@virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

@virginmedia So I have practically given up now and accepted @virginmedia has no regard for customer service, as you don't employ anyone human to make that happen. The only humans, as far as I can see, are in the social media teams, which is bonkers.
