    @ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Business or Residential service? We switched to VM Business two years ago and it is night & day better. Wi-Fi switched off at router and BT Home Hub used to distribute Wi-Fi throughout the house. I get 550 to the house and over 200 in other rooms

    @virginmedia I have a hub 3. I’ve used the app and it acknowledges black spots in the bedrooms, within 20 ft of router. I got a link for a free booster, but the link was dead. I need help to get these issues sorted. CS. are uncontactable. There are no more trouble shooting steps left!

    @mikast71 @virginmedia Thanks. I also finally got through to a human who said “everything looks fine on our side, sorry you’re having problems.” Kind of at a loss here. Just going to stop the direct debit for the month to see if that generates a response from them.

    God put me out of my misery - holding on the phone to @virginmedia for more than four hours! Spoken to many people who put me through to other people but no one helps me. It’s the same 2 crap songs. At least get a playlist 😢😢😢

    @virginmedia Well I spoke to so many people, trying to get my wifi booster which is part of my package! Customer service, technical, sales and retention but they all said someone else had to help, ended with Willard in retention but after the last half hour on hold had to put the phone down

    @virginmedia I’m feeling so frustrated and fed up! I’ve had issues since Wed, when everything went down for 24 hours, now no wireless gadget will work correctly, very weak signal. Spend over an hour waiting fir CS to answer, he told me only option, PIN reset and put phone down!😡

    @virginmedia According to that crap site, as of this moment it states:Open: looking at the issue and will be back soon. Last entry is dated the day I made the complaint. Tumbleweeds since. Virgin even had cheek sending a survey yesterday to ask how my experience has been in handling this!

    @virginmedia I work from home and this is unacceptable, my company IT dept. Pinged my IP address and the latency is appalling it fluctuates and stops all together at times yet I am still paying for a better service and no one at virgin notified me of the ongoing issue

    @virginmedia Thanks for getting back me. I’ve done everything, quite a few times, even a hard reset. Your app says my connection is “great” but does it look like it? I need someone to come and have a look. I’m paying over £50 for just Broadband and it’s poor.
