@virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

@virginmedia The speed is ok but I don’t get a signal in the kitchen from the lounge. I live in a tiny cottage so I’d expect it to reach 24 feet! If I buy a booster will it work? How much is it? Easy to install?

@virginmedia Brutal. Manager hung up on me. Advisor hung up on me. Guys came without tools. Guys never turned up 5 days in a row. Now been told installation has moved from 15th to 29th even tho 4 managers have been involved and I've spoke to pre install, CS and retentions. Still no help
