  • MarkDavidPearce Mark David Pearce (@MarkDavidPearce) reported

Is it possible to imagine how the @virginmedia customer experience could be worse? Telephone help lines that don't, and when you do speak to someone they ignore what you have said. Utterly hopeless.

@virginmedia I booked a appointment for a technician to come to my house but cancelled as I thought the connection has been fixed but it’s still showing as not working n it’s telling me to wait 12 hours to book a technician. Been like this for a week. Can I book a technician now so I can work

@JamieGiberti @virginmedia Just got a very similar message from O2. "We know you just got a new phone contract two months ago but **** you we're charging you 13% more and it's so early in said contract that we are going to demand hundreds if you want to get out of it."

  • danielwilks10 DW10 (@danielwilks10) reported

@MartinSLewis renewed a new 18month braodband contract with Virgin on the 10th Jan on condition (yes over phone) i would not have any price rises within that time yet today i get an email saying my broadband going up by £7 a month, do i have any rights to cancel? @virginmedia

  • PorticoToffee Stephen Ross (@PorticoToffee) reported

Email from @virginmedia say they are raising the price of my package by £252 this year. How the hell can you justify a price increase of over 23% 🤷 Im using the right to cancel my package due to the increase, because you are also removing this right as from 2024. Shocking
