Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia I will be making a formal complaint. I was lied to about the 30 days presumably to reduce the time available to research a new contract and pressure me to accept another. It will be recorded. I would not have to raise this on twitter had a manager called me as promised.
