@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

@virginmedia That would imply that I had faith in your services & belief that you cared about your customers. I know from the past that this is not the case. I have already checked and this problem is supposed to be fixed by 3pm, it has been ongoing since 8am. It really is tedious and boring

@virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia It was a customer insight survey sent to me by email. Gives you no chance to really voice your opinion as it’s just pushing the new box.

@virginmedia Please could someone let me know how to deal with issues, regarding mobile Wi-fi hotpspots and voicemail from abroad. Tried a number of times and yet to have any conversation, that didn’t require me repeating myself two or three times !!

@virginmedia been trying to cancel my services for 6 months now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Being fobbed off month after month. Telling me I will incur costs. Please get your act together. I just want to leave. Every month you say my contract runs out the next month.

@virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

@virginmedia It's getting to the point now where it will save me money by cancelling the TV and phone and subscribing to Netflix and buying a firestick. I've been a customer since virgin took over blueyonder maybe it's time to consider my options because loyalty means absolutely nothing.
