@virginmedia Hey BG, so in total it disconnected 7 times from 7pm yesterday. The lights started flashing Green, after multiple resets it continued to disconnect throughout the evening. Really disappointed. Not the first time I’ve had issues with virgin’s internet.

@virginmedia Same as about a month ago. Said I need to enter password. But doesn't work. Have tried resetting password. Still no good. Webmail says can't access my emails right now. And when I go to the sign in page it has my name as 'Jackie' top right though the main page says 'Hi Tina'.

@virginmedia Hi, no the fault is with my equipment / service not the area. Has been going on for months. Had engineer out = still faulty. Sent new hub 3 = still faulty. Multiple calls with “technical” = still faulty....and then had engineer booked but received text to say visit cancelled 😡

@virginmedia Also, said I can’t have an engineer [cos Covid] because it hasn’t been escalated- Isn’t it escalating to go to OFCOM? His idea! His idea also to make an official complaint to Virgin! So 30 days limbo! And it may be the hub after all that-simple fix and everyone’s happy.

@virginmedia That everything was down Broadband, TV & Phone until 12pm but was all sorted in a way at 1pm broadband still trying to settle its self down but getting better as time goes on but just don’t like the complete lack of communication when there is an issue
