    @georgiebingham It’s not just Sky, @virginmedia has had a stinker for weeks in Bradley Stoke, Bristol. It’s the worst I’ve seen it since I had it a few years ago, 100mbs should be the speed, yet the signal is in and out for weeks! But I’ve seen it’s not just me it’s the rest of the UK too

    @virginmedia Speak to them regularly. We pay £77.25 monthly via app, as you took to much by DD, you charge £111.50 not the agreed renewal price £77.25 so always shortfall. Nobody will sort this out. Busy medic worker has to spend hours on calls to you with no resolution 🤬

    @virginmedia Service down since Monday morning, engineer out Wednesday and it worked for 12 hours. Today no Internet or tv. Callcentre unable to help in even the most basic way. Online chat nothing for 4h. Worst customer service.

    We get our cabling issue sorted for our internet after 6 months of issues and multiple visits and now the connection has died. Expected repair some time tomorrow. Is there a worse ISP than @virginmedia I really don't think so. #nosurprise #internet

    @virginmedia I hope you don’t mean I am making it up, I ve tried technical support, billing and and leaving (retention). Also there is a cost on mobile phones. Obviously there’s nothing you can do to help so this is a futile task. Best I seek alternative WiFi providers.
