I had a call from James, who advised that because I was not a Virgin customer they could not compensate me and could do nothing with my complaint. However, if I found a neighbour and got them to complain I could get compensation through them!

The lights started flashing Green, after multiple resets it continued to disconnect throughout the evening. Really disappointed. Not the first time I’ve had issues with virgin’s internet.
