@virginmedia The Internet was down and I ran 4 diagnostics and each one told me my cable wasn't plugged in to my hub, after being on hold and ringing back I was instantly told by the automated service that my postcode had problems. Its fixed now

@virginmedia I can receive the booster free of charge your colleague confirmed this before putting me on hold and hanging up on his return. Your app is useless so when I test the internet connection on your app it says my signal is fine in one of my rooms when that's not the case.

@virginmedia Done that and even though my sons bedroom says full wifi signal (furthest room from the router) his PS4 can sometimes drop out, it was getting a 6mb connection the other day and lagging when he was playing Fortnite

@virginmedia Thanks for your response. I can access the Priority website via the Chrome app on my phone but the Priority app tells me to use Chrome when I try to log in as a Virgin user. There seems to be am issue with the Priority app?

@andrewdove4 @virginmedia Best of luck getting any resolution Andrew, I joined last October and my broadband/wifi is utterly pathetic, can’t get Wi-Fi while sitting in the same room as the router and forget about coverage throughout the house. ‘Have you tried a hard reboot of your hub’ is all you’ll get.
