Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia Yes it says it will be fixed by 12.50 today, but this is happening on a daily basis not just a 1 off. Eg tomorrow could go off again at any time & have to check service status yet again. The problem needs to be fixed to stop this ongoing issue. Will customers get compensation?

@virginmedia All it tells me to do is check the cables are plugged in properly, and when I press more help it just says to call you. I've done this many, many times. I don't know why it is so hard to just get a replacement hub? Just to try to eliminate the problems
