    @virginmedia customer services needs a nig improvement! A gent from your marketing team called and offered FREE channels as I’ve been witn u since 2002 or so. Bill comes and I’ve been charged for the service. I call customer support and they tell me that the marketing team LIED.

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia moved from #sky gave notice 2 weeks ago, looking forward to installation on Friday 13th. You confirmed on Tuesday 10th. Took the day off work. Didn’t arrive, called support. Was informed installation changed to 28th😡😡🤬🤬🤬. Great start! Received letter today14th

    @Graham72352889 @virginmedia I know. I used it last night & was sent round and round in circles. Eventually, I got to speak to a lady in India, who I couldn’t really understand, save that she eventually said there was an “outage”. I subsequently found they have planned maintenance for the next week or so.

    Anyone got any recommendations for broadband? I'm literally done with Virgin media. Costs me a fortune and the Internet goes off at least once a day. We don't even watch the TV because that's a bag of crap an all.

    @virginmedia I called the payment line at the start of the month, paid what it said to and now I’ve got an email saying I need to pay more or service will be restricted. What is the point of the auto pay line if it’s not accurate? I need the internet

    Would be absolutely lovely if @virginmedia could actually let people know that their internet is going to be down all day before the fact, instead of having to find out only when the connection drops while looking at the service status on the website.

    @virginmedia @1samc Jumping in Sam, I had the same problem and the above method was only way that worked for me. Sadly the engineer still turned up but I had done my bit!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia you know things are bad when at the start of a zoom or teams meeting you have to apologise in advance as you're with Virgin so will probably be cut off during the meeting
