be passed on to network engineers and they'd get back to me if it didn't come back on within the hour.

    @virginmedia My in-laws have had no tv,internet or landline service since Friday as a result of a vandalism at their home address which was reported to police. An engineer attended yesterday and reconnected the main box outside their house but stated that another engineer would
