    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @DJE_SIMMONS @virginmedia I had an outage recently, ran tests and booked an engineer through the online account. That might save you the pain of their customer services if you're still having issues.

    @virginmedia service in my area right now is horrendous, Internet has been intermittent on and off and the hub at times simply not working. Follow all the guides and setups on your site which always states 'no issues' or 'service is normal', bollox it is, paying for 250mbps here.
