@virginmedia my connection is intolerably slow, around 1mbps, but the test on your website says there are no faults. Video is awful.
-
Natalie Timmons (@metallicnat) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia can’t believe I’m having to complain again about your services in my area - yet again my broadband is down! This happens so often it is a joke! Pay for the fastest connection and get nothing #robbed #virginmedia #broadband #bristol
-
Gem Anderson (@Gemmagems1503) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia internet dipping in and out of service for days now. Checked the virgin service in my area and no faults.
-
Richard George (@rjgux) reported from Kingswood, England
@virginmedia It says ‘No known issues’ but I’ve been having problems with my router all day
-
Natalie Timmons (@metallicnat) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia We have resolved it by turning the whole lot off and then on again and that seems to have fixed the issue #ClassicTechSupportAdvice
-
Matt Sudol (@MattSudol) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia currently been on hold for 40 minutes trying to resolve a problem that you created, this is not customer service!
-
Chris Hines (@CherishSin) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia It was both, the issue resolved itself some time in the early hours of this morning. It would be marvelous if Virgin Media's status page actually reflected the status!
-
David Rankin (@mrdrankin) reported from Kingswood, England
I'd like to thank @virginmedia. The fact that your new VO service is absolutely shocking, not user friendly and painfully slow, has luckily stopped me spending the £12.99 that my wife wanted to spend on "The Star is Born" PHEW!!!!!! Every cloud and all that.
-
Jamie Barry (@JamieGBarry) reported from Bristol, England
@SkyUK I’m on it. Just having to deal with an issue with @virginmedia now as they’re claiming I’m still in a contract period despite living here four years! Asking for proof of contract as trying to charge me for wanting to leave
-
Becky Bullingham (@BeckyBullingham) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia I am tearing my hair out with your customer service and awful WiFi. I have tried and tried to get it resolved via customer services but to no avail. Last night I was again promised a call back to resolve the issue and again no call back was received. Please sort this
-
JakeNicholas (@JakeNicholas04) reported from Keynsham, England
@virginmedia fix your internet
-
Janet Adams (@JanetAdamsBtl) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia I was in on line chat about issue with TV - while I was checking cables as asked the chat cut off - now showing chat unavailable.
-
Matt Sudol (@MattSudol) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia well over a hour on this call now and still no further getting the problem YOU! created resolves
-
Tom (@crackleholler) reported from Bristol, England
@BethMotherwell @virginmedia I’d recommend the latter. If this is the case when you’re a prospective customer, think of when they’ve already got your money and you’re in contract.
-
Jamie Barry (@JamieGBarry) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia A complaint. I’m now trying to call for third time this evening and your call handlers just drop the call after I wait in lengthy queues
-
Jamie Barry (@JamieGBarry) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia That’s my issue. I took to Twitter as your call handlers CANNOT resolve my complaint. Your complaints process is shocking. You blackmail customers then do not actively respond to issues they raise.
-
Jamie Barry (@JamieGBarry) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia With all due respect, you’ve not helped me at all. You simply have directed me to call the number that I’ve called three times already. I’d love to know how you expect customers to resolve issues!
-
Chris Rose (@chrisandobe) reported from Kingswood, England
@virginmedia Ok, I hope roaming charges won't be back. When I get the chance to go abroad it's good to know I can use Google maps, call home and get help if I need something without the worry of expensive charges.

@virginmedia Here we go again - starts with a massive slow down....
-
Kerman Jasavala (@Kermanjasavala) reported
@virginmedia You’ve proved my point by replying 3+ hours after my tweet. I tweeted a good 2 hours after trying to reset my router, check your service status page, look at your feeds etc. Some simple Comms would go a long way, but I’m presuming that service isn’t included in your price rises!
-
Jack (@ayo_its_jack) reported
@virginmedia god damn it! Down again! Hike up prices on Monday, and then two days of down internet. Are customers going to get some money back? #virginmedia
-
Laura Collins (@LauraCo09045723) reported
@virginmedia Ours is still down
-
James Godman (@JamesGodman7) reported
@virginmedia Been with virgin media for 3 months now, worse decision I ever made. I've had nothing but problems not only the last few days it's constant. I wish I never left sky no direct debit for you this month 🤬
-
iiiSAndman (@iiiSAndman) reported
@duos_with_dad @virginmedia oh yeah that doesn't help either and will hopefully get changed
-
Tim (@timc2602) reported
@virginmedia We’ve done that 11 times so far in the last 2 days. Your team yesterday insisted that there was no general issue. We’ve (allegedly) got an Engineer booked for Friday. Frankly, we rue the day we ever joined Virgin Media and can’t wait to leave.
-
🤘🏻Stidger🤘🏻 (@stidger72) reported
@virginmedia But you still put my bill up by 19% 2 months into a new contract though. Poor poor service.

Suppressed Voice (@SuppressedVoic5) reported
Funny how #VirginMedia goes down across the country the same day Branson filed for bankruptcy for #VirginOrbit If I were a crazy conspiracy theorist, I'd say someone was deleting data they didn't want seen.
