    @virginmedia sadly having to post again. Home broadband down again. Your service is so unreliable it is useless. U have failed to provide a reliable broadband service and remain in breach of contract.

    @virginmedia after nearly a year of repeatedly dropped internet service finally asked them to turn off their Wi-fi kit so can use my own. Basic connection fails, again, and nothing left for support desk to blame - challenge that if it’s not on the script then no help

    @alone_music @virginmedia Jesus that’s bad, thought it could be done online the activation. I moved house and they said 20£ to move. What they didn’t say was that they renewed the contract and double billed me as they take one month in advance as a new contract. Complained to @virginmedia nothing done

    @virginmedia long wait times 40+ minutes and no fix just another que and a recorded message that will be charged by ‘Virgin Gadget Rescue Team’!. Virgin sets new standards in Customer Service.

    Virgin media service - connection goes down with 24 hours & no help from technical services, just reading from a script & no escalation. Giving up after a year of unacceptable service. Lovely and polite on social media, impossible once a customer #virginmedia

    @amandavin @virginmedia I need fibre though because of stupid children streaming games and all sorts of nonsense. Anything other than virgin also comes with a £50 BT phone line installation. They’ve got me over a barrel

    @virginmedia It’s a property I’m working on at the moment, the elderly owner of the property mentioned it to the engineers at the time and was told it’s normal to have the cable like that. Poor woman spent all this time believing that.

    @virginmedia You’ll have found out then it was closed without communication hence why I’ve had to chase use just for a deadlock to go to the ombudsman- stop hiding behind your shambolic excuse of a customer service team

    @virginmedia ever since I was sent a new sim a few months ago my signal has been so shockingly bad that I cant hold a call for more than 20 seconds.

    @virginmedia Not doing that. I made 17 telephone calls regarding the subject last Friday, to absolutely no resolution. I've raised a complaint. I've requested contact by telephone. If you choose not to, it goes to Ofcom. So far you have made no attempt. I'll keep waiting. 1/2

    @virginmedia 0800 052 7588 is the number I was emailed. My issue is now with the ‘badger’ team (or something like that, again not explained well) to solve the system error, but I’m no closer than I was last week and have no idea when I’ll now get internet? I ordered 07/11 for install 05/12…
