@virginmedia stop emailing and texting me every day threatening to fine me £100 for the non return of your equipment. On 23 August I booked for one of your engineers to collect it on 13 September. This poor customer service is one of the reasons I left Virgin after 10+ years.

@virginmedia well it still has similar speed to before (most of the time) but will drop dramatically very frequently causing online games to have huge speed up lag and making downloads much slower. prior to the new box, it was slightly faster and had no issues in consistency.

@virginmedia Not really the happiest. Now involved @hertscc as their contractors have driven diggers & heavy plant next to the Virgin box to commence path works. You’ve got engineers on the way (fab). But a fix date of Dec14th. So there’s hope.
