    @Binky_2301 @virginmedia The service was pretty reliable until now 19 days ago. Their status tool says no issues yet an engineer told me there were. And that they were fixing it. Been watching Twitter and it’s been an issue with folks all over the country.

    @virginmedia I am trying to contact your customer service team regarding #nuisancecalls plaguing my 84 yr old (isolating) Dad, all numbers online are unobtainable or recorded mssgs which cut off - im right in thinking you are a tele-communications provider aren't I ?

    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @virginmedia Dreadful customer service. Like others, waited nearly an hour on the phone only to get mucked about because I couldn’t instantly recall the name of my package. No help at all, representative wouldn’t transfer me and hung up.

    @virginmedia Been trying to speak to someone the last two day. Was told yesterday (when I did get through) that broadband was ok ( clearly it wasn’t) and that someone would escalate and call back today... No call today and broadband slow and intermittent again, has been for 4 weeks now, help!

    @GuseensLV @virginmedia Ah man, I’m with ya. 350MB here was fab until 16 days ago. Been “OK” today, had a relatively stable connection but it never crept over 10MB and that was if I was lucky *sigh*

    @virginmedia Down again. We've been having ~daily issues since March. This isn't fair. I call up and the automated message states "intermittent fault" then hangs up. What's happening at BN1, Brighton? For months! You have 1 week or i'll complain to Ofcom with all my evidence

    What happened to @virginmedia ? Once had the best customer service in the UK. Now they laugh at customers who are having issues. That and when you ask to complain they mute you and hang up after 20 minutes....

    @virginmedia Our landline can't make or receive phone calls! Your online test and service status show no issues, and have done your troubleshooting steps. We have no idea how long this hasn't worked for, but we've been paying for it! We think we've been disconnected somewhere...
