  • jordygordz JG (@jordygordz) reported from Bristol, England

Virgin media is so **** yet so good at the same time. Pissing me off

  • amy_bramhall Amy Bramhall (@amy_bramhall) reported from Keynsham, England

@virginmedia No. It’s been advised your contractors drilled through our cables and then shoved cement down there making it impossible for the engineers to fix. Day 9 with no internet today. Going to cancel as really need to work at home 😡

  • georgetscott George Scott (@georgetscott) reported from Bristol, England

@MrStuartForrest @virginmedia I had issues throughout yesterday but seems okay today... 😬

  • aplee82 Andrew Lee (@aplee82) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia Since moving to @virginmedia 2 weeks ago everything that could go wrong has, and no one at VM has taken resposibilty. I've raised a complaint and have been promised mangers would call but no one does. Just been on phone again, still problems and no help.... #virginmediadontcare

  • LeoNak84 Leo Nakhimoff (@LeoNak84) reported from Bristol, England

@Seanie08 @virginmedia My speed this morning was 14mbps. Supposed to 108mbps average. They told me too many devices connected, so I turned off phone to 4g, turned off iPad and disconnect Amazon Alexa. Nothing else connected. Speed went up to 18mbps 🤣 ‘We are showing a good service!’ ByeBye.....

  • willdace Will Dace (@willdace) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia after many wasted hours debating the logic of this, I am broken. Your system is as functional as an inflatable dartboard, and makes it difficult for your customer service staff. Please cancel my contract and allow me to return your gear.

  • LeoNak84 Leo Nakhimoff (@LeoNak84) reported from Bristol, England

In the same month @virginmedia bill has doubled, the reliability has quartered. Internet at home is essentially useless & the WiFi router a clunky decoration! 2020, in a big city, and searching on Google is slower than an old dial-up modem. Usual awful customer service.

  • aplee82 Andrew Lee (@aplee82) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia Doesn't explain why I was promised call backs on both Thursday and yesterday and they didn't happen, or why the issues remain unresolved after two weeks and I have to keep chasing... #virginmediaterriblecustomerservice

  • amy_bramhall Amy Bramhall (@amy_bramhall) reported from Keynsham, England

@virginmedia We haven’t had service for 6 days now. Still no soloution... The people you sub contract cut our cables and cemented on top when putting an unasked for access point in outside, the engineers can’t fix it.

  • willdace Will Dace (@willdace) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia after many wasted hours debating the logic of this, I am broken. Your system is as functional as an inflatable dartboard, and makes it difficult for your customer service staff. Please allow me to return your gear then cancel my contract.

  • aplee82 Andrew Lee (@aplee82) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia Too many issues to describe in Twitter limit. Problems with installation of broadand, land line, TV and with mobile. Someone at @virginmedia needs to take responsibility and deal with it and my complaint. I'm promised a call back but never happens #virginmediadontcare

  • BenChem1010 Ben Hetherington (@BenChem1010) reported from Filton, England

@virginmedia been on hold for a web chat for 3 hours now, and all phone numbers redirect to an automated service, telling me to use the web chat ... Is there any way to actually speak to someone?

  • amooreict Antony Moore (@amooreict) reported from Bathford, England

@BeefGolf @VirginAtlantic @virginmedia Took me 95 minutes on the phone on Friday to cancel ours.

  • Deannyy92 Soundwaves 🎮 (@Deannyy92) reported from Filton, England

Swear I can’t get through an entire day of work without @virginmedia going down & having to reset my router.. thank god it’s only one month until the end of my contract.

  • MickDickinson BuzzedUp (@MickDickinson) reported from Bristol, England

@JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia Hiya that why I left Virginmedia terrible service - I joined UW better broadband half the price. Happy to chat it through

  • Team_Penster SamuEL Penster in the Multiverse (@Team_Penster) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia Is down again been down like 17 times this week. Jokers

  • aplee82 Andrew Lee (@aplee82) reported from Bristol, England

@virginmedia What exactly do you think I've been doing? I've lost count of the number of times I've phoned but there is never a manger available to talk to me. I was again told yesterday that someone would call at lunchtime today but they didn't. What more I can do? #virginmediadontcare

  • Harjitkarir Harjit Karir (@Harjitkarir) reported

@virginmedia @Ofcom I’m waiting on the deadlock letter, because I don’t think £240 is right/fair. Also 30 days for a deadlock letter is far too long. I’ve made a official complaint to virgin media which you guys cancelled without even getting in contact with me.

  • 73Saraht Sarah Terrell (@73Saraht) reported

@virginmedia What an absolute further waste of my time. Never ever dealt with a company so detached from the needs of their customers! Shocking, thoroughly frustrating & totally unacceptable!!

  • phillufc1966 Phil Varlow (@phillufc1966) reported

@virginmedia Weve had these issues for months, got talked into buying a pod, had an engineer out but still no better. What are the causes of no signal and restarting hub etc? I'm now going to log everytime i have to do this

  • phillufc1966 Phil Varlow (@phillufc1966) reported

@virginmedia The ethernet is all connected properly, once you guys send a signal again, it all works until the next day, unless I have to re-set the hub which when done, it works again. Why do I have to keep doing this? My guess is a signal is not getting to our property?

  • haeyeonnyonye Whose Park Is It Anyway? (@haeyeonnyonye) reported

@virginmedia & @Vodafone bottom of league on @Ofcom for complaints Virgin! What are you doing with your massive #profits? Using bots NOT creating jobs zero customer service Massively wasting MY time Can’t wait to #exitcontract

  • phillufc1966 Phil Varlow (@phillufc1966) reported

@virginmedia Wired connection? Were having issues getting a signal to the house and the hub
