    @Roaster323 @virginmedia FaceTime and WhatsApp are over 4G or WiFi anyway. This is for normal calls/texts when you don’t have any signal. I built my office with insulated floors/roof/walls which means it’s terrible for signal due to foil used on the insulation so at least this will resolve that issue

    @virginmedia I have done all of the above. Issue here is that this it is affecting other VM customers as well, all of us are using your WiFi! Please check your community forum and you will see there are a lot of posts about the same issue. Resolve this ASAP or consider reimbursement.

    I’ve been on your community page and seen a lot of VM customers have also posted the same issue with no resolution or response from @virginmedia! You need to sort this out - using mobile data instead of WiFi is not what I signed up for.

    @virginmedia Yes it’s still happening this morning. It’s a permanent issue whenever I go on Instagram. A lot of users have brought up this issue already on the internet, but I can’t find the solution. I can’t continue to switch over to my mobile data just to browse that app!

    @virginmedia So far I have had buy a router and put the useless hub5 in router mode. Spend enough money on vm loathe to pay out for something I shouldn't need. Fairly sure the WiFi max setting is the issue

    @virginmedia All smart plugs (tuya), printer (HP). Smart home isn't smart when it cannot connect. None will connect withuot a dedicated separate 2g signal. This cannot be an issue for VM to provide as you was providing it until the pod came and 192.168etc still has the option.

    @virginmedia Hi. I’m a little confused. You’re insisting on changing my 100% reliable phone line for one that doesn’t work whenever there’s a power cut or the broadband is down. So you are reducing my service, but still charging the same. Why would you think this is acceptable?
