We pay £77.25 monthly via app, as you took to much by DD, you charge £111.50 not the agreed renewal price £77.25 so always shortfall. Nobody will sort this out. Busy medic worker has to spend hours on calls to you with no resolution 🤬

It’s the worst I’ve seen it since I had it a few years ago, 100mbs should be the speed, yet the signal is in and out for weeks! But I’ve seen it’s not just me it’s the rest of the UK too

I built my office with insulated floors/roof/walls which means it’s terrible for signal due to foil used on the insulation so at least this will resolve that issue

When I called customer service, they said there was record of me changing my package (I did) but no record of cancellation within the two weeks (which I also did), so I was locked into the full contract. But it makes no sense to request equipment back in that case.
