    @Ciaransworld @Roaster323 @virginmedia Yep that’s what I’ve got in the office as I’ve got a separate WiFi network in here set-up. It’s not the WiFi strength more the lack of phone signal I get in here!

    @georgiebingham It’s not just Sky, @virginmedia has had a stinker for weeks in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. It’s the worst I’ve seen it since I had it a few years ago, 100mbs should be the speed, yet the signal is in and out for weeks! But I’ve seen it’s not just me it’s the rest of the UK too

    @virginmedia I have done all of the above. Issue here is that this it is affecting other VM customers as well, all of us are using your WiFi! Please check your community forum and you will see there are a lot of posts about the same issue. Resolve this ASAP or consider reimbursement.

    @virginmedia please help! I’ve been trying all afternoon to resolve an issue with my new order. The online chat goes through to departments with no one in. On the phone call the person hung up on me when I asked for more help. Now on hold again for 50 min

    @virginmedia Yes it’s still happening this morning. It’s a permanent issue whenever I go on Instagram. A lot of users have brought up this issue already on the internet, but I can’t find the solution. I can’t continue to switch over to my mobile data just to browse that app!

    @virginmedia your device in the BS32 are of bristol is beyond a joke! You expect us to pay money for a service that dial is faster all those years ago! Sort it out!

    @Roaster323 @virginmedia FaceTime and WhatsApp are over 4G or WiFi anyway. This is for normal calls/texts when you don’t have any signal. I built my office with insulated floors/roof/walls which means it’s terrible for signal due to foil used on the insulation so at least this will resolve that issue

    @virginmedia 🤣 if only this could be believed. Service is no different than any prior month - stop using the current situation to excuse Virgin’s continuous shortcomings it assumes customers are somewhat mentally incapacitated

    @virginmedia Have real issues with installing and configuring my new WiFi and TV box. Hub continues to flash green and has been for 5 hours, as such can’t proceed to the next stage. Call help desks waited 90 minutes #helpme

    I’ve been on your community page and seen a lot of VM customers have also posted the same issue with no resolution or response from @virginmedia! You need to sort this out - using mobile data instead of WiFi is not what I signed up for.

    @virginmedia Thanks for nothing!! There isn't anything on sky sports so I rang up to remove it and they can't as the price goes up. What a load of shite!!!!!! And cheers for never replying to my tweets

    I can deal with Virgin Media being down but it appears O2 is down too so I can’t save the day by flicking to 4G. Having to resort to watching NORMAL TELEVISION like the old days.

    @virginmedia Why is my 500MBPS package dropping to as low as 200MBPS in "peak" times. why bother offering it if you cant achieve it not only this you now offer GIG1 how do you plan to give people that one. Poor service, what can you do?

    @virginmedia No this has been the only issue, just trying to get the installation sorted. The date Virgin have quoted for installation is 20th Feb. I send email as requested and include all the information.
