    @virginmedia Email to say it was resolved by offer of an apology which I never accepted so I called customer services who offered the credit of overpayment onto my account which I’m still waiting for.

    @virginmedia I spoke to a rude adviser who said they’d escalate it. However my pac code has already been swapped out and there was no urgency. I am now waiting in the hope that someone else doesn’t get control of my phone

    @virginmedia stop emailing and texting me every day threatening to fine me £100 for the non return of your equipment. On 23 August I booked for one of your engineers to collect it on 13 September. This poor customer service is one of the reasons I left Virgin after 10+ years.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply. He told me that the cheque had not been activated when I first called 5th June. I was told it would be sent out via check. He told me today it would take a further 2/3 weeks. Sadly was no help at all. 😒😥

    @virginmedia I'm disappointed with the service I have received. Finally ended my contract, claimed my credit refund only for it still not arrive 6weeks later. Called call centre & was told I'd have to wait 2/3 more weeks. Why? Its unacceptable to have to wait so long. #complaint

    @virginmedia Hi, service faults constant for several weeks. Why is W8 still affected? TV not working properly this weekend. Previous issue- was broadband. How long can you say on" IVR" we are still working on it. Intermittent internet issues in past and now TV? How long to tolerate this?

    @virginmedia can’t believe the trouble Iv had getting virgin in. Yodal 3 days late delivering equipment, they didn’t send second box I ordered, have spent 150 minutes on the phone and still waiting on second box and the call staff were not helpful. Soooo frustrated

    @virginmedia Yeah, gave em a call, net drops again this time for 30 mins, sites and all systems say no issues. "when this going to be fixed?" - cs says 3-5 days, mobile solution not possible as I rely on fixed internet due to mobile being in a bad spot. Quite funny really can't make this up
