Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia It delivers good speeds, it's just intermittent and I have found myself having to turn it off and on again more frequently. We have an Amazon stick in our kids play room and the buffering can be awful at times. Mostly it's fine but when the router plays up, everyone gets upset!

@virginmedia Yes I do, they're looking for a password that I don't remember as it's 7 y/o, I've been told my account has been closed down, but from experian I can see i still have to pay £52 (even the account was closed). I don't know how to pay as the account is now closed
