@vmbusiness LOST FOR WORDS I have been a business customer of yours since May 2021 my broadband has gone down 8 times and 6 engineers have come out. The broad band is down again I’ve called and now waiting for a message to confirm when someone will be coming out again!

@virginmedia Phoned, and as expected; they can't just "put this right". The equipment and service are working fine. That the dish is broken and there is little slack to enable me to bury the cable deeper is due to local engineers. Will just have to dig trench, break cable and wait again!

@virginmedia We are transferring to @SkyUK. Should’ve been completed on March 27th. Virgin won’t port the number across and now without phone line or broadband. Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Porting order cancelled for the fifth time on Saturday.
