Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia I’m concerned you are using some v. shady tactics during lockdown. Signed up to use your service, was given options for an engineer in 3 days time, then get an email saying not until 15 Dec! Me and my partner wfh and that’s not on! Tried to call - no response!!

@virginmedia complaint : I have just given notice to leave after many years. Four calls tonight (cut off in 3) to reduce my package due to circumstances, to basic broadband only, you expect me to pay £20 more than black Friday deal, no loyalty discount, its gone! I think not 😡👋
