    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Residential but I use internet when working from home etc. This is so frustrating that given the service has been good for last 2 years I have no alternative to look elsewhere for more reliable service.

    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia All of this started when I was having issues with high latency last year. A virgin engineer came, swapped my hub and changed the cable from my house to the end of my garden.
