    @virginmedia That's who I've been talking to. Spoke to Sabine who has fixed it I think for 4th March. 2 others who couldn't help me, of which was rude and uncaring. All told me different things. It appears its an area fault, which the first one didn't confirm

    @joshshepherd88 @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Looks pretty simple to me tbh. Sell a service and just ignore customers. I feel sorry for the staff that have to try and run this **** show. They must get so much abuse. Iโ€™m not even mad Iโ€™m just disappointed that I canโ€™t use the service Iโ€™m paying for. 3 months of this ๐Ÿ’ฉ

    @virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to Novemberโ€™s bill. Just been charged full amount!

    @virginmedia connection is down, your diagnostics state there's a problem and helped me book an engineer but earliest appointment isn't until Tuesday? Seriously? No home phone line for 4/5 days isn't good.

    @virginmedia we're getting really slow WiFi speeds on all Apple devices using the new Hub 3.0. Android devices are okay. It's just iPhones and iPads that are on a go slow. Any advice/tips to solve this?

    @virginmedia 3 weeks after you drill through my pipe & send cowboy plumbers out I still havenโ€™t heard anything! I filled a complaint 2 weeks ago and no response. If you think I am paying my bill this month you can jog on. Absolute terrible customer service

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @obbsie @virginmedia Hence I left and went to @SkyUK Their call centre isnโ€™t a machine, and if youโ€™re not happy with the initial contact ask to speak to a supervisor and problems do get resolved.

    @virginmedia our virgin media account has been locked for over three weeks. We are unable to log in ! We have spent long time on four phone calls. We have been promised calls back and resolution within 3-5working days. We are still waiting. We have been customers for 26 years
