    @virginmedia Email to say it was resolved by offer of an apology which I never accepted so I called customer services who offered the credit of overpayment onto my account which I’m still waiting for.

    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    @entrustTMF @virginmedia Terrible situation for that long. I'm looking at a voda offer at the mo for switching from virgin when my deal expires. They offer a router with 4g back up. It's weather your can get decent speeds where you are that matters.

    @GameRiot Exactly, who doesn't have the internet in 2026, virgin Media internet went down and was fixed for me with in 4 hours. If you don't log on you don't lose your games, just need to sign back in to play.
