    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    Not the best start to the day when you attempt to log-on to work and discover that @virginmedia is down. Hoping that we don’t get anywhere near as late as 11:55 for KT2, that the website is saying that the issue is supposed to be resolved by.

    @virginmedia told by one of your customer services that in order to get broadband you need to have a phone line so I have been conned for seven years. It’s simply not good enough no I have a package for £34 a month just Internet and I was promised a better price but hey Ho Virgin Media

    @virginmedia No the agent just went over a script of what to do which I explained had happened in the 2 hours it took through to get through, I explained the security issue is virgins end but the agent refused to acknowledge this or raise the concern to be investigated

    @virginmedia whyyyy do you use @YODEL as your courier??? . They are the WORST courier .. they may be cheap but you are damaging your brand by using them . Second day still no delivery - missing work for a driver that never appears and no broadband . New customer - not happy !

    @NakamotoPlaza @virginmedia I’ve just had an agent escalate the issue whether or not this gets fixed I’m unsure of but have made them aware should any of my data be compromised by no fault of my own I will seek compensation of a GDPR breach and raise a complaint further
