  • marcustucker Marcus Tucker (@marcustucker) reported from Tottenham, England

@virginmedia I've already spoken to them many times including tonight and they can't do anything other than tell me that the date has moved yet again. Nobody seems to be able or willing to fix your broken status system.

  • daviduaregod paul davis (@daviduaregod) reported from Romford, England

@virginmedia I want to upgrade as I had problems with my income but I can’t do it online don’t say nothing about my next package it’s. A disgrace I can’t phone as it cost me

  • whoiskatrin Kate (@whoiskatrin) reported from Islington, England

@aliciaverbs @virginmedia I’m similarly pissed with Sky, didn’t have internet in North London the whole day yesterday. Such a **** show

  • george_hut Porgie (@george_hut) reported from Islington, England

WTF @virginmedia ?!? You sent the router box sealed and the connector cables is missing! Appalling customer service, waiting over 1h to talk to someone 🤢

  • Jamesmeredith James Meredith (@Jamesmeredith) reported from Camberwell, England

@CommunityFibre @virginmedia #broadband #internet I cancelled Virgin Media broadband in January due to poor customer service and very poor upload speed. Community Fibre are an amazing company! Speeds upload & down 150meg half the price of Virgin. Cust Serv outstanding!! CF!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  • Besawyer Besawyer (@Besawyer) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia Considering I’ve experienced multiple internet and TV issues over the last few weeks (whilst trying to work from home) it would be appreciated to see some compensation on next months bill

  • Om3gaPh0enix Om3gaPh0enix (@Om3gaPh0enix) reported from Whyteleafe, England

@virginmedia you have less than 20 minutes it get the service back up and running or it’s contract cancel time #LineOfDuty

  • Besawyer Besawyer (@Besawyer) reported from Walthamstow, England

  • KyleSew2112 Kyle Sewell (@KyleSew2112) reported from Bromley, England

Right what ******* idiot at Virgin media thought it's ok to reboot my TV

  • jim_dawes James Dawes (@jim_dawes) reported from London, England

@virginmedia no broadband, WiFi or TV services in the SE7 area until 5pm today is completely unacceptable for people working from home. Engineering faults should not be happening during the day. £8 compensation is absolute peanuts. Very poor indeed.

  • marcustucker Marcus Tucker (@marcustucker) reported from Tottenham, England

@virginmedia Surely you must agree that your service status is useless if there's a fault for 15 days but doesn't once give me a correct status? Why is the status tool broken and why is it not being fixed?

  • JP_Goddard John Paul Goddard (@JP_Goddard) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@virginmedia what a joke! Tale of two cities. One advisor couldn’t be more helpful when I rang up with a complaint - I even ended up adding to my package. One was rude, patronising and obnoxious. I get a 14 day cool off might just cancel it. Fuming 😡😡😡

  • marcustucker Marcus Tucker (@marcustucker) reported from Tottenham, England

@virginmedia No coherent reason for 17 days of unusable broadband. Yesterday was told there was an SNR issue, today I was told everything is resolved but my awful bandwidth still shows otherwise. I'm now on a 3 day bandwidth check, which is at least different, possibly progress possibly not.

  • Besawyer Besawyer (@Besawyer) reported from Walthamstow, England

@virginmedia Provide a more reliable service and a time machine

  • Dante_Banks Danté Banks (@Dante_Banks) reported from Tottenham, England

@Simon_Shell @virginmedia And you won't. They are, without doubt, the worst company/customer service in existence.

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BiddickCraig Craig Biddick (@BiddickCraig) reported

@O2 @virginmedia More excited if you sorted out our Broadband issue and we could have the internet at home for work and education. Trying to fix it - hours of calls, being cut off, dealing with BOTS, asking for same information again, still waiting for a dongle. AVOID

  • tim_pulham Tim Pulham (@tim_pulham) reported

@virginmedia So surely you can arrange that for me without the need for me to ring back……that would be good customer service??

  • Dougparkwwod1 Doug@parkwwod (@Dougparkwwod1) reported

@virginmedia I don’t expect a response but I can honestly say subscribing the VM is possible the worst decision of my life#awfulnotfitforpurposenoservicecantaddupwobtatrendhome

  • Tronn206 Jeff Martin (@Tronn206) reported

@virginmedia From what I've heard from your support forum it's just a case of having no stock of Hub 5s. But they're still being advertised as part of your broadband packages. I have registered a complaint on the website but not heard anything.

  • BiddickCraig Craig Biddick (@BiddickCraig) reported

@virginmedia @asmardell27 The only comedy show is your inability to service customers. Warning - don't let Virgin media near your broadband. Stay tuned for more comedy...

  • 3_monk Monkenstien. (@3_monk) reported

@virginmedia I was yes and he did try admirably for 45mins yet in the end the only option was to cancel as the offers you have for existing customers really aren't competative, not even close.

  • andrewminsky Andrew Minsky ACA (@andrewminsky) reported

@virginmedia Ok. I would expect response much quicker….otherwise engineer slots go…when can I cancel?

  • GrumpyCommuter6 Grumpy Commuter (@GrumpyCommuter6) reported

@virginmedia Hi. Its going wonky again. But the service checker is now saying it could be the hub 5. And the problems only really started when going from hub 3 to hub 5. Is it possible to get a replacement?

  • BiddickCraig Craig Biddick (@BiddickCraig) reported

@O2 @virginmedia @TheO2 Hopefully you get prioritised when they agree to set up your new Broadband and you don't have to wait 13 days so your can work from home and your children can prepare for exams. And they don't even try and fix it..

  • LeafNetSco Blake (Leaf Networks 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿) (@LeafNetSco) reported

@Tronn206 @ispreview @virginmedia If it's an upgrade you can cancel your upgrade on the same premise and should go back to what you were on beforehand.
