I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to Novemberโs bill. Just been charged full amount!

Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether!
