    @virginmedia customers with difficult problems seem to be parked in telephone que until they go away. Really trying to work to Virgin. Still waiting 55 minutes bet they will just disconnect me!

    @virginmedia after nearly a year of repeatedly dropped internet service finally asked them to turn off their Wi-fi kit so can use my own. Basic connection fails, again, and nothing left for support desk to blame - challenge that if it’s not on the script then no help

    @virginmedia How is it acceptable to have to wait 24 hours to cancel my contract? I don't need to speak to anyone to do that. I don't want to talk to anyone. I just want to cancel it. It's abusive how complicated it is.

    @virginmedia absolutely diabolical customer service. I have been on the phone for 2+ hours, spoken to 4 staff who don’t have a clue and one who could barely understand me and vice-versa. Cut off once and put hold twice for an eternity. Please someone help!!!!

    @virginmedia It took me 10 minutes to sign up, it's unacceptable that I have been trying to cancel that same contract for FOUR HOURS. Being consciously complicated to leave services goes against the European recommendations and it could be disputed as abuse.

    @virginmedia Hi. I have checked and your service checker says no issues in BH11. We still only have 90 mbps which is not even a third of what we pay for. Should we just call customer service at this point?
