  @virginmedia another day, another deadline passes. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

I rang Virgin to try and end contract, explained my partner was dead and I couldn't afford the service any longer. They spent most of the call trying to get me to upgrade to more services. I will never forget

  @virginmedia brilliant. Less than 12 months before the remote control on the streaming box packs up. And you haven't listened to feedback otherwise it would be one of the options on the help screen. What an awful company this is. Yes I've changed batteries.
