    Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

    @virginmedia FYI, received phishing email today claiming to be from Virgin Billing & with your logo. Said our service will be suspended from 02/04 due to invalid billing info & invited us to sign into our account by clicking on button in email to validate billing details.

    @virginmedia as holding time is up to one hour why don’t you have a call back service like many others companies. On hold for up to one hour from my mobile to deal with an issue we had for months

    @virginmedia It’s was a mobile but we phoned up and cancelled and went with a different provider as there was an issue on your side with the order

    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    @virginmedia - absolutely hopeless !!!! Trying to cancel as moving house ... telephone line for moving off due to Covid, web chat not working, no “button” on site to press even though instructions say to press it .... impossible to contact!!!!

    @virginmedia Engineer didn’t turn up, spent 2.5hrs on hold to be told that engineer did (but we were in and have cctv and no call) - raised complaint and promised call before 9am today but no call. Very frustrated and out of pocket from having to hotspot and call charges.

    @virginmedia Hi yes we have but doesn’t work. Averaging 20mbs this morning but obviously not even close to what we’re paying for. This is clearly a broader capacity issue and not just my modem would you not agree?

    @virginmedia It has proved impossible to contact any number to order a booster I believe it is a myth that you actually provide these you used to provide a great service what happened. Perhaps the only answer is leave as I am done with complaining as it has not working.

    @virginmedia Internet has crashed for the third time this morning. Rang customer support. Only Got useless advice about checking out a certain website when I have no Internet. Rang fault status line - was not provided with any information. Finally had to reply to an SMS message.
