    @virginmedia I can receive the booster free of charge your colleague confirmed this before putting me on hold and hanging up on his return. Your app is useless so when I test the internet connection on your app it says my signal is fine in one of my rooms when that's not the case.

    @virginmedia The Internet was down and I ran 4 diagnostics and each one told me my cable wasn't plugged in to my hub, after being on hold and ringing back I was instantly told by the automated service that my postcode had problems. Its fixed now

    @virginmedia I have had a terrible experience with Roshan technical support at virgin media. After reporting a fault with my WIFI network three times, he put the phone down on me. These technical support people are arrogant rude and not helpful at all!

    2023 is all about saving costs during this difficult time in the UK as the people in charge are the worst. Cancelled Virgin Media packages, found Community Fibre fixed 2 years £18 a month Uploads videos on Chelsea YouTube within 3 minutes, thats including processing HD. Unreal.

    @virginmedia Having issues with my internet what can I do about it? TV keeps losing connection, my phone won’t connect to the WiFi and there is no WiFi upstairs in the house. Only recently had it installed and I’m really dissatisfied with the connection

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done all the necessary and usual steps like always no specific issue with your overall service as I can use Wi-Fi on my phone but the pods weren’t connecting to the hub, did all the normal unplugging and leaving everything off etc and waiting Then reconnecting
