@virginmedia hello! our wifi has been down all day. i factory resetted it, turned it on and off, checked if all the cables were plugged in etc. nothing. all the lights are green (there's the wifi symbol and two arrows flashing) and it's online - just not connecting. help

Timing couldn’t be better. After a spate of @virginmedia broadband going down, in a brief interlude I’m looking for other providers and it goes down again so I can’t check alternative providers....

@VirginMedia_One terrible service from virgin media. Three days trying to get a resolution to a poor WiFi service, gave them a call instead. 1hr 50mins waiting time to be told they wanted to increase my monthly bill by £3 per month to resolve their poor service! #awfulservice

@virginmedia Reinstalled the app & rebooted the hub. Will now try to stream from downstairs TiVo to upstairs & also try Netflix upstairs. A signal booster for upstairs would be a nice gesture I think🤔

Just had a random phone call from what I’m guessing is a telemarketing company on behalf of @virginmedia Offering me a deal. If it didn’t sound like a child sat in a cave , I wouldn’t have put the phone down.

@virginmedia No, my partner’s phone too. We also have connection problems between downstairs & upstairs TiVo box. Keep losing connection upstairs when trying to stream from the other box. Tried watching a film on Netflix the other night upstairs & it kept buffering 😫

@virginmedia The phone has not had data all day, we have done network setting reset and phone reset, move the SIM card to another phone. Still not working when there is plenty of data on the package.

@virginmedia There isn't sadly but thanks for the offer. As I said the worst customer experience I have ever had. Looking at Trust Pilot it's not unique. I was showing my son the Virgin Hyperloop on You Tube..he was amazed but said "how can it be good with if it's Virgin?"
