-
Neil Cairns (@neilcairns) reported from Bristol, England@virginmedia Why can’t anyone just forward a message or reply to an email? Why does the customer always have to do something else? Absolute ball ache as usual with this nonsense. Wonder how quickly you’d fix issues if people stopped paying their bills?

Owen Barnfather (@Barnfather) reported from Westbury, EnglandHad terrible internet for a few weeks, call Virgin and they just brush you off and say ‘everything’s fine’. Impossible to get beyond their scripted messaging. @virginmedia
-
william brown (@williamjbrown) reported from Bristol, England@BorisJohnson I can only get virginmedia (at an extortionate price) as it’s the only one who supply more than slow basic speeds - and this is the centre of bristol. Nothings improved for most of us - not only for this but everything else since you’ve wrecked our economy

Beth Ryan (@bethkorf) reported from Kingswood, England@virginmedia Its done now but fairly sure it shouldn't take your agents 45 mins to cancel sky and bt sports and change the TV package to the basic. Maybe more training or better systems are needed. Just saying Sky took about 3 minutes to cancel BT sports for me a year or so ago #competitors
-
Tiffany (@lazy__goth) reported from Bristol, England@virginmedia No, it doesn’t, and the internet goes down again within hours, usually in the evening when I presume there’s high usage. We’re in a loop - report issue, told issue is resolved, issue happens again.

The first show I’ve started watching is Breaking Bad ( I know I’m late to watching that too ) My question is should I stick with it as I’m 3 shows in and not sure what all the fuss was about yet?
-
Craig Aldridge (@CraigA3) reported@virginmedia I have messaged you team online, replied to their emails and tried calling. But your team told me my package wouldn't change as I moved home then have sent me a contract for 4x as much and then decided to not pass security with me to fix. It's an evil scam
-
Brett Downes (@tterbsenwod) reported@virginmedia prime example of your awful customer service, 3 days to reply to someone having an issue. Scrolling down it's the same for everyone, so i should look forward to a response on wednesday right?!
-
Buzz (@dombuz) reportedSo, tomorrow begins the process of renewing my virgin media for the same price they offer new customers. My current deal renewal price £29.99pcm. New customer £24. The haggle and 1 hour of the worst customer service help line will be worth it.
-
Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reportedAn in-place upgrade which is causing a 10 day outage - pretty awful planning @virginmedia. And telling us it would be fixed in 1 day, then 2 days, then 4 days, then 3 days, then 4 days, then 10 days - is a bit of a joke.
-
Oliver Brown (@EmilienJoel) reportedTired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8k_Best_IPTV26 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix • 78,000+ movies

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi UK comms infrastructure is regulated by Ofcom, with BT competing against Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and others for broadband—Royal Mail has rivals like Hermes and DPD too. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?

Jo Powell (@jo_kapow) reported@virginmedia I cant believe my parents have a problem and the earliest appt is 14th April. When my mum told you she works from home and needs the Internet. #poorcustomerservice #hladimnotwithyiu
