    Just spoken to @virginmedia customer services about red light on my hub. They GUARANTEED that the light will revert to white in the next 24 hours. Wonder what happen if their guarantee fails?

    @virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

    @virginmedia, been on the phone to customer services for 1hr25mins trying to order a WiFi booster which states I get 3 free with my package and they’ve said to phone back in 24/48 hours as can’t order one. Not had connection in my office for over 2 weeks,what’s so difficult?😡

    @LeePartridge16 @virginmedia i was paying 48 quid for broadband only. having been with them for 12 years, a bit lazy about finding a better deal.. Went ti website after login and got offered 2 quid cheaper Cancelled . Got offer of 25 quid at that point .Then afte 30 missed calls, got new offer of 17 quid.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia - I’m reading in the media that you’re claiming problems are sorted, reports of issues are down. The issues have persisted all day, still not sorted and can’t get through to cust services which maybe why reports of issues are down!
