@virginmedia Another fraud call today to my virgin landline, third one this week. No. that rung was 01202 684483. Claim to be calling from your technical team about slow broadband speeds. Please can you investigate as don’t understand why I am getting these calls of a sudden.

@virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

@virginmedia are the biggest myth and they’re up to something!! I can barely load a webpage quite often and YouTube is taking ages to load but when you do a @Speedtest they show it’s running at 250MB+ And it never works more than 6 feet from the rougher! What is that about??

@virginmedia broadband is terrible, full stop. Boosters in the house and everything yet it’s awful anywhere except literally sat on top of the router. The TiVo box often fails to turn on and they charge through the nose for the phone. Time for a change methinks...
