    Today's @virginmedia update... 9.46 I connected to the messaging service. At 10.48 I was put through to the correct department. Still waiting. 5.5 hours so far. Carrier pigeon may be quicker 🤔 So far over 3 days I have been waiting on their messenger thing for 12.5 hours.

    @virginmedia absolutely disgusted with your customer service! I hour 22 minute phone call to be told you want to charge us £37 more a month than a new customer and we’ve been with you for 20 years 😡 Call centre staff refused to pass on comments to a supervisor and or call back

    @MarkFlannery19 @virginmedia @phonecoop Hi Mark. Tied into a contract for a year. Therefore they just play lip service to any problems. I used to have 100mbps and that was appalling so upgraded to 200 which is slightly better but never anywhere near even 100 coming into the house

    @virginmedia Honestly I'm just tired now. I've made 3 complaints now (1 email, 2 by phone) and noone has gave me a complaint number. Its almost 1 month after my move in date and I still have no idea what is happening. Construction team has NEVER contacted me. W12 0NG if that helps.

    @virginmedia I get the same result hard wired with Ethernet too. It’s not a wifi issue. Also I’m not sure how wifi would decide to ignore an increase in speed and decide to limit itself to the old speed coincidentally. Someone on your end hasn’t enabled the faster speed to my property.

    @virginmedia I NEED TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND. YOU ARE SO INFURIATING. I CAN'T CONTACT YOU ON ANY FORM OF CONTACT. Set up a viable form of contact and set realistic waiting times. Dont just hang up or end chats or never answer texts and tweets. You cant blame covid for everything!!
