@virginmedia I’ve been speaking to the team for a month I’d like my service to work now #ee were very helpful giving me £20 per month unlimited data add on so I can use a hotspot at home I will be expecting Virgin to reduce all my £60 per month bills by however much much I spend on extra data

@virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

@SkyHelpTeam She needs @virginmedia to actually cancel her account as they added a package she didn’t agree to and now they won’t allow her to cancel or change. She’s not even signed or agreed to any new payments 😩

@virginmedia Our computers have not been able to log in since Friday pm - we have rung the helpline an automated check asked us 15 mins ago to reset the router and wait 10 mins - we have and it’s still not working. Just renewed my contract with you in Thursday and now patchy
