@virginmedia FYI, received phishing email today claiming to be from Virgin Billing & with your logo. Said our service will be suspended from 02/04 due to invalid billing info & invited us to sign into our account by clicking on button in email to validate billing details.

@virginmedia @vmbusiness just phoned VM customer support & guys in the background shouted “hey it’s God’s brother calling up in Hindi” that customer was of 90 years of age; I found that remarks so appalling. They must treat their customer with respect as they would expect to be

@virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!

@virginmedia family recently got your services and are having a sound issue which looking online is a problem that’s been around a while but I can find if you ever published a resolution - sound on V6 box cuts out intermittently for a moment in Dolby Ditial Audio programs

@virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

@virginmedia Hi - issue hasn’t resolved from reboot (didn’t appear to be an update). Also seeing very intermediate problems where programs freeze momentarily/blur (almost like on satellite when the weather gets in the way / when the hard drive was struggling to playback files)

@virginmedia I pay for 300 meg broadband and have done for a long time. Currently via ethernet cable I get 100 meg and wifi 30-40 meg tops. But as low as 10-15 meg. When trying to stream anything via firestick I get buffering. A few weeks ago we had no problems.

@virginmedia Aug 14th update Talked to Jazz from Customer service. Transferred call to Adhilan from Field support team. He confirmed the appointment on 16th by an in-house technician again 🥲. A REPEAT OF 11TH APPOINTMENT. Call transfered to Anathi of faults team. Not sure of what 2b done.

Anyone having problems getting through to @virginmedia ? I have been trying for ages today, can't speak with anyone; they are now using WhatsApp to resolve customer issues. They are the pits; avoid.
