@virginmedia 1. not usually one to gripe about customer service. But I waited in for 5 hours today for one of your engineers to come round to install broadband (between 1-6). No show, no texts/emails from you to say they would be late or where they were...

@Virgin @virginmedia @richardbranson Your customer service is so painful and appalling. 2 rings and the sales team answer, 20 minute transfer to Loyalty team, gave up when needing to be transferred to Contract Services team. FFS I only wanted to remain a customer!!!

@virginmedia If Virgin Media were genuinely sorry I wouldn’t be requesting the assistance of Ofcom. You don’t appear to have any problems taking my money each month that all works just fine funnily enough.

@virginmedia i’ve troubleshooted via your website but it says there are no problems. I believe the problem is my jitter, causing online gaming to lag. My jitter is usually anywhere from 7ms to 50ms which isn’t anywhere near good enough for online gaming.

@virginmedia I can't get the ADR/dead letter number from you, to file with CEDR, because you are not the support team (what are you then?). To get the number from the phone support line is literally impossible, I have tried that too. So not even that process is being followed.
