    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil The gift that keeps on giving. I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

    @virginmedia All good now - there were some power issues in another part of Gloucester that seemed to be causing the V6 box at our house and a few friends to restart. Very odd

    @virginmedia I been with virgin for years and last month was put on the new virgin O2 SIM deal. I'm already looking forward to when I can cancel the O2 SIM only part. Couldn't get any help with O2 but luckily the person at virgin helped me.

    @virginmedia I never gave out any personal information as I knew it was a scam cus I'm with Sky. The number was 02045099664 but it was spoofed. Lady had an Indian accent and said technicians in my area had fould a fault which was affecting my computer.

    @virginmedia Its done now but fairly sure it shouldn't take your agents 45 mins to cancel sky and bt sports and change the TV package to the basic. Maybe more training or better systems are needed. Just saying Sky took about 3 minutes to cancel BT sports for me a year or so ago #competitors

    @virginmedia @wiltscouncil Not withstanding the ethics if Virgin was to advise me of customers on my road they could add a breach of GDPR to their continuing customer service.     @virginmedia Also worth pointing out as this WAS the response to a written objection I fail to see how you will entertain further objections as your decision appears to have been made. However bad inappropriate and distasteful I think taking money from dead people is.

    @virginmedia It was updated to 20:05 but still not fixed and no update since then. With the service down since midday (it’s TV and internet) this has been really disruptive, would be great to get some more information if possible.

    @virginmedia It’s the fact that you are affecting peoples work, not to mention your compensation rules states after 2 days. With a significant majority of the workforce WFH @ least 2 days a week, that is not acceptable, and my monthly payments are for 30 days of service not 29.
