    @virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

    @virginmedia After going through webchat sales team and customer care. Could not reach deal to upgrade so I said Would talk to other providers. Customer care wanted me to wait to speak to relationship manager and I waited on line for a further 45 minutes for the person to come on line.

    @virginmedia I called to register the fault but that is not an option that is available. So Virgin recognises a fault; customer just cannot register it. Flawed, no? #virginmediadown No wonder #VirginGalactic can thrive. Clever.

    @virginmedia Thanks for clarifying. Anyway I’ve now been without broadband and landline since 8.30am, back from unplanned trip to office for their wifi to find that service is not going to be fixed until 9am tomorrow! This is the second time in a month I’ve been without service all Friday. 😫

    @virginmedia Connection is not stable, it’s dropping more often than being up. When it is up it lags, supposed to have 500M but it’s not happened since I got it upgraded. Upgraded to try and solve buffering issue as had that for 18+ months

    @virginmedia I’d wish you could just give me internet which actually works. No internet for 24 hours! You want to charge me to diagnose the problem - rubbish service. Am contacting ombudsman
