    @virginmedia I have spent 7hrs40mins today in a WhatsApp chat with your customer services trying to terminate my broadband and still haven't finalised it. I will be cancelling my DD as I am paid up until May 4th and your hub will be available for you to collect if you wish

    @virginmedia I'm disappointed with the service I have received. Finally ended my contract, claimed my credit refund only for it still not arrive 6weeks later. Called call centre & was told I'd have to wait 2/3 more weeks. Why? Its unacceptable to have to wait so long. #complaint

    @virginmedia stop emailing and texting me every day threatening to fine me £100 for the non return of your equipment. On 23 August I booked for one of your engineers to collect it on 13 September. This poor customer service is one of the reasons I left Virgin after 10+ years.

    @virginmedia I been with virgin for years and last month was put on the new virgin O2 SIM deal. I'm already looking forward to when I can cancel the O2 SIM only part. Couldn't get any help with O2 but luckily the person at virgin helped me.

    @virginmedia Hub box is stuck on a reboot cycle with ‘welcome’ ‘please wait’ and virgin media logo screen. Nothing is happening. I’ve rebooted several times for the past hour. Please can you advise? I cannot get through to the customer service via the phone.

    @virginmedia You clearly don't take it seriously enough. I've complained multiple times over the last year and because I haven't made a complaint twice in one month you won't do anything and force me to pay a £400 fee to exit my contract. Utter horrendous service!! Worst internet company ever

    @Ofcom calling cisas Monday as virgin media holding me in a contract for broadband that hasn't worked properly for 2 years and last 2 months unusable online ,engineers don't turn up sometimes and when do ,say we don't know what to do and leave ,promise work never done

    @virginmedia I have received through the post a new remote Virgin 360 control which I didn’t ask for or even want and since I received it my service has been terrible. Plus whereas Netflix was free with Virgin now I have to pay!! Money making to pay your fine? This is rubbish.

    oh my days virgin media had me arguing w a guy in india until i said im closing the account cancel everything was then transferred to a man with a british accent and was trying to make me keep the account and they can get it sorted. funny how that works
