@virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

@virginmedia You put the prices UP and your service we get goes DOWN. How much are you knocking OFF our bills, after all there’s compensation when your trains 15 or 30 min late.
-
Jim James 🇺🇦 (@jimajames) reported from Trowbridge, England
@dnhdesign @virginmedia Completely agree with the repetition issue…CRM should capture these. And the time costs more than the actual bills…

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Marty (@martyvoll) reported
@virginmedia This is as bad as your customer service not knowing how the rise is calculated a 13.8% rise on £29 is £4 rise which is still an inflation busting rise, how is a 24% rise justified, you are ripping off your customers How many of your staff have had an inflation + rise this year
-
Will Pendrill (@WillPendrill) reported
@virginmedia I just got your email highlighting the cost of living crisis. But it appears to be your costs that are the issue not your customers, so you are raising my monthly bill by 29%. @MartinSLewis this strikes me as margin expansion, not cost covering?
-
David Pattison (@DPatz79) reported
@virginmedia Hi John, I believe they have the new 360 stream box. My mother in law has spoken to customer services and explained so they should be listed as vulnerable with dexterity/ eye site issues but they have sent the same standard remote again.
-
Chris Gorrod (@chrisgorrod) reported
@virginmedia @sdb Having very similar issues here too, not far from Huddersfield at WF14. Can access some things but not others. E.g. twitch, slack, hive app, virgin media connect all not working
-
Twisited (@Twisited1) reported
@VirginMediaCorp lets move all our customer service to another country to save money. Also virgin media, lets pick one where they don't speak English that well when most of our customers speak English. waste of time..................
-
Abby SD (@AbbyScholey) reported
@virginmedia They said there was an issue in the area on the phone but it doesn’t say there is on your website (Bd194le). As regards to the heating override it isn’t possible as each smart thermostat has a child lock on which can only be turned off with an internet connection.
-
Barwell (@Barwell93) reported
@virginmedia Sadly not, it shows as no issue in the app unfortunately and the screen i get to is a dead end i cant click anywhere but back from it. All options lead me to this page so far and its rather frustrating.
-
Adam Stephens (@AdamSte72612415) reported
@virginmedia A 22% increase is a joke to a monthly bill investing in your network , but 1GB download speed service constantly gets you less then 500mbs definitely be leaving with this increase.
-
Dan Archer (@dannymike4455) reported
@virginmedia Possibly John, but this is hardly encouraging me to stay. Would you rather I spent an entry tarrif with Virgin Media or go somewhere else. Think about long term gains and customer relations as apposed to short term profits.
-
adrian coll (@adriancoll1) reported
@virginmedia Thanks messaged an hour ago and went thru all the questions and still waiting for a response! For a large company your customer services really suck!
