@virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

Feeling a tad disgruntled with @virginmedia I had to go into office today even though got tonsillitis as no broadband at home 😤 been two days now and trying to get hold of virginmedia impossible! Limited TV service I can live with but need broadband to work!

@virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

@virginmedia Yes it is only the WiFi, it doesn’t even travel for 10m down the length of the house. I’ve had to buy extenders which still aren’t great. No mirrors, cordless phones or fish tanks in between router and where the signal gets lost
