Webmail says can't access my emails right now. And when I go to the sign in page it has my name as 'Jackie' top right though the main page says 'Hi Tina'.

Nothings improved for most of us - not only for this but everything else since you’ve wrecked our economy

Once on virgin you can only use virgin. bt will happily re instal to get you back on openreach network. Unless you need business fibre...then I can provide or advise👍.
