@virginmedia Upgraded to volt500 from 350 and speed haven’t changed now 3 weeks despite your engineer changed the hub him self still same shame I been loyal customer for the last 13 years

@virginmedia I have followed every instruction as advised. Turned off, set, check status and even network issue in area.. it just keeps dropping out daily with no know issues. It’s as if faster broadband has actually slowed it all down! Pse sort it out

@virginmedia Yes, zero issues in area for broadband, pulled apart and reset the router numerous times. It just keeps wanting to download new settings, works for a bit and then fails. Engineer now booked for next Wednesday which is an eternity running my business from home.

Everyday this week and again today @virginmedia has stopped working… constant resets and in some cases down for 3-4 hrs at a time which is preventing work, training, education & entertainment! Come on #Virgin sort your reliability out pse

@virginmedia can’t even set up hub properly. 3 weeks since I upgraded my speed and I receive still the same but they keep insisting (we made changes will approve by tomorrow) REALLY!!! Is technical support think we are so stupid. Get a grip @virginmedia next stop complaints

@virginmedia Good morning, This is the 3rd day with no broadband. You have conflicting messages as to whether there is an issue or not, and whether it has been fixed or not. I have been unable to speak to anyone or log a call out. Can someone please help

@virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

@virginmedia Hi, my Hub 3 seems to be totally broken. No internet, non responsive to hard reset, does not assign IP when plugged in via Ethernet. Have appointment scheduled for Saturday but wondered if possible to send replacement sooner since it isn’t a connection issue.

@SingleMumDiary @virginmedia Just read this. You are not alone. My in-laws, both in 90s have had no phone for about 3 weeks. Engineer booked for today - didn't turn up and still no working phone,working for very long standing customers who need a home phone. Awful from Virgin Media!!
