    Well after many many years of being a @virginmedia customer today I finally cancelled my contract. It’s totally disgusting how much they charge. ie £115 a month & saying it was going to go up another £5

    @MarkFlannery19 @virginmedia @phonecoop Hi Mark. Tied into a contract for a year. Therefore they just play lip service to any problems. I used to have 100mbps and that was appalling so upgraded to 200 which is slightly better but never anywhere near even 100 coming into the house

    @virginmedia No service issues and my other half has said the ping test hard wired by an Ethernet cable is coming back with 0.11’s 0.3 0.5 0.31. The house we are in is a small 2 up 2 down and devices drop out intermittently, it’s really annoying.

    @virginmedia hi there. After the storm we have phone issues ie no dial tone and have even tried a old fashioned phone. Tried to report and your website is stuck in a loop so unable to report. Help some of us still use a landline

    @virginmedia I have been having non stop issues with my broadband since the 12/12/21. I am constantly being told its being looked into but no change and have connection loss at least 3 times a day. No compensation is offered as it doesn’t last 24hrs which is a joke as I am not

    @virginmedia Hi between 8am -noon I think. Internet went off the other day, but my neighbours stayed on, so I thought my Linksys router was at fault so reset it to start a new network. Anyway my hub4 is showing a solid bright white light and it won’t reset from modem mode to router. 1/2

    @virginmedia your customer service is awful. I've been passed pillow to post yet again and I only want to remove a booster. I've had issues last week, which were sorted brilliantly by a lad in your Stockton on Tees centre. Currently I'm going around the world!! Unreal. 😳
