    @virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

    @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

    @virginmedia I’ve just come off a call with support and they’ve arranged an engineer. So much for an adaptor solving it. Remarkable that we’ve gone from no line, to outgoing calls but no incoming calls back to no line at all in 3 days! Suggests a fault with your network to me!

    @virginmedia SOMEONE from VM needs to call me or reach out to me asap. I was sold a new deal over the phone in january for broadband + sim. Broadband due to start 21st feb. I have recieved the sim from o2 but VM have said now today that the broadband was not set up? Help me plz

    @virginmedia I wouldn't worry about customer demand, a price hike that big, if it's the same for me as everyone else, then you'll get a lot of customers actually leaving..
