Leo Nakhimoff (@LeoNak84) reported from Bristol, England
In the same month @virginmedia bill has doubled, the reliability has quartered. Internet at home is essentially useless & the WiFi router a clunky decoration! 2020, in a big city, and searching on Google is slower than an old dial-up modem. Usual awful customer service.

@Seanie08 @virginmedia My speed this morning was 14mbps. Supposed to 108mbps average. They told me too many devices connected, so I turned off phone to 4g, turned off iPad and disconnect Amazon Alexa. Nothing else connected. Speed went up to 18mbps 🤣 ‘We are showing a good service!’ ByeBye.....

Sam Osbiston (@SamOsbiston) reported from Melksham, England
@virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.
-
Louise Ripley (@LouRipley) reported from Kingswood, England
@virginmedia Speak to them regularly. We pay £77.25 monthly via app, as you took to much by DD, you charge £111.50 not the agreed renewal price £77.25 so always shortfall. Nobody will sort this out. Busy medic worker has to spend hours on calls to you with no resolution 🤬
-
Sam Osbiston (@SamOsbiston) reported from Melksham, England
@virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.
-
Rita Magalhaes (@Rita_magalhaes1) reported from Bristol, England

@UKxSnipERxUK @virginmedia I've had this problem again for the past 24hrs. Service status claims all well, however I've got no broadband service, absolute joke, just no very bloody funny 🤬
-
Will Dace (@willdace) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia after many wasted hours debating the logic of this, I am broken. Your system is as functional as an inflatable dartboard, and makes it difficult for your customer service staff. Please cancel my contract and allow me to return your gear.
-
Amy Bramhall (@amy_bramhall) reported from Keynsham, England
@virginmedia We sent a complaint on Wednesday last week and no reply. It’s making life very difficult and still no sign of it being fixed despite 2 different ppl coming out yesterday and today

@LFC4LIF03047059 @virginmedia Yep so many times in the last couple of weeks, still without service
-
Amy Bramhall (@amy_bramhall) reported from Keynsham, England
@virginmedia No. It’s been advised your contractors drilled through our cables and then shoved cement down there making it impossible for the engineers to fix. Day 9 with no internet today. Going to cancel as really need to work at home 😡
-
Amy Bramhall (@amy_bramhall) reported from Keynsham, England
@virginmedia We haven’t had service for 6 days now. Still no soloution... The people you sub contract cut our cables and cemented on top when putting an unasked for access point in outside, the engineers can’t fix it.

@virginmedia You do not have to state 100% for periodic disruptive lack of services to breach the contract. Otherwise you could just not provide service at all and claim that "we never gave any guarantees".

@vmbusiness promotes a 24hr dedicated fault resolution? Been 264hrs? Multiple calls multiple excuses! How is a business suppose to run effectively with no service? Well there’s Virgin Constant connect? Well they advise this wouldn’t work either? Really?Virgin explain why!!
