@virginmedia stop emailing and texting me every day threatening to fine me £100 for the non return of your equipment. On 23 August I booked for one of your engineers to collect it on 13 September. This poor customer service is one of the reasons I left Virgin after 10+ years.

A big problem with @virginmedia's representatives is they do not forewarn you of the changes to your package. This is something that should be part of their service. They either don't know what their own company has with each package or they assume you already should.

@virginmedia Worst CS ever, staff rude and unhelpful. No broadband approx 23 days and restricted TV only a couple of random stations working. Couldn’t use prime/Netflix/now and DP. Offered £25 compensation, not happy raised complaint 2 wks ago and not heard anything since.

Every time we renegotiate our contract with @virginmedia, which is the exact same package, they inexplicably remove the CN and Nickelodeon channels. Every. Single. Time. And then we have to go thru the trouble of phoning them back which is taking much longer than usual this time.
