@virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

@virginmedia What is it with the broadband service of late. on 100mbps service and had no issues for over a year. Now I am having to reboot the router daily as its dropping to 0.09 mbps download and no upload speed even being detected. Once rebooted its fine for a few hours
