-
Lacking Courage (@NeedMoreCourage) reported@virginmedia We have lost faith in your organisation's ability to listen or fix the problem! Poorly trained staff or systems seem to not help & if a scripted system then just puts you into a repetitive loop.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@London_W4 The trouble is that O2 are now in bed with Virgin Media, who also have dreadful Indian 'Tech Support', who can't sort anying out and just read from scripts. Like many companies these days, if you can even find a phone number, they just give loads of messages, telling you to go to their website. The UK could do with a dose of American style customer service!!
-
Danger Mouse 🏴 (@stewiejohn2) reported@Tony_Minter @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Yes you are correct. I was thinking of a delay to service starting. The latest increase means that providers will now need to pay out £10.34 per day for delayed repairs, £32.31 for missed appointments and £6.46 per day for a delay to the start of a new service.
-
Juss33 (@Justine_Sains) reported@virginmedia can you check service in NE28 please and fix times. Internet and television.
