    @virginmedia Email to say it was resolved by offer of an apology which I never accepted so I called customer services who offered the credit of overpayment onto my account which I’m still waiting for.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply. He told me that the cheque had not been activated when I first called 5th June. I was told it would be sent out via check. He told me today it would take a further 2/3 weeks. Sadly was no help at all. 😒😥

    @virginmedia @bushwacka_ofc @nordoffrobbins virginmedia where can I email to complain? My VirginMedia Box won’t let me delete a number of things and my Internet is patchy at best! £83 a month for this ****? Every time you call you people you’re on hold or cut off!

    @virginmedia That's a shame. Virgin SIM card was so much better and better customer service. I will probably change to a different phone network as soon as I can

    @virginmedia This contact was via the phone. He did give a reason, the reason being he didn’t know what the problem was. So told us to sit here and wait with no Wi-Fi and hope it sorts itself out.

    Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

    @virginmedia If I don't it will never be resolved, so please do. As I am missing services I can only presume I will be refunded an acceptable amount for my inconvenience? I still await my refund from December when I was without service for 5 days?

    No broadband is in my property for last 3?weeks. Constantly calling @virginmedia everyday and they are giving me new timeline every single time. Problem is not solved but only empty promises.
