My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional

@virginmedia how do I book an engineer to move my hub 3 to another room in my house? I’ve had a new kitchen installed and the hub no longer fits in this space, it’s causing problems with wiring. Webchat does not recognise relocation inside the same property so no use to me.

@virginmedia if you have planned maintenance in the area ‘to make the service better’ why not send your loyal customers a heads up? You can’t just take the service away for a whole day W/out informer us beforehand. This is really poor customer service #virginmediadown

@virginmedia Joshua PPV quality is shocking. Pixelation at the bottom of the screen. See there is a fault after paying £26. Why wasn’t I told/warned before purchasing? Taking money for a product that you know not to be working is very poor drills. Refund please
