    Just found out @virginmedia has been charging extortionate evening call rates on home phone but allegedly only have weekend call free ! Literally ripping people off ! Could have another mobile contract with what they charged for handful of calls to my blind elderly Dad- #bad

    So we’ve waited 4 weeks for @virginmedia to install our TV and WiFi, telling us it’s been in the flat before, they get here finally and say it’s never been in the flat and we can’t have it! So they’ve left and we’re back to square one....

    @virginmedia Thanks. I don’t mean I set of guidelines. I mean an internal process flow for how complaint unsealed managed. For example I have raised a complaint. I call up, get to you offshore team, and they cannot see my complaint or put me through to anyone

    @virginmedia Just to let you know, as most evenings streaming video (even low-res) is really bad again. I know the product description is "up to...", but as you linked the other day you ha "minimum guaranteed bandwidth" that should be more than enough to watch a little bit of video. Very sad

    @JamesTurner37 @virginmedia I imagine their techs are also used to provide counselling services should you wish to disconnect because they’ve hiked the price from £45 to £80. Can’t tell you how long it took to disconnect. origami skills needed to make box to send equipment back . it’s a crap service too.

    @LIVEINBLACKPOOL @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia Why do you need VM? As a short term solution could you not get a USB WiFi adapter to plug into your office computer if it only has wired internet (about £8 on Amazon) and tether one of your EE phones to it to get data on it?
