@virginmedia thanks virgin media for a wasting 5 hours of my day waiting for an engineer after I reported a fault with my landline on Sunday. Turns out it was a problem with your cabinet so the engineer didn't need to check my property.

@virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

@virginmedia Yep and no issue with the promotion running out - my issue is the way the email is laid out, basically suggesting the deal will carry on the same only to hide the actual cost (that changes a few days later) in the same print, which is incredibly misleading.

@virginmedia - we left you due to rocketing costs on 17th February and paid all our bills up to that point. We are now being pursued by a debt collection agency for costs after that date. We have spoken to you, we have emailed the agency and have no resolution - no wonder we left
