@virginmedia it has said ‘no problems detected’ despite the fact that multiple people on local facebook groups are having the same issue. Other down detector websites have also noted issues so there must have been some outage this morning in the area?

So as some may know I work at a computer repair shop and there have been a rise in online scams this last few weeks. Especially people claiming to be from @virginmedia regarding slow internet speed If it sounds suspicious hang up. @SurreyPolice #ScamAlert

@OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

@virginmedia Are you able to remove all registered devices from my Virgin TV Go account? Searching online it looks like there is a bug on the system, which requires Virgin Support to remove the devices.

@virginmedia Ok well ive raised a formal complaint. If it wasnt you you have leaked a significant amount of data including my old package cost, next package cost amount and the fact I have cancelled on a specific date. I would say that suggests a worse breach then?

I can see where @richardbranson gets his money. Virgin wrongly charged me more than double. Called “customer service” - no refund - only credit as part of bill cycle. Not able to email confirmation and no manager available for 4 hours. Pathetic but predictable @virginmedia

@virginmedia The issue now is I cannot login either to account or my hub and have not been able to for a while. I cannot answer the security questions because I cannot login. A reboot fixed the connectivity problem for now.
