    Outraged! Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to sort out an order for two @virginmedia mobile phones. On top of 2 hours yesterday. Still not resolved, and can’t cancel the order without passing me on to a third customer service agent. Worst service ever! #virginhatecustomers

    @MttLacey @virginmedia I have now. But at the time I was told by Virgin they’d stop charging me and the banks advise was not to cancel DD, that you just wait for the company to close the account. I just spoke to Virgin on the phone and the customer service guys response was “sorry I can’t help”

    @virginmedia I check every time. So much so that I only have to type 'v' in my browser and that's the first suggested url. Nothing in the area apparently. We're on our second hub due to these problems and the replacement hasn't changed a thing. No change, just empty apologies.

    @virginmedia was offered a wifi pod service last week due to the poor internet in my property, got the one pod and was told to call back on the 20/5/21 to order the additional 2 that are available, now on the phone to your team and getting nowhere!

    @virginmedia Given up calling customer services done that nearly every day for last 12 weeks and still in the same position I was 12 weeks ago. Only difference I'm now nearly £400 less in bank account for the privilege

    @virginmedia Everything. It's back now but we have far too many problems with your service. Trying to livestream yesterday and I just kept freezing despite being hardwired. TV was terrible so had to hotspot from my phone to load Netflix. Why am I paying for a service of lies?
