Not very good @virginmedia complaint C-2901212518 emailed to say they tried to call. No they haven’t. No incoming calls registered and nothing on my mobile! Didn’t even remotely address the complaint in the email. Please call me!

@virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

@virginmedia Thank you but we have complained and no response. We are with you because you offer 200Mb and we need that, the closest competitor offers only 60Mb. It’s frustrating that we are paying for a service that is not guaranteed

@virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

@virginmedia connection is down, your diagnostics state there's a problem and helped me book an engineer but earliest appointment isn't until Tuesday? Seriously? No home phone line for 4/5 days isn't good.

Anyone have constant issues with @virginmedia we pay for 200Mb super fast broadband. We are in Bromley. Over the last year we have had nothing but issues and no matter how many times we make contact we get fobbed off. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver. Anyone else?

@virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

@joshshepherd88 @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Looks pretty simple to me tbh. Sell a service and just ignore customers. I feel sorry for the staff that have to try and run this **** show. They must get so much abuse. I’m not even mad I’m just disappointed that I can’t use the service I’m paying for. 3 months of this 💩

I have noticed a lot of people complain about the service received from @virginmedia for broadband. @Ofcom please can you look into this? We pay for a service that has constantly let us down for many months.

@virginmedia is there a fault with the hub 3 as the router keeps kicking all devices off the hub and then takes a few minutes until it reconnects to the devices we have restarted the router and the problem persists I'm not going to beat around the bush it's rather annoying, help?
