Finally get through to ooomph team @virginmedia explained everything he began looking into it then he hung up. Another hour on hold. Wtf is wrong with your systems! He’s not called back even though he’s got my details! No one give a ****. I had it for today 😩

I upgraded our wifi from 200mbps to 500mbps but as always the darn thing is even slower than before. The worst thing about is am paying even more now?? I complained so many times but @virginmedia only ignores it. Why are you deceiving the public @virginmedia? @BBCWatchdog

@virginmedia I’ve just pressed the button so hopefully that does something. I’ve still got my main concern being even when the website says no known issues, we are knowing of an issue. The issues are extensive and when trying to speak to an engineer yesterday I was pin-balled around for hours
