@virginmedia Just to advise I have given my 3 days notice ... I do not have the time or patience to deal with your appauling customer service or incompetence any longer .... I recorded my notice and as of 30 days I will be cancelling my DD .... finally rid of your awful company!!!

@virginmedia I cannot believe the audacity of your adverts. We live in Twickenham and have regretted every day since we switched from Sky. (Even though they were robbing us for 11 years loyalty). We would happily pay overpriced sky for absolutely substandard virgin service.

Chi Lord (@RevdChi) reported from Hillingdon, England
So disappointed with my phone call with @virginmedia customer service team trying to rip me off. Needless to say that I’ll be ending my subscription with them. #worstever

anne hill (@gorgeousuk) reported from London, England
@virginmedia That would imply that I had faith in your services & belief that you cared about your customers. I know from the past that this is not the case. I have already checked and this problem is supposed to be fixed by 3pm, it has been ongoing since 8am. It really is tedious and boring
-
Nick (@NickO_L1805) reported from Richmond, England
@virginmedia Ok, so as promised here’s an update… the problem still exists!! Instagram works perfectly on 4G & any WiFi other than Virgin, but on Virgin WiFi it is slow & won’t load videos or carousel posts properly. As per the forum threads, this is an ongoing issue with Virgin WiFi only.
-
anne hill (@gorgeousuk) reported from London, England
@virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.
-
anne hill (@gorgeousuk) reported from London, England
@virginmedia Or maybe that’s wishful thinking. Anyway. We will be considering our options over the weekend and I don’t think we will be staying with VM. Bad service is too regular now
-
Paul Curry (@paulcurry67) reported from Spelthorne District, England
@virginmedia I have called 3 times today and given up twice and got thru after 10 mins 3rd time. I gave all info only to be now told they are not the department I speak to despite you giving me the nbr and options to use!!! I am not holding to them speak to yet another person ... AWFUL!!!
-
Paul Curry (@paulcurry67) reported from Spelthorne District, England
@virginmedia The silence is deafening ..... but then there must come a point where even @virginmedia themselves must be aghast at how utterly dreadful the service is they provide to their customers!!! No words !!!
-
Eamonn Curran (@EamonnCurran2) reported from Ealing, England

-
anne hill (@gorgeousuk) reported from London, England

@RuislipR @virginmedia Virgin - abysmal. Went with them for a year (for my dad) and it was a disaster from start to finish. Should never have left SKY. Went straight back to them.

Richard Howell (@richardhowell20) reported from Spelthorne District, England
So, @virginmedia, I’ve struggled with you poor hub for 18 months, then had to spend £200 on an intelligent Wi-Fi hub for you to bring and intelligent hub as you’ve identified this as a problem! #poordeal
-
martinoxley (@martinoxley) reported from Richmond, England
@virginmedia This is not customer service. It's inertia selling. I have to call you, fill in forms etc for a problem you created. You have all of my details. I want you to contact me.
-
Jenny Illmann (@JennyIllmann) reported from London, England
Lately Virgin Media hasn’t been very good at all. I never used to have issues with it.
-
Hugh Scantlebury (@HDPMS) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England
@virginmedia Engineer on site. No signal for the “little” channels E4, Channel 5 etc. (others are OK) so he’s in the pit in the street. Presumably therefore not just us....
-
Paul and Sir Fluffy Watson (@Praeceps69) reported from Hounslow, England
@virginmedia I'm already a customer. I was considering moving up north, until I found out that nearly all the areas I want to move to have no virgin broadband. So I am stuck where I am.

Sophie Yates (@sophie_yxx) reported
@virginmedia No link for my problem tho! I was told that I wouldn’t be charged until all my services were up & running and yet you sent me a bill dated 2nd June for £20 a month more than I had been paying on the contract u were supposed to be migrating. I gave me the wrong no as well….
-
Money Bee (@MoneyBenjamin) reported
@QuickStopHicks Typical Virgin Media! We have these problems A LOT!
-
Sophie Yates (@sophie_yxx) reported
@virginmedia That seems to be acceptable service to you though. I have been a customer of yours for over fifteen years and there seems to be no acknowledgement of that fact.
-
Rob Allen (@_roballen) reported
@virginmedia This same thing happened yesterday, web checker says all is fine. Then later on after listening to the automated call it says there is a problem. But it feels purposefully difficult to get somewhere with vm
-
Braan Girl (@braangirl) reported
@virginmedia My point is that the 14 day cooling off regulation is not being followed here. She should be able to cancel the new contract - which she STILL hasn't been sent the new terms and conditions of, 14 days later.
-
Craig Aspey (@cr41g4) reported
@virginmedia 1) it’s not a first bill. It’s a continuation of service with a package change, because if I didn’t change package I’d be paying double every month. 2) I wasn’t told at the time of agreeing to the renewal. This is tone deaf from Virgin. Chargin double in a month. No.
-
Sophie Yates (@sophie_yxx) reported
@virginmedia I just need to get the issue resolved. I have been treated appallingly. You left me with no phone for over a week and were going to leave me with no broadband for that time as well.
