    @virginmedia I have had a terrible experience with Roshan technical support at virgin media. After reporting a fault with my WIFI network three times, he put the phone down on me. These technical support people are arrogant rude and not helpful at all!

    @virginmedia also was offer a system that would improve the WiFi in the house. The netgear pl1000 arrived yesterday and doesn’t give me@any further WiFi coverage. It just extends the network. I only have the one router..

    @virginmedia Thanks the router was out next to the tv by the outside wall, so we’ve never been able to use the WiFi in other parts of the house. It really only works well in that room.

    @virginmedia I have an issue with my Tivo box, for the past 4 days search & discover and the apps don’t work until the box gets restarted. So far I have spent over 2 hours on the phone over the last few days and it’s not getting sorted

    @albanwr @cybergibbons I don't use any of my Samsung TVs smart features and deny it network access for that exact reason. But my virgin media V6 box and Netflix account are happily sending sweet something back all the time.

    @virginmedia Can you please DM me as I am trying to cancel my broadband package. Got through to one department and then transferred to another to arrange the cancellation but nobody is picking up, been on hold for over 90 minutes before had to hang up to prevent huge bill......

    @virginmedia Thanks - alas, all self-help has been attempted many times over (since mid-October). It’s almost certainly a network issue, that seems to get worse from about 10am each day until the evening (eg. during working hours)... Not ideal during a “work from home” lockdown!

    @virginmedia Ok looked at that and says tv prob working on and expect fix 20th but no mention of the Internet. In fact it says no known issues next to Internet!

    @virginmedia Hi everyone. Last time I had a problem I was given the number 01256 752000 and they sorted it. I have the same problem again so i phoned the number. This time is says the number has been changed to 03434 299000 but when I ring this it says it is an invalid number!

    @virginmedia After raising a complaint over a month ago about how bad your customer service is, i have today rec'd a letter with a ref number. Thinking i might get a better service i text the number only to be put back to another never ending call waiting list.

    @virginmedia No.. I phoned the end of October say I would like to cancel one of my box (son moved out).they said I would receive a box in the mail to post old equipment back .. it never appeared. And also look like I was charged for the box this month
