@virginmedia I called yesterday about this xmas chaos plus the bill I just received and the lady didn't know what I was talking about. I said I was considering leaving VM and she promised her manager would call within 2 hours. Never happened.

@virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

@virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

@virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

@virginmedia Its wired and wireless. Most of the time the service is ok sometimes it goes slow and sometimes it dies. Fault checker on the website identified an issue with the router and asked for a reset which was done. No fix.

@JB_CFFire @virginmedia Yeah, that's ****! They are right though, the only way to measure it with a degree of accuracy is with a wired connection. The other way to establish what is going on is to log into the router and somewhere in there there will be a read out of the actual incoming line speed.

@LvLy_Lena @virginmedia The worst thing is that I prepared this WEEKS ago before moving so I didn't miss any work, it was the engineer that really didn't seem to know what to do. He also broke a lamp because he ran EVERYWHERE.
