    @virginmedia Can u not have some1 in the right team look in2 it or virgin works in silo’d team who can only say “thats not something I can do”? The exp has been exactly that as when you dial in customer service & pass through security as they transfer you to pre-install there is no handover

    @virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. So far, nothing.

But tonight takes the biscuit with the amount of downtime given the time of year. I have a suspicion this maybe due to number of new phones vs computer console overload.
