    @virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    @virginmedia I have better things to do with my time than phoning @virginmedia The system should pick up on this. Virgin’s system is quick to chase me regarding the return of a bloody hub. Absolutely atrocious service.

    @virginmedia I have twice tried to speak to people this week re the poor broadband speeds whilst being left on hold for over an hour the first time and 30 mins the 2nd time. Can someone contact me so I can end my contract as your service is terrible

    @virginmedia @ande4s Happens on live TV, when rewinding and playing back its the same part of the program that does it so not a problem with the display device. Netflix fine through the box though so I'd suggest the actual live TV programs

    @virginmedia you are and absolute shambles of a company. Tried to add Premier 1 HD so I could watch a particular event this afternoon. Told there is a problem sending activation codes at the moment but I will still be charged for a months subscription! WTF?

    @virginmedia any reason why my wi-fi range has dropped so much? I can literally see the router and only have 1 bar on my phone. Alexa keeps failing in the garden even though it's meters away from the router. The connect app says I don't have gone broadband so not much help.

    @virginmedia We lost broadband again (N19 area). Virgin support says 8pm ETA for the fix but I know it will come back in 10 mins or so. I need to know when this ‘network’ issue will be permanently fix. I am losing work, get cut off conference calls for the last 10 days due to this issue.

    @virginmedia It happened just now again. Support line says they can only check our router but because broadband is down, they can’t access it. How do I reach a network engineer?
