    @virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

    I outright discourage anyone to get @virginmedia. Yes they may have the fastest internet but if you have issues with it you are screwed! Had @virginmedia for multiple years on and off, given many chances. Now I'm done. Will be filing a complaint with @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Yes - one of the ladies (I spoke to two after being cut out due to reception issues) stated that they try three times per day until they reach the customer !!! Have only had one missed / unconnected call on Sunday!!
