    @virginmedia I have, and I get an automated service that hangs up on me after sending a text. I just want to order wifipods. I’ve tested the speed in the app, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. Chat doesn’t work, and calling won’t let me speak to anyone.

    @virginmedia That is precisely what I did which has caused the problem. When I removed the blueyonder account and set it up, the associated calendar disappeared and is nowhere to be found - have checked deleted items.

    @virginmedia Was informed of a 48 hour wait to speak to a manager who could hopefully help, which is 48 hours too late. Fed up of these random issues which is a shame as the service itself is great, but customer service is completely lacking :/
