    @virginmedia The guys are here now and have told me that the same issue that has been a problem the last 4 times still hasn’t been fixed. They are lovely and doing their best but it’s not looking good. You should be ashamed of yourselves

    @virginmedia No service issues and my other half has said the ping test hard wired by an Ethernet cable is coming back with 0.11’s 0.3 0.5 0.31. The house we are in is a small 2 up 2 down and devices drop out intermittently, it’s really annoying.

    @virginmedia 2/2 much distress and cost me too much money tethering data from my mobile. My kids can’t watch tv and I am trying to work from home with tethered data. You’re customer service have no idea what’s going on and can give me no update. It’s a disgrace

    Been ongoing issues from the 26th of May for broadband and Virgin Media has said it’ll be rectified soon. Been left with no wifi and I was told last week ‘it could take until 20/6 but it won’t be that long’. 2 days to go and it’s looking very unlikely I’ll have wifi back up.

    @WorkTheSpace I hope you get it sorted Jack. If you do decide to change, do NOT go with Virgin Media. What you've described is absolute heaven compared to what I went through with VM (Not trying to lessen your feelings on the situation, merely warn people of the terrible Virgin Media)

    @virginmedia Appointment has been made, but what does "the engineer would help" mean? I'm still not clear why I get an adapter in the post if I need an engineer? Or if I need an engineer why is the adapter being sent in the post? What apart from plugging the adapter in will the engineer do?
