Amy Bramhall (@amy_bramhall) reported from Keynsham, England
@virginmedia We haven’t had service for 6 days now. Still no soloution... The people you sub contract cut our cables and cemented on top when putting an unasked for access point in outside, the engineers can’t fix it.
-
Sam Osbiston (@SamOsbiston) reported from Melksham, England
@virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.
-
SamuEL Penster in the Multiverse (@Team_Penster) reported from Bristol, England

@UKxSnipERxUK @virginmedia I've had this problem again for the past 24hrs. Service status claims all well, however I've got no broadband service, absolute joke, just no very bloody funny 🤬

Will Dace (@willdace) reported from Bristol, England
@virginmedia after many wasted hours debating the logic of this, I am broken. Your system is as functional as an inflatable dartboard, and makes it difficult for your customer service staff. Please cancel my contract and allow me to return your gear.
-
Amy Bramhall (@amy_bramhall) reported from Keynsham, England
@virginmedia No. It’s been advised your contractors drilled through our cables and then shoved cement down there making it impossible for the engineers to fix. Day 9 with no internet today. Going to cancel as really need to work at home 😡
-
George Scott (@georgetscott) reported from Bristol, England
@MrStuartForrest @virginmedia I had issues throughout yesterday but seems okay today... 😬
-
Sam Osbiston (@SamOsbiston) reported from Melksham, England
@virginmedia Apparently, there are no issues according to the service website!! But we are most definately experiencing them...sick of turning it on and off etc too and phoning only to be fobbed off.

@virginmedia I have now attempted to contact twice about cancelling my contract, as I am moving out of my student house this month. Can I please get some aid with this, as i cannot get through to the call centre, nor find the correct email for customer services.
-
Soundwaves 🎮 (@Deannyy92) reported from Filton, England
Swear I can’t get through an entire day of work without @virginmedia going down & having to reset my router.. thank god it’s only one month until the end of my contract.
-
BuzzedUp (@MickDickinson) reported from Bristol, England

Leo Nakhimoff (@LeoNak84) reported from Bristol, England
@Seanie08 @virginmedia My speed this morning was 14mbps. Supposed to 108mbps average. They told me too many devices connected, so I turned off phone to 4g, turned off iPad and disconnect Amazon Alexa. Nothing else connected. Speed went up to 18mbps 🤣 ‘We are showing a good service!’ ByeBye.....

Antony Moore (@amooreict) reported from Bathford, England
@BeefGolf @VirginAtlantic @virginmedia Took me 95 minutes on the phone on Friday to cancel ours.
-
Louise Ripley (@LouRipley) reported from Kingswood, England
@virginmedia Speak to them regularly. We pay £77.25 monthly via app, as you took to much by DD, you charge £111.50 not the agreed renewal price £77.25 so always shortfall. Nobody will sort this out. Busy medic worker has to spend hours on calls to you with no resolution 🤬
-
Leo Nakhimoff (@LeoNak84) reported from Bristol, England
In the same month @virginmedia bill has doubled, the reliability has quartered. Internet at home is essentially useless & the WiFi router a clunky decoration! 2020, in a big city, and searching on Google is slower than an old dial-up modem. Usual awful customer service.

@virginmedia @LeePartridge16 My Nan is on Virgin Media, has been for a long time. I’ve been trying to convince her to move to BT, but she doesn’t like the fuss. So I will say this; Your customer service is awful, your broadband is on another level of terrible, and your prices are ridiculous.
-
Bob Limb (@Blimpism) reported
@LeePartridge16 @virginmedia They raised mine mid-contract by 40% but 'allowed' me to leave for free, awful way to treat loyal customers.
-
Designs_On_Your_Soul #WORKERSRIGHTS (@bewar3them00n) reported
@LeePartridge16 @virginmedia I rang mine & said I wanted to cancel as I was on a rolling contract, got mine reduced by about £40 when I said I was cancelling

@virginmedia Can you please tell me why my VM network has now changed to UPC? It's the same number, just UPC not VM. It also will not accept my password
-
Paul (@_LoneWolf_) reported
@virginmedia This problem has been ongoing since before the outage on Monday. Thanks for doing what I expected - not reading what I said and hoping I go away. I'll be very glad when my contract is up. Useless phone support with mumbling foreigners and twitter is no better. Forget it, I'm done
-
Michael M (@mic0mm) reported
@LeePartridge16 @virginmedia I thought if the account was in the name of one of the parties then they could leave whilst the other signs up as a new customer with a new account and claim the introductory offer…may not work like that but may be worth a look
-
Dan (@DanDeeman21) reported
@virginmedia I’m assuming everyone is back on now or most but it seems my hub is lifeless since I’ve tried power down and on but nothing any clues?
-
Steve Neary (@steveneary66) reported
The same crap again @virginmedia up & down all day! Your Service is pathetic.😡😩🤷
