    Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

    @virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

    @virginmedia no broadband, WiFi or TV services in the SE7 area until 5pm today is completely unacceptable for people working from home. Engineering faults should not be happening during the day. £8 compensation is absolute peanuts. Very poor indeed.

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    Is @virginmedia the worse company in the world to deal with. been a customer for many years, just spent 45 on the phone to discuss an upgrade to a new package that is on their website for £79 to be told that I will have to pay £104 because I am an existing customer. #crapservice

    @virginmedia Out of nowhere service stops. Everything is plugged in correctly. Restart. Nothing works. Give it a few hours and miraculously starts working again. About once a week now.

    Can I get some help real quick, my downloads on chrome have gone from an average of 10mbps to 100kbps. I’m currently on a 2.4ghz network and upgrading my network card soon to a 5ghz as I have virgin media gigabit wifi. I’m on laptop with no eithernet

    @virginmedia Still no returns package sent to me. 54 days after first requesting. I’ve requested several times now. You’ve sent a letter saying you will charge me if I don’t return it in 9 days. Tried to file a complaint online but because my account is closed it says I can’t.

    Hi @virginmedia can I have some assistance? My V6 box stopped giving me pictures so I swapped with another, can I have replacement please? And the cables that feed the building i live in are exposed, I think we need some work doing with the connection before something bad happens

    @virginmedia Aparantly there is a problem in our area but its not going to be fixed until 7pm. I have work to do, so what do you propose we do now, its a regular occurance this, i don't pay £70 a month to not be able to use the internet, we all need to be refunded for loss of service also
