@virginmedia One of your agents said they would send across a WiFi pod (which never happened) and then we were informed that he didn’t have the ability to send them after a further call 1 month later. We were also advised they would send us a hub 4 to try and get rid of the existing hub 3

@virginmedia That’s absolutely fine, but again like mentioned before. I should not be receiving contrasting information from your employees. I can understand one isolated incident but having 2 incidents for the same issue highlights a form of incompetence somewhere

@virginmedia And then told that they couldn’t do that either, all whilst being very rude on the phone for an issue with the equipment which frankly I believe is not an acceptable level of service ( I don’t expect 100% reliability - but something better than no service would be nice!)

3 different @premierinn hotels this week and 6 in the last 3 weeks and I can honestly say that your Wi-Fi is absolutely atrocious. It’s always been bad, but some how it’s now even worse. It’s time to ditch @virginmedia and get a decent Internet supplier.

@PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

So @virginmedia can send emails demanding the return of their router when you leave but make it so hard to arrange for their people to collect said kit. To that point their person ignored my messages for 2 days until it was convenient for him to reply. Poor service start to end

@_MMaritima @virginmedia Wired speed test would be to isolate between a wireless problem or the connection in. Router might be shielded which would kill signal. Make sure other electronics aren't too close. I can ruin my wireless if I put router on top of my TiVo box

@virginmedia They told us the hole lot ! Check the wires turn is off and on , they said there was a issue with the box and would need to get an engineer to take a look advise for appointment but was a month away and stupid I’m sure you have a record of our time wasted
