@virginmedia I did all that. I waited for thr led to go out. Then went and plugged it in and went green the flashed blue again. 24 hours to connect? It's been working for ages then after the outage yesterday all of a sudden its gone

@virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

@virginmedia I didn't get any response on the phone as your IVR 'checked' my Hub and found no issues. I used web chat and the person sent out a technician who came on two consecutive days, eventually replacing the Hub altogether. Your help system was really not helpful or intuitive, tbh.
