    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Residential but I use internet when working from home etc. This is so frustrating that given the service has been good for last 2 years I have no alternative to look elsewhere for more reliable service.

    @virginmedia Ok, I hope roaming charges won't be back. When I get the chance to go abroad it's good to know I can use Google maps, call home and get help if I need something without the worry of expensive charges.

    @virginmedia That doesn’t help. I’ve been told to call 0800 052 0705 but that number says it’s changed to 150. I’ve called them 10 times to resolve but they want me to call the 0800 number?! This is an absolute joke

    @virginmedia Late update. Technician fixed the issue. However went on a very rude rant about cable management. Blamed us for the splitter cable (even though not damaged). Oh and when I called through, he had said it was due to the outage. Even though he was vile to us and blamed us.
