    Hi @virginmedia, would appreciate some help in cancelling my broadband service. Website suggests a contact number to call which is a voicemail and diverts me to get help online. I’m getting no where.

    @virginmedia What exactly do you think I've been doing? I've lost count of the number of times I've phoned but there is never a manger available to talk to me. I was again told yesterday that someone would call at lunchtime today but they didn't. What more I can do? #virginmediadontcare

    @virginmedia decide to upgrade their sim cards. During roll out they realise previously unlocked phones have to be re-unlocked by previous provider. Virgin customer svc gave me a choice. Sort it yourself or don't be a #virginmobile customer🤔 #rude #notcustomerservice

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia hello. I phoned virgin media yesterday as our broadband speed is too slow , especially to accommodate home working . The vague response I received was that there is a problem in our area and I couldn’t be given a time frame as to when it would be fixed

    @virginmedia It is just odd for a large media company to have one person in the Billing department that comes onto the chat. Asked me for security and then to tell me they are going to lunch and leaving me to wait for 45 minutes to keep an eye on the chat for them to return. Really bad!

    @virginmedia Hi! My mum got a call from someone claiming they were from virgin media and said our Internet is being hacked. He asked her to download an app called Quick Support which she didn't as she was already suspicious of the guy. The app is fraud as it mirrors your device

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Thanks, I had confirmed an upgrade, but was at work. When I got home and looked at handsets I charged which one I wanted. So called to alter the order. This is where the problem lay.

    @virginmedia Thats the problem,we have tried for the last 6wks to talk to cust servs but no one answers call,last time we were on hold for ov 1hr then got cut off.We emailed various times,one is answers! As i said originally its prob a easily solved problem but no one will reply in cust ser!

    @virginmedia is this company a joke? Signed a contract on 1st Nov and chose the service to be ready on 5th Dec. On 2nd of Dec, you decided to move the installation date to 22nd. On 19th you moved it to 22nd, and today, you moved it to 19th Jan?????!!!!!

    @virginmedia Placed a broadband order with you, promptly (within an hour) cancelled - after current provider, @SkyUK, offered a better deal - was told it was taken care of, and days later, see that it has not, and am on the phone again. Poor form, @virginmedia.
