@virginmedia My partner did. Two hours later after the auto response still nothing. Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.

Hi @virginmedia. You were meant to phone us at 8am today. Just like your service guy was supposed to turn up 12-4 yesterday, but instead turned up at 7, hadn't been told what the issue was, got aggressive & drove off. You are appalling.

@virginmedia If anyone is there, your Kafkaesque hellhole of a website is like the labyrinth in The Shining. It just sending a user back to sign in, even though we are, and that's after thirty minutes trying to change the password. You are abysmal.

Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

Shocking customer service experience from @virginmedia need to find the legality of coming out of contract which was started last month. Scott/Chris you guys need some serious training on customer service over the phone.

@virginmedia Also, yesterday you told us that there had been service issues in our postcode since beginning of April. You forgot to mention this when selling a contract to us with allegedly faster speeds, which apparently can't exist.

@virginmedia Still awful today.... took 22hrs to fix and then it’s been in and out all day. Considering what you have people paying for a M200 broadband package, the fact it barely stays stable enough for google is embarrassing. It’s the 4th time I’ve lost a full daytimes worth since November

@virginmedia Hi, no the fault is with my equipment / service not the area. Has been going on for months. Had engineer out = still faulty. Sent new hub 3 = still faulty. Multiple calls with “technical” = still faulty....and then had engineer booked but received text to say visit cancelled 😡
