@virginmedia Looping this conversation back into noisy, bottomless support channels and forums isn't gonna cut it. I am fed up from wasting my time waiting on hold for 45-90 minutes only to be told "we've already told you engineers are coming, bye." This is infuriating.

@Simon_Shell @virginmedia And you won't. They are, without doubt, the worst company/customer service in existence.

I love @virginmedia ‘s new initiative to get customers to reduce screen time and experience world. As a customer you will be connected to Virgin Media wireless whenever available and have absolutely no data at all.

@thealisonedgar I would understand if they offered a service and I was choosing not to take it. They can’t offer a connection in London - it’s not the outer Hebrides. Leaves a bitter taste. Will never go back to @virginmedia

Terrible customer service from @virginmedia . Don’t offer coverage at my new house and want £250 to cancel my existing connection. Would be happy to take it with me but they can’t offer a service (that should be their issue not mine). #dreadful #avoid

@virginmedia There's always engineering work. It resolves a drop in the bucket when there are reported outages every. Single. Day. Not being hyperbolic. We were told we need to call and document every issue. So we do. Every day the automated message says engineers are coming. It's a joke.

@virginmedia Yeah, there are outages. Every single day. I can't remember a day WITHOUT an outage. The only reliable part of my wifi is that my colleagues expect it to be painful talking with me. It's embarrassing. Contract ends in October. You're gonna charge me £250 to leave. I've tried.

@virginmedia Then this is going to take a long time as I haven't got time to call, so how are we going to sort this? I can write an email, or message like this, in 2 minutes - then get on with my work and answer it when I need to but I haven't got time to hang on a phone for half an hour.

@virginmedia Yes. Following a few seconds of the buffering circle, there is message that begins "Something went wrong playing this programme." followed by a few suggested fixes that I've tried but haven't solved the problem. There's a number 02100 in the top right hand corner of the message.

@virginmedia So if "they will be able to help and advise further" why haven't they done so already? As I keep saying they test and find nothing wrong... yet never agree to my request for an engineer to come out and look! I'm not paying for crap broadband, either sort it or I'm off to Sky!

@jayjayuk85 @Voipfonestatus @Voipfone It is such a shame as I moved over to avoid using VirginMedia's half baked voip service so that I never missed any business calls when the internet was down, yet here we are not long as a customer loosing business calls. The staff at VoipFone are very helpful but this aint.
