    @virginmedia I did all that. I waited for thr led to go out. Then went and plugged it in and went green the flashed blue again. 24 hours to connect? It's been working for ages then after the outage yesterday all of a sudden its gone

    @virginmedia No, it doesn’t, and the internet goes down again within hours, usually in the evening when I presume there’s high usage. We’re in a loop - report issue, told issue is resolved, issue happens again.

    @virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

    @keithward329 @virginmedia This was exactly what was happening to me until yesterday. It was due to low signal quality... when it drops below a certain threshold it can disconnect. The engineer solved it by fitting a signal booster to the incoming cable. TiVo box won't affect internet.

    @virginmedia Hi do you have a contact email that I can send back copies of new contract PDFs to your customer services. They sent them yesterday But after speaking to them today they cannot find them on their system. They told me to resolve this via live chat which I cannot do.

    @virginmedia No one from VM has tried to contact me regarding my complaint This happens very regularly with VM then they close the complaint Offshore customer service is awful I can’t understand what they say, they can never help
