@virginmedia Yes it’s still happening this morning. It’s a permanent issue whenever I go on Instagram. A lot of users have brought up this issue already on the internet, but I can’t find the solution. I can’t continue to switch over to my mobile data just to browse that app!

I can deal with Virgin Media being down but it appears O2 is down too so I can’t save the day by flicking to 4G. Having to resort to watching NORMAL TELEVISION like the old days.

@virginmedia 🤣 if only this could be believed. Service is no different than any prior month - stop using the current situation to excuse Virgin’s continuous shortcomings it assumes customers are somewhat mentally incapacitated

@Roaster323 @virginmedia FaceTime and WhatsApp are over 4G or WiFi anyway. This is for normal calls/texts when you don’t have any signal. I built my office with insulated floors/roof/walls which means it’s terrible for signal due to foil used on the insulation so at least this will resolve that issue

@Ciaransworld @Roaster323 @virginmedia Yep that’s what I’ve got in the office as I’ve got a separate WiFi network in here set-up. It’s not the WiFi strength more the lack of phone signal I get in here!

@virginmedia 1. Get your team to honour the price agreed on a call 2. call back a customer @ agreed time rather than not at all. How about that as a starter 4 10

@virginmedia I have done all of the above. Issue here is that this it is affecting other VM customers as well, all of us are using your WiFi! Please check your community forum and you will see there are a lot of posts about the same issue. Resolve this ASAP or consider reimbursement.

I’ve been on your community page and seen a lot of VM customers have also posted the same issue with no resolution or response from @virginmedia! You need to sort this out - using mobile data instead of WiFi is not what I signed up for.

@virginmedia There is nothing on the forum. I shouldn't have to go looking for someone on a forum to resolve the issue. Mohammed says it isn't resolved. In other words Virgin are just telling me to go away, or somewhere else.

@virginmedia The call centre have no idea what is going on in England, on site. They have a script and booking an engineer is part of that. It wasn’t temp reported as fixed because the app was made in the afternoon & confirmed after 9pm It’s just really bad customer service. No communication

@virginmedia What was needed on Monday when I called to complain that I had no internet, that the call centre could identify a problem (not tell me they’d checked & it was fine) that it was being worked on and was expected to be fixed by the next day. Simple. But instead a load of lies
-

@virginmedia yeah. I made an order to terminate the service on January 13th and was told I can get the package before the 15th of this month. I called this Monday to ask again about the packaging, nothing. I make a call today and then something, at least that's what I'm told, was done.
