    @virginmedia What exactly do you think I've been doing? I've lost count of the number of times I've phoned but there is never a manger available to talk to me. I was again told yesterday that someone would call at lunchtime today but they didn't. What more I can do? #virginmediadontcare

    @virginmedia decide to upgrade their sim cards. During roll out they realise previously unlocked phones have to be re-unlocked by previous provider. Virgin customer svc gave me a choice. Sort it yourself or don't be a #virginmobile customer🤔 #rude #notcustomerservice

    @virginmedia I've rang up too many times to count over the past few months about a complaint, each time being told I'd receive a call. COM103977747 Received a letter today saying if you don't hear from me you'll close the complaint...

    Hi @virginmedia, would appreciate some help in cancelling my broadband service. Website suggests a contact number to call which is a voicemail and diverts me to get help online. I’m getting no where.

    @virginmedia cannot get through to call centre or login to account. More frustratingly is automated answering service seems to be on a loop asking the same questions

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia The question is when. No good just telling me they will when theres zero evidence it and time and time again I'm told someone will call me tomorrow and the never do. What's the point in a code of conduct if you ignore it? Such rubbish. #virginmediadontcare

    @virginmedia hello. I phoned virgin media yesterday as our broadband speed is too slow , especially to accommodate home working . The vague response I received was that there is a problem in our area and I couldn’t be given a time frame as to when it would be fixed

    @virginmedia Opened my new iPhone 11 today it’s been in the box that I didn’t open for a week I thought about time I set it up. after set up I noticed it’s grey. is that the new purple!!! Never mind the face Recognition is brilliant. Pickers beware of purple people eaters

    @virginmedia Ok, so straight away I realise your just going through a checklist and not reading my previous tweet to you. My internet is perfect, no problem. Constant and powerful. My WiFi from the router is awful. Cant connect upstairs at all. 15 foot away it is no good. Its purely bad wifi

    @virginmedia Hi! Yes please. Can you tell me what sort of speeds I should be expecting on the 350 service. It never gets anywhere near 200! I understand it can vary with device/time of day but I don’t feel it is as advertised- ever. Usually under 100 or in low 100’s

    @virginmedia Postcode is CF39 8AS. I was sent a new SIM card which I’ve activated this morning but signal is still shocking but apparently it’s ‘excellent’ according to your signal checker. This is 3 weeks ongoing now.
