@virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

@BorisJohnson I can only get virginmedia (at an extortionate price) as it’s the only one who supply more than slow basic speeds - and this is the centre of bristol. Nothings improved for most of us - not only for this but everything else since you’ve wrecked our economy

Virgin media make me 🤬 Been with them for 6yrs (no other option in our flats), paid their extortionate prices & received pretty poor intermittent service. Moving house & they don’t supply our new area 🥳 but they would like to charge a cancellation fee of £30.38

@virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

@virginmedia I've just been on the phone for 2 hours trying to cancel my contract only to be told by the second person I've spoke to that I didn't give the correct password. No option to cancel contract on line. Absolutely shocking customer service.
