    @SophieEB @virginmedia Hello Sophie... As u r aware, I do RKG on Facebook.. I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

    Today's @virginmedia update... 9.46 I connected to the messaging service. At 10.48 I was put through to the correct department. Still waiting. 5.5 hours so far. Carrier pigeon may be quicker 🤔 So far over 3 days I have been waiting on their messenger thing for 12.5 hours.

    @virginmedia my landline never worked at latest address (years), 2 x TV also stopped working years ago, each time hours on phone to get nowhere… now broadband router ethernet ports failed, after another hour of life lost to your CS they want £25 to replace your broken “super”hub

    @virginmedia have the worst customer service. Absolutely appalling experience I have been on the phone for 4.5hrs and have been lied to and fobbed off and they refuse to let me cancel my contract.
