    @virginmedia I been with virgin for years and last month was put on the new virgin O2 SIM deal. I'm already looking forward to when I can cancel the O2 SIM only part. Couldn't get any help with O2 but luckily the person at virgin helped me.

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil Not withstanding the ethics if Virgin was to advise me of customers on my road they could add a breach of GDPR to their continuing customer service. I asked James to escalate to higher management as a phone call is not enough. #CustomerService #virginmedia #BadVirginMedia

    @virginmedia That's a shame. Virgin SIM card was so much better and better customer service. I will probably change to a different phone network as soon as I can

    @virginmedia Its done now but fairly sure it shouldn't take your agents 45 mins to cancel sky and bt sports and change the TV package to the basic. Maybe more training or better systems are needed. Just saying Sky took about 3 minutes to cancel BT sports for me a year or so ago #competitors

    @virginmedia on 11 July I tweeted that my phone line was not working and had been that way for 5-6 weeks. I've had no response it's still not working & once again instead of fixing the issue you're threatening to disconnect my service, go ahead you'll be 1 customer down.

    @virginmedia Please fix your service. Internet on and off all the time and the service checker won't even work. Also getting like 9mb/s max on internet that used to run triple digits. "Sorry, we can’t run a test on your services right now"
