    @MarkFlannery19 @virginmedia @phonecoop Hi Mark. Tied into a contract for a year. Therefore they just play lip service to any problems. I used to have 100mbps and that was appalling so upgraded to 200 which is slightly better but never anywhere near even 100 coming into the house

    Well after many many years of being a @virginmedia customer today I finally cancelled my contract. It’s totally disgusting how much they charge. ie £115 a month & saying it was going to go up another £5

    @virginmedia No service issues and my other half has said the ping test hard wired by an Ethernet cable is coming back with 0.11’s 0.3 0.5 0.31. The house we are in is a small 2 up 2 down and devices drop out intermittently, it’s really annoying.

    @virginmedia Finally managed to speak to someone yesterday afternoon, promised a call or a visit to resolve anytime from 8am today Told to "keep line free" did that, stayed in all day, never used phone, guess what, NOTHING, yet another disappointment. Are your customer service team for real?

    @brooktop68 @virginmedia @bridgetmck We’ve turned the Superhub to Modem Mode and picked up separate WiFi routers. Resolved most of our issues immediately and we rarely get drop outs. Invest in a decent router or Mesh, you won’t regret it.

    @virginmedia Engineer rebooked for Saturday. so thank you to the live chat for that. don't know why the team on the phone had issues with sorting that and telling me i couldn't rebook ect. annoyed it took 4 calls to then go to live chat and book with ease. regardless, thankyou for now.

    Saturday and this will fix all your issues... but you need to pay extra £6 per month... Well until you sort out my existing speeds and performance you can get bent if you think I'm paying you anymore of a continually crap service. Hurry up BT with the fibre #virginmedia
