    Changed from sky broadband to @virginmedia seriously didn’t think it could be worse. How wrong I was. Utterly shocking broadband. Lost count of the number of times on the last 48 hours we’ve lost service.

    @virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

    @virginmedia been on hold for hours this week to speak to someone as we cancelled our contract due to not being able to use the WiFi and I have been emailed saying money will be taken from our account in a week or so. We haven’t even used the WiFi once, shocking customer service.
