    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @BethMotherwell @virginmedia I’d recommend the latter. If this is the case when you’re a prospective customer, think of when they’ve already got your money and you’re in contract.

    @virginmedia Not particularly helpful John, considering the inconvenience. Two days of work lost as a result of this. Sorted everything 2.5 weeks in advance and only required a box to be delivered in that time. Completely let down, remind me never to rely on your service again.
