    @virginmedia Reinstalled the app & rebooted the hub. Will now try to stream from downstairs TiVo to upstairs & also try Netflix upstairs. A signal booster for upstairs would be a nice gesture I think🤔

    @virginmedia No, my partner’s phone too. We also have connection problems between downstairs & upstairs TiVo box. Keep losing connection upstairs when trying to stream from the other box. Tried watching a film on Netflix the other night upstairs & it kept buffering 😫

    @VirginMedia_One terrible service from virgin media. Three days trying to get a resolution to a poor WiFi service, gave them a call instead. 1hr 50mins waiting time to be told they wanted to increase my monthly bill by £3 per month to resolve their poor service! #awfulservice

    @virginmedia So why give 48hrs as a timeline when u know u don't work weekends ... 5 months of lies from virgin media & then an hour on the phone being "transfered" the guy didn't even put me on hold ... just put phone down waited 3 mins then picked it back up giving a different name ...

    Spoke to an awful woman called Jane at @virginmedia to cancel my contract. The attitude I got was absolutely disgusting. Thank god I managed to cancel! Even though it took around half an hour to do so.
